With so many 5 star reviews I was positive I would be eating the best pizza in all of South Florida! However that was not the case today. I immediately liked the location and the size of the small restaurant, not crowded at all. We were greeted promptly by an elderly Italian man who was very pleasant. We went with a medium pie, half sausage to test them out. The pizza arrived pipping hot! And looked great! I'm from up north so I like to grab my pizza with my hands and fold it for a real pizza experience, but although the pizza had a good flavor it was very stiff. The dough wasn't bad, but it was a bit hard. They were a bit stingy with the cheese as with the sausage. In the end I think 20+ dollars for a medium pie with two soda pops is too much in my opinion I doubt I'll return.

Got cheese pizza and a cannoli. ... delicious. The pizza was hot and the cannoli was tasty. Small quiet cozy atmosphere. Menu that is to the point. You can't go wrong with any pick. Ok prices. Dine in and delivery available.

This place just opened and we have ordered pizza from them three times in the past month. The boyfriend and I are big fans --and frequest customers-- of Big Tomato, Big Cheese, and Giordano's in Chicago (yes, we have ordered their pizzas to be shipped to us). To say that we've chosen to order from Gaetano's three times in a row for our pizza fix is rather impressive. The crust has a good crisp to it but remains chewy in the center. Suffice to say, we have not tried all of the options but their veggie pizza is soooo good! They put eggplant parm slices in with all the other typical vegetables one finds on a veggie pizza. If you're looking to round out your meal with dessert, their cannolis had a nice creamy texture with just a hint of cinnamon. We are big fans and plan on going back often. They also have daily specials (except for Fridays) that are tough to beat. For the price and quality of ingredients, it's definitely worth checking out.

I'm so happy Cozzoli's crunchy/chewiness has resurrected in Gaetano's. Same owner, no wonder! If you share that strange love for plain old slice of cheese and a soda for peanuts then THIS is your place; you can't go wrong with a liberal sprinkling of garlic and red pepper flakes. It still reminds me of simpler times where cutting class, sipping malt liquor and blowing out your speakers with angry girl music was the MO.. Classic

This is great pizza. Nothing fancy, just solid ingredients. Love the dough/crust and the tomato sauce is spectacular. I'm looking forward to trying lasagna and other pasta dishes soon. Service is great, very nice people behind the counter. Delivery was relatively quick, despite prime weekend hours. I will be ordering from there again.

If it is possible to have improved on the old Cozzoli's from Dadeland Mall, Gaetano has done it. For those of you who may not know, Cozzoli's was s fixture at Dadeland Mall from the time that the pizzeria was located on the outside of the mall in the 1970's through it being in the food court. Guy owned that location and a bunch of others, so when Cozzoli's was sold so came the end of that great NY pizza slice. At Gaetano's new location, the pizza is even better and the Rigatoni and other pasta dishes are the phenomenal. I thought that the art of cooking pasta al dente was long gone but I have rediscovered it at Gaetano's. It is great for their lunch specials or for a tasty dinner!

This place is AWESOME. The pizza is thin and crispy as pizza should be. The kids love the spaghetti sauce too. Salads are fantastic and staff is great. The chef is a thin American looking guy in his mid-40's. He looks a little grumpy but once you talk to him, he's OK, and he makes a mean pizza! Very nice family style restaurant with a sweet couple at the helm. If you want to eat-in, it's a very sweet quaint place to take a lunch date. Delicious!

Far better-than-average. If you take advantage of daily special pricing, insanely good value for money!

Always wanting to support local businesses, I decided to order from this place instead of ordering from Domino's, which was down the block. I went with my two-year-old son to order take out. The staff was very nice and the place, although a bit small, was very clean. As we waited for our food, the female staff member changed the channel on their TV to cartoons for my son. Then when the food was ready and it was time to go, one of the pizza cooks actually helped me carry my stuff to the car. Customer service in restaurants should always be above and beyond just taking your order and bringing you your food, and these people proved just that. Oh, and by the way, the pizzas (and cannolis I got for dessert) were delicious!!!!! We are definitely coming back!!!!

Found this place by accident when the sub shop next door was closed. I am very picky when it comes to pizza but my fiancé and I were smelling it so we had to try it. We had a large with pepperoni and olives and it as fantastic. Delicious thick crunchy crust and the perfect amount of cheese. I'm going to be craving it.. Wish we lived a little closer and it would be our new spot. We dined in, small but cute and clean and the owner was a really nice older man, very sweet!! Definitely recommend the pizza.

I was kind of worried about this place, didn't recognize the name and it had little presence on the web. When I finally tried it out, I really was surprised. Got a single large cheese and some garlic rolls. It showed up on time, was nice and crispy without being too oily, and was a decent price overall. Only problem was the garlic rolls, which were too hard and not very tasty, and didn't come with any tomato sauce like it says on the menu. Overall pretty good, definitely gonna try it again.
