I came here because of all of the positive comments and my love for In-N-Out Burgers. My wife and I were in Miami and looking for a good burger. We always look for good burgers when on vacation. Very rarely does the restaurant measure up to INO. In this case it does. The burgers are not as good as In-N-Out, but they make up for it by having a ton of ingredients to choose from for no extra cost (ie. grilled mushrooms and BBQ sauce). In addition, there french fries are pretty darn good. They are just okay plain, but with the cajun seasoning......OH YEAH!!! The buns are just okay. I like In-N-Out's better. However, Five Guys does have a big barrel of peanuts. You can grab some and throw the shells on the floor. That, to me, is always awesome. If you're in the area, walk past all of the garbage fast food restaurants and over to Five Guys. Better quality by far than anything the competition has to offer.

If you like burgers and fries and peanuts in the shell, then this place is definitely for you. Our family likes to stop here on our way home from my mother-in-law's house. You can easily miss this location if you don't know where to turn to get into the little strip mall. I've seen it full and empty, but the food is always good. The french fries are fresh and there is a sign telling you where in the country the potatoes are from. Bring your appetite because your get a tremendous amount of fries and the regular burgers come with two patties -- the little burger means one patty. You can have it your way here as they have a list of condiments to choose from. There are also boxes of peanuts in the shells around the restaurant -- you can eat these while you wait for your order.

Five Guys has the best fastfood burger and fries ever! The burgers are made the minute you order them, so they are always served fresh and hot, and the fries are perfectly crisp everytime. They offer a long list of available toppings (at no extra charge), which you don't normally get at a fast food joint, so anyone can build their perfect burger.

Since discovering this place I hit it about once a week. It is usually p-aaacked! The line may look long but it is generally less than 10 minutes between walking in and actually picking up my food at the back. We ordered a large cheeseburger with mushrooms and onions, which was cooked well and very juicy. I have found with these burgers that they can get soggy if you add condiments that are juicy like the tomatoes. With all the free toppings I I do like to take advantage of that. I have also tried a grilled cheese with jalapenos In Miami it is a mission to get food of this quality ingredients for the price. Are there cheaper burgers out there somewhere else -- yes (JUNK!). Are there better burgers out there for double the price -- yes (BUYER'S REMORSE). The price and quality of this food at five guys is right in the sweet spot. Of course, the fries are also a star. I go for the cajun fries now to spice it up. One large order was enough for 3 people! They can fill you up pretty quickly. The parking was sort of tough, so we had to park on the side of the shopping center and walk about 50 feet -- no big deal. This place is definitely more old fashioned (in a good way) and nothing like the fast food big chain vibe. I love it.

BEST BURGERS EVER!!!! BK and McDonald's ain't got nothing on this place make your own burger YOUR WAY with so many toppings that other burger places can't compare. Cheap, fast, DELICIOUS!

Very tasteful burger. A lot of stuffs to add on. The fries is complete different of every where. Give it a try, you'll enjoy it!

This place is okay, the burgers are really good, you could have whatever topping you would like & its also good for a quick lunchbreak for a good price.

McDonald's just lost one of the billion customers! I had an intense craving for a bacon cheeseburger and I did my research online...Wendy's Baconator or McD's cheeseburger?? All my friends kept saying.."Five guys?" So I turn to the 'bible' and Yelped it...and off I went! I invited a co-worker to come with and he was like "this better be good, flo" and I didn't have to say anything, the places was PACKED when we got in, No free table at all...but as I waited in line, high turnover rate. Families, couples, people with extended families, people in wheelchairs, teenagers probably just from church youth meetings...the mix was there! Two cashiers and the line moved fast. Free toppings, which got me all excited..too excited I forgot to get lettuce! I had a junior cheeseburger and a large fries (to share) with my co-worker. We had to wait a bit but it was GOOD when it came...I think I finished it in 2 minutes! Yummy mushroommsss!!! The large fries was WAY too much, even for two of us...so for small eaters, get the regular and you probably still need to share! Five guys, I am definitely a fan! No more mediocre cheeseburgers anywhere else! And come on, for a place to have only 4 choices of burgers, 4 choices of hotdogs and 2 sizes of fries...they must be doing something right to keep on doing this! Tip-bits: Free peanuts! (Note for those who are allergic to peanuts) Ketchup only at the counter Free water, they give a cup to you.

Went here with my mom today. Burger and hotdog = excellent. but, to quote my mom: "don't get the potatoes."

I am not a fast food junkie but given the choice, Five Guys even if a bit more expensive than your Burger King and McDonald's combo meal, has the best fast food burger, nonetheless its still greasy but delicious. The menu is simple burgers, kosher style hot dog and fries, plus fountain soda of course. The regular burger come with two patties (too big for me) but you can opt for the single patty 'little cheeseburger" a junior size that was just enough meat for me. Toppings like mushrooms, lettuce and pickles are free, but lucky for them, I take mine with just a little ketchup. Love the fresh and soft buns specially made for Five Guys by selected bakeries. Lets move on to the scrumptious fresh and hand cut fries, there are two kinds: the Five Guys style and Cajun with a lot of kick to them. The fries are fried in pure peanut oil, and you can see them prepare as you wait at the counter of the venue's open kitchen. Yes, it a bit more costly then your regular fast food joint but the portions are more than generous so keep that in mind before super sizing.

  • Eric R.

I am going broke because of how often I eat at Five Guys. They cook everything in low-fat peanut oil, and offer huge portions. The burgers make me salivate just thinking about them, and they give you enough fries in a regular size order to feed a small family. This is the epitome of perfection when you are looking for something in between fast food and a sit down restaurant. It doesn't hurt that they have locations everywhere either.

If I lived in a world where grease and fat was healthy 5 guys will be my kinda place. While the burgers and fries are delish I find them too greasy and sloppy to my liking. If you do some homework you will also realize the burgers are not only to 1000 grams of calories but also loaded in saturated fat.

  • Nathalie M.

So my boyfriend at the time took me here because him and his buddies swore by this place! You know the whole they cook with peanut oil which makes food orgasmic argument. Well we went and for the price I don't know what I was expecting but I sure was expecting what I got!. We had to wait FOREVER for our food! Then when we finally got it, we took it home (which is a short drive away) and as I bit in to the burger waiting for all the amazing-ness to take a hold of me I was met with serious disappointment. The burger was not the best ever! It was just a lot of meat that seemed under seasoned and very greasy! I make better burgers on my grill at home! So then I decided to eat the fries, they were all BURNT! I thought maybe it was the top portion but no it was all of them! Overall I gave it 2 stars because it's not the worst I've ever had but it's not the best and I definitely won't be going back! Their fries didn't taste like anything. I rather eat Checkers fries then theirs any day... Oh yeah and let me just say that we were both STARVING and even that didn't help the food taste better! :/

  • Carolina M.

The best bacon cheeseburger!! Also, the cajun fries!!! Prime beef, not frozen...that says it all. The size of the burgers is a little small, so I will recommend that you order a double-patty....the opposite with the fries...1 order is huge!!! The people there are awesome and you can order online or by phone and bypass the line when you get in. While you wait, you can eat some peanuts and have some fun peeling them.

Great burgers here. This is probably one of the better locations also, located close to Miami Dade College so I go here a lot. Great greasy fast food cheese burgers and awesome fries.

    The best burgers in town!!!

  • L.J. H.

Best cheeseburger I've had in a long time. My burger had American cheese, grilled onions, tomatoes, mayo & ketchup. I had a "little cheeseburger" and it was the perfect serving for myself. The only burger I can think of that is better would be an In N Out burger. The service here was fast, they were polite. I wish they had more sauces. The fries I wasn't a fan of! I'll try the Cajun fries next time. I definitely will go back for a cheeseburger! :) my total was about $8.00 for a "small" cheeseburger and reg fries.

  • Jay R.

As far as fast food burgers go, these guys simply cannot be beat. You get a delicious, filling burger, a HUGE order of fries, a drink, and free peanuts for just a few bucks more than a similar meal at McDonald's, Burger King, etc. Well worth it - tastes better, sits better in your stomach.

I have given this place several tries because it seems to have such a following, but I really don't get the fascination. The burgers are fine, by no means are they bad, but they are no big deal. Greasy slabs of meat. Not much flavor. Sorry.

Okay, so I havent gone to five guys here in Fl, but in MD and VA they have these all around and ppl loved them, but I didnt see what was sooo good about them. To me, they were mediocre. But, I used to go pretty often cuz the hubbie and daughter like them. So, if you dont get to go, youre not missing anything great.

  • Frank G.

I think this place is as close as you can get to In & Out Burger, if you live in Miami. They have great burgers and awesome fries. Sure beats the giant fast food chains. Best of all its fresh and relatively fast.

I love this place! Definitely worth it :)

  • Luis M.

This place is alright. When compared to Fudruckers it falls short. Burgers are decent, service is fast, and the fries are fresh and very good. The cons I would say is the condiment station; only offers ketchup. Fudruckers layout gives you the option choose from their station IE: Tomatoes, Onions, pickles, jalapenos, mayo, mustard, ketchup, cheese sauce, etc. you get the point. Where in Five Guys you need to ask for it up front at the cashier. I would say, before you order make sure you know what you want on your burger and what sauces you want with your meal; or else good luck trying to get someone attention at the line for service!

My husband and I finally stopped into 5 Guys... and it's was YUMMY! We had burger and fries (surprise surprise, right) The peanuts were a cool treat too! Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a while! The fries we amazing! If you have a peanut allergy I would not even try it though. The fries are made in peanut oil! Thanks goodness I'm not allergic :)

Not bad. Same concept as In and Out on the West Coast. Burgers are better than McD's or BK. Will be passing by again for lunch sometime soon.

Great burgers that is no doubt in my mind yummy in anyone's tummy! One serving of fries is enough for two. Free peanuts while you wait for your order. Good burger joint for the young at heart. Nothing fancy just great burgers! Great with beer! Too bad they don't offer beer in their establishment to go along with the burgers.

  • Brandi D.

Okay so once again I had to try this place because of the reviews. We ordered a bacon cheese burger, an order of small fries and a drink. The total for our bill was $12.00. My boyfriend and I split the burger. It was enough for us both. The fries are HUGE. My issue with this place was the price. I would rather go to Fudruckers! Fries are good. I do NOT think we will be going back to this place. :(

Parking? Depending on the hour, difficult! Not to mention the traffic alongside 88th street. BUT! the food was good. The burgers I must admit were one of the best "american" style bugers i've ever had. The fries were also good, and you could really taste the quality in the potato and the way it was prepared. I give this 3 stars because I'm not a big fan of just burger patty, cheese, lettuce and bun. I need to have more from a burger... But this is the kind of thing everyone will like, just how much is up to your palette.

Oh boy do i love Five Guys! Whenever my BF and I are craving a burger we always opt to come to Five Guys...it's affordable, the service is better than any fast food joint around, and the BURGERS AND FRIES ARE SCRUMPTIOUS! I love their Regular Fries but whenever i feel adventurous, i order their Cajun Fries and their even better :) I always look forward to getting my greasy brown lunch bag from the counter. But i have to be nice to my heart once in awhile, so for health reasons i don't eat there everyday. But....one day, in a perfect world where Burgers are good for your health and Brussel Sprouts cause damage, I'd build a camp in front of their door and eat here everyday....hey, it could happen, right?

  • David C.

I tried the hot dogs, nothing out of this world. Kept the four stars cause the burgers and fries are still the best !

This place is awesome best burgers and fries in town a little on the expensive side but its so worth the money. The only thing that sux about this place its not open late night :( but over all its a great burger and fries place.

  • Alessandro C.

I love this place. Bar none these are the best fries. Cannot go wrong with cheeseburger either. Not cheap, but a good value in my opinion. Everything is fresh, crisp lettuce, juicy real bacon, good bun. I would recommend that you try it at least once. The place in Kendall seems to be very family friendly because there are always little league teams and large families in there. Parking there is a little tight, but I found you can find plenty of parking in the back.

A classmate of mine recently was talking about this and piqued my curiosity. So the other day, I was hanging out with my boyfriend and his friend when hunger struck and this place came to mind. I was not let down. =D First off, there are all the different burger topping options. Good to know that they were all free, seeing as some places like to charge for things like mushrooms and peppers (I'm looking at you, Johnny Rockets.) Money was low within our little group (and I was the only really hungry one, the boys just wanted to nibble on something) so I sadly decided to get a "little" cheeseburger and the "small" order of Cajun fries. Holy. Crap. Ended up having to give a third of my burger to the boyfriend and we all split the fries. The food was delicious. I'm a french fry enthusiast and these were delightfully spicy and you can tell they actually cut and cook real potatoes, as opposed to just frying frozen crap. I am also a condiment whore, so seeing malt vinegar as an option for fries made me like this place even more. We were also happy to enjoy the complimentary peanuts. People who worked here were prompt and good-natured. I will certainly be coming back here again when I'm in the mood for some quick noming (as long as someone comes with me to share it!).

I kept hearing this place was fantastic. from a coworker Ugh it was horrible! One the burgers werent at all that great wadded up in the foil and drenched in grease. Burgers are supposed to greasy but not to where thats all your tasting. It makes you wonder what kind of meat they are using to have to cook it like that. I have had better burgers at Mcdonalds .The fries were the one thing worth eating. My mother, grandmother, and myself ate that night and all got sick from these burgers and the more people I talk to about this place the more I find the same opinions.I will never eat there again. I have been all over southern California the state for Diners, drive ins and dives and found some fantastic burgers. Five guys would die in Cali. they are no one near the greatness and epicness of what a good burger should be. This place was just stomache turning and I think they need to be retaught on what burgers are about.

I visited Five Guys originally on my trip to DC. All i can say is it's no frills, definitely worth the hype and the food is really good.

I have been here a couple of times. The burgers are very good. The fries are a bit greasy but other than that its good. Fun place for a couple of friends to eat and talk...

so, I'm a huge fries addicted and critic but, let me tell you how 5 guys didn't disappoint me. their fires were sure hells tasty and they give you a huge cup that can be shared with at least one other person but, since i like my fires i don't share them. also the burger that i had was delicious but, wow was it greasy. a heart attack waiting to happen.

if you want a truly good five guys experience- go to midtown miami. for some reason the food there tastes better. i came here today with my dad for the first time after hyping it up (my first five guys burger was at the midtown miami location) and after waiting in line the super-bored-out-of-her-mind-no-expression-or personality burger teller took our order. and got it wrong. when we got our order, my dad noticed that there were no fries- after i specifically asked for cajun fries (i wanted to try them after the reviews i've read here- btw, i saw a jar of cajun spices that you could buy at cosco in the kitchen- not impressed)- i got no fries. however, they were nice enough to give us a free cup of fries. but those fries were obviously free because it wasn't a normal portion and they were stale, as if they had been sitting there for a while. since the fries weren't enough, we bought some more fries. and they were good, but just not as fresh as the ones from midtown. the burger was good however, that was the only part of the meal that was on point. this place is also a lot smaller than the midtown miami one and the parking is a b*tch. oh and they don't have dessert :( i needed a key lime pie or something at the end- even though i was stuffed, there's always room for dessert! aside from all of my negative comments, the food was good. not good enough when comparing it to the other five guys- but good enough to make me go back and give them another chance.

I've never been much of a burger fan. I even tried to opt out of coming here as my first time. I feel a bit foolish now. When I took my first bite out of my cheese burger my mouth sewed shut and I was in awe. The flavor is amazing - I actually managed to finish it (2 pattys) and it surprised me because I'm a skinny /picky eater. The place at first looks small but it's pretty easy to forget and feels nice. The noise is usually tuned out from the music. It's a nice place to sit down and enjoy a quick timeout from the mayhem outside. Def recommend - don't say no. :)

  • Carlos D.

Love this place!!! Great staff!!! Great food!! I ordered food by phone and when I got there the cashier asked if I was Carlos. I said "Yes" She turned around and said to the staff "Carlos is here." The entire staff turned to me and said "Hi, Carlos!" Makes you feels like they care even though they probably don't. Lol.

Not a big fan of smashing the burgers down on the griddle but some how it works for them. Menu is very limited but if your in the mood to be fat this is the place.

  • Mike N.

This was my first visit at any Five Guys. I very much enjoyed the burger. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. I have a big appetite and I would have been satisfied with a single. They aren't smashed flat, so one is really big enough. I also ordered a small fry which is a good thing. They fill a cup of fries, dump them in the bag, then refill the cup. And that's a small! You can't finish them. They have a great selection of iced tea's too.

Small Burger joint located in a strip mall. The inside is clean and so are the bathrooms. Staff is friendly in taking and helping you with your order. Parking is hard to find during lunch time so come early or phone or fax in your if you are pressed for time. The burgers are made fresh never Frozen. They have plenty of toppings so you can create endless combos! The fries are cut daily that come from out west and they are cooked in Peanut Oil. They take Credit Cards. Great for family's and kids.

  • Kevin H.

Absolutely love Five Guys, and this location specifically is fantastic. All the workers are on their game every visit, and my burgers and fries have always been perfect. As a chain restaurant, it seems like consistency is to be expected, but this location seems to raise the bar regardless. Keep it up!

  • Steven G.

A slice of cheese is seventy cents! Yes, that is the difference in price for a cheeseburger. Wow Also, peanuts have been stale lately. Fries are awesome.

  • Rickie G.

I'm just not a big fan of this place, like many are. I believe that a burger really needs to set itself apart to earn some stars. The place was clean and the staff was friendly but the food wasn't anything special. Try it yourself and make up your mind.

Omg delicious is what I have to say ! Best burgers ever and their fried to die for! If your looking to eat a really good burger you need to come here great place

    (4)
  • Max T.

I dont understand why people love this place so much. The burger is average at best. They dont have cheddar cheese for the burger, only american cheese?!?! What is that about? They have a million toppings, cheddar is not one of them! The fries are so greasy you need gloves not napkins, the grease is visually augmented by the fact they come in a brown bag. The best? At what? I think people just love the fact they give a shopping bag full of greasy fries and free nuts. I rather have fuddruckers any day and i wouldnt give fudd 4 stars like people do to this joint; Price is about the same, minus the brown bag, and i think the meat is better. Either way i cant understand the rave reviews.

My mom, bro, and friends tee&fred have said this place was the place to go for a goooood burger. So obviously off I went to try this place. I walk in and it is completely empty! It was like a ghost town, pretty cool since I was in no hurry to order, and was able to find a good seat by the window lol. Ordered a burger with it all, and when I heard the lady scream order up 2 burgers... I was a tad confused until I unwrapped my burger. Holy shit this burger is huge. It was two patties I took one bite, and did not even reach the top of it. I ordered the Cajun fries, and those I gobbled now in seconds! I have to say the burger ehh okay. The fries was what I loved. Maybe the cook was not into cooking and that is why the burger fell through my expectations but hey can't win them all. Place was very clean, staff was pleasant, have to say I'm not sure if I will try the burger again.

Quick fix for lunch or dinner! Five Guys hamburgers & fries!! The burgers are yummy!! I always oder the little hamburger, but my tummy wants always to try the hamburger! No can do!!! fries are fried in peanut oil, healthier they say! but there is something about them that I can't have too much of that stuff! but it's good! Service is fast and always with a smile! You can add whatever to your hamburger be: tomato, onions, mushrooms, pickles, mayo, lettuce, etc, etc!!!

This place never disappoints! Burgers made to order and just how you like them. What's not to love? Free peanuts too! The seasoned fries are delicious and the servings are very generous. One order of fries is enough to share with someone else. This location is really laid back. I like to sit in the outside area, obviously when it's not scorching hot.

Ho ho ho I wouldn't be surprised if this is how Santa Claus spent his joyous days in the hot summers of miami..(Yes, picture SC in sun tan or w.e you want)..probably going to Five Guys and getting absolutely STUFFED from large cajun fries + bacon cheeseburger and 'everything on it' 1-2 punch combo. The food here is delicious and fast! The fries (cajun/regular) are obnoxiously addictive, and their burgers...jeez, 'win a lot' much? Five Guys is the place where the certain 'beast' in you needs a meal specifically designated to obliterate all known consciousness of absolute and absurd friez n' burger hunger! Choose from any toppings you'd want from in a classic american burger, pick up some peanuts and start congratulating yourself because you have just conquered new land in your precious and adored diet...and chances are you will only come back for more. I say, when the beast is truly at hunger for sone fast american sh*t, enter Five Guys.

    (4)
  • Natasha A.

I LOVE 5 Guys!!! Seriously, I crave it every week and hold off as long as possible to delay the pleasure...and not gain 20 pounds! The burgers are the BEST classic american style burgers. If you are looking for gourmet burgers with avocado or blue cheese, then this is not the place for you. But if you are craving a good ol' fashion burger cooked fresh, simple and to perfection, then this IS the place for you. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the fries are good, but not great. If I had not eaten at the other location on 120 street, I wouldn't have realized this. That location makes the fries AMAZING!!! However, this location does the burgers 10x better. So, if you're in the mood for fries with a burger, check out the other location on SW 120 St and 137 Ave. But if you are looking for a burger with fries, then this is the place to be.

Classic burger + fries joint. It's laid back, relaxed and fun, and best of all, the food is fantastic. The menu is not overly complicated, and there are a ton of options of toppings for you to choose from ( fo' free!) The burgers are just right... not too dry and just juicy enough. It doesn't have an "overprocessed" feel like a fast food place would... the fries are not too salty and just the perfect texture. Everything has a very casual feel, from the aluminum wrapping on the the burgers to the brown paper bag that the order comes in. The food may not be out of this world to some, but it just tastes like home, and that's the best thing about it. I guess if I would have to say one negative thing, it would be that this is definitely not a diet-friendly restaurant. If you're watching your figure or just trying to stay healthy, maybe just limit yourself to once every 3 months or so. ;)

Burger was great as always, but fries quantity is getting smaller by the day. I travel a lot and only notice this cutback on 2 of the Kendall 5 guys. Maybe managed by the same person and directed to do that! A large fry use to be good for 3 persons, now you barely make it adding a reg one! I gave it a 2 because I mostly come here for fries. I just returned from a week in the Atlanta and Tallahasse with about 4 visits to diff 5 guys. It was all very consistent as far as generous fry ammount like always. I guess is a Miami dade thing!

Cajun fries don't need any ketchup but they're better with a burger. Can't get napkins apart from your order. Condiments include malt vinegar or mustard. Good double hamburger. Grilled mushroom topping was cold. Music is a little distracting. Open kitchen. They've got Gold Peak green tea and sweet tea. There were no peanuts in sight this afternoon. Today's fries were made with potatoes from Sheeley, Idaho.

I came here to sample those fries everyone was raving about. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy. I ordered a cheeseburger and the original and Cajun fries. First thing I noticed was how many fries they give. Second thing was the lack of attitude. The cheeseburger was great, I split it with a friend as it seemed a little too much with all those fries. I have to agree with the popularity of the Cajun fries and join that bandwagon.

One of the rare fast food chain where the meat actually tastes like meat !! And their fries are really tasty. 5 stars all the way.

Good ole burgers. The one thing I love about the place is that there are unlimited toppings to put on your burger for free. Another great thing about the place is their fries. They give you a big ol scoop of fries, stuff it in a paper bag and then put another big scoop for good measure. Overall, not a bad place. If you're on a diet, keep on driving. Stay away from this place. But if not, go on in and grab yourself a burger.

The perfect pickup oder for Five Guys is their online ordering and pickup service. I was able to order online, get in my car, drive 3 minutes away and viola the order was ready as I walked in and back out in minutes as they prepped the fries fresh upon pickup. The only down-turn is the tight parking lot....

Great burger, very economical. They give enough fries for two with just one order. Highly recommended.

For a Chain Burger Joint, its the best! Cooked, delish burgers made to order, and many toppings to choose from. I highly recommend to have your burger with Cajun Fries. The regular size fries is enough for 2 people. Little cheese burger is single Patty, while the CheeseBurger is double Patty. Enjoy your complimentary peanuts while u wait..

This place is growing on me. I don't like how you have to fight for a table when it's busy. At first I found it very bland, but I was comparing it to Fudruckers and this is totally different. It's more like a traditionally burger joint. I like the toppings but it's still pretty basic. The toppings do make it taste better. The fries are huge and I'm sure people like that. The free peanuts are nice to tie you over until your burger is ready. It's pretty good, but not too healthy. Once and a while it's fine.

Five Guys, you are now closer to my home than ever before. I love you, but I fear falling victim to morbid obesity because of you. Your burgers are so tasty and your fries always seasoned just right. I love you. I love you. I love you.

Super awesome! The fries are amazing, you can get them regular or cajun, get cajun! They just pour an insane amount of them into your bag on top of the burgies, you won't ever finish all the fries its crazy LOL Free peanut munching while you wait, of course we always take a bunch home! You order your burgie any way you want, they've got so many options. The onions, bacon, and green peppers are always super fresh and crunchy!

Probably my favorite place to grab a burger really quick at a great price. My usual is a double or a single cheeseburger (if I get a single, I like to add bacon for a bit of extra meat) with lettuce, raw onion, pickles, ketchup and mustard. Their fries are great and you can probably share a regular sized portion. I like adding 'Cajun' seasoning. They also have bottles of malt vinegar, which taste great on the fries. They offer many toppings, too. Including A-1 sauce, hot sauce, jalapeños, grilled onions or mushrooms, and relish. Free refills and free peanuts (the fries are cooked in peanut oil). Classic rock is usually playing on the radio, and your food is in a brown bag, burgers wrapped in aluminum foil. Grade A stuff. My only gripe? I wish they were open 24 hours.

My fellow Carnivores, if you haven't heard how awesome Five Guys burgers are by now, you might be Osama bin Laden living in a cave somewhere! Seriously, does it even need it's own Yelp review? Some things are even too great for mere mortals to review. If you are still reading this, put the Iphone down and drive to this destination...i think it's one of the seven wonders of Miami.

We came here for lunch today after reading several good Yelp reviews. The place is remarkably clean - even the bathrooms. The peanuts are a nice touch, but they serve the food so fast you don't really need them to occupy yourself while you wait. But I love unshelled peanuts and ate them before, during, and after the meal. My little burger was juicy and delicious. His hamburger was so big it was almost too much. And the cool part - when we couldn't decide if our order of fries should be regular or cajun they offered to split it so we could both be happy. The fries were good and all crispy (soggy fries make me sad). Bonus points for offering grilled mushrooms as a free topping and for having malt vinegar available (good on the fries, excellent mixed with ketchup if you're like me and think it's too sweet). And neither of us though of eating anything again for over 6 hours!

Good food and fast service. I love this burger place. I go here only once in a while though as its not exactly the best for my diet :-P. I've never ordered a burger here I didn't like. Definitely will continue to go back!

Great location! Awesome burgers! (if you like greasy.. and if you don't you shouldn't be eating a burger!!) The french fries were great and there were A LOT. Friendly people. Great experience!

I'm not sure if I agree with everyone when they proclaim Five Guys to be the best. O_O Don't get me wrong, it's not horrible and I did somewhat enjoy my burger but I wouldn't dare call it the mecca of burger joints. In my opinion, their burgers resemble something that any old joe could make at home - which is not necessarily a bad thing and perhaps I'm used to fast food style instead of "fresh" but it just didn't make my mouth water like it should. I was impressed with the sign that informs their customers of where the potatoes came from that particular day. Tre cool. Btw, the regular fries are chunky and also taste like they could be homemade (again, not a bad thing). The Cajun fries are amazing (they are no checkers but still pretty damn good). I will say that the fries were generously served (definitely enough for two people to share) and much appreciated. Knowing that the quality of the products were higher than most places makes it that much more satisfying. Before making the decision to eat here, I was under the assumption that I would walk out of the restaurant regretting my decision (food hangover/guilt forthcoming) and feeling like an obese cow. Surprisingly however, that was not the case. I actually left thinking that it wasn't that bad - perhaps, dear and I even say...a bit on the healthier side (as compared to the other burger alternatives). It could have been what I ordered which was a pretty basic little burger (with lettuce, tomato and grilled mushrooms) but all in all it was alright. Except the Cajun fries, this place is nothing to write home about (bring on the disagreements).

So we hit this place on a Friday night after some shopping at Dadeland Mall. I wasn't quite in the mood for burgers but I kept an open mind at the suggestion of my friend who had been here before. We pulled into the parking lot of a smallish strip shopping center and I was not expecting much. I have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised by the great food here. The surprise is when you have low expectations and then all of a sudden the food is way better than you expect and first you are shocked for a second and then it puts that big smile on your face! I don't know if this place is a secret or not, but I had not heard of them The posters on the walls indicate that apparently they are all over. There are 2 sizes of burgers, I had the regular which was a fairly good size. All of the dressings are free. I ordered a cheeseburger with typical toppings (they had them all, including both grilled and raw onions--i got the grilled). The burger was very good. Overall I was impressed. The fries were equally as good -- I want to say they are almost the star of the show. Not your typical fast food fries, much, much better. I am a picky eater and don't do fast food, but I have to say that when I am in the mood for a hamburger I will definitely be swinging back here again. If you are into burgers, you should put this on your rotation list. Overall Good Job Five Guys! (I saw 6 guys and a girl workin' in the kitchen, so I'm not sure which ones are the 5 guys.)

I hope this is the right five guys, is this the one near south beach ? Hope so! First five guys I've ever been to. When riding the taxi to South beach, asked what he recommended, he said Five Guys. I know they have five guys over here, but still, I had a great experience. Walked in grabbed some peanuts, cracked some, tossed some, crunch crunch. Looked at the menu.. A burger with ANY toppings?! They have so many choices! Holy cow, too bad I'm a traditional type, but man maybe next time, I'll ask to add all. The meat is so juicy even though its so thin, their buns are so soft and not full of bread like others, toppings soo fresh!! Would so go here again!

With a place this like I can't understand how fast food restaurants still survive. Their burgers are fresh and topped with premium toppings and accompanied by top quality Cajun fries. I always go for the small burgers because the only difference i can tell is the price. When it comes to toppings you can go nuts adding as many as you like, this place must have a big budget for toppings. Another small trick for your next visit is as for your fries 1/2 & 1/2 you will get double the fries. While waiting for your perfect little burgers to be cooked you can munch down on complimentary peanuts and enjoy the creative customer napkin art on the wall. This place is great for take out and to sit and eat, get out there as soon as you can.

My first time visiting this location, but I'm a huge fan of Five Guys - so I came in here knowing what to expect. Ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger (although the "little" is a little deceiving) and cajun fries. Will probably stick to regular fries next time, because bright orange fries are a bit too much for my own taste buds sometimes. Burger is mouth-watering and satisfying, ambiance is great, and there's something about eating french fries laid out on a paperbag that you just can't beat. Just writing this makes me wish there were a Five Guys near me right now.

Just like their midtown location- this place is a great, quick meal, and an even better bang for your buck. The burgers are tasty and the fries are fantastic. Once I asked for a cheese dog, and I thought it was so randomly funny, I got a hot dog with an unmelted slice of american cheese--- not much of a cheese dog, but it did make me laugh. 5 guys is definitely better than drive thru, and in the same price range. Oh, and a small fry is big enough for 2, so don't over order!

Greasy yummy burgers and fries, Cajun fries please...and let's not forget some darn good open sliced hot dogs, too... Very greasy, fresh made to order and pretty much always full, at least when I make it there. The burgers really are that good and the numerous awards are absolutely justified.
