I looooove Peruvian food!! And this place is one of the best I have found. Pescado ceviche- huge chunks of white fish marinated in citrus. They didn't dilute the acidity like some places do ( in order to cater to North Americans I guess?). This ceviche is AMAZING, and the portion was HUGE and would have been enough for an entree then leftovers (although I'm not so sure how long ceviche would be good as a leftover). Rotisserie chicken- Okay, my husband said the chicken was a tad bit overcooked. But they give you liter-sized bottles of green sauce- which is the best part of Peruvian chicken- and their green sauce is one of the best I've had- they also give you the same sized bottle of yellow sauce. I basically drown my chicken in green sauce, so I didn't feel the chicken was overcooked. These sauce bottles were much appreciated, as many Peruvian chicken places give you tiny plastic containers or a small bowl of sauce. Fries and salad- came with the chicken. The lettuce was fresh, and came with the right amount of dressing already on it. Fries were good, and came with a huge squeeze bottle of ketchup so could drown them. If I lived here, I would regularly visit this place for ceviche on the days I diet, and everything else for the other days when I don't diet. In fact, the food here was the best I had on my entire week of vacation.

GRRRRReat Peruvian food at a place I didn't expect! It was a nice surprise. I have been driving by this place for years since it's on my way home and had never given it a second look because of it's location (commercial shopping center)... but on a night where I didn't feel like cooking my honey suggested we stop there!! DEEEELICIOUS!!! Great rotisserie chicken, to die for lomo saltado, and reasonable prices... owner was very nice and attentive...stopping by a couple of times to see what we thought of each of our courses. Now it's one of our go-to spots!

Nice corner to stop by and get some nice Peruvian fix just after you get out of Miami international airport. However, there is much better and cheaper if you are able to head south. This place is expensive and a little less quality and quantity than other places I have visited in Kendal for example. I he the Jalea de Mariscos and it was good, there was shrimp calamari and white fish but there was only a couple of Yucas and the amount even when handsome would be less than what you get for less money in some other places. The ceviche is good buit again expensive and much less you would get at some other places for less amount of money.

Out of the three (!!) Peruvian places in this stripmall, El Pollo Inka came recommended by the guys in the gun/guitar shop nearby. They had guns and a recommendation, so I wasn't going anywhere else. It isn't cheap, and knowledge of Spanish is almost required to order, but the food is amazing. As with most food from this region, vegans will have trouble ordering past the potato dishes. I had the Chaufa (a Peruvian version of fried rice that shows their willingness to be influenced by other cuisines). It came with fresh shrimp. The availability of Inca Kola and a version of dulce de leche from Lima that featured a meringue are probably two more reasons this place was packed with Peruvian ex-pats just hanging out, watching TV or talking over a long meal.

I've heard from one of my Peruvian friends that this place has great rotisserie chicken. I didn't have the chicken myself but I did try a piece of my friends and it was pretty good but nothing to rave about. I had the lomo salteado and that was tasty... I ate it all! The fries were delicious. They have a lot of dishes on their menu and I'm sure some are more delicious than others but I'm willing to give this place a second try if I'm ever invited again. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is very nice, friendly, and attentive.

I went to this restaurant this week. I was very disappointed with the "pollo a la brasa." I started eating it and after few minutes, I found the smallest chicken I have ever seen in my life. I talk about it with the employee because the manager wasn't there. Of course, I didn't pay it. I won't come again to this place. There are a lot Peruvian restaurants with better food and price!

Im addicted to their ceviche. I used to have to pickup an order before work at least 1ce a week because its so good & always fresh. The staff here is always very nice and the restaurant is clean.

The service was great. Love the canchitas. Had the pollo a la brasa. Very yummy. THe fries were to die for. I strongly recommended.

Confession: I could eat chicken every single day..... When you get the craving to go to Pollo Inka, the only unknown is if you'll be able to accomplish your feat, or settle for Wendy's -- given that the sprawling and crazy busy parking lot associated with this shopping plaza may leave you circling for over 15 minutes until you give up. Nonetheless, when I got the craving today, the parking karma was on my side. Even though their 1/4 chicken lunch special is not around anymore ($6.99), their regular menu item with 1/4 chicken and two sides ($9.09) still packs a punch. The chicken is juicy and tender, and seasoned just right so when you dip the chicken with the aji and a little bit of their special sauce -- it just absolutely melts in your mouth. The restaurant also has an assortment of ceviches, seafood and other Peruvian specialties, but I seldom make it past the chicken. Good for lunch or dinner.

I have had catered food from this location before and it is fantastic. I am a fan of Pervian cuisine and they make very tasty traditional dishes. I went in for the first time about two weeks ago with my husband and our experience was very pleasurable. I used a restaurant.com certificate and had no problem redeeming it. I had a lomo saltado and my husband had a churassco and we were deligthed with our selections. The portions were just right, the price was affordable and the service was great.

A great overall restaurant and a great representative of Peruvian cuisine. This restaurant has been a great preparer of Lomo Saltado since I began going there as a teen (my dad introduced me to it back in the day.) It has always been great to eat there and has great service. As a family we always pick up or go there once a month to have there assortment of foods and they have never disappoint. Sometimes it is crowded especially during lunch, but that just means they have attracted everyone. Try it out if you haven't already and see that it is great.

I'm Hispanic so four stars for S. American cuisine is not given easily. This place kicks Pollo Tropical's rear every time! And, I whole heartedly refuse to eat at Pollo. Excellent Peruvian food. I was happily impressed wit the menu, service, and the food. I love that they had Lucuma ice cream. I love Lucuma: it tastes like a cross between malted and vanilla ice cream. Yummy! I was there at lunch and was served a very nice pork fried rice. I would go back.

My family and my I have been coming here for years! The chicken is the best Peruvian chicken we've ever ate in Miami. The chicken is juicy, well cooked and tastes great! Pollos y Jarras falls very short compared to this place. I love the aguadito and I am in a very serious relationship with that delicious aji verde (green sauce) they have. I took my non Peruvian boyfriend there and he asked for tabasco (LOL), the lady told him the only sauce they had was the green one, he was iffy about it but after he tried it he loved it! I l always get 1/4 chicken with a small aguadito and rice and french fries and of course an inca kola, I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants tasty yummy chicken!!

This is my first time venturing into a Peruvian restaurant, and while I consider myself pretty open to foods, I never given it much of a chance.. until now and I am glad I did, wow did the Lomo Saltado taste delicious and that spicy green "ahi" sauce was money. I will definitely be making this a regular place on my lunch rotation. The pricing to food ratio was also on point the dishes are huge.

Good food. Bad service. Placed an order to go and paid. After 30 minutes a cook finally asked why I was waiting. He went back in the kitchen and brought my food out. As I walked to my car another employee chased me down and accused me of not paying. Not sure if the food is good enough to deal with the bad service.

No chicken on a Monday night? Really? Because the table next to us got chicken. Waiter didn't even ask how we wanted ceviche. Do they even use real limes for it? Didnt taste like it. And got mad after I had to ask for spicy ceviche. All he brought was a sauce to pour over the already bland ceviche. Overall bad place go to ceviche 105!!!!

Food was good we had seafood. Shrimp was cooked to perfection and the scallops were great and the hot sauce was the first I have had in FL That I would call upper warm.

Horrible service, bad quality food churrasco was ordered medium came out well done burnt. Salad was brown. I only took a few bites out of the disgusting food and left the rest, the server not even bother to ask or do anything. 2 people 50 dollars throw it in the garbage.

Tipical Peruvian Food (Peru), The special of the house is Pollo inka chicken combo(home made seasoned roasted chicken with fries rice and beans) The place is small, nothing fancy but the food is good and prices are really cheap, lunch time is usually busy. the tipical peruvian seafood is really good and prices are very affordable having in mind that seafood is really expensive in other restaurants, Try arroz marinero, Chaufa con Camaron(peuvian style fried rice) Cazuela de Mariscos(seafood) papas huancaina, etc Portions are huge, service is very informal..waiters don't speak english and be careful with bill, tip is usually included by the restaurant so be advice, don't tip twice

This is one of my favorite places for rotisserie chicken and ceviche! I love this place because it is consistant and they have the $7.99 whole chicken on special daily. If you want a family meal u can have the $16.99 special with the whole chicken and two sides. I also like the french fries with the 3 choices of sauce when u dine in. The price is average but some plates are costly. Regardless, u will surely get a fresh and a delicious meal.

I ended up here when I found the vegetarian restaurant down the walk closed because of the Easter holiday. El Pollo Inka provided an excellent meal close to the airport, many hotels, and the highway. Some vegetarian options, but most dishes feature beef, chicken, or seafood. Friendly waitstaff. Quick service. I didn't check the bathrooms so I can't speak to the concerns of the previous reviewer, but suffice it to say if ever my travels bring me to this hotel again I will not hesitate to give these folks another try.

I have never written a review about a restaurant, however having the worst experience in a restaurant, I decided to let everyone know my personal experience. I went to the restaurant and brought my wife and two children, 3 & 4 year old. While we were looking at the menu, we were trying to find chicken for my 4 year old. The only alternative was a 1/2 chicken so we ask the server if they could make a 1/4 chiken for my four year old. After making everyone's order, she said she needed to check with the manager if the 1/4 chicken was available. The food came, everyone got the food including the 1/4 chicken for my four year old. When the check came in they charge for the 1/2 chicken, we ask the server why and her response was "The manager said no 1/4 chicken" I ask her why she never let us know about it, I could just share with him or find something else in the menu. Then we ask for the manager, he came and basically treat us as if we wanted the food for free. This manager does not have any customer service skills and I'm sure it will happen to anyone visiting this place. A friend told me she went to have lunch and she found a hair in her plate, she call the waitress and the manager came. His response was that the hair did not came from the kitchen, in other words she put the hair in the plate. Anyways, going back I ask for my check, pay the bill and ask for my other half of the chicken to the manager. Again, he show his "manager skills" and started making faces to us, their clients. One thing we have clear, there a peruvian place next to it "Las Totoritas" which is great and treat customers how it should be.

Authentic Peruvian food, located in a shopping plaza plenty of parking room off NW36th and 72nd Ave, The place is small, really simple decoration, waiters are friendly but they speak just a few words of english. Portions are huge and everything have lots of flavor. There is a special of the day wich is rotiserrie chicken, rice , beans and a side wich is good and cheap. The Chaufa(peruvian style fried rice) is huge and you can order it with chicken, shrimp or the special. Seafood Peruvian Style is good and it has good prices compared with other places and size of portions. the only bad thing are the restrooms wich I found dirty. El pollo inka is another alternative to get decent latin/peruvian food in miami,They don't do delivery but you can call and the have your order ready to go

Yelp... c'mon, dude. 3.5 stars? Are we talking about the same restaurant? I'm a pretty big fan of Peruvian food in general, and this is about as good as it gets. These guys absolutely nail the classics: perfect chicken and ceviche, great pisco sours and chicha, all at reasonable prices. Worth five stars, just for great execution of the often-wonderful dishes that you see in every Peruvian restaurant. But if you're willing to dig a little bit deeper into the menu, this place becomes borderline mind-blowing. I hadn't tried causa rolls before, and the versions offered at El Pollo Inka are pretty spectacular. Think sushi rolls, but not dainty: the type we ordered consisted of avocado, rolled in potato instead of rice, and topped with bizarrely tender octopus and a purple sauce made from a type of olive that I'd never tried before. Fantastic. The other killer dish was the conchitas a la parmesana -- scallops in a half-shell, baked with white wine and Parmesan cheese. Definitely not a light appetizer, but pretty darned phenomenal. No joke: on a friend's advice, I arranged a layover in Miami, mostly to eat here. No regrets at all. The place is right next to the back end of MIA -- if you have any time at all between flights, it's worth the cab ride here for a great meal.

Wanted some good peruvian food while visiting Miami. Was close to where i was staying and had decent reviews so gave it a shot. Media pollo was 10 bucks.. chicken was pretty small and didnt have the aroma of a great place. Lots of papas and a decent salad. Was disapointed in the pollo but i have had worse, but its a far cry from "super gordo" in lima or "Pollo Rico" in Va. The papa was 7 bucks - a bit on the high end, but one of my fave dishes. Nice presentation, but a bit skimpy on the potatoe for the price! Was tasty, but the sauce was too thin and needed more cheese ... even after adding some tasty aji - it just didnt meet the mark of my expectations. Being married to a Peruana, I know good Peruvian food. This was just average at best. Service was good, and it was clean and had the peruvian atmosphere. Would rate it at 2.5 stars overall if they would let me. I wouldnt return though. Its not bad, but not exceptional.

Have come here a few times, even though there are many Peruvian food choices this place stands out for its food and it's service. The food was well seasoned and the portions were generous for a lunch meal. I had the half chicken special and the sautéed chicken and they were both excellent. I notice that the owner is very hands on and knows his customers when they come in. I saw how he took the time to greet and chat the guest.. The service provided shows the results of his hands on approach. This is something I have rarely seen in other places. The prices are reasonable and the place is busy though the Plaza Is full of other places to eat. Great place to try.... Good food good service.. Cant ask for anything else.. .

Their chicken is tasty and their hot sauce has tons of flavor thanks to huatacay herbs. I highly recommend!

  • Lucia G.

They don't offer hot tea, real Cafe con Leche (coffee) or any other hot drink - just a machine coffee, which discourage anyone who is looking for a real Latin experience. As a vegetarian they really didn't have any great options and the server didn't go out of her way to make two people out of a big group feel comfortable to order anything so I walk out and went across the street to another Latin restaurant.

Friendly staff that seated us and brought out fried corn which was nicely salted. I got the Steak Lomo Saltado which was $13.95. It was absolutely delicious. The steak was so tender and the sauce was perfect. They out a squeeze bottle of lime green colored sauce which I wanted to steal and take home with me it was so good. The green sauce was spicy and full of flavor. This is in a strip mall with a busy parking lot but it's worth it.

This was my second time at Pollo Inka and I can say it can't get better than this! Definitely my favorite place in Miami for typical Peruvian food, everything is fresh and authentic. We started with a "choclo a la huancaina" - delicious, I really recommend it. The corn is the authentic corn you can find in Peru and the sauce is perfect between salty and spicy. Then I had "tallarines verdes" which is a thin pasta with a delicious green creamy sauce, very tasty. We also shared an authentic Peruvian Ceviche - you can tell how fresh everything is by the look and taste. What I also find outstanding are all the home made sauces they have, specially the green sauce that is at every table, it really complements the dishes, love it. Besides enjoying all this delicious food we also had a very nice waitress. We will definitely be back!

A little pricey, but i love Pollo Inka. I dont like the tip thing either but oh well, better than Las Totoritas anyways! I usually order Un Pollo a la brasa con Papas y Ensalada all for $20 usually two or three eat from that!

Absolutely Fantastic!! My family and I have been wanting to try El Pollo Inka for awhile and I can truly say it was worth the wait. We had a late lunch at El Pollo Inka on Friday. The place is nice and has a warm vibe. We were seated pretty much immediately and from there our server took us away, we got lost in Peruvian smells and tastes. We actually had him place our order from what he felt was his favorites and the most popular items. Everything was delicious! Hands down best service in a El Doral restaurant I have come by in a long time. We told the Manager we will be traveling to Peru in a few weeks and he even took the time to write us a list of his favorite spots and offered to reach out to them before our arrival to get us reservations. Could not have been nicer! We will def be back El Pollo Inka!!!

Now I'm from Los Angeles, and we love pollo inka!!! We so happened to come across pollo inka coming from Orlando to Miami, and we were so impressed by how great the food tasted, especially coming in RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING!!!! The food was delicious from soup to desert, and the green sauce (my family favorite) was PICANTE!! (Spicy)!!!! Very delicious food just like the other location back in California!!! Will return whenever we come back into Miami!!

  • Andrew A.

The food was very good however the service is lacking. I was seated promptly and my order was taken promptly but from there it was a mess. It was not very busy and I walked in about 9:30 pm. I ordered the beef tacu tacu, one of their best sellers it's seems. My food came at 10:16pm. About 45 min!! I was by myself so it wasn't a complicated order. I ate the food was good and it took about another 10-15 min once I was done to get the server to bring me my check. I popped in for a quick dinner that turned into me leaving at 10:46pm. An hour and 15 min for a meal that took 15 min to eat while using my phone etc.... I don't think I would come back because of this.

I had heard great stuff about this place and coincidently, the group I was with decided to go there. I ordered a leche de Tigre and ceviche mixto. Wayyyyy too much onion in my opinion, but fish tasted fresh and very tasty. I'll come again if I'm ever close by.

    (4)
  • Chabelis L.

The food is great but the service is not too good. They make it impossible to customize the order. If your steak comes with a side of fries don't even bother asking for something different because they won't do it. This isn't really a problem for me because I only order their ceviche, best one I've ever had.

For whoever had traveled before to Peru, El Pollo Inka is the claim of the Peruvian food promise in Miami. Although in a very discrete location, it is possible to savor the real taste of that country's meals, generous portions with a genuine gourmet touch. My congrats!

I don't get the bad reviews at all. It's one of the best chicken in town, excellent for weekdays lunch with co-workers. Pollo or Lomo Saltado is awesome, hard to pass every time I come here.

  • Kiersten L.

I've eaten here twice, and this place is incredible. Everything is delicious and PERFECTLY done. And the service is so great. I love the causa roll with shrimp, the yellow mixed ceviche, and the tacu tacu with chicken. And the quatro leches cake (tres leches + dulce de leche) is to die for. I give this place my highest recommendation!! It's like the perfect meeting point between savory comfort food and fresh, healthy eating. You won't be disappointed!!

  • Rob D.

el Pollo Inka lives up to its rating- corn nuts! when you sit down are a tasty treat. Our waiter was very helpful and patient, as this was our first experience with Peruvian fare. The avocado & fresh ceviche appetizer was awesome Wife had lomo saltado; beef tips with stewed tomatoes cilantro & onion over crispy French fries served w/white rice. I had tacu tacu (beef) essentially the same as the lomo without the fries, it included a fried rice, onion & bean patty. Was a bit salty but we'll seasoned; try the green hot sauce- for added delicious heat. For dessert we had the best flan ever. I highly recommend this understated restaurant. Only downside is that it is located directly under a loud dance club which literally shakes your table.

  • Ricardo G.

This is so overpriced considering the location and establishment. I mean $16 for a plate of fried rice, i pay less in downtown Miami. I could eat a great meal right next door at two other Peruvian restaurants for a third of the price.

  • Teofilo C.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION at the register, i ask twice for the 18.52 whole chicken combo TWICE. I PAID AND LEFT TO WAIT, my MISTAKE on trusting the cashier on the order and i didnt saw my ticket, guess what? I was charged 26.00 for a family combo when i was just asked for.the 2 sides. I approach the cashier and told ask her why she charged me that and she said SHE THOUGHT I WANTED THE FAMILIAR, so how.this happens when i said TWICE.WHAT I WANTED. IT really upset me and just left the place with that order since she never even aproach to the possibility of hwr mistake. NOT GOING BACK because i like to get what i want , dont want to start thinking that is a.plain gimmick to make you fall for it. My mistake and remimder : Always check your bill before paying because it seems that people pick for you!! oooohhhh and on top of that the receipt does not describe the order you got. I should have waited until i get my order to see what i really got! HEADS UP MANAGEMENT

I have been going to this place since I was a little girl and today was amazing. We just wanted a quick meal, so we decided to order their rotisserie chicken with fries. The chicken was amazing and the fries, well were great. The huancaina sauce and their green pepper sauce was on point. We also ordered a jar of Chica Morada. I must say the best I've had in a restaurant. Our waitress was amazing and made sure we did not wait long and refilled our sauces and drinks. I love how they are running this place.

Best Rotisserie chicken and Traditional Peruvian food! Attention is superb for a casual restaurant. Same, consistent great dishes. Thank you Miami for El Pollo Inka!

  • Daniel T.

The food is good, the ambience is casual, and the service is ok. Since the portion is big, they charge a bit more. I particularly like their empanadas, there were good, the seafood fried rice was delicious. They have lots of selections on the menu so it's always a good idea that you study the menu before going to the restaurant.

  • Elias M.

Although the service was excellent and the place was really clean I have issues with the food. Pollo a la Braza was cold. And the skin showed it had been there for a while. The white meat portion was dry and rather tasteless. The place was packed, which make me thing they have a lot of regulars. Would give than a second chance to vindicate.

    (3)
  • Ruth C.

This place was across from my hotel and close to my work office, so I became a regular. Their Lomo Saltado and Tallarin Verde dishes soon became my favorites. Parking gets really crazy during lunch time, but there's usually plenty of room inside. I would probably have given it between 4-5 stars had I not seen a roach the last time I'd been there. Sigh. Still, it's the best Peruvian food I've had.

    (3)
  • Liza A.

Well the chicken was pretty good , but why I am giving one star is cus I order a dish with seafood in it I think is something called levantate something... And the whole glass had gone bad seafood that I had to spit out....yes took it of my tab, but a restaurant should be more careful to serve seafood that has been seating in the fridge for more than two days...yuk

Food was fairly good but only 3 stars for charging $5.35 for A GLASS of chicha morada...

Although the food was great the service was not the best. I am originally from Peru and came here to celebrate my promotion. I came with some co workers during our lunch and the good was great the Lomo Saltado, ceviche, causa, and pollo a a labrasa. Unfortunately our lunch ended up being over 2 hours as the server took a lot longer than expected (taking our order, bringing our food, and specially the check) and our boss was not happy.

I had heard great things about this place and decided to order online. I placed my order at 6:21pm and received a confirmation that the order would arrive by 7:06. At 7pm I called to check the status of the order and was told it would arrive in 5min. at 7:13 I called again and was told that my order had not left because they had not received it until 7:01 at which time i asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to the manager who explained to me that it was not their fault and it was the problem with the 3rd party online company and that his paper had a different time to deliver ( which is really not my problem) . After 5 min speaking with him i realized that he was talking about a different order and not mine. He finally found my order which he verified that was scheduled to be delivered at 7:06. Instead of telling me what had occurred and taking responsibility he had the face to tell me that the problem was that the chicken was not done yet. my order finally arrived at 7:47 " 31 minutes late and 1 hour and 26 minutes after being placed. The whole chicken was very good, the order of fish and the order of shrimp ceviche were just thrown together quickly. The corn were all soggy inside the ceviche juice and they put the sides of picante in the plastic inside the ceviche mixed with the food. the soup was all broth and no substance. I must say that this was my first and last time eating from this establishment...

Food is oK, not spectacular. Service is friendly, place is clean but a bit loud. Ask for coffee after meal and they don't sell it, big turn off.

Best casual Peruvian restaurant in Miami. All the dishes, pescado empanizado, tacu tacu, yuca a la huancaina, ceviche were excellent. Service is good and the prices are reasonable. Lots of seating and the menu is huge. Chicha Morada was excellent. Excellent Peruvian restaurant. The only problem is finding parking inside that shopping center around noon.

I asked the waiter what type of fish comes with one of the menu items, and he said it's like Corvina. I then said, don't you know what you serve, and he then stated that it is Basa. I didn't even know what Basa is until I later researched it, and learned that Basa is nowhere near Corvina. Basa is one of the most disgusting and contaminated fish you can eat. They breed this toxic catfish on fish farms in Vietnam and Thailand, and ship it to the US to be sold as wild fish. Basa is very cheap, and restaurants like this, make a lot of money from selling it, since they know that most customers just assume that they are eating "sea food", and price it as such. I will never eat here again.

This place was a delicious find! I was craving some ceviche before heading to the airport for my flight, and after reading some yelper's reviews decided to give this place a try with my boyfriend. This is a must try! Their ceviche was fresh and utterly delicious, and my boyfriend was please with his tacu tacu de mariscos, which was basically a beautiful steaming plate of rice and beans, lightly seared on the flat top, next to a mix of fish filets, shrimps, mussels, and calamari in a yummy cream sauce. Their calamari/squid was uber tender, barely any chewing involved! Definitely worth going to mom/pop, small business away from the coveted and expensive South Beach/Miami Beach area for food like this.

Going to a Peruvian restaurant and finding that is packed of peruvian people is a good sign. Their speciality is Grilled Chicken and they do it as good as it can be done, also their Saltados are very good. Service is friendly, price is really good, and it is clean although simple. Cons: Very loud and they don't serve cafe

Came here with my family in late December. Some stuff you can make at home but stuff like Jalea and Lomo just comes out so much better when you have restaurant style materials and kitchen equipment. So we ordered 3 dishes, let me go over them one by one. The Lomo saltado, which is basically sauteed beef with fries and cilantro and onions and other tasty. It was juicy and delicious and I barely shared since it was so good. And I love the juice from meat spilling over onto the fries to make them a bit moist. The Jalea mixta, a crunchy mixture of fried seafood and fried yuca and onions and cilantro and other vegetables, was also amazing. It didn't come with lemon, but they gladly provided some which made the dish all the tastier. The trick here is to make sure you spread the onion/cilantro all over the fried seafood and eat it together so you get that flavor that meshes perfectly together. The Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken) is a amazing compared to regular rotisserie chicken from anywhere else, definitely delicious and with a distinct Peruvian flavor. That being said, compared to Pollo a la Brasa I've had at other peruvian restaurants, it's a little too dry. Overall, I love this place, and it's probably my 3rd favorite Peruvian place around town.

Quick and to the point (since I'm at work and shouldn't be doing this lol) Ample sized restaurant situated in a strip mall with TONS to choose from. This place, though is quick, tasty and the service is just right. Cusquena - Peruvian Beer. Make sure it's really cold though. Ceviche Mixto - extremely flavorful, great size portion. Cuarto de Pollo - 1/4 chicken (dark has more flavor) along with fries. Try the green sauce, but just a little or your tongue will burn off! Suspiro - Heavenly dulce de leche with whipped cream. Tip already included. Will visit again when I'm in the area.

Gave this restaurant another chance and ordered delivery. I open my boxes and got wrong sides. Go to eat it and chicken is very dry. I called the restaurant to just let them know my order was wrong and ask to speak to the manager. Host tells me he's busy doing an interview after I told her I was a guest. Told me to explain to her what happened, ends up telling me it's my fault for not checking my order because they always make mistakes. What???!!! Always make mistakes ? they know they have a problem and won't fix it wow.

Hole in the wall-great for a good, cheap lunch. Ceviche & chicken are the way to go. Fried rice dishes are also good.

I visited this place for the first time and it was so more than what I expected! The food taste very homemade and the service was super good. They took the time to explain and go through the menu with me even though the restaurant was full. The Aguadito de pollo is super!!! I'll definitely will go again! Try it!!!!

I've been going to Pollo Inka for many years and I am very pleased with their food and customer service. I love their ceviche de pescado and their jalea mixta. The only thing they should work on is providing better storage containers when allowing customers to take ceviche home as I've experienced the lemon juices spilling over into the bag it was placed in while I was driving. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant. Just call ahead of time to make sure it isn't crowded since you won't find a seat. They are also very punctual when it comes to take out orders.

Every time I visit Miami, El Pollo Inka is a required stop. As you might imagine, the rotisserie chicken is flat out amazing. Served with some sides and a warm bowl of corn nuts, its about as good a lunch as you can have. The Pescado Ceviche is also a big winner .

Order incomplete I was looking for pollo tropical and found this restaurant here on yelp with glowing reviews. Walked in, looking to get an order to go. Ordered menu item 32 (Rotisserie half chicken with two sides) - they didn't have plantains, which I had fancied (oh well) so I went with the suggested fried yucca. I got back to my hotel when I saw that I had only received the chicken, rice and beans, despite Yucca being printed on the bag tag. It's a pity since the Yucca alone cost $5 I thought the chicken was okay, but not especially great, the leg was quite pink inside. Meh.

I LOVE this place. We were in Miami for a week and had to come back to this place three times because it was so amazing. Everything we ordered was exceptional and tasted exactly like food in Lima. (or even better). We got lomo saltado (amazing), causa de camaron (beautiful presentation and delicious), papa a la huancaina (tasted exactly like in Lima), ceviche mixto (huge portion $10), ceviche de camaron (yum) and pollo a la brasa (fab). Their green sauce is so delicious and I thought the wait staff was very friendly and acomodating. We had a large group that arrived at different times and they were very cheerful about helping us pull tables together and pay with separate checks. The desserts were great too. Next time I am in Miami, I will definitely come here. It is the best Peruvian food I have ever had outside of Peru. That inclues Peruvian neighborhoods in LA, Chicago and Seoul. Excellent!

the service of the restaurant was very good it was fast and it was efficient. I had two appetizers when I went over to this restaurant. I have the leche de tigre and the flavor was very good unfortunately the portion was very a small about 50 percent less than other restaurants. I also have the anticuchos. again great taste but the portion was about 40 to 50% less than other restaurants. the restaurant looked very clean inside including the bathrooms AC was working properly and there is plenty of parking

my husband and i ordered food from here to be delivered to our hotel... and we waited more than an hour before we called to get a status update on their delivery service. they told us they were running late because of a lot of orders and that they were running an additional 30 minutes late. 40 minutes later we got a phone call from the driver saying that when he got to the restaurant to pick up our food... the restaurant had closed... so we were out of luck. you've got to be kidding me. this was around 10:02pm. all other delivery places closed at 10:00pm. did i mention that they charge a mandatory 8 dollar fee for delivery... AND another 8 dollar fee for "service"? beyond disappointed. and freaking starving.

Considering I eat here at LEAST once a week, it is due time I let the world know how I feel. Faves: Green Aji/Huacatay Sauce on the Table Salad dressing Lomo Saltado Leche de Tigre Ceviche Mixto Corn/Canchita that comes to the table when you sit down Meh: Aguadito de pollo. I don't mind this soup when it is included with a lunch special, but I wouldn't pay extra to have one. Somedays it is better than others. Regular Order: Quarter Chicken with double salad. I could live off of this alone. It is 7.99 plus tax etc, definitely fills me up and pretty healthy. I could go next door to wendy's, spend the same and have a significantly less yummy experience. Why no 5th Star: Sometimes they never refill your water. And if you read my reviews, you know that I love my refills. When they are busy they sometimes mess up my order in little ways, like dressing on the salad vs on the side or rice instead of fries, that kind of thing.
