Einstein is my go to breakfast place on Saturday mornings. I am a huge nova lox fan and Einstein has the cheapest price for one of my favorite sandwiches than other places I've been to. The employees are usually pretty friendly, and there usually isn't a very long wait. I wish it had more tables just because they tend to fill up quickly. I think this is also because of the location. It's located pretty centrally in Kendall and it's right off the turnpike. My boyfriend always orders the chicken and artichoke panini and he loves it! The cheddar bagel is addictive! The only con of this place is the coffee, it's pretty mediocre and when I get the iced coffee it's really watery. Overall I'll be back here most Saturdays for a quick breakfast before getting on with my day.

This location is awful. I'm astonished at how awful the employees here were. I walked up under the great big "Order Here" sign where a lady just stared at me blankly. So I started to order and she snapped at me "order over there!" I was clearly interrupting her doing nothing and didn't even bother to mention the massive sign she was standing under. 2 seconds later she's taking orders from other people in the same place. I dunno if it was because I didn't speak Spanish or what, but that was bananas. So I walk over and order my food under the "Pay Here" sign. I rattled off the 3 bagel favors I wanted, and before I could say sliced/toasted/and cream cheese she gave me the total. I said "oh can I get those toasted with cream cheese?" And she looks to her coworker, rolled her eyes, and blurted out "NOW he wants cream cheese." Not a huge deal, but wow something must be in the water today. I don't know if they just got yelled at by their manager or what, but I waited 15 minutes for 3 bagels when there was only 2 people. Fortunately, the guy who brought my bagels (Kevin) was super apologetic, and awesome, but the rest of the crew was crazy! This place is awful. I'll take my business basically anywhere else. Kudos to Kevin for trying to make up for, as he clearly recognized, terrible coworkers.

My ladies coffee club meets there every Thursday and I have to say I am deeply satisfied. The staff are Happy and Friendly. The food is Fresh. And the Ambiance is Bright and Relaxing. I look forward to going each week.

Tried this bagel shop for the first time this morning. The service was good, staff is very friendly, but the bagels suck. Recently moved from NY to Miami, and have been on the hunt for a decent bagel place to get egg sandwiches and bagels for breakfast. Finally decided to try this place out and see how it is. While they do have a large selection of bagels, they look scrawny and sad. I ordered a new menu item which was a french toast bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese and some sort of maple sauce. The taste wasn't terrible but overall not great. The bagel itself was too soft, almost soggy even, the bacon was not crispy and the egg tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. For almost $6.00, definitely was not worth it. If you know what bagels should really taste like, i don't recommend this place nor will be returning.

I was happy that they had opened up again on Kendal, but their service is below par. Stood in line for well over 30 minutes with an annoying employee making bird noises. The service is very inefficient. One person taking orders on a Sunday afternoon is not acceptable. Next time...Panera down the street!!

Nice staff, good variety of fresh bagels, clean place, sandwiches are well prepared, maybe because it's new but it's one of the nicest locations, you don't have to wait long to order... The only thing I found that could be better its their iced coffees, the barista needs a little bit more training because they come out really watery.

I love this location it is central and has ample parking. The employees are extremely nice and the bagels never disappoint. The coffee is also excellent. You haven't lived until you've had a pizza bagel from here.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the food is good and they accommodate how I want my tea. Parking is okay.. If no parking in front you can always park across and walk their no biggie. Everyone their is super nice. But not giving them 5 stars only because they're very disorganized, I go in the morning for a quick tea before work mind you I only can spare a little bit of time to buy my tea. I've noticed that it's not how long they take to make their coffee/tea its unorganized as soon as you all in. I think the problem is the line to order and pay. One day the lines will be exactly how it should be, order her pay here then the next day all lines are directed to the pay here. So if someone just want a quick coffee/tea or even grab something from their fridge in the front they have to wait till everyone that ordered bagels are attended to instead of grab and go... Don't understand why if they have two registers why can't they figure it out. Behind the counter just seems disorganized. Maybe hire a few more employees instead of having the mgrs. prepare the sandwiches. Then they will have time to delegate the staff. Again the entire staff are super nice, friendly and very attentive to the clients. But unfortunately I wish they get it together.

The inefficiency and incompetence of Einstein Bros Bagels is now on Kendall Dr and 121st Ave across from the DSW. For those of you missing the incorrect orders, mediocre bagels, sub-par coffee, and bad service from your mornings since their location off 137th Ave closed down, fear no more! They simply relocated to down the street to another location with a similar bad parking lot situation. My family decided to give their new location a try thinking it would be different from the location that closed down, unfortunately it's exactly the same experience.

It's Back. For those who know the area, you know the old Einstein on 137 was replaced, but this one is in the DSW/Chili's area next to Macaroni Grill. Its Einsteins, you know what it is, and how it is so the most i can comment is on the the service. It seems they still have some growing pains. I went in for a quick bite while i was out and about. The location is nice. It has a large table with outlets if you want to study for a bit. Looks like they are trying to compete with the Sbux of the world now (They have a growing specialized coffee section). There was only like 1 other person in this location at the time. I went to the "Order here area" where i placed my order "pretzel bagel, reduced fat schmear", "would you like that toasted? "No" "ok pretzel bagel, reduced schmear, not toasted... that will be ...." So i passed my card then asked me if she could ring me up at the pick up counter instead, which wasn't a problem. She repeated the order and then left back and forth from one screen to the other? took what seemed like forever to just place the order. she came back repeated the order asked me for my name, i said Kaleena, pointed to the card to show her, which she looked at and typed in my name looking back at the card for each letter, and swiped my card. I took a seat and the service seemed slow and i was wondering what was taking so long for what i thought was a simple order. I took a look at the receipt to check the time and noticed my name was misspelled. Not a huge deal, as long as you say it right but don't try so hard to pretend to copy it next time if you're still going to put whatever. As i was looking the bagel was finally on its way out, and the bagel came out toasted, and burnt at that. When i explained i did not wanted it toasted, which she repeated several times, she looked at me like I had 12 heads. Again if it were busy, i get it, but i was the only person ordering. In a minute they brought out a new bagel untoasted to which i enjoyed. Again the bagels are ok, and I have no problem eating them. Yes there are better bagel places but this is good for what it is, and is open later than most very good bagel places. Long story Short: its Einsteins, go there if you want bagels in a hurry or in the afternoon. if you really like bagels you can go there to study too.

I went to this place for breakfast on Sunday morning. This place is not bad, it's awful! The sandwich I bought was poorly put together at best. I thought this place would be similar to Panera in turn of the food quality, boy, was I wrong. Simply put, I will discourage my friends and family from going to this restaurant at least for breakfast. Not worth it. I would give it half of start but that option is not available.

I LOVE this einstein's location! Every time I come in, the staff is always so kind! I came in about two weeks ago to get a chocolate chip bagel with strawberry shmear, and noticed their ad for the seasonal cinnamon shmear. As the worker began to make my bagel, I mumbled to myself, "cinnamon shmear on cinnamon bagel... yum", not thinking he would hear me. Well, he did and what's even better is that he voluntarily asked me, "it IS yum! would you like to try the cinnamon shmear?!". Of course I had to say yes and he gave me a sample of their cinnamon shmear, which IS DELICIOUS! the fact that their employee was paying attention to me and offered to broaden my shmear palette, is what delighted this experience at Einstein's the most! I knew I had to come back for the cinnamon bagel with cinnamon shmear, and I did! This time, an employee was offering strawberry banana smoothie samples! NOW I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN FOR A SMOOTHIE CAUSE IT WAS AWSOME! It was naturally sweet. Their chocolate chip bagel and strawberry shmear is my go-to bagel! With the chocolate chip, I ALWAYS end up receiving a huge bagel. And the strawberries in their whipped cream cheese are so fresh, I love it more than Philadelphia's strawberry cream cheese! This is stuff you can't get from grocery stores, no lie. Totally worth the $3! It hits the spot when you're super hungry and stuck in rush hour too, hehe. Their cinnamon bagel with cinnamon shmear was also delicious! The cinnamon shmear is a little sweet like sugar cinnamon with a super subtle tanginess, it does indeed pair well with the cinnamon sugar bagel, and I promise it is not a deadly sweet combo like you'd expect. Although, I did not enjoy the texture of the cinnamon bagel too much, not sure if it wasn't toasted enough or if it's the bagel itself... But I'd prefer the cinnamon shmear on a different bagel next time, such as the blueberry or my absolute favorite, chocolate chip!

Love Einstein Bagels. The employees are very attentive and they provide great service. I usually order a plain bagel or wheat with cheese, eggs, bacon and toasted. It is my favorite. They always maintain the place nice and clean.

Love this new Einstein's location in the kendallgate shopping center conveniently located just west of the Florida turnpike on Kendall drive. The staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate! Great location!!!

Originally from Canada and I must say that Einstein's is so much better than Tim Horton's. Their bagels are so delicious. Place is clean and staff is generally friendly. Sometimes they've been a bit slow (and I'm talking not in rush times of the day), but overall it's pretty good. Sometimes they forget to check on the milks, but they've always been willing to refill upon request. A good, quick breakfast.
