If I could give this place no stars I would. I normally love chicken kitchen and this place was the definition of disgusting! The people preparing the meals were NOT wearing gloves, after ringing up customers and touching money. The chicken was dry and the rice burnt and over cooked. There was bugs, both dead and alive, in the sides. While standing there I managed to get some pictures. I counted 8 bugs in total. A heath inspector needs to make a serious stop here! If we were in New York they would've been shut down long ago. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

Usually Chicken Kitchen is a decent stop for quick lunch. This place is a disgrace to the business. Now I'm not looking for gourmet chicken here, but at least have the same quality and service as the other Chicken Kitchens in Miami. I have eaten at this location three times now which was two too many. Each time it got progressively worse. The rice is dry, overcooked and cold. The chicken barely seems cooked and the sides look and taste like they've been sitting out since they built the building. Oh and also remember to bring a fly swatter if you need to get to the fountain drinks. Everything terrible thing that has been said about this place is true. I would stay away unless you really wanna test your immune system!

For a place with the word Chicken in the name they sure do skimp on the chicken. I ordered a large original chop and what I got was a giant heap of yellow rice with very little chicken sprinkled on top. I'd say it was 85% rice and 15% chicken and to top it off the flavor was bland, like something was missing. Anyways, this was my first and last time here.

When I first walked in the place had a terrible smell and did not look very clean. My first instinct was to leave without ordering, but I was starving. I took the food to-go because I didn't want to sit there with that smell. The deluxe chop chop I ordered was horrible! The chicken was dry, the rice was hard and it just didn't taste right. I couldn't finish it. I should have trusted my first instinct. I will never go there again!

it's chicken kitchen, what can i say? i last ate here last christmas. not on christmas but the day my brother & i were going to drive back to virginia & i didn't have time to get anything good & wanted something filling before we left. years ago, my ex & i used to get original chopchops with the mustard sauce. but since then, i've realized the mustard sauce is absolutely disgusting. on the bright side, it's not the location that tried to charge me extra for what i ordered off the menu.

I can describe this place with one word. DIRTY. We went here because our friend had a groupon. Next time, not even a free meal will take me there. Besides the food not being too good, the place is filthy. Im sorry to say that even the employees looked dirty. I will never step foot into this Chicken Kitchen again. I don't even have words, I was just so disgusted. Don't go there. "Grill it" is only a few minutes away and its much cleaner and the food is superior.

It's been a while since I've been to CK. This store is a reason not to come here. The older gentleman with the glasses is rude and wouldn't get off his phone. When he did "chop" the chicken, it wasn't even in pieces, it was still a breast with some cuts thrown on top of bed of rice. It was clear he doesn't care about his work. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Great Groupon deal going on. The 2 young attendands are really nice, and helpful. A long line created while I was there and they tried their best to move as fast as possible to avoid people getting annoyed by the wait. Really good service. Chicken was good.

Seriously, don't really want to come to any Chicken Kitchen because it's not worth it anymore. I've been to this location in the past and it was pretty good, but when I went last night, I was just happy to leave. For one for a large Cuban Chop Chop is now $8.26--REALLY? For that little thing. Usually, for that price and for what I got it could serve 3 people. Now it serves 2. The people working there don't really speak English. I'm hard at hearing Spanish, but I'll try if you try speaking English. I can't really complain as much, because they weren't rude or anything, but the quality in food brought the scores down. The chicken is left too long on the grill making it too dry, there isn't enough seasoning on the chicken, the fooding area did not look fresh. One of the employees combined the lettuce into one container--right in front of me. Keep in mind, if you want extra chicken--why would you want extra dry chicken?--it's $1.49 extra to your order. The guy put the beans only on one side and it wasn't a good about compared to the three scoups of yellow rice. It was a quick in and out type of thing when you order your food. All in all, I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The people are okay, but the food quality isn't worth the price they're asking for. They need to redo their business--completely. It seems that all Chicken Kitchens are going down hell!

This place has changed completely. I have been for many years and I had never seen the place dirty nor questioned the quality of food. However, 2 weeks ago I witnessed something that I can't get out of my head. I will never step foot in this place again nor will I ever eat from here or give my family for from this place. I am 100% that the smokeless smoke from the electronic cigarettes cannot be clean to do around food. One of the Asian women that work there, not the young one but the older one was smoking the electronic cigarettes as she was preparing the curry small to go containers. I literally saw the smoke coming out of her mouth. I was so disgusted but I didn't report it bc I know she needs her job just like all of us. But I am never going again.

I stopped coming to this location after they switched to a chicken supplier and they didn't offer the chicken skin in the chop. I happen to like the skin. Since the chicken is cooked without skin, it's usually dry. Today I decided to give this place another shot and they had a few customers inside. Things have only gotten worse here. The regular chop is horrible. They ration the chicken and the sauce also. The brown rice was bland and a little on the burnt side.

Love this place and visit about 3 times a week. It's about 5 minutes from my office and one of the only healthy and tasty options I have. They always fix the food how I like it, and it is always fresh. I love the coupon on the bottom of the receipt for "20% off your next order when you show your receipt within 7 days of the date of the receipt". Love love love this place. I went today and will be back again later this week. HIGHLY recommended.

And the girl serving me had the gall to ask if I wanted extra at an additional cost of course. Then to top it off the register was pre-programed to overcharge me by over a dollar and the owner excused it as a "Glitch in the system" Can you say RIP-OFF they are trying to scam you and if you don't catch oh well its on you then, To top all that off the place was so nasty. The salsa had little gnats flying around in it and it look like it had been used for days. Overall this place was so bad that I will never go to any Chicken Kitchen again in my life. Horrible!
