I really liked this place a lot. Great service, smiles, and customer service. I got the cob salad. The chicken pieces were small and dry. But other then that, everything was very good. The have a beautiful reclaimed wood table in the middle of the place that caught my attention that I fell in love with.

Four stars for this Chik-Fil-A because the decor is VERY nice and the layout is well thought out (except there are no hooks in bathroom stalls. Yikes for my lady!) They were quick to prepare my order and bring it to my table. I think this might have been a logistical decision on their part because there really isn't much room for customers to gather around the counter and wait for their orders there. Either way, its a nice gesture. Minus 1 star because the cashiers are not very helpful. The cashier had no idea what was in ANY of the salads. She guessed some toppings but turned out to be wrong. She joked with me that no one there knew the answer. The sweet short blonde (manager?) with black glasses came over promptly and helped me. This manager is VERY professional and it is evident to me that she values her job. What a breath of fresh air she is...especially to this area of Miami.

We're super excited about this new location! Love the decor and the atmosphere, as usual the employees are great and the service is excellent. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe! Overall great to have these guys in the neighborhood.

My first time here and I'll be coming back! The service is super fast and friendly. They do have quite a few "fast food options" as well as 3 different salads with chicken. I loved the Cobb Salad and frozen lemonade! The place is very clean, they ring your food to your table and have outside sitting.

Food is remembrance. I started visiting Chick-fil-A at breakfast time with a group of co-workers, back in the day. In this certain land where I was merely a transient visitor, this was one of three options serving breakfast. I used to get scrambled eggs and chicken biscuits, and sometimes just the chicken biscuits. I am not talking about a memorable meal, just times with old friends... times that every now and then I like to relive with my taste buds. I do store flavors in my hippocampus. I like this Chick-fil-A location enough to come back. The chicken sandwiches are good, the chicken is cooked right, not uncooked, and the spicy chicken sandwich is not that spicy but spicy enough. The chicken tenders are also good, it's just a bit hard to mess up a Chick-fil-A. Inside, this place looks like an old time dinner. There are bronze lamps, some black and white pictures hanging on the walls, it's a 50's feel all around. The staff is courteous, I wish they would expedite the ordering a bit with better training, as in "give me the options before you ask me what I want to order", but then again, I think every customer here is a repeat customer so they are not expecting many newbies, like yours truly. There really isn't much to write about this place. I like that this Chick-fil-A has an indoors playground since we are in the tropics, where it rains a lot. In the future, I may just skip the park or the mall and bring the kids to Chik-fil-A (and give the tablet a rest). No complains here. Could be a three stars, could be a five stars, but it is a four stars because of the welcoming staff. P.S.: I finally learned how to write Chick-fil-A, but I won't store that in my hippocampus...

Being from NY, when I'm out of town, I will literally hunt for a Chicfila. It must come as no surprise that my recent trip to Miami landed me at the nearest one. Of course I'm not surprised that the food was incredible. I'm actually writing this review because of the incredible service. Gabriel was absolutely awesome; so much so that I'm just landing back home and wanted to commend him for his memorable service. Everyone was extremely delightful but I'm especially praising him for going above and beyond with attentiveness and an overall great sense of humor.

It's hard to give Chick-fil-A anything but a full 5 stars. Their chicken is always delicious and one of my favorite sandwiches over all. The service is always quality as well. They do a great job- especially at this location of making sure they serve their customers well. They even bring the food to your table if you decide to eat in. The restrooms are even quality... They always keep them very clean and tidy. Love that they have a focus on quality and customer service.

I seldom eat fast food but when I do, it's usually Chic-fil-A. This stand-alone location opened earlier this year. Not only is the food consistently good, the employees treat you like royalty. They bring your food to the table. Each table is adorned with fresh cut flowers. The decor is modern, the music is soothing and they are always cleaning the tables/floors when they turn over. Their iced tea and fresh squeezed lemonade are the best bar none and the classic chic-fil-A chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite fast food meal. Highly recommend.

New location in Miami. This place seems to be smaller than most other locations I have been to. They also have a different layout and tables and chairs to. The workers are friendly and very polite. They take your order and will deliver it to your table. They have a drive thru and plenty of parking in this new strip mall. My favorite items are the small breakfast chicken sandwiches with the crispy home fries, the chicken sandwich, and the crispy nuggets. They have several sauces to chose from.

Meh- I'm generally not a big fan of fast food- but here I am at the new Chick-Fil-A in Miami for a second time this week!!! Why? Why indeed. I'm back for another frosted lemonade! This time I ate in the dining room rather than just going through the drive through. The dining area is very nice! The staff are friendly and service is fast and efficient. The restaurant the restrooms - it's all immaculate and very clean! Speaking of clean: The women's restroom smells like cinnamon! It's fully stocked with the expected paper products and was organized very conveniently... paper bins in all the right places! MUCH better than its other quick meal colleagues nearby. Dining in? They bring the food to you in the dining room and clear the table again at the end of your meal. The staff checked on the tables often and were available to refill drinks, grab extra napkins, etc. AND there are fresh flowers on every table? All "fast food" places should be like this! I almost can't believe it myself considering that Chick-fil-A is a "fast food" joint - but I'm delighted to check that 5th star on this review!

Not clean. This location doesn't do the brand justice. I've been before and the food was greasy or cold but I chalked it up to them being new and working things out. I tried them again today and Just watched one of the employees from the drive thru window remove whip creme from my shake with her hand and put it back on to serve it to me. Yuck! When I told them to redo it three other employees surrounded the machine and and were smelling something in a large cup and making faces then poured some of it in the shake they were making! Don't know what they were doing, don't care, gross. Skip this location and go to 41st street.

Came here for breakfast for the first time and I was amazed at how beautiful the dining room is. Not your typical fast food restaurant. Service was superb (I ordered my breakfast muffin with egg and bacon and the cashier brought it to my table!) and the entire restaurant was absolutely SUPER CLEAN. Will definitely come back again!

I hope corporate comes in and helps this location ASAP!!! We had to wait 15 minutes for coffee that was never ready and I received a spicy sandwich when I ordered regular! This isn't the first issue we've had with them and it's only our second visit. I'll be driving the extra miles to the Doral location from now on. What a disappointment.

The restaurant is very nice and the place, many things I do not like this, compared the Doral, cashiers do not know what you order a diet soda and give you the regular,order a coffee without caffeine and you they give caffeinated, then do not let you eat in peace every minute you spend wondering the same thing on the table, the food does not taste like chicken has a lot of salt the fries not taste the same, I return to Doral next time, I still more distant but better everything,sorry only One Star.!

I never had Chick-Fil-A until this location opened, and I was really excited to try it for the first time. The food is very delicious and their shakes are awesome. The cashiers were very nice and friendly to me. However, the reason why I rate it at 3 is because I can't STAND when managers (or whoever that girl thought she was) manhandle associates. I've seen this a couple of times and it really bothers me. I feel really bad for the associates. What this girl does is basically push the cashiers back to their stations and talk to them like animals. She is very intense and intimidating.
