I used to love going there and eat their boneless chicken wings but my last visit, Tuesday Dec. 30th in the evening changed it all... My husband and I have been given used coasters for our drinks, already soaked with beer Then, I will put the picture for you to see what I'm talking about, look at the carrots we've been served! Makes you wonder how fresh the chicken actually is!!! When I told the waitress "look at those carrots, since when are they in the basket?" She just laughed... I told her "would you eat them?", she said no and left... Hum, that's it??! Please please Buffalo Wild Wings, be more careful with the service and what you give to customers apart from chicken!

I am a fan. I will eat at BWW whenever I can find one while traveling. This location in Dolphin Mall in Miami was disappointing. I took a colleague for lunch. The bar area smelled strongly of sour mop water ( not sour beer, which is tolerable ). We were one party of maybe 5 in the place, and we were the only party sidled at the bar. We waited uncomfortably long before seeing any staff. Our orders were simple lunch plates. We waited uncomfortably long for a non-busy time of day, and both orders were wrong. It all basically felt like they were not interested in trying, kinda too busy to serve customers. I know that when you frequent a place you can't expect every experience to be the best, but this stood out as a particularly negative event. Shape it up, BWW Dolphin Mall Miami!

The service is terrible. We had a party of about 20 people. The restaurant was mostly empty and it took about 30-45 min for them to set up and clean tables for us. The server, Karla, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her use of language should never be used with customers. She definitely needs proper training. She took our order with help from a fellow server then went on to yell out our orders in front of other tables to confirm that she got it correctly 3 times. I believe if she was able to take our orders properly the first time she wouldn't have need to do that. On top of that she forgot a few items and tried to hide the fact she made an error. She claims she put the order in for the item then asked how do we want it cooked. Though her fellow server, Ashley, was very nice. She did a good job for the fact Karla was instructing her terribly. Overall the experience was pretty poor. I don't recommend this location if you have a large party.

This is a good place to have some wing and a beer. Plenty of TVs so you won't miss the game. It doesn't get as busy as expected for being at the mall. I usually have lunch here. Beer is always on point and the honey BBQ wings are my favorite. Is no big deal though it's just a regular place

As I sit here waiting for my bill, I feel the need to comment. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. Our waitress seemed to not like my daughter and I, so she never came back to the table. I finally asked a different waiter to have her come over. She gave me the bill, cleared 2 tables, took our bill, counter her previous tips, waited on a few tables, then finally brought it back AND 15% was added to it!

Worst food and service I've ever had. I do not have any more to say. I would give it zero stars if I could. Order the pizza instead!!!

Worst food ever!! The meat is really bad and dry, the wings taste bad. The service is bad too! I wish I could give no star to this restaurant!! Don't go there!!

The outside is a mess tables are not clean, the workers take so long to clean tables the birds end up coming on to the tables ..... The inside smells I don't believe carpet was such a great idea. But I guess other then that the ppl are nice. Megan the cap.. Was a great help with getting us utensils.

I really don't understand what's so great about this place. I've had much better wings elsewhere. Also, don't go for the boneless wings, all it is mostly fried batter than chicken. they go overboard on the frying so that it's really tough to bite down on the chicken. We also tried their fried pickles and like the boneless chicken, it was like they left it in the oil for too long. The pickles were all stuck to each other and it didnt even taste that good. The fried mushrooms were also not so great either. Service: We had to ask our waitor 3x to get us water and when he brought it to us, he only brought 2 glasses.. why not give everyone water when we've asked it 3x! But when we ask for beer he just brings it to us right away.... selective hearing This is just a place that is a shame to public health and to Buffalo. I would give this place a 1 star. The only reason why i gave them an extra star is due to the bountiful number of screens available to allow customers watch a game from almost any angle.

The service was incredibly slow. The food was served hot. One meal fell off the tray and landed face down right next to my chair. The waitress left it there for 15 minutes and someone else picked it up. After waiting 40 minutes for our meals we had to ask for them to go and the waitress was irritated. Hot food cold drinks, typical bar food, but slow service.

Cool place to have an office party or just to hang out and unwind ! Place needs a little work but food makes up for it ! I was told that it's two restaurants in one ! Buffalo chicken wings in the daytime and Indian restaurant at night ! This place completes me . You guys got to try the hot garlic buffalo wing sauce with your wings. I will return !

This place serves great food but service needs to improve. Our waitress was also the bartender so we understand that she was not as attentive as we would have hoped. Overall, it is a fun atmosphere. We really enjoyed the decor and ambiance. It took a long time to get our check, however. They just need to be a little more attentive with refilling drinks, silverware, checking on the customers, etc.

Normally not a fan of B-Dubs. But this experience changed that. I went there this Monday for lunch and was served by a girl named Erin. She made my time there very enjoyable. She had a great understanding of the menu an answered all my questions. She definitely knew what she was doing. The food came out quick and tasted great. I'll be going back soon.

The food here was awesome, as always bw3s delivers. First time I've been here in a while and I'm sort of disappointed in the price of the food now. Their largest quantity of wings are (about) 20 for 19.99. My friend and I ordered 30 wings total (and order of 20 and a another other of 10), a basket of fries and 2 waters. My bill came out to $42.99+tax. Honestly, while I was satisfied with the food I felt ripped off with the price, and will find another wing place in the future.

We sat on the high tops in front of the bar.. I went up to the bar and ordered our food and the bartender was just exasperated from the get go. Rolling his eyes, sighing as I kept telling him our order.. Don't get me wrong, I've worked at restaurants for over 7 years and I get you can annoyed by ppl but this is your job.. Suck it up and put on a fake smile at least. We had the Southwest Chicken Queso wrap which was pretty good but it had a Taco Bell taste to it.. Which don't get me wrong, I love Taco Bell after a long night of drinking but I wasn't particularly looking for that kind of taste at this this sit down restaurant. The Sampler was good, even tho the nacho portion of it sucked.. But the boneless wings were delicious, we got the Asian Zing sauce and it wasn't overwhelmingly spicy because the sweetness of it helped. And then we had a side of cheese fries.. Typically I enjoy cheese fries, but this time around the ones that didn't have cheese on them were delicious. I do enjoy the fact that they have tv screens everywhere to enjoy all sports. Parking at dolphin Mall can sometimes be an issue so I always try to target the Ross area, allllll the way in the back. Do in conclusion, I wasn't fond of the bartender (who wasn't even busy and had only 7 ppl at his bar), the chicken wrap was good if you mind the Taco Bell after taste when you burp and DEFINITELY TRY THE ASIAN ZING wing sauce. Also, it was pretty pricey.. I rather go to Flanigans and enjoy their wings and beer there

I must be brutally honest about this dining establishment. It is by far the most horrible place to eat chicken wings. The wings, first of all, look like they came off of amaciated pigeons. Small & the meat dry as a baron desert. The diff erent wing sauces are plentiful but all truly lackluster. My main gripe is that they don't toss the wings in the sauce you pick. What the hell is that about? The flavors don't properly meld to the wing just by dipping it. This place and all of its locations is truly a waste of valuable real estate. Anyone who can honestly say they enjoy the wings here should be institutionalized and made to eat food that actually tastes good. The wait staff is inattentive & unfriendly. Simply put; I wouldn't return there if my life depended on it. I'd rather flush a $20 dollar bill down the toilet as that would make more sense than ingesting their food.

So BDubz has always been a cool place to hit for food and Sports for me... Ever since my Louisville days over a decade ago. For some reason, the thrill is gone. The wings are still very flexible with trying different sauces (usually 5 at a time) and the staff was quick and efficient with bringing the food and cleaning up between rounds. Other than that... Might not we worth the trip in the future.

Came by with coworkers after work on night. I wish there was a Buffalo Wild Wings near my house because I am getting tired of going to Ale House or TGI all the time. Large beer selections and the wings are pretty good.

usually this place is a guilty pleasure everytime i'm in miami. i'm in love with asian zing, jammin jalepeno & spicy garlic..... and usually would give this place 4 starts just for the happiness it brings my tummy. but my last visit was total crap. we were there around 1030pm... which i know is late - but they say they are open until 1am... so it shouldn't have been an issue. ordered 20 wings (all drums) and potato wedges.... and got 20 wings (not all drums) and regular french fries.... and it was all kinda... cold. extremely meh experience. i'll be back and i'm sure we'll have another 4 star experience - but part of a good rating for me is consistency.... and that's where BWW missteps.

Don't love it, Don't hate it. I've only been here a few times. Usually for a quick bite & drink. I really like the Southwest Bites. These are little triangles stuffed with spicy chicken, queso, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, black beans & corn breaded with crushed tri-color tortilla chips and fried. The filling is creamy & spicy. Yummy. Their boneless wings are also good as well as the onion rings. All in all, good bar munchies. One thing I do love is the Margaritas. Pretty darn good. BONUS!! They are only $3 during Happy Hour until 7pm!

One of my new favorite places. The staff, beer and food are great. The only thing that sucks is how loud the places around it are. If you can put up with that, it's great.

Com'on now! This is BWW! Nothing really more to say except the food is awesome, the beer is cold and sports are on the flat screens all throughout the joint. If you're a true fan of buffalo wings, this place a must!

Probably just the location - staff that night - but check your bill/receipt carefully!! Seems that this location and others in Dolphin automatically add 18% gratuity (like SoBe). Well, since they could/would not split or separate checks we provided a $20 with an ATM card and instructions to put remainder of tab on ATM. Upon review of bank statement later...full total put on ATM and additional $20 pocketed, plus the auto TIP. No wonder they don't have to try to be friendly, efficient, happy or capable - when they can get $30 on $60.

Horrible. The smell inside the restaurant was enough for us to lose our appetite. But, our server took 10mins to come and take our drink order. Another 10mins to bring it to us even though we were sitting AT THE BAR WHERE THE DRINKS WERE. After another 10mins passed by while we tried to put in our food order, we left. The smell was a sign that we shouldn't have gone there in the first place.

The lunch specials are good but you always have to ask for the menu. This is the only wild wings I have been to where they don't give you the lunch specials and they do this every time. They have them but you have to ask to see the lunch menu. The food is ok and the staff is usually pretty good. We usually end up coming here over other wing restaurants because of their bigger menu with options that are not all hot wing based.

Having been greatly disappointed by the Buffalo Wild Wings in Orlando, we were hesitant to visit this restaurant. Now make no mistake, this is a sports bar period ! most people will be there to watch the game, match, or fight. But hey, it is a good time, and they serve pretty good wings with a good selection of beer. So far so good on service and food, let's hope they keep it up.

As with most BWW locations, there are plentiful televisions playing HD coverage of the hottest live sporting event. However, this BWW location falls behind any others I've been to beyond this point. 1. Way too crowded all the time. Combine the crowds you usually get at Dolphin Mall with a game day crowd at BWW and you end up potentially waiting for hours to get a table or even a seat at the bar. 2. As per the laws of the universe, service is inversely related to crowd size. Not sure if hiring more service staff is the answer here, but every time i've been there the service has been lacking. I'm talking no refills, no followups, just bring food bring check. 3. Food is bad. I usually think BWW wings are decent, but they've always come out dry at this location. The burgers also come out dry and have the consistency of cardboard. Fries came out lukewarm a few times. If you like crowds and consider a loud, congested atmosphere a positive, chose this BWW by all means. In my opinion, you'd have a better time and a better meal going somewhere less crowded.

  • Tracey M.

For a sports bar kind of place, you know what to expect when you go to a BWW anywhere in the country. It'spredicable. I met an old friend for a quick lunch and it was a good place to hang out and catch up. I got wings and they were yummy. I normally get Spicy Garlic. The waitress told me the Mango Habernos was really spicy when I asked about it. So I opted to stick with what I normally get. I did ask her if I could have a side of it to try for future. After the food arrives, she tells me that she always gets the Mango Habenero sauce. I find it funny that she missed an opportunity to actually help me make an informed decision by asking me a few questions when I was making my selection. I loved the Mango Habernos Sauce and used it to dip my fries in and had she endorsed it more, I would of just gotten them on my wings. Apparently I like spicier stuff then she does b/c they were not that spicy!! Our waitress ended up getting cut early and I really liked the new waitress better. She was more attentive.

    (4)
  • Amber M.

The wings were good , the fires I only had six. Yes I did count them how rude I am a BIG GIRL BABY I LOVE TO EAT. What can I do with 6 fries. The Mango lemonade was over price and nasty. My friend had the onion rings and cheese sticks both was moth watering. I will order again can't wait to go to the one in ATL OH I HATE PLACES THAT ADD GRATUITY ALREADY THIS IS NOT CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE!!

  • Alejandro G.

this is a great place to eat, the food is very good, came here for a Dolphin game and what they don't tell you is they put the game on the highest tv in the bar. They should cater more to hometown fans and less to the out of towners.

    (3)
  • Heather B.

I always love their wings, but yesterday I tried a few different plates and even had them take one back, it was very disappointing. The waitress was a sweetheart, besides that it smells extremely bad inside. Unfortunately, not the best BWW I have eaten at.

    (2)
  • Oz F.

Visited this BWW with a couple of friends after a movie at Dolphin Mall. Had a great experience. The choices for wings were "mild, hot, or blazing." I ordered the hot and they were blazing! I don't even want to know what the blazing wings are like. They'll probably put you in the hospital. LOL Their pricing is fair, good food selection, and nice choice of draft beers. I'm looking forward to going back.

So finally they open here at Dolphin Mall. I was a bit hesitant since I had a horrible experience in Orlando at one of their places. Since this is brand spankin' new its, well, brand spankin' new. This spot had been empty for years and its nice to see something there. We stopped by for a later lunch and were surprised to see the place was packed and the diners all seemed pretty happy. Service was top notch, I hope they keep it up and its not just because they are new. Now, if you happen to love HOT wings, as I happen to, this is a good place to nosh on fire rippin delicious wings. Today I had a flat bread and it was a delicious treat. Nyum nyum. For the kids there are plenty of non-tongue-numbing options. For mine? A chicken sandwich. She loved it so I think we will definitely be returning for more. I am glad to see this addition to the Mall, seems that Dolphin is getting better and better with the options which is good because the Friday's there is sliding downhill FAST. For the

Wings wings wings! What else would you order if you com here?! Great place to come chill, have a beer and watch sports while the girls go shopping.. I will be coming here more often to try all there different sauces and wings! The server had this attitude (arrogant, snobbish air to him) but he kept the drinks coming so he I forgive him.

Not bad for a Monday Night! I had the Hot Dog Slammers! - Pretty Tasty and 12 wings. Spicy garlic and terriaky. and washed it down with a MELLO YELLO. I was in Hog Heaven! OOWEE! Service good and good food. a bit hot outside but better than the frost bite I would have got indoors.

  • Abdias R.

Why 2 stars? Well, here's the story: We went last night for dinner just to get out a bit and use our (dealtificate) coupon. The RIBS got me SICK, not to mention I only ate 2 ribs. They tasted AWFUL! Dry ribs, meat did not fall off the bone.. horrible. Tasted like grilled rubber! --- is that even possible? Thank god, we had the coupon because paying $20 for those ribs would make me cry. Apart from that, the waiter wasn't reasonable either. We asked to substitute the fries for onion rings. Well when the food came out they gave us fries. We told our waiter he said "ok, I'll bring them." So he took the fries and brought us the onion rings. Next thing you know I am being charged $5.49 for onion rings. The menu states .99 cents for any substations in the list provided - Onion Rings being one at .99 cents. So I asked the waiter why the $5+ for rings when it was a substitute he said "oh I didn't know that, either way you have an up charge." I said "never-mind, here's the coupon and the card, charge it and thank you." Didn't bother complaining to the manager because I was SICK to my stomach with the food. Took Pepto and Tumz all night! Woke up bloated too! Not cute. Only positive is the wings were ok. Not the best in town but just ok. Will I go back? Doubt it but if I do decide to go back I'm only having a few wings and the BBQ Chicken Salad. NOTHING ELSE! Keep it simple to be SAFE!

This place rocks! Habanero Wings are AWESOME! good deals on beers too (you can't go wrong with a pint for $3.50) I just love this place, very casual and if you sit outside even if its 90 degrees you get to people watch and you can hear the live band at the Mall's stage or the DJ from Opa's. Aaron and Rachel are the best servers there! Overall a good place to hang out and watch a game or a fight.

    (4)
  • Ricardo R.

They have Blue Moon Seasonal 20 oz for $6, or $3 Sam Adams Pints and or $3.50 20 oz Miller Lite's. Also Tuesday is .50 wing day. Recommend on Tuesdays. The Spicy Habanero is the best tasting wings they have. We also had spicy garlic wings but they were average. I am not sure what the waitress name was that served us outside, but she was great. Constantly asking us if we were ok, how was the food, did we need another beer, etc. We ordered appetizers and told her to bring dinner after a few beers and she followed our instructions to the teeth. She deserved a pad on the back for such outstanding service.

Manager needs to fire himself....35 employees playing grab ass instead of serving/seating customers. News flash, you are running a restaurant not a summer camp, act like your glorified KFC is worthy of my money.

    (1)
  • Janelle B.

The service was excellent, but the food left me wanting something better. They have 50 cent wings on Tuesdays, so we went and had 5 types: teriyaki, sweet BBQ, Caribbean jerk, and Asian zing. The sauces were all flavorful but the wings were itsy bitsy in comparison to Flannigans. Tried it out, but won't be making another appearance.

  • Janina A.

LOUD. Is one word to describe this place. lol. I had to practically yell to talk to the person in front of me. Once I adjusted to the noise level, I was fine though. We decided to go here after walking out of Dave & Busters because we didn't get any service at our table. This was my first visit here and wont be my last. The service was great. We were seated immediately (on a Friday night) and the waitress came to our table within seconds. Our food order came out quickly as well. We had an assortment of the Boneless Wings; Parmesan garlic, Teriyaki, Honey BBQ, Sweet BBQ and Asian ? (cant remember the name of that one). They were all delicious but my favorites were the Garlic Parmesan and the Teriyaki. I stuffed my face and went into a food coma. This place is good! Great place to watch sports games as they have lots of BIG TV's.

Like a submarine in open waters this place is going down down down! Sticky floors, a wet mop smell seeping through the place and dried up knuckles called boneless chicken wings. Why oh why did I spend my money here tonight? I want to give them a third star because our waiter was super sweet and nice but having visited a few other Buffalo Wild Wings locations and having seen the difference a little teeny bit of effort makes I do not appreciate what happened here tonight. I'm logging this as reason number 84165165 to avoid Dolphin Mall.

  • Edenia F.

In despicable me voice: "look mom I found a wing place at the mall".... Eeeehhh lol We spent $48 for wings and 2 drinks??? ooooohhh seriously. I should have listened to Yelp! but... I was so hungry I didn't even have time to read reviews. I sure learned my lesson. Next time I will just go to the food court at the mall, walk around 3 or 4 times tasting all the samples, and get a free meal lol j/k. I rather spend $10 for mall food and at least I can share the enormous portions those little places pile on your plate with my husband. The wings weren't terrible but it was not worth all that money. After we finished eating and came to the realization this was a waste, our waiter who's name I couldn't understand due to his wanna be "gangsta" speech pattern lol took foooorrrever to return to the table to take our credit card. I even left my husband at this place trying to pay while I winged myself to the Starbucks inside the mall. you know the one with the never ending lines ??? yeah that one. I go back to the restaurant and my husband still waiting at the table for someone to take the credit card ugh the nerve! But you wanna know what reeeeeally did it for me ??? .... I ordered a Estela beer, I asked Mr gangsters paradise aka my waiter : does the beer come in a bottle ?, and he said "uhu". Wellllll.... what do I get?? a big tall glass of beer which by the way was NOT Estela beer in it. I didn't say anything because I don't like complaining at a restaurant before getting my meal, don't want any extra "condiments" added to my food, know what I mean ??? . So I kept quiet, I don't mind drinking beer out of a glass instead of a bottle but if the waiter would have his head out of his .... well out of his "rap sheet" lol and would have told me it is not in a bottle I would have been ok. I don't think I will come back here.

I went today again for boneless Thursdays since the deal is pretty good and there wasn't another place I could think of that I wanted to go. Our waiter was decent as were the wings. If we hadn't ordered the Southwest Bites, I would've given this place 2 stars. I would go back just to have this appetizer. it was pretty good! I love spicy so it was perfect! I probably now won't go back for a while just because the first time around I had a better impression.

It's closer to 4 stars than 3, but I'm comparing this location to the last BW3 (when it was called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck??) that I was in. It was in Tallahasse and our friend Dunk was hit by a car on the mock football field out front of the restaurant along Tennessee Street. It's gonna be hard to top that. My favorite wing choice is the salt and vinegar dry rub. The spicy garlic is good, but ask them to go easy on the sauce or those poor little detached appendages will be doing the backstroke. The sliders are good. Moist and mybe a little salty. And the Southwest Chicken Flip is another tasty option. The servers are a plus too. On only my second visit a couple of them had recognized me enough (and vice versa) to strike up a friendi albiet generic conversation. The best part is that the service is quick. I've ordered, eaten, paid and been on my way in under 30 minutes. Maybe the best part is that it's 189 linear feet from the roadway.

  • Yi L.

The service sucks!!!!! A group of my friends and I went today to watch the game and eat some wings.. after waiting about 20 minutes for a table, we finally got sat. Another 30 minutes later - mind you - we were ready to order way before, but the waiter was not ready for us- the waiter came and told us that his manager says that the kitchen is temporarily closed and that he couldn't take any orders for an indefinitely amount of time. so we asked if we could order soup or any appetizers since a few of us had not had breakfast and were starving, he said the manager told him no. So my friends and I sat for about another 30 minutes, when our waiter, Matt, told us he could take our orders finally.. the food came out about another 30 minutes later. the entire meal took 3.5 hours. for chicken wings. nothing fancy, wings. I am surprised that a restaurant with such crappy customer service is able to stay afloat. I will NEVER go here again. The only reason we stayed was because the guys assured us that the wings were the best..they weren't. They were mediocre, over cooked, small chicken wings in some fancy signature sauces. LAME.

  • David T.

Pass! Wing stop is better. Service people were either out of it, or rude.

    (2)
  • Roland S.

I like this place, although this particular location isn't quite up to the chain's usual standards. I like the varieties of sauces, and they have some interesting appetizers. Their regular wings are meaty and good, and they do a better job than most at making boneless wings. They have a couple good types of fries, and wraps and salads for people who aren't into the mess of wings. That said, this particular location is too loud both from the music inside and the blaring live music from the sound stage outside. The service was pleasant but not as efficient or communicative as I'd like.

I have never been to a place so many damn tvs. Thy should think about changing the name of it lol. They have great beer specials going on all the time. The food is ok. It's been a hit and a miss me for me the last few times. The reason why I gave them such high stars is because o their popcorn shrimp I recently tried. What?! How good are those! I also love the spicy factor here. Their mild is for real. It's not watered down. Love coming here with a group of friends just hanging out and watching a sports game. Wait isn't that long either

Buffalo Wild Wings was definitely a pleasant surprise, especially for a chain restaurant. The restaurant is pretty big, has indoor and outdoor seating and is full of TV screens in all sizes. Immediately, the screens showing video poker caught my attention and I quickly learned that they have portable poker machines where you play against other people at the restaurant. Seriously- that made my day. Both the service and food were very good. Typical wing place/bar-food fare, lots of cheese, lots of sauces, and lots of greasy goodness. Notables: Chili Cheese Fries, Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich (Hot=HOT!) Mild Traditional Buffalo Wings, Parmesan Garlic Boneless wings, and the drinks were big and strong. To sum it up: 2 martinis, 2 beers, an appetizer, an entrée and 18 wings- 60 bucks. Getting to play poker during dinner: Priceless.

I don't know why I haven't written a review for this place yet lol. I've been coming here since its been open. My most recent visit was to see the JONES vs Evans fight. There just happened to be a Heat game going on also which made BWW extremely packed. Luckily we got a seat outside. The servers were very nice and attended to our needs whenever we would ask for an extra chair. The wings are what makes this place..they are AWESOME!!!!!!! They also have specials on beer. I think a tall corona was like 3 bucks. I can't remember the other beers. I know that when I've been here for a Heat game they have these budlight females walking around giving you a free bottle of budlight! Free beer is always good. Only thing I miss is that they removed that mini beer keg'ish thing...I miss that with all my heart

This place was great! The drinks were amazing (I had a MAJOR margarita) and their wings are seriously good. We enjoyed the atmosphere and I have to say they have pretty awesome service for a sports bar. Our waitress along with the rest of the staff were friendly, inviting, and got the job done right the first time. We went in with our massive double stroller and they were more than accommodating. Great Food. Awesome Service. Reasonable Prices= WINNER in my book!

Finally got around to checking this place out on a Sunday night. Ordered the boneless wings in the Sweet BBQ sauce with bleu cheese - and it was delicious. Pretty straightforward place, lots of options - wings with or without bones, burgers, all kinds of sauces from mild to burning hot. Most dishes were under $10... smack in the middle of Dolphin Mall... and there wasn't an obnoxious wait. Good alternative to the teriyaki chicken staple at mall food courts - so it's a winner in my book!

So, I may be cheap or this place might actually be really overpriced for wings - or I may just have lost count of how many alcoholic beverages I had, thus bringing the grand total up tremendously. However, despite spending more than I ever do at Sports Grill, Friday's, Flanigan's, Chili's, etc. this place still gets 4 stars! How, you ask? Well, first things first, I went one day during happy hour and they had $3 margaritas - and you get to keep the shaker...which had 3 drink recipes on the outside...I was SOLD!!! Then, you have to talk about the wing sauce selection. Once, I was actually bold enough to try the blazin' - I enjoy mouth-numbing hot food - and, yes, I did put them all away but it took me about 30 minutes to eat 5 wings so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is less than ballsy. Nevertheless, if that's not your thing they have plenty other sauces to choose from, some that are significantly much more enjoyable than the blazin' hot wings so do not be deterred, there's something for everyone's taste buds! Also, they have 50 cent wing Tuesdays!! Idk if other places do this but BWW is so close to home that finding this out just last week was enough to really upset me that I'd been going elsewhere for my wing fix :( And, lastly, most importantly, the deciding factor between 3 and 4 stars is definitely, undoubtedly the many flat screen, HD TVs that make it easy to enjoy football, basketball or whatever other sports some may deem important (haha jk!! I kinda like baseball too...seriously, forgive me please!!) So, really, if you want to watch sports, enjoy delicious wings and a good happy hour, head on over! P.S: Do mind the parking - not an easy feat. Be patient and wait around the front, there's almost always someone leaving. Also, don't be afraid to park far, you'll need the exercise after you stuff your face with wings and drinks ;)

Huge glasses of Stella - that makes them a winner in my book! Of course, its at the Dolphin mall, so that sucks :( Great place to stop for a refreshing drink before a movie or some shopping

I was very excited to go to my first time to Buffalo Wild Wings. I must admit the idea of a restaurant that specializes only in buffalo wings had me in a tizzy! Unfortunately I left thinking the place was good but hyped up for what it really was. I went on a Thursday with friends for lunch and that happened to also be Boneless Wings Thursdays (Giggity!) Each wing was only 60 cents. I went with 12 wings and two types of sauces, Teriyaki and Spicy Garlic. Blue cheese and celery sticks too. When the wings come, they come in little, flimsy paper trays. I was really disappointed with that. I'm fine with not using plates but for this kind of establishment you think they'd at least put it in plastic basket tray. Makes you wonder if the people who own the chain blew their checks with the place's bajillion plasma screens that are every where you look. The wings themselves tasted great. I suggest to not get any sauce past Spicy Garlic if you do not want your mouth on fire. The surprise came when we got the check and it was not that we had been charged 16% gratuity already but the kicker was the 60 cents for blue cheese and another 60 cents for the celery sticks! It's considered separate which is so bizarre because Blue cheese and celery are practically mandatory. To bring out delicious wings and not those two sides is sacrilegious. That's like a cheeseburger with no fries! Conclusion, I like the place. I like going here with the guys and it would be cool to come to watch a game but don't bring someone you are trying to impress here

This is my second time to buffalo wild wings, but one at a different location and another one at this one. I came here with a friend to have a beer and catch up on somethings and as well have couple of bites to eat. The location of this place is great because you're literally inside the mall, and the mall (Dolphin) has many stores and entertainment to go too. The customer service in this place was pretty cool, we were attended too as soon as we walked in and to the moment we sat down. Our server was a really cool guy but it looked like he really had A BAD BAD sunburn and his face was peeling like strings of dead skin was hanging from all parts of his face, and that was not attractive at all especially if he's handling food and drinks. What I like about this place is the mass of space, tables and HD flat screens which makes it nearly impossible for anyone not to be able to watch an event that is playing. They also have good decent specials on drinks ... so why did I give it 2 stars.. well let me tell you why. We ordered a pitcher of budlight, and for some reason it didn't taste like budlight .. I don't know what the hell it was but it wasn't budlight. We asked the server to get us another one and he did and it still wasn't budlight .. so we just gave up and took whatever the heck it was.. Second we ordered boneless wings, with fries and let me TELL YOU THAT IT WAS DISGUSTING AND WHEN I MEAN DISGUSTING I REALLY MEAN DISGUSTING. Not to be a D*** and an Ass**** but my friend that is over weight and loves eating DIDN'T EVEN EAT THE WHOLE THING thats how bad it was, and I AM NOT EXAGGERATING after I ate couple of boneless wings (3) and fries I literally started sweating and started feeling my stomach bubbling.. The chicken looked like it was glossed in RECYCLED OIL!! the french fries had no taste the BLUE CHEESE AND RANCH smelled like a middle school biology class based on growing fungus. I mean I don't know what the hell happen there but the food sucked literally. So that being said would I recommend this place ... YES!! ONLY TO DRINK NOT TO EAT! It's a great place to come and watch football, soccer and or nba games but other than that CAUTION when it comes to the food. But give it a try and let me know.

If this place had any more TVs i would go blind! I love it! This place gets beyond packed on game days! Their menu has a variety of burgers, quesadillas, wraps, sandwiches, salads, soups and plenty sides. I love their Chicken Quesdillas, they are really yummy! Their Cheeseburger is also really good and they are really good with the "Well Done" policy of ours! :) They have a pretty good beer selection and happy hour menus are available after 3pm! One of the many perks is that it's located inside Dolphin Mall so you have access to more restaurants, shopping, bowling, movie theater (2 of them), Dave and busters and live concert bands! I really enjoy this place!

Gets pretty crowded and loud during any game day or PPV fight. You have to come around 6 or so to get a table on those days. You can always stand outside by the bar and watch from there which is a lot more tolerable than at Dave and Buster's. The wings are OK. They aren't bad and they aren't great. I've had the hot, hot bbq, and the mango habanero. They were more salty then sweet or hot. It's very tolerable heat. I really like spice and heat, so those looking for burning hot might want to go try straight to the Blazing hot. I've never tried it, but they have pictures there of people crying so I assume its what you might be looking for. I've also tried Roasted Garlic Mushroom appetizers which were really good (I don't know how they kept that garlic flavor in those fried balls), Southwest Bites (a lot like the egg rolls at Chilis), and the little corn dogs (pretty good). They have specials on Tuesdays (45 cent wings) and Thursdays (60 cent boneless). Wednesdays they have kids eat free.

My sister and I have been in the search for the best wing place in town. We where a little iffy at first being a restaurant in a mall but we gave it a try due to good reviews from friends. We went on a Friday after work, the wait for seating was about 10 min. although there where empty tables but they just had one hostess. the ambiance is basically one of a sports bar the walls are full of flat screen tvs which would be good to visit for game season. (I counted about 50 tvs). We where seated and ordered some drinks and proceeded to the menu to order. The sauces selection is not huge they have probably 10 or 12 sauces that range from mild to super hot. Food is served in baskets and paper trays. The wings are not the best but the three sauces we tried where amazing, specially the Caribbean jerk, it has hint of oriental spices. Its a good place for groups.

I still enjoy going to Bww every now and then, mostly for sporting events . It does get pretty packed for the games but something I did not know was that when you write your name down on the wait list, you could venture off elsewhere and they will call your phone to let you know your table is ready. Pretty cool. An addition to the beer specials, they now have these 80 oz "kegs" of beer that serves about 5 pints and it's only 11 bucks. Try the Parmesan Garlic wings. They are fantastic.

Great wings, cheap prices. The wings reheat great in the oven!

BWW Is pretty awesome. I have been here a few times and always like it. They always have a beer of a month which is awesome and only $3.50 and on Wednesdays they have $1 pints of Bud Select and Pabst Blue Ribbon. They have a bunch of TVs on so its always good to go for sporting events if you want a good atmosphere. There is also an outside area for smokers with a solo bar at it which is a nice plus. The food is pretty good also I always end up getting the appetizers or the wings with the Blazin sauce..... that stuff is intense. Try the Mango Habanero also.

My advice is if you go to this place drink and eat nothing the food is horrible and the wings are the tiniest dryest most annorexic pieces of chicken I've ever seen.Gave it two stars cuase the beers were cold and the staff was friendly but they should be ashamed to call themselves a wing place and serve those sickly looking wings!

My husband and I have been dieting and he was craving wings, so we decided to head over for our "cheat dinner". I had been to Buffalo Wild Wings on another occasion, but did not try the wings. We ordered the nachos for appetizer, and they were pretty average. My husband decided to order the boneless wings with medium sauce and I ordered the regular wings, half honey bbq and half parmesan garlic. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the parmesan garlic wings! Someone below had stated that they tasted like nothing.. Definitely not for me! The honey bbq were average, and my husband said his boneless wings were great. The service was excellent, minus a little confusion about some Jalapenos in our nachos. I will definitely be returning for some parmesan garlic wings real soon!

Ok first the good stuff: It is definitely a good place for a group, despite being located at Dolphin Mall. The sauces are good and they have something for everyone, ranging from very sweet & mild, to super spicy. They even have boneless if that's your thing. They also have a pretty good selection of beer. They also have a college discount night when the wings are only 50c each ( I believe thats on Tuesday). Now the not so good stuff: My first time there my boyfriend found a RAW chicken wing in his order. They were apologetic about it, but also made excuses for it and we still had to pay for it. I think that basket should have been free. No matter what excuses the manager tried to give us there is nothing in this world that would excuse raw poultry at a place that specializes in wings. The other thing is that I think the beer could have been served a little colder in my opinion. All in all I would go back with friends, despite the not-so-good first impression.

My favorite place to chill at the Dolphin Mall, love the nachos and beer specials. The atmosphere is tops, the staff always friendly. Menu has a little of everything and reasonably priced.

I come here often to watch the games and I must say I haven't been disappointed yet. The atmosphere is great. I usually sit at or by the bar and always receive great service. The bartenders are super friendly and the service is quick. Food always comes out pretty fast too. Try the spicy garlic wings (my fav). They usually have great beer specials and you can't beat $.50 cent wings on Tuesday's. All in all it's a great place to get a nice cold beer, some tasty food and watch a game.

Definitely not a fan of this place. For starters, the place stinks. The carpet smells like feet. I ordered 3 flavors: Parmesan garlic, Caribbean jerk, honey BBQ, a basket of fries and two beers. I like my wings fried crispy and these wings seemed baked and loaded with sauce. None of the 3 flavors were memorable. On a high note, the fries were tasty. I don't plan on returning here. There are better wings elsewhere.

BeeDubs can be fly in any weather. Located in the saturated Dolphin Mall, this place is going to make parking even worse. The deals are great, the service is in your face, and the wings are for anyone. With seating indoor and outdoor seating it should not be too hard to find a seat, once you are seated make sure that the TV in your vision is playing whatever you want, if not ask to change it. They take pride in changing the channel for you. Drink orders at most Sports Bar involve asking what's on tap, but at Buffalo the mixed drinks are just as good as a frosty beer. My game plan for BWW is strictly wings... my favorite are the Spicy Garlic, but with your choice of up to 20 different flavors i would suggest spreading your pallet around until something steals your heart. I would have prefer not to have this place in Dolphin Mall but I am happy that there's a BWW in the neighborhood.

Finally grabbed a burger here it was incredible. Still great staff the place was busy but service was just as quick as it normally would be. Thanks to a few captain and cokes, a great burger and company my night was made. I will return soon. TFY

Honestly I would prefer to give them no star but i guess one will have to suffice. I am very surprised by how many people like this place it really was awful. I used to go to one up north and it was pretty good and I always would tell my wife how I wished there was one down here because I wanted her to try them. Big mistake. This place wasn't even close to the one I used to go to. It took forever to get our beer, our order took forever to come out not to mention that the wing's were cold, the nachos might possibly be the worst excuse for nachos that I've ever had. And to top it off we had to ask three times for them. I wish they would have left them in the kitchen. Wild horses could not drag me back to this place. Very very disappointed with this place. In fact I think all the TVs in the place are to distract people from the fact that the place sucks.

  • Joelle A.

Can't beat 50cent wings on Tuesday. Also great beer specials. Tip: my fav flavor is spicy garlic. Not best to eat if you're on a date, but if you go on a date to BWW you have bigger problems. Great place to watch games and chill. I would stay away from the boneless wings, not my style.

The MEGA SPORTS BAR. YES MEGA, WITH MEGA TV's. I actually counted them there are 70 flat screens here, all being 50+inches. and four projectors being 100 inches. BWW is the place to watch a sporting event! The prices are very reasonable abd the food is good too. I usually order the buffalo chicken wrap! Also for 3.50 all day every day they have Miller Lite specails in a 32 oz glass! If you are into Hot sauce this is th place the medium here would be a hot in most places. If you are brave enought try the blazing I can only handle a few wings that hot.

Good place to go before a movie. Food, price and service are decent. Always have a drink spcieals and great happy hours. Gets pretty packed on the weekend. So the best time to got it Mon-thurs. The wings are good and they have a lot of sauces to choose from.

Worst store out of all the their chain restaurants. The place smell bad. Went to the bathroom it was dirty and passed by the kitchen and it was dirty too. Bad service!!!!! The entire staff had a "I don't care attitude". My wife could not tolerate the smell and neither could I. We got up and left. My friend went to the bar and ordered wings. The food gave him a major stomach ache and could not go to work the next day. DO NOT go to this restaurant!!!

While vacationing in North Carolina over a year ago, I came across Buffalo Wild Wings and simply loved their wings and sauces. When it finally made here to South Florida, I went to this location. The kids loved the Playtime quiz games and I loved the many TV screens throughout the place. This is a great place to see a Super Bowl game!

Came here with the boyfriend and a friend on our wings Monday night (yes, we tried to make that a tradition). They seriously have a wide variety of flavor to choose from. Most of the flavors are too hot for my taste buds. Not the best wings, but the flavors are fun. For all you spicy mouth burning lovers, check it out!

The worst food ever. The meat was just bad. I'll never eat here again. The server tried to tell me the cook has been here 25 years. I think it time for a new job Bad bad bad. And to top it off when I asked to speak to the manager he was a shit head. Tryed to u know what save ur money don't eat there

Went today to try it for the first time....it was a very bad experience , salad was cut too long ago and put in the fridge..chicken sandwich was horrible..non of us ate more than 2 bites...chicken wings was OK, but nothing extraordinary....to top this whole thing up...we were 4 ppl and didn't order Beer or alcohol and the tap was 132 $... We'll never go there again

Three Stars is well deserved When I first walked in... the place had a bit of a stinky smell to it... I over looked it but it kinda lingered. I end up having an oriental salad and my friend had a buffalo chicken salad. I have to say... if you going to go there.. I suggest having the wings.. I did end up ordering 6 wings.. I did like the fact they had a variety of sauces to pick from. That was a lot of fun!!! Conclusion.. stick to wings and beer. Done deal!!

Service was slow on a slow night. The bartender was the only one serving in the bar area and bar tending at the same time. The girl who brought out our food dropped my buddy's celery and didn't pick them up. Food and drink were good but the service was terrible. This is also attached to the mall which made parking hard to find.

The food is terrible. Nothing on the menu is fresh, everything comes out of a can or is frozen! For a place called Buffalo Wild Wings... The wings are terrible and everything is overpriced.

Despite some of the reviews on here, the food was really good! 4 people total in our group and everything ordered was delicious. Fish and chips, GOOD. Turkey on pretzel, AWESOME! Boneless wings, GREAT! Caesar salad, TASTY! The service was great too! Great price for the portion sizes you get.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings way more than I should. I'm not even a huge wing fan, but this chain is my favorite above all others. Most locations I've been to are pretty similar, whether in Lincoln, NE or Miami, FL. This particular one is slightly more run down than others I've been to, but I haven't had the misfortune of experiencing the funky scent that others are complaining about. It always smells like a giant (delicious) chicken wing to me. I'm pretty sure the parmesan garlic sauce would make anything delicious. Chicken, burgers, smoothies. Yeah, it's that good. I also like their buffalo chicken wrap. If you're the type that complains about food never being spicy enough, you need to dip your tacos in some of BDub's sauces. I'm a wimp and lose feeling in my face after a medium-low sauce like the buffalo sauce, so I'm pretty sure I'd need a tongue transplant after eating their hottest sauces. I went once around closing time and the staff was pretty nice about it. They did start cleaning up the restaurant while we were finishing our meal, but in Miami that's practically good service. Usually, they'd throw your check at you as soon as your ordered and tell you to bus the table when you're done. Also, if you're on some kind of special diet and you come here, you a) are an idiot/masochist or b) have a bf/gf/so/friend that is kind of a douche. Nothing about this place is healthy or suitable for a dumba$$ diet, which is why it is alllllll delicious!!

  • Analise C.

Management seriously needs to do something about the smell in that place. The smell hits you like a ton of bricks as soon as you walk in - think soaked dirty carpet that has been sitting around for too long. Management needs to fix this immediately. Its gross We ate there anyway. The food was mediocre. Not good. Not bad. Mojito was good.

DO GET: chili con queso, parmesan garlic wings DON'T GET: any hot wings if you don't like spicy food, the garden crasher - because's it's depressing. I went here for their happy hour and it was definitely a great choice! $3 appetizers like their chili con queso and mozzarella sticks and... $3 margaritas and mojitos in large glasses! They also have draft beers as part of their happy hour as well. Such a great deal! I also got wings with the mango habanero sauce, which is sweet and very spicy. It's the only place I know that has sauce that's actually spicy. I also love their fries. In the past, I've also gotten Parmesan garlic wings, which are also really good. I've also had the garden crasher because I was on a raw diet. I was not supposed to have any of the pita bread or hummus that came with that platter, but I couldn't help it. Although the pita bread and hummus was an amazing treat after eating juice and salad all day, that was a sad platter to get while everyone around me had delicious wings and burgers, so if you are on a diet, you shoulder either call it a cheat day or stay home. The only thing that is eh, is their service. I felt like our waitress was never around so it took awhile for me to ask for water. I'm not really sure why since they weren't packed and usually aren't, but that's my usual experience with them. Other than that, go there for happy hour! It's a great deal!

Why didn't I read my fellow yelpers' reviews before going to this place? My husband was craving wings so we decided to come here since last time I had visited this place (3 yrs ago) I had a good experience! Well, clearly that has changed over the years :/ The place is still nice inside with all their big screens, and honestly I can say that our server was nice overall! Here comes my "however".... HOWEVERRR, although it was a late Saturday night (10pm), the place was NOT packed at all!!! Oh, but the service was SO SLOW! From our server, to the cooks and pretty much everyone! We ordered some "cheese fries" as an appetizer, a blue moon beer, and regular wings / boneless wings. The beer took FOREVER to come out. Then the wings came next (we have yet to get out "appetizer") and the boneless ones were so dry!! We asked for buffalo sauce on the side and they brought a POWDER?! After we asked several times for our cheese fries, a different server told us they don't even have that, and brought us plain fries with some cold shredded cheese on the side?!!! (Added pic) Overall, some of the wings we did have were good (parmesan ones & honey bbq) but I don't think I plan on coming back anytime soon :/

Holy shit, we can't believe the health department hasn't shut this place down yet. We went after leaving work late- 7 pm. We didn't expect much since it's near the airport but once we sat down we realized we most likely had made a huge mistake. There were about 8 Ppl in this 2,000 sq ft space. Only the corner where we were all sitting had light everything else was dark. We both ordered salads... They arrived about 20 minutes after we ordered. The waitress was totally out of it and barely spoke English. (Mind you it's a bar and grille) Needless to say.... I took two bites of my salad (and thank god I'm a slow eater who looks at my food before i put it in my mouth) and saw the most disgusting jumbo flies I had ever seen. Not that it makes a difference, but they weren't just house flies they were some kind of pre historic jumbo insect. I gagged. My husband gagged. I signaled the waitress over and showed her what we found. She picked up the plate and didn't say anything. I finally said, I can't finish this and we aren't going to pay for these salads. She came back a minute later and said my manager said I can give you this salad for free. Because it's probably a common occurrence she didn't apologize or seem to be surprised. She retreated to the kitchen and we walked out the front door. We went to market and got some fresh food. Sadly, it is SO hard to find good food in Florida... Partially because there are no health standards or letter ratings (like in California or NY) and because you either have Latin food or bar/grilles. Don't even get me started on the "sushi/Thai" phenomenon. Lesson learned... Just grow your own good and cook at home ...

Wow!!!!! Afteryears of coming here atleast twice a week, the service was horrible. I couldn't believe how down hill this place had gone. The drinks cane 10 minutes after we, a party of two and a child, were seated. The appetizers came out 39 minutes after ordering and the main came out 5 minutes after ordering. The server never came by to see how we were doing, and we had to yell for our check....never again.....after three years if coming here atleast twice a week. So sad!! I guess I will be going to the one in pines from now on.

I stopped by for dinner on a Monday. The place was dead. Now, normally this means uninterested servers but not today. I'm a fan of BWW but some places are better then others, this is one of the better ones. I sat at the bar. Got a $2 happy hour beer and ordered some boneless wings. The beer was cold and the boneless wings were out in about five minutes. There were two servers at the bar and I kick myself for not remembering their names because they were so polite and attentive. They noticed I was look at the trivia screen and instantly offered me the game pad. The only reason this place doesn't get five stars is because the dolphin mall parking situation is always crazy so it's usally a journey to find a spot. Other then that, no problems. I'll be back for sure! Worth the trip!

It appears that this used to be an old Benigans restaurant. Inside was not as clean as I would have like. Almost empty ketchup bottles on tables and dirty windows. Little things like this make a big difference. We ordered wings. The boyfriend ordered extra hot which appeared to be sriracha hot sauce and trying to be safe I ordered honey BBQ.

I don't even know how this place has 3 stars. I was craving wings and I was really disappointed. We ordered the queso dip for appetizer and it was cold so when we asked them to bring it warmer it still came back cold. The food came quick it's just the waiter barely came to the table and took FOREVER to bring the check. The wings weren't even that good. I really didn't enjoy them. My boyfriend got the sweet bbq and for him it was way too much barbecue. I got the spicy garlic and mango habanero on the side.. I loved the spicy garlic but mango habanero was way too intense for me.

This place was a Bennigans restaurant years ago, It was one of their top locations, Bennigans folded and now it is open again, the bad news is it hasent been restocked or cleaned since then, filthy all the way, owners are possibly Taliban members, the only good news here is the bartender is really nice, and they have a Touch Tunes jukebox, I dare you to eat here.

Most of the time I enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings. This visit was less satisfying. The food was the usual boneless wings that I expected (as they are generally the same across all BWW's). I got 20 boneless wings this time and they were pretty good... Not to mention it was 65¢ Thursday. The only unfortunate part about this trip was the service. Our server did a good job, just towards the end of our meal it seemed like there was less attention towards our table and we had to reach out to have another server find ours. Other than this, it was the usual Buffalo Wild Wings experience... TV's, loud environment, and wings.

Such a disappointment! My boyfriend and I love BWW! We just got into town from out of the country and were craving BWW haha. When we got here there was a band playing right outside which was really neat.. But when we opened the front door to the restaurant smelled so bad of sweaty feet (may have been the tap lines/stale beer) that we were almost forced to sit outside away from the smell (which is a smoking area). We ordered beers and onion rings on happy hour. I kept seeing a waitress carrying around a toddler... Around the restaurant inside and behind the bar outside-- even saw the kid walking around behind the outside bar... Must have been bring your kid to work day.. Super inappropriate. We ordered wings, I always get the honey BBQ they came out perfect and my Bf got the mango habanero (what he always gets). Wings all came out great. Don't think I would ever come back to this BWW again but to each their own. We did have two bartenders that were pretty cool.. TJ was awesome! Great sense of humor!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever eaten in in all of my 74 years. Start with the draft beers. Two Fosters were completely flat. Flatter than the days old keg at my frat house on Sunday morning. Sent those back. Two more drafts, a Blue Moon and a Yeungling, were flat but barely drinkable. Onion soup was onions and a smidgen of cheese in thin chicken broth mixed with dishwater. Refused to pay for that. An "Irish Dip" roast beef had an off-taste, au jus tasted bad, horseradish(?) sauce tasted like some kind of cleaning fluid was in it. Reuben was not good but at least it tasted somewhat like food not cleaning supplies. French fries were soft but edible when slathered in Ketchup. Russian waitress spoke very poor English. Twelve ounce drafts cost $5.00 each. 15% tip added directly to Bill! I had a feeling they were trying to slide it by us. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT EATING HERE!

Have you ever seen the movie "Waiting" Well I found the real life restaurant. Food is/was disgusting! Do not eat here. There is a bar, open 24-hours, so that deserves a star.

This location sucks. I sat at the bar outside, where i was ignored most of the time by the bartender, which was weird because it was not even busy. So i finally get my beer and then the bartender goes inside for like 20 minutes, comes back out and finally asks me if i want to order some food. So i order some boneless wings, when they finally get to the table i sink my teeth into them and as i bite into one, it was cold and raw in the middle. I was disgusted, i showed it to the bartender and she acted all nonchalant about it. I asked her for my tab, i did not want to waste another penny or second of my time at this place. Terrible expirience. Dont go here unless you want to get sick.

Wings are awesome as usual. But service sucks, waiters are rude and when I ask for my check they said "Im not your waiter, find yours and ask him!" can you believe that! Never will be back to that place... good food, terrible service! No service, no business.

This location received 4 stars because of the service. Our server was absolutely fantastic and she is by far the best server I have had at any BWW. We went to this mall to do some shopping and then we wanted to watch the UF football game while eating dinner. They sat us right in front of the big screen that was showing the game. Our waitress greeted us immediately and was extremely attentive throughout the entire night. We started out with some wings indicating that we planned on ordering more food around halftime. During the 2nd quarter of the game, they switched the game to Showtime which was showing the opening fights before the Mayweather fight. I looked around and almost every other tv was on Showtime. The UF game was being shown on 2 tv's at the bar and that seemed to be it. I waved down my server and asked her if they could switch the game back on the big screen. She said she would ask her manager and be right back. She came back in a few minutes and related that the game could not be put back on the big screen although they might be able to show it on one of the smaller tv's. I had literally just placed my dinner order (chicken tenders and fries) before this fiasco happened and thus, I told her to cancel my order and we will go home and watch the game. She replied that she will ask the general manager and see if he will put the game back on. She came back and told me that he agreed to put the game back on the big screen. She told him that we came in specifically to watch the game and that they were going to lose our business if it wasn't put back on. I can't say I have ever had a server go out of her way like that to satisfy a customer. I have come across this situation before and what ends up happening is that I leave because they won't put on what I came there to watch. Not to mention, she refilled our drinks whenever needed and always checked on us. The food was average and what you would get at any BBW; however, the server made all of the difference. I watched the Mayweather fight here last weekend and they did an excellent job handling the crowd. The cover fee was very reasonable and they provided you with a gift card which was also a nice touch. Once again, the server was fantastic and even though we told her we were there to watch the fight (we arrived around 7:30pm), she didn't mind at all and treated us very well.

Great place to watch a game! They have over 40 TVs and enough space for a nice group of 10 Food is ok as its nothing out of the ordinary Waiter are ok too They have verities of beers Out side seating is available too Will I be back? Yes

This is the worst BWW location I have ever been to. I went to eat here on a Thursday night with a friend of mine after doing some shopping in the mall. The restaurant was pretty empty, and it still took about 15 minutes to order our drinks. When we were selecting our food, the waiter was the least bit patient. He did not want to answer any of our questions regarding the food on the menu. We waited over 30 minutes for our food & it was such a hassle getting drink refills! I felt like most of the time I spent in this place was me looking for our waiter! He would even pass by the table almost pretending we weren't there. It was about 11:30 pm and he brought us our receipts without us even asking, which was very rude. My friend & I split the check and he didn't bring my friend change, he figured the change was for his tip. Terrible experience, I definitely won't be back.

I'm currently at the Buffalo Wild Wings. My experience has gone from bad to worst, so quickly that I just had to pull out my phone and leave a review. Let's start off by mentioning how we had to wait 30 mins to be seated, when there were empty tables all over. We had the pleasure of having Kathy as our waitress for the evening, which sadly, she was anything but pleasant. She was slow, uncaring, rude, and passive aggressive. If you clearly dislike your job: 1. Don't take it out on the customers, who provide your income and 2. Make an effort to get another one. For instance, Kathy said that they ran out of silverware and gave us to go utensils; I'm not sure how a restaurant "runs out" of silverware? Also, after waiting for about 15 mins for her to show face, we asked for waters for the table to which she then told us that she was going to give us to go cups because "it would make it easier" and how "we were only going to take a few sips anyway." Besides the service being awful and taking forever, our food was subpar. I had a buffalo ranch chicken wrap, which was mostly just cheese. Everyone else's wings were okay, but nothing special. We had nachos which was basically just lettuce on tortilla chips. Honestly, I can go on and on. Overall, if you don't appreciate good customer service or decent food, this is the place for you.

We stopped for lunch at BBW today. The food was great. The service was terrible. Our waitress placed one of tables food in to order, but learned the did not have it in house. She never told my nephew until he asked after everyone is served, where is my meal. That means the wait staff do not care, it's just a job. The customers get in the way. There were other server issues that time too, but what I just mentioned is a good reason to terminate a server.

Worst BWW location I have ever been to. A group of 9 people they didn't even wipe down the table. Didn't even take our drink orders it was 20 minutes before I finally asked for water. It took our food 1 hour to come out and it was cold. I came to eat hot food not microwaved crap. THEN the manager comes out and instead of asking what she could do to fix this she starts arguing with us on what happened. We sat through 2 quarters of football and you want to tell me it took only 20 minutes for out food? Disgraceful and disrespectful remedial staff. This whole location is dirty. I love the BWW chain but this is the most disgraceful representation of this chain that I have ever seen. Waited so long to not even eat. Don't come here

Is there anything wrong with wings and beer? 3 out of 5 on the beer and wing flavor scale.

Service sucked, and the drinks were terrible. I don't know how you screw up beer. Tried multiple beers and they all tasted flat. Wings were ok. Hot garlic sauce was good.

The worst service!! Place is dirty with mold on the ceiling, food not good at all. Bad sour cream was brought to our table. A very nasty place. DONT BOTHER!!

Wings are okay but the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The upside is that they have bonesless wings and many sauce choices to choose from.

    (3)
  • Carlos P.

Food is good. Just prepare yourself to wait a really long time for the food, and not because the place is packed, could be slow and it still takes long. If you take more than 4 people, prepare yourself to wait more than an hour. This is the reason why we stopped going for lunch.

    (2)
  • Gina P.

The wings are alright but at the price the charge not worth it. The place is uber loud and even though you'd think the amount of TVs in there would make for great game watching they cover so many games that no one really gets into anything, not even the wings.

    (2)
  • Daphne T.

I'm not going to tell you these are the best wings I've ever had, cause then I'd be lying. We had the parmesean garlic and the caribbean jerk sauce wings. My dad said the caribbean jerk sauce is really, really hot, and that isnt even on the hot end of the scale. I don't eat spicy so I can't tell you myself. The parm-garlic wings don't taste like parmeasan or garlic! They just taste plain. The potato wedges are actually very tasty, one of the few things I enjoyed eating today.. . I had berry lemonade to drink and I like it. I had the loaded nachos and they were alright.. We had the chili con queso dip and that tastes pretty good also. The service was ok, a little slow I should say but w/e. My mom had ordered ribs and she couldnt even look at them because she said they smelled disgusting. I know the smell she's talking about, it's kinda like a when my dog comes inside from running around in the sun.. I don't mean to make the food seem nasty, I probably will go back but I will eat something different, maybe like a burger, or the flatbreads, but I can't say that the wings are anything to write home about. Oh btw, the tip is included in the bill, so don't freak out if your bill seems higher than it should be. The environment is pretty chill, I like the atmosphere because its casual and sporty. Good place to watch sports games. So yea, I guess this place is a-ok.

This place is in Dolphin Mall and on a Monday afternoon was pretty empty. However, on the weekends or when a game is going on, it gets pretty packed. We had wings and an appetizer of chips and salsa. The chips were pretty bland and had no salt. Also the serving was very small ($5) and was gone in a couple of minutes. The salsa was ok. You can order the wings with one of about 15 or more different sauces on the wings or on the side. But you only get one sauce (on the wings or on the side) per order, however, if you get 12 wings you get to pick two sauces (this, I don't get; why not let you sample more if you choose the sauce on the side--the sauce comes in tiny little cups). I LOVE super hot so I got the blazer sauce, which is their hottest sauce--hmmm, hot, but not the tongue torcher I expected. Since i got a 12 wings, my 2nd sauce was the mango habanero, which was about as hot as the other one, but sweet. The wings are ok but I've had much better. The server was very polite but was rarely around when he was needed. We ran out of blue cheese and had to finish our wings without (which made me very sad). The beer was not cold and we ran out of soda, but again, the server did not come by before we finished our meal so we ended up thirsty. The food and the service were just OK, but it wasn't enough for me to want to go back. Also, they add the gratuity to the bill which I don't particularly like( 16%); let me decide what to tip, otherwise it's not a tip but just another charge.

Okay guys. I'm not into sports, I'm into wings. And this place has awesome wings. Try the Asian Zing, you won't regret it. It's my favorite wing sauce ever! But, honestly, all the other flavors are pretty good too. My hubbie and I got a bunch of flavors, but in the end we were both fighting over the last Asian Zing wing. lol. And for you guys who are into sports, they do have a lot of screens and they're pretty big too. Not bad if a place overall.

My office at the Dolphin Mall. Free WiFi, good suds, and tasty wings... what more do you want? Oh yeah, lots of TV's to watch while working and chomping on some of those tasty wings, while the wife "shops".

We went during a Sunday, while there were about 4 football games going on. The place was pretty busy, mostly for the games. The wings were pretty good- more on the saucy side. We ordered the Habanero Mango, Spicy Garlic (very good) and Honey BBQ (too sweet). We also ordered the Buffalo chips, which are just potatoes sliced in round wedges (these were soft). Overall, the place is decent for wings, if you like them saucy and on the softer side. I prefer crispy and drier wings, so Wingstop is better for me. We also had to wait a bit for the food, about 20 minutes for our wings to come out.

    (3)
  • Jonny T.

This place has the best wings ever!!! They have 12 or 15 different sauce flavors. The best time to go there is either on Tuesday or Thursday for their wing 50 cent or 60 cent specials. This place won't disappoint you at all.

after seeing countless commercials for this place overr the last two years there is finally a buffalo wild wings within a short 5 minute drive from my house! my friends and i spent about close to 200 dollars at this place simply by ordering a ridiculous amount of wings and a ridiculous amount of beer. -You must try the Mango-Habanero wings, they are so deliciously sweet but at the same time immensely spicey, its great. no complaints about this place at all

this is not really about the food but about the service received. we decided to purchase our son for xmas a gift card from here since he is always there for football games and other sports events. it was pretty busy and we were told by the outside hostess to go inside to purchase gift card. we did so. this same hostess realized that there was no one inside where we were indicated to go, so she came in to assist us. when asked if they had any buy one get another for free (like buy $25 and get an extra $5) she was not sure but offered to ask a manager. off she went. again place was pretty busy. as i stood there waiting for her, a few of the waitresses would come by to fill their drink orders (soda machine was right there) one by one asked if we needed assistance. all 4 who went by asked. mind you they were running around super busy but all asked if we were being helped. that was very nice - after a few minutes, the first girl came back with a manager and advised yes they have buy $25 gift card receive a $5.00 bonus one for free! good deal... it may be convenient to purchase gift cards at your local drugstore/store but no "bonus" cards available there - something to keep in mind. thanks for such attentive service during a busy time. good job you all!

Short and sweet will not recommend to anyone, wings were room temp and there was a feather on my wing. The waitress acknowledged it and did not even offer an apology of some sort.

  • Gus M.

Definitely not the best wings you could have in Miami, but pretty good for the prices they offer. The choice of sauces are great, I'd say they offer something like 15 sauces, ranging from mild to hot, to very hot. I tried three; Honey BBQ, Spicy Garlic, and Habanero Mango. The mango one was the best by far, the other two were just okay (Also, the wings themselves could use a little more sauce, but hey, thats just me). The volume from the tvs in the restaurant can sometimes be way too loud, which becomes a nuisance when you're trying to have a conversation. Also, the beer could have been a bit colder. Those two things refrain me from giving this place a five-star review. Other than that, it seems like a great big place to gather a bunch of friends and watch a televised sporting event. Oh, they also have some sort of contest where you have to eat 12 of their spiciest wings in under six minutes. I don't know if there is a prize, but there should be.

  • Deb R.

My husband loves this place, so when I learned it was located not to far from us, I took him here. Surprisingly, I fell in love with it too. The sauces are really flavorful. The service was very nice, and went above and beyond.

This is a great place to hang out with friends. If you're 21 and over you can self seat in the bar area and you don't have to wait for a table, because trust me, this place gets packed! They offer happy hour, like most places. I've gotten the Patron Margarita that can cost up to $10 for $3... AMAZING! I've never been much into wings- on account of hating any food that leaves my hands filled with sauce. But I have to say, the wings here are really good. They offer many different flavors from hot to sweet. I took off a star, bc this place can be pricey, but other than that- I recommend for you to give this place a shot. Oh and how could I forget the servers! Everyone is so attentive and nice. I think all but once I've had a great experience with my server. :)

  • Miranda G.

I always order a burger and fries. Cam we talk about how amazing the fries taste, maybe it's just me. I dont know, but they taste really really good, and the burgers too, whenever someone in my family goes i always make them get a takeout burger for me since im kinda lazy but still, the food is great. Recommend!!

  • Steve B.

Not a big fan of the food. I have been here now a few times and probably won't go back because I picked to go there. The food isn't necessarily bad, but it's not good and there are much better places out there for wings. Over breaded boneless wings and shrimp. Very average place. The ace itself is good for watching sports and drinking beer. Service was acceptable.

    (2)
  • Gaby M.

Nothing special, just typical bar food. I don't really see what the big deal about the wings are, maybe it's the variety of sauces. The chips and salsa weren't that great, salsa taste like it came straight out of a jar. The restaurant is also really cold. On a positive note the waiter was great!

  • Duane S.

Had lunch with a group of 18 from work. Definite negative experience. Pros: Service. Waitress assigned to table took care of business. Cons: - Group food served cold, greasy cold. - Food was served late. 71 minutes from last group order to arrival of first set of meals. Considering the food was simple finger food, sandwiches or salads this is horrible. - Automatic gratuity charged for patrons ordering take out items.

Thursday's - .60 boneless wings ! Food is normally pretty good, last time it wasn't hot but it was edible. Every other time I've never had a complaint so I let it slide. Manager was nice and attentive, making sure the tables were handled well. The waitress was nice and our table was served quickly. Fries were hot as were my boyfriends food, I think the reason mine was luke-warm was mine were sauced and his were seasoned .. I'd imagine the sauce is room temp thus lowering the temp of the wings covered in it. Not a messy place, but the menus should be wiped down with some cleaning products.

    (3)
  • Mindy F.

Terrible service. People were eating & they were mopping floors & putting chairs up. The smell of cleaning products was over powering. The bartender/waitress was to busy on Facebook to actually wait on anyone. I realize I am by an airport BUT this place is ridiculously expensive! Dirty, disgusting. I will not be back!

  • Tony T.

Oh man, the food here is spectacular! From their wide variety of wing/sauce combinations to the delicious burgers, it's impossible to not fall in love with the food! There are also televisions scattered around the place with a variety of sports, trivia, or poker games. The pricing is fair for the amount of food you receieve and the service is very friendly.

Visited on a Thursday night to watch the Dolphins game. The wait staff seemed to be understaffed and under experienced. Overall lack of attentiveness and basic customer service skills. It took 15 minutes for our server to visit our table for the first time. The food took over 30 minutes and arrived cold. It took another 10 minutes to receive silverware in order to eat our meals in front of us. I understand being busy on a big game, but the lack of customer service is inexcusable. It's obvious none of the servers enjoy their job and the management has not developed a positive working environment.

    (1)
  • Mike U.

Food is not that good here. It's edible but not something that you will crave to come back and want more of. Very unoriginal fried chicken tossed in a their variety of sauces. The bar area is a hit or miss. Some of the girls at the bar tend to catch a bit of an attitude, maybe just because they're young and don't know how to properly provide service at the bar. Slow service...food and drinks. Just not my favorite place to go...Bad experience overall.

Decent B. W. Wings and good drink specials on the right nights. Service was good even during a busy Heat game. But it's just too loud to sit outside!

  • Chris P.

It's the best place for wings, beer and sports! What else do you need? I recommend the Asian zing and Caribbean jerk wing sauces and the mini chili and cheese hot dogs. They've got plenty of TVs and beer options available. The only thing I find strange about the place is that it's located in a mall.

    (5)
  • B M.

Boneless chicken wings were fresh and tasty ...ordered nachos and got chips with 2 oz cheese cup... But tasted good. Husband had the ribs and coleslaw...said they could've used a spicy rub . Doesn't appear to be exceptionally clean. Bathrooms were filthy. Wouldn't go back. Amazing how full this reataurant is. ......?
