I was disappointed with my experience here. The coffee was acidic and also had no refills for $4 The service was really slow even though there were barely any people when I was there, but there were plenty of staff. My French Toast was okay, but nothing to write home about. I could have gotten a better breakfast at IHOP. Definitely not coming back.

We took the mother-in-law here for a birthday brunch and it was a good time. Not as good as the Biltmore's (and not as expensive), but still great. The service was amazing and since smaller than the Biltmore, I found that the service was more personal and more attentative. Our glasses of mamosa were filled faster than we can drink them. The food was good. They have your standard omlette station guy and meat carving guy. A small sushi area and of course a large dessert section (so save room). I would highly recommend coming here for brunch and would come here again on any other special occasion.

The Sunday Brunch has been discontinued. The breakfast buffet put in its place is overpriced at $29/person with only fair quality food and poor variety. I would not recommend it unless you are staying at the hotel and don't want to walk to the nearby restaurants.

Basically every time I go down to visit the folks we do brunch here - and it is amazing. It's not over the top Biltmore how-much-more-food-can-possibly-be-at-this-brunch but it's sufficiently jammed full of brunch goodies and everything is meticulously prepared - they even have a sushi bar and a risotto station, yes, a, risotto station. Best buffet brunch in Miami. And classy, hard to say "buffet brunch" and "classy" in the same sentence - but trust me here.

The service was impeccable. I went with a party of 6. The server was very knowledgeable of the items on the menu. Since Miami Spice was available, 4 members of our group ordered from the Miami Spice menu. From what I can tell, they each enjoyed what they ordered. The dessert they ordered looked by far the most delicious. I ordered the crab cake sandwich. The crab cake it self was delicious. Lightly pan seared and crisp. The bread was a little too much, but still very yummy. The crab cake sandwich came with a side of coleslaw with bacon and fries. You are able to switch the fries out. It was very private, we were the only people there and we had an option to sit outside. We were not disappointed. For the 6 of us, our bill came out to about $160 (excluding service charge).

The best brunch in Miami. Amazed at the service, quality and value of this place. Very nice outdoor area to take in the good weather although the inside is lovely as well. Some highlights: greek yogurt, rasberry muffins, fresh fruit, made from scratch custom omelettes, freshly squeezed juices, the list goes on and on. I'm still thinking about this place! Can't wait to return.

i came with friends for miami spice 06. i can't remember what we got food wise... but some things i do remember. it's super fancy. we knew it was gonna be fancy (it's in the ritz), but it was fancier than i think we were all expecting. they sat us in a formal dining room. we were literally the only ones in the room (aside from the staff) that was under 55. there was no noise in there. we even felt bad whispering. it was strange. so, definitely not the place to go to in a large rowdy group... on the positive side, i remember us all absolutely loving our food. it was delicious. so, not sure when i'll be returning. maybe in 30 years. or if my family comes to visit. for now... 3 stars in my book based on the food alone.
