Well, this is a family go-to my entire life. Food is always on point. My fav is the garlic potatoes. If you're greedy (like me) try the Captains Sampler which gives ya a little of everything. I am, however, not crazy about their wings. Perhaps it's because I order them without sauce. Either way, try this pace... Be prepared: A dinner for 2 will demand around $30 bucks... Wait is about 10 minutes because they seem to prepare orders fresh. try this late night spot if you want GREAT food, seasoned like Paula Deen and fresh off the boat. Caveat: take out only

This place is quite tasty, especially if you are looking for a quick seafood and take out. The only downfall it has is extremely high prices. Especially for fast food. while I would not call this place gourmet, it is definitely a step up from the competitors nearby. If you are looking for delicious crab for any other type of seafood, this is your joint, especially if you're looking to splurge! I would not dine in as it is in a very sketchy part of town.

This place use to be one of my fav places to go. They moved locations. It use to be delicious. They use to serve fresh crabs, but now they're previously frozen. I would not recommend this place anymore

The only thing I had here was the garlic crabs many years ago and they were delicious. Would definitely get them again!

I was a little skeptical on going here since the building looks a little shady and it's not in the best neighborhood. A friend convinced me that the food was pretty good and that I should give it a try, I ordered the platter with the friend shrimp, friend catfish and coleslaw. The Slaw was a little dry for my taste but still edible. I also ordered a side of conch fritters... a little chewy. I think the best part of the experience was that they have koolaid! Fruit punch koolaid! I'll probably be returning to this place whenever I get the urge for fried foods.

This place always brings on childhood memories, as a kid, my mom loved this place due to the tasty crab that it produced. Yearsssssssss later - there are no longer many locations as there used to be, in fact, I believe this is the last one and I think I may know why! Captain Crab was always known for great seafood, from the well seasoned garlic crab to the huge and flavorful conch fritters or taking on a side of there oh so addictive parsley potatoes, oh yeah, let's not forget the fruit punch! I visited this establishment today, only to be met by workers who seemed annoyed with any customers that came in, granted I know that this place is not all about customer service but it seems to be getting worse (almost as if they are just waiting to be closed down like other locations). The food was (shivers) not even just OK, but almost OK. The potatoes were almost like mash potatoes (as opposed to being cut properly) and seemed to be sitting in a bathtub of butter from much earlier in the day. The fried fish (Tilapia) and the conch fritters (which I was a huge fan of) were both fried hard as rocks. Mannnnnn, even the fruit punch didn't taste the same anymore (smh). Since being that this is the last of it's locations, I hope that the owners can step up and show just a bit more respect towards seafood because as of now they have lost another customer.

The best part of my meal was the red potatoes, definitely not the seafood...the conch wasn't seasoned, the wings tasted funny, and the fish tasted like a fish stick from the freezer section of your local grocery store. The only reason I stopped was because there hasn't been one in Broward for over 15 yrs so I saw one and got happy, but it was a huge mistake stopping.

The food here is amazing! Very high quality. The prices however are a little inflated.

This is the place... yasss!!! Great service at the drive thru for once and not a long wait. I don't know if they go out in the ocean to get the crabs or what but most of the time I have been here, I have waited in that drive thru for ever. This time it wasn't to bad and the crabs were great. I will definitely be back!!!

Priced right and darn good! I had the crab cakes and as a Maryland native I'm accustomed to the best crab cakes on earth, and they weren't quite up to that extremely high status but pretty close all things considered. Very good for the low price:. The garlic potatoes & key lime pie were awesome. Service was good and fast. I will definitely be back.

The only Capt crabs left in Miami. Tiny restaurant. Garlic crabs, shrimp, and potatoes are awesome. Sometimes the wait is really long.

The seafood here is delicious! I ordered the Garlic crab and fried catfish combo with parsley potatoes. I enjoyed this meal with each and every bite. There are also lunch specials for 4.99 that includes a drink. There is a drive thru and small eat-in area. The staff are also nice. Try it out

I came here last night around 9. I ordered the boiled garlic shrimp meal. It comes with garlic potatoes and cole slaw. There was no wait and it took them about 10-15 mins to make my food. Which is shorter than I usually experience. The food was ok, not as good as I remembering it being 3 years ago mainly because the shrimp had no flavor or taste of garlic,

My last couple of visits here has been just a horrible disaster. My Parsley Potato were watered down, the couch was rubbery, the fish too too salty, Yuck! And the couch salad is horrible. The only good thing on the menu is that fruit punch kool-aid, :) Yep... sadly to say I will not be returning again, its a wrap, especially after that last visit! Its just to many other good seafood establishments around town to be waste n you're precious $$$ here, AND they not cheap either, them ol over priced platters.. the nerve of them :/
