Service is a little slow but they are polite You have to have money on your sb card to get the deals or coupons. Other Starbucks will honor if you use another pay method. My vanilla bean frappe was OK. too many ice chips not blended well enough to what I'm use to at other Starbucks. I'd give it another try if I had to.

Great Starbucks off of US1 with easy access in and out of the parking lot. This is a beautiful store inside and out the grounds are landscaped to block as much of the traffic as possible. Large parking lot and plenty of comfortable seating. The service was exceptional and my order was delivered fast and accurate. I wish I had one exactly like this in my area (actually I wish I had one of any shape and size in my area).

Every time I go to this location, something goes wrong. The baristas are either very unprofessional or have no clue what they are doing. Their attention to detail is atrocious. Multiple times when I have ordered soy milk, I double check and they don't even remember if they used soy or regular milk. Today, I ordered an iced coffee and found old chunks of soy milk on the bottom of my cup. It's disgusting. Why am I paying 50 more cents for this? The decor and atmosphere of the location is nice and comfortable but their problems completely kill this. I will not be back.

The staff is friendly and fast in the morning. The parking lot is terrible being right of US1. Use extra caution when pulling in and out. The drive thru service is fast and efficient. I only go in the morning so I can't review for the afternoon or evening crew.

It's rare to encounter this many disengaged, disgruntled individuals in one place. No sense of urgency, no concept of customer service. I assume they are still in business because there are no other Starbucks close. Thank goodness I am a visitor, and not a resident. (This is my third visit to this location- my experience is consistent). There is one pleasant person at the drive thru. He may not get the order correct, but at least he doesn't act like taking my order is inconvenient.

i have never EVER had a good experience at this location. Today the barista was full on passive aggressive. She talked down to one of the people I was there with. Put the cream in my drink for me because I'm not capable apparently. Completely got an attitude with me when I asked her about it. Didn't hand a straw off with the iced drink. Also didn't thank any of us as she handed off. It wasn't even all that busy and there were four Baristas. I mean honestly. Be polite. If it weren't for the customers you wouldn't have a place to work.
