Ugh. Panera. This one above the others is staffed by a bunch of teenagers who couldn't care less about anything but Instagram and selfies. I came one time last week at night and one teenager was dry heaving as she was preparing my food!!!! EWWWW! Classily followed by another employee making an Ebola joke about the sick girl. - don't really want the food anymore, thanks though.

This Panera is built into a shopping plaza at the Avenue of Viera. It has a vaulted ceiling but unfortunately that's the only thing that seems to be spacious about it. The seating is horrible, with tables clustered too closely together. For a place with that much foot traffic it can spell disaster. Alright, maybe not a disaster, but at least a good probabilty of someone spilling their soup on you or tripping over a pulled out chair. Other than the seating issue, the food was on par for what you'd expect at Panera. I highly recommend the Thai chicken salad.

Went here to get somewhere quiet so I could read my scuba diving book. I had a coupon for a free pastry, but they were already out of half of their pastries at 730. I didn't get my cinnamon roll but the cherry pastry and the chicken noodle soup was good. I'm giving it 3 stars since a few of the employees were a little rude and towards the end of my stay was very very unpleasant. Around 930 the place was empty. 2 little girls came in and of all places they choose to be loud and horse around its in the little section I'm in. Not one employee came over to ask where their parent was or to settle down. They were running around, being loud, climbing on the tables, etc. I think next time I'll go to Starbucks.

OK wife goes in to order a chicken salad and before she can even start they say they are out of chicken and salad dressing. Seriously this is like the time she went to KFC and they too were out of chicken. Big thumbs down.

Wow this Panera used to be good. Stopped in for lunch with my kids in tow. As we approach the counter the manager is yelling from where you pick up your food back to the front counter to 86 fruit salad. I proceed to order two kids Mac and cheese and the cashier cups her hands around her mouth and yells back to the kitchen. "Do we have Mac and cheese". The reply yelled back across the restaurant was no. The cashier with a blank stare then asked me if I had a Panera card??

This Panera is just ok compared to others I've been to outside of Florida. When they close at 9:30, they start shutting down at 8. If you want something other than a fountain drink after 8, you get some heavy sighs because the machines have been broken down. If you eat in after 8 and happen to be parked out front, the delivery truck kindly blocks you in for at least 20-30 minutes - awesome. The food has been ok, but I've seen quite a bit more brown, slimy lettuce in my salads from this particular location; more than other places. If you get a bagel sliced in half, be prepared for it to be sliced vertically instead of horizontally, making it impossible to toast. Yes, that really happened here, but I didn't realize it until the next morning when I went to toast the bagel. I have experienced the feeling of "ugh, people coming in after 8 PM we want to close early and go home" but no one has been downright rude yet. I'll keep going here when I'm craving a salad & soup, but no more sliced bagels!

Seriously, I have no clue what has happened to this once top notch Panera. Went there last week for lunch, I will not be returning any time soon. I have to have a gluten free diet, the cashier was totally unhelpful and seemed annoyed. But that wasn't part of the bad experience. The Caeser salad I ordered without croutons came with barely no dressing at all and absolutely no Asiago cheese. The cup of tomato soup, was horrible. It wasn't even filled, and it burned my throat. Not that it was overly hot, just something was off with it. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was just enough to never return again, even besides the bad food part. The restaurant smelled, really bad. Near the drinks, the smell was so bad I nearly vomited and I'm not a person with a weak stomach. Btw, the sierra mist and dr pepper both tasted like club soda. Something is terribly wrong here. I like their new order online system, but won't be returning for a long time.

I usually come here for a latte and a danish. Sometimes I buy a loaf of halah bread and make fench toast with it at home. I especially like their cheese soufflé for breakfast. Lunch too is good hear and quick. I like a 1/2 sandwich with their white cheddar mac n cheese YUM. Everything here is good with a couple great items.

Don't go here at night....the employees are a bunch of teenagers that don't care about customer service. They have a good time talking to their friends and gossiping to each other but could care less about helping the customers that pay their pay checks. After waiting 5 minutes for them to take my order with only one other person in line, I ordered 2 bowls of soup. I then waited 10 minutes for them to tell me they were out and I had to pick something else. Then I waited another 5 minutes for the girl to do the order. My advice to panera bread, get a manager in this place at night that knows how to lead and is less concerned about being friends with their staff.

After ordering a turkey avocado BLT and a soup I was given a pager to wait for my food. After 25 minutes I went to the desk and they told me that they we're call and calling but I didn't come. I told them that the pager didn't go off and they said that some don't work and to put it in the basket with the other ones (that worked!!). I asked for hot soup and I was told to bus my own soup since they couldn't take it over the counter. I asked to speak to the manager and the person behind the counter told me that she was the manager, but them someone else stepped up to take the soups and I was given hot soup. I then noticed that the avocado had gone bad! I had a little of the soup but decided to eat somewhere else. The food is normally good, but I was made to feel that it was my fault!!!! I won't be going back to this store. Sorry, if I am made to feel uncomfortable in a restaurant that's it!!

I appreciate that there's a Panera bread closeby. Lunch is usually busy around here but you don't have to wait for more than 5-7 mins usually for your order which I appreciate.

Love Panera. My only qualm is with my ordering. I usually go there to be healthy and then I end up ordering one of their hot paninis (especially the turkey and artichoke) and while is tastes great, it can't be very healthy for you. Their soups are also a favorite of mine.

I live nearby and when I'm in town I'm here almost every day. I love their salads, soups, sandwiches, bagels and their sweet tea and coffee. The cookies are pretty fabulous too. The staff is always friendly. This place is almost always busy, but they get you in and out quickly. The food is worth the wait, I promise!

I generally avoid chains, but living in viera one has to settle. That said, Panera is actually quite good. Good sandwiches, good bread and muffins, good coffee. Only complaint is that they are not set up to customize an order, so a sandwich must be as shown on menu.

For my sister's birthday, we enjoyed a nice meal at Panera Bread in a nice shopping center in Melbourne (even though the restaurant was packed). In addition to their delicious breads, bagels, and pastries, Panera Bread makes nice sandwiches and soups. I particularly enjoyed my side of macaroni and cheese. As I was impressed with the large variety of breads, I wasn't sure why my sister was plugging the cinnamon crunch bagel so much until I tried it... I wish I could import it and the chain to El Cerrito.

One of the best chain restaurants that I know of. Top notch service, delicious breads, large variety, free Wi-Fi. Cool outdoor patio section. I dare you to stop by after church on Sunday. Standing room only.

I'm a vegan, and panera is usually a good bet. I ordered the med veg sandwich, no cheese. The girl behind the counter told me that the sandwhich no longer was made with cheese and just ordered it regularly. Alas, she was wrong, and I felt badly asking them to remake it. Otherwise, they were very kind with wonderful customer service.

Stopped at 2:30 pm. Soup was lukewarm and restaurant was cold for visitors . Normally excellent food. Disappointed.
