There's normally a long line in the drive thru so i park and go inside. It's mostly empty except for 2 or 3 customers sitting having coffee. When i walked in, there mightve been 3 workers but it takes a long time to get your order. Maybe because they are busy with the drive thru. Any who, i love Dunkin donuts iced caramel latte. Every where i order it, im always asked if I'd like whipped cream on top. However, here they don't. The first time i ordered it here, the cashier girl had a bad attitude. When i said i wanted the latte, i glanced behind her to see what donuts they still had in stock, it was about a 2 second glance (since i was only looking for either a boston creme or chocolate cake donut). When i went to say "id also like a..." she just cuts me of and says "that'll be $__." I gave her a dollor more than the amount and she just puts it into the register .i decided i wasnt going to shy away just because she wanted to be rude, and there was no one else in line! So i made it clear that i was going to add that 1 other item , regardless if she had to go back and add it. I've worked at a fast food place when i was younger and i always believe in customer service, which is why i am also very nice to workers everywhere. i now what it's like but rudeness for absolutely no reason?... i wasn't going to tolerate it. My latte came with no whipped cream and at first i didn't even recognize it. I asked her "that's the ice caramel latte right? " (incase my order was misunderstood) again with an attitude she says "um yeaa" and she turned away to put my Boston creme in the bag. (Which she put UPSIDE down in the bag which obviously made the bag and donut a complete mess, since it has a soft chocolate on top) So i asked still staying within my character, "i thought this comes with whipped cream ). she bluntly says " well you didn't ask for it." She made no attempt to ask me if i would like her to add it. Seeing that time was just going, i said i would likeb to have my change. She was so taken up with her attitude she didn't even realize that she didn't give it to me. I took my change and haven't returned until today. I hoped someone else could redeem my experience. Thankfully another girl was there, still slow service but she was ever so kind, took my order perfectly and told me to have a great day.....and i am :) thanks to her i will be returning.

Again Dunkin' Donuts at 5000 West Atlantic Blvd. in Margate the last three mornings I've been overcharged I asked for a senior citizen number four sandwich only please I do not receive the senior citizen discount

Still never recieved a call or email from the owner and havent been back they are opening a drive thru Starbucks closer to my house and still on the way to the hwy so im sure you'll be losing business!

I think this location might be under new management as of late. I used to go to this one during the week before and after school because it was right off the highway. Went today.... Not so good. The line went fast, my order was take quickly and efficiently - I asked for specifics as to how my coffee was made. But when the lady gave me my change, there were 2 cents I was supposed to get that she didn't give me. I didn't make a stink about 2 cents, but that adds up if they do that kind of thing to people on a regular basis! The sandwich I got was good, but there were no napkins in the bag (not sure if that's standard, but I've always had them do it).

Horrible service! been to this place a ton of times and never had the worst service I've had today. the girl at the drive thru moved at the speed of a turtle and on top of that while I'm in the drive thru she's conversing with her coworkers and says for real bitch! meanwhile 20 minutes later there is a line behind me like you wouldn't believe.

This is my favorite DD ever Drive thru line gets long but it moves VERY quick. They have by far the friendliest staff ever. And most importantly my cup of coffee is always great here. All DDs are not created the same.

I wish I can give half star :( Worst drive thru ever. Not for dunkin donuts. Worst , slowest drive thru. Just watch at 7-8am line goes up to Atlantic blvd. They take your order at drive thru call box then one more time at window when I pulled my car there. Also crew s not friendly. I d prefer to go 7/11 just across to street.

Their decaf tastes like DISHWATER. Just bought my last pumpkin decaf at this location. Complete waste of $$$$$. ALWAYS tastes lousy.

I like this particular location. Its Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins combined. It has a drive-thru that's quick and never gets my order wrong. I go here about 3-4 times a week for my coffee fix.
