Food was great, service was fast and friendly and effective, this place is what all Ihops should strive for, I will be comming back here tomorrow

Didn't actually eat here... Walked in and we were told to sit anywhere. One waitress standing at the hostess stand on her cell phone. After waiting 10 minutes another group of people came in, were seated & received service right away. The two of us then got up and they watched us leave, but didn't say a word.

The food at this particular IHOP is pretty much "cookie cutter" the same as any other IHOP which, of course, is what chain restaurants are all about: Everything exactly the same....no surprises....no differences. I had the Swedish pancakes and found the crepe like pancakes exceedingly good and, mind you, that's a pretty good compliment since I happen to be Swede. The portion of ligonberry however was skimpy, probably because it is expensive and, of course, came from a jar or can since I'm sure there is no fresh ligon in South Florida. But, the little spoonful of it along with a touch of ligon butter was a nice touch. This particular IHOP is a seriously dated facility and could really use some sprucing up. Stopping in her is sort of a time warp since it would appear that the only thing about the place that has been updated in the last decade or so is its name from International House of Pancakes to that of IHOP. However, it is clean, comfortable and has a good service staff.

Went here for breakfast and the food was great I had the blueberry pancakes and the steak omelet. There was more thank enough food I had plenty extra. The service was pretty bad. It was hot enough for me to start sweating also our waitress really didn't come around after we got our food. The food came fast though and we where in and out in 45 minutes. I guessing this place just depends on the waiter or waitress you get. I would come back just because I like the food at IHOP.

Better than feeding the kids at an overpriced brunch. The kids love it and it somehow channels my inner child. Nice servers, though the decor is stuck in 1979.

We stopped here on our way home from the Keys. Now IHOP isn't really my favorite, but the nearest Denny's was about an hour away in Key Largo. We settled- which is something we never do and will never do again. This place is run down and crowded. Tables are too close together and there's barely room for anyone to breathe and walk through. We ordered our meals and my dad having had gastric surgery a couple years ago cannot really eat a lot. All he wanted was a side of Mac n' Cheese and a side of mashed potatoes. The waitress said she would have to speak to her manager about the Mac n' Cheese because it was on the kids menu... When she came back she told my dad that he could not order a Mac n' Cheese, because he was not a child. Really? Seriously? Come on now... We thought it was completely ridiculous and my dad had informed her of his surgery and she tried offering him a meal on the senior citizen side of the menu. My dad proceeded to say that he wasn't feeling up to a meal and only wanted a side dish. The owner of the IHOP came to our table and apologized to my father and said he wasn't aware of the situation and he didn't see it as a big deal either. He offered the Mac n' Cheese but my dad was already full from eating. The owner gave 20% off our entire bill. Now this place would have gotten maybe 2 stars if the server hadn't come back to our table trying to start an argument with my father for speaking to the owner. Very unprofessional, Sonia. VERY unprofessional! She then gathered all of her server friends to the corner and started gossiping about our table and the nasty looks we received from them were PRICELESS. Won't be returning here again, Sonia. Do not worry!

As far as IHOPs go, this was a good one, we were expecting your average meal. It was certainly above average. We had a good waitress, Denise, who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I had ordered the Strawberry Banana French toast without whipped cream. Denise couldn't remember if had ordered it with or without cream so she put it on the side, just to be sure. (Thinks ahead, I like that.) she made sure that all of our drinks never hit bottom and checked on us regularly. She was friendly and cheerful. If you're looking at the reviews of bad servers, just remember that you can request a server. I'd recommend asking for Denise, and inform her that you read great reviews of her on Yelp, I'm sure it'll make her day and your service even more special :-)

Normal Ihop food but was very pleased with service and the free food for kids program. Kids eat free 4p to 10p! Service was good. One of the better IHop's I have been to.

Filthy floors. Disgusting restroom. Mediocre food. Long wait time. I should have known better when I saw that no one was eating there & the place was empty at breakfast time. Would give it no stars if that was an option.

It's an IHOP. Which leaves little to be said. It is a value but, you get what you pay for. The service isn't all that great. I waited several times 5+ minutes to get a refill and it wasn't a staffing issue as two of the spanish-speaking servers were in the corner chatting away. The restaurant is dingy which makes it appear dirty.
