Delivery service is incredible. foods always good. jimmy John's is just a basic sub shop nothing extravagant, however the price for just some bread, cheese ,meat, tomatoes and lettuce (turkey tom) which is what I always get, is kinda steep, however ot os very convenient I wish subway delivered tho lol

Love the food for quick fresh easy but really turned off by my last visit & how rudely I was spoken to. Even after mentioning that I felt like I was spoken to rudely the staff shook it off as if to say oh well ... Oh well jimmy johns guess sandwich sales and quality service don't mean as much as they once did. I was schooled on how to order potato chips in order to make less work for the sales team & told to put my chips back in display because they had just restocked it. They would get chips from behind the counter if I wanted them. I was really confused? You want me to put the chips already on the counter back & you will get me the same style of chips from behind the counter so you don't have to walk around to refill the shelves again? Sounds reasonable

#4 please with provolone, add cucumbers oil, vinegar and extra mayo, thank you! Oh Jimmy John is wonderful and they deliver you can't go wrong for lunch or a quick dinner. Also their unwiches rock!

do not order from these folks. i have placed orders all of the time but it is usually tuna. but if you order a turkey or ham or any kind of meat sandwich it is a joke! no meat. worse then that, i asked for avocado and they literally put 1 tablespoon of avocado...can't even see it. the sandwich is all bread and lettuce. i am done ordering from these idiots!

Nothing wrong with my food. It was tasty as always. However, my "freaky fast" delivery took 35 minutes. Two stars for you! As a general JJ note, my guess is that it is an issue with this specific location as I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the past.

My co-worker and I drove to Jimmy Johns for lunch to get some sandwiches to go. I ordered the Veggie on Wheat. I got exactly what I ordered! This has been an oddity with local sandwich shops lately, every time I order they give me something completely different. Not Jimmy Johns. Their wheat bread is sandwich style as opposed to their white hoagie style. Very delicious, great consistency. They have a smooth creamy avocado spread they put on the sandwiches that give it just the right amount of moistness and flavor. Veggies are always fresh and in good proportion. Another complaint I have with a lot of local sandwich shops is they when ordering veggie subs they add about 2 pounds of lettuce and go scarce on the other veggies. Again, not Jimmy Johns! Their kettle style chips are also very good. crispy and salty, not too oily. My only complaint with JJ is they don't deliver to my office. Great location for lunch.

I really do hate writing not so great reviews, but today was just the last straw with these guys. The only reason I order from Jimmy John's is because they deliver and my favorite sub place does not. The Jimmy John's closest to my work is 0.2 miles away. Sometimes I just want a sub and I can't get out during the day to get it, so I order from Jimmy John's. For awhile things were okay. Subs were okay and they got here quick. I usually get the Beach Club Sub and its pretty tasty. Nothing amazing, but it did the trick. Last week I ordered a sub and 30 minutes later I get a call from the delivery guy that he is lost. Did I mention they are 0.2 miles away? And that all always put how to get to our parking lot on my order? And that the street my parking lot is on DEAD ENDS like 2 blocks from them? Another 10 minutes later he finally shows up. Today I ordered again (I know, what was I thinking?) and got the Country Club, just to change things up. It took almost 25 minutes to get my sub (I did not order during peak time) and the guy (a different driver this time) even mentioned having a hard time finding the place. I really wanted to say "Did you even read the slip of paper attached to my order that explains how to get here?" I did not though, I just paid him and sent him on his merry way. I opened my sandwich and the amount of mayo on it was disgusting. I like mayo and it was even too much for me. Then the whole sandwich just tasted off. I finally realized it was the ham (which isnt on the sub I usually get). It tasted and smelled of some chemical. I only got through about 1/2 of the sandwich before I finally had to stop eating. And now 30 minutes later my stomach is doing flip flops. I should have just eaten the yogurt I had in the fridge.

I have ordered delivery from many places, but no one compares to Jimmy Johns! My sub was at my house 7 minutes after I ordered it. Veggie sub on wheat is so good. Never had a problem with this Jimmy Johns.

I am not really sure what is the obsession with Jimmy Johns. Is not like they have a variety of sub toppings and is not like the quality of their deli meats is just amazing. I find this chain and this particular location to be "meh!". If I am going to pay for a sub, then I am expecting great quality meats and toppings. Publix has a wider variety of topping, and that's not saying very much. This location wasn't crazy fast either and the service quality was just normal. So I will not be coming back to this chain in general.
