Had lunch there today. Half price pizza on Tuesdays & it was better than expected! Service was a bit slow if you're in a rush, I was not so can't really complain. Staff was friendly & they seem to have great specials going on all the time. I'll def be going back.

Great place for the over 40 crowd. Large dance floor, seating areas, and a primarily smokers outside patio, make for an effort to please all their patrons. I've tried the food several times, all ok, and they make a surprisingly good pizza. Drink prices are reasonable. Weekends feature rock bands that rotate and a DJ inbetween sets. All week they feature different themes including a decent Ladies Nite every Wed. So overall this is a welcoming place for after a movie or a light dinner or snack, for an entertaining time without a cover charge.

WARNING!! Do not go to this place if you are a minority unless you wanna watch all the white people get served first even if you came in there before them, i would give them no stars if it was possible.

Since the remodel we really love this place. Great bands and happy hour prices (4-7p). Good service and tasty food. The photos posted here with the cowboy hat on the P are old. I posted a couple of new ones. Love the patio seating area and the firepit at night. Highly recommend!

Just got back from here for my lunch break. Our server was clueless. She tells us it will be 15 mins for our food to come out as soon as we order (and btw, what server does that?) needless to say, 30 mins later we are asking for our food. She tells us the 2 sandwiches are up but just waiting on pizza. So my first thought is, is my sandwich going to be cold? We ask her to bring it out since we are on a lunch break and have to get back to work. 10 more mins later she isn't back yet. So she comes out with the food minus the pizza and we immediately ask for boxes and the tab. 10 mins later the boxes come out with no tab. We have to go in to see the bartender. I was 20 mins late getting back from my 1 hour lunch break. Nothing like feeling rushed. Did I mention there was only 2 other tables in the entire place? It's not like they were slammed. I use to work in the industry, worked in it for over 10 years and if you can't handle 3 tables during lunch, it's time to find a new job. I learned my lesson, this is a no go for lunch breaks or decent service. 2 thumbs down.

We went several months ago for a comedy night. It was free and the venue got pretty packed. I enjoyed a soda while my friend got a single drink. The comedians were good, pretty much guys who had probably gone to the Improv on occasion. Afterwards we hung out by the small pool table section when the comedias finished and it went back to being a dive bar. Good parking with lots of lighting.

Decent Karaoke if you are into that. Inconsistent Pizzas.

Really its No stars for this place because of the *sshole who runs the place, someone who has absolutely no idea how to treat a new customer who went there for the first time to see one of there favorite bands. We were pressured to buy a drink immediately and asked to leave when we declined. We always support the places that have our favorite bands but were completely insulted at the presumption that we were only there for free entertainment. We drove down the street and enjoyed some drinks somewhere else.

The Post time is one of my favorite bar/lounges in the Longwood area. I like their food and enjoy going there for lunch. The have a nice outdoor area and a place for motorcycle parking with a security camera so you can watch your bike. They have the typical local bands that are entertaining enough, and so far I haven't paid a door charge. I would recommend this place.

The fact that I am giving it 1star is being kind and over rating it, I would give it negative points if I could. The waitresses are clueless and management is super rude. We were asked to leave within the first 10 minutes of being there because we didnt buy a drink right away. I felt so insulted. Needless to say I'll never be going there again.

I love the Post Time Lounge. I'm there for lunch all the time. Incredibly friendly staff. Really top notch pub food. Even the Reuben is really good. Ask for Aus Jus on the side if you get the philly cheese steak. Tuesday is half price pizza day. You can get a large pie for like $7. If you know what's good for you, you'll try the Big Kahuna with BBQ sauce instead of tomato and add some grilled onions on that jammy. A party... and all your taste buds will be invited. The pizza is alarmingly good for a bar. I expected very crummy pizza but what I got was a nice crust with quality cheese. Not a fan of the tomato sauce but I'm from Brooklyn... I'm picky. They're very accommodating with the menu and will do their best to make what you want just how you want it. The wings are killer. On football Sundays they do $11.95 all you can eat wings. Tons of TV's and huge projection screen. The beer is good, taps are clean. I love Joyce and Darcy. I will say that there have been times the pizza was off. I get the same Big Kahuna every time and sometimes it's not on point. I've gotten some topping imbalances and the onions weren't carmelized once. It was a let down. Generally on point though and for a bar it's still impressive.

I know what you're thinking and it's something along the lines of "how the hell would the hole in the wall "Post Time" get 5 stars?!" The answer you might not have seen coming: Lunch! Now I'm not going to make any bones about it; this place is a dive and a half. Open the doors and walk inside to a dark, dark hallway that opens to a small bar with a wagon wheel chandelier, a neon sign with the daily specials, and a slew of old retired locals smoking cigarettes inside and discussing the merits of various tractors and other lawn equipment... The day-time bartender is a wonderfully spunky lady named Joyce who will remember your name for the rest of your life and greet you as soon as you approach the bar. Take a seat and order a beer you probably shouldn't be drinking on your lunch break (a 25oz none-the-less). If you jive with this kind of dive, you will find MUCH to love here (during daylight hours). The beers are big and cheap, they have $5 pizza's on Tuesday's, the burgers are HUGE and deliciously-greasy, and their bar food (broccoli bites, cheese sticks, fries, wings) is all well above average. But the best part: They home-make their own soups. I have had the Lobster Bisque at Manuel's on 28th, and I can tell you now that Post Time's Lobster Bisque is better. Their seafood gumbo is more seafood than anything else. Their clam chowder (manhattan and new england) is heavy on the clams... what I'm trying to say here is that they don't skimp and it SHOWS. And if you're a regular you can call in the morning and request a soup, and they'll make it! So yeah, Post Time get's 5 stars from me. They just don't make dive's like this anymore. I can't say I would hang here at night, but I can tell you that I have never had anything less than an amazing lunch here. If you're up for an adventure and a dive, I dare you to hit Post Time for lunch. If you're like me, this might just be the (daytime) dive bar you call home.

Re-Open Post Time Lounge & Cafe. Came with a few co-workers to try the new refurbish for Post Time Lounge. Our experience was horrendous. It took over 25min to get a basket of chips & salsa for our appetizer. Our waitress was clueless, she didn't know much about the menu. The food was mediocre at best. Save your money & go somewhere else.

Went to the Post Time for the first time EVER! I went with my PTA ladies from school and we had a total blast! Their food smelled delicious and we had already eaten so I didn't try any food, but I would like to go back and try some of their menu! They had a band who was pretty good and you can tell that some of the people there are "regulars"! The people watching was absolutely fabulous! And, for $3.50 per beer, I'm sold!! Gidddyuupppp Post Time!!!

Great food. Great band (the Boomers Band) and great fun! Definitely a more "mature" crowd (45-65 age range), but still a good time nevertheless.

    1. Attentive wait staff. 2. Clean tables. 3. Clean restrooms. Just what it purports to be, nothing more. We'll be back.

Good times! The food is okay but the Karaoke is the best in town? The pizza is pretty good, drink specials rock as well. Seriously though the best Karaoke in Orlando.

I am true to the people. I look for great service and authenticity... I have never felt so offended. I came with a group of over twenty for an after work get together. One of my friends asked for advice as to what kind of drink he should order and the bar tender told him "I don't know what to tell you read the menu".. Terrible. I watched how they interacted with the public and it seemed every time they dealt with a minority they were dismissive and rude. I will never spend a dollar here. They are ignorant, and rude people who need to realize we live in 2014. Equality !

Its a karaoke bar, the service is descent & the food deals are spectacular. Its not a five star restaurant but its not a dive bar. 20 bucks will get ya dinner & a solid buzz.

Halloween night was very disappointing. We came for the Halloween Costume Contest and festivities. The band drummer did the contest portion. He was more eager to continue to make jokes about his pants stuffed with a flaccid penis like package than he was judging the contest. He insulted several contestants , was mean , belittling and vulgar as well. He used a "Meter" on his phone to judge the decimals , which obviously was not working because loud screams were not acknowledged and the contestants he liked he rated high on his meter. It was a joke. We will not go again. We enjoyed the Zombie Ball the week before however and recommend it. His choice of couples winner was a redneck couple . A sad event and staged. I don't know who won, we did not stay.

They have a really nice patio, and a cute kitty cat who lives there. They have a great happy hour with 2-4-1 drinks (including bottled beers) and half priced appetizers, and on Thursdays they have $1 burgers which you can then pair with a basket of fries that are half off. I've gone with my husband on a few occasions. I would say it's not a place to go expecting to see like-minded individuals to socialize with, unless you're in your 50's and slightly trashy, and then it is. But for what the bar is, it's surprisingly nicer than expected. I wouldn't recommend going there for a late night out on the town. It does get quite crowded and they just have crappy bands and I believe karaoke. Stick with the happy hour and get there early if you're out of work early enough. Avoid the crowd and just hang out with your own company and have fun on the cheap while you can. I'd give it 5 stars for the happy hour, the 3 is due to the rest of the time.

It's the hot tub time machine flashback to the 80's! Mullets, guys with ear rings, Cougars to the left and right dressed in a 22 yr old's dress, good beer prices. Live music with the vocal mix twice as loud as the band, great potato skins, no fresh air because so many people here smoke out on the patio. Bring a sense of humor if your under 50...great people watching.

Talk about a time warp! My husband and I were so disappointed with this place. We'd driven by on numerous occasions and always pointed it out with enthusiasm, "ooh look how neat that place looks! Let's go there sometime. Live music!" How's the saying go? Don't judge a book by its cover? We finally made time to have dinner there and from the second I stepped into the sleezeball's paradise, I instantly regretted it. The place even smells like creepy old man. We gave it a shot anyway because we were committed by this point so we put all of the tacky decor and dim lighting behind us and tried to embrace the vibe (at least the music was good). Our waitress was sweet and they have pretty decent drink specials (you can't split your drink orders though) but the food was mediocre at best. I ordered a hamburger and it kind of reminded me of something you'd get at a theme park. And I don't even know what to say about the artichoke dip. In the end, I think we may have built the place up too much in our minds before finally going and that was probably it's downfall. Apparently, they have a pretty big local following and plenty of jam-packed events so I'm sure others might enjoy it. Especially those more advanced in age...
