Stew's House of Bagels has my favorite bagels in Florida! (Frida's Cafe and Bakery is my second favorite) There is nothing not good here at Stew's - so if you can't decide what to get just come back a second time because they're open 7 days a week. The bagels are super fresh, New York authentic, and they don't fool around when it comes to toppings because the bagels definitely are covered with what type of topping you get. They also have great bagel sandwiches like egg salad, tuna salad and fried egg and cheese. (Writing this review is making me want to have one of their bagels right now!) The staff are very friendly and helpful. Let's get to the grand finale: the desserts! The desserts are all fantastic! They all taste very homemade and fresh. The chocolate chip cookies are good, the chocolate cigars are delicious and the chocolate rugelach are OMG good!

Best Bagel I've ever had! They are so big and fluffy and so good. Not chewy in the least bit. only thing I'll complain about is the service. I've gone there 3 times and the lady behind the counter leaves much to be desired. She always cashes me out without asking if I'm staying or going or if I wanted anything else. so I always have to ask for my drink after she tells me the total and she will tally it up again. had to ask for a plate and knife so we could sit inside. maybe nobody actually stays there to eat? the marble cookie looked delicious but tasted about 4 days old. the chocolate chip was on point though! definitely my new favorite bagel place. to me, it beats cleawater bagels any day!

What's not to like about a freshly made bagel? Stu's House of Bagels has been here for years. He has a good variety of freshly made bagels and also cream cheese spreads, plain, chive, veggie and lox. They will toast your bagel and add a spread for you also. The location is in a sad looking strip mall on the SE corner on Belcher Rd near Ulmerton Rd. it's right next to Finley's Irish Pub & Eatery.

Hands down best bagels in Pinellas. Stu (owner) is a great guy and bakes like no other.

The bright yellow sign in a drab plaza beckons your groaning, morning stomach. ATMOSPHERE If you have "bagels" in your title-- either do bagels proud or go home... and Stu's lives up to it! See-through displays of all their bagel types make up 34 of their counter space. Press your nose against the glass and inhale the bready smell of the store. Minimum amount for credit card purchases--get your order and get out because there's no tables or chairs inside. FOOD The bagels are melty soft inside with a springy crust. No need to toast. There's at least a dozen varieties and even "small" bagels (never tried yet). I've had a few spreads from the two dozen choices and each has had a soft, cream cheese flavor with a VERY light, whipped texture. Tastes homemade. Bagels and spreads reign here--don't expect to find anything beyond that. Limited drinks. Coffee is meh. SERVICE Conga lines can be found! Stu seems to know his regulars and is a very cheery face. This place is a great find.
