This place is a joke. My order is alway wrong. You have kids who joke around. Poor management. Who ever owns this store you need to get the trash out and get people that want to work not kids. I have worked in fast food before and was never aloud to eat on the line. I came many time thru the drive thru and had to wait on the staff cause they were all on a smoke break. What kinda of place are you running. Very unprofessional

I've gone to this location several times. When I go, the employees are short and could care less, but in addition, they are never open the hours they announce. We just left at 9:30 and the doors were locked. I called from the parking lot and I was told they close at 10, but when I looked online, they close at 11. After this many attempts, I give up! If I could give them no stars, I would!

I have been going here every morning for a year, just because it's close to my house, and almost every time they screw up my absurdly easy order. A medium coffee with extra cream and regular sugar should not be so difficult to get right, and yet nine times our of ten I take a sip when I get home (after its not lava-hot) and find out it doesn't have any sugar, or there's barely any cream. The only explanation I have gotten from the manager and staff is that "sometimes the button doesn't work and it messes up." What kind of excuse is that?? Just expect to have your order screwed up if you come here. It's almost a guarantee.

OK, this store is next to Largo High School. Please don't confuse it with the one down the road in Clearwater, BIG DIFFERENCE!! This store is one of the newer DD around. It's run by a different ownership group than the others, and it shows. The employees here are very sharp, clean, and BTW they speak English. What I like most about this store is the great taste of the coffee. It's not bitter like some of the other stores and consistently good. They also have a greater variety of donuts and muffins. When your a DD addict like me, and on the road all day in Pinellas County you get to know the good stops and the not so good ones. Take my word this is one of the best!

The morning manager rocks she's very kind . She runs a tight ship but it shows in positive ways. However the night shift doesn't seem to get orders correct often

Being that it is conveniently located right next to Largo High School, you can count on there being teenagers hanging out in the store at any given time of the day. Coffee is decent. I'm a Starbucks girl, so Dunkin Donuts is mediocre in comparison. I usually stick with plain coffee, hot or iced with cream and sugar. It's an easy order and seemingly foolproof. Can't complain, never had bad service at this location. Donuts and bagels are pretty good. Sometimes they give too much cream cheese and other times not enough. Prices seemed to have been raised, it's not the inexpensive coffee I remember them for. I can't speak for any of the specialty drinks as I've never had them. I like the fact that Dunkin Donuts is always mailing out coupons and offers to your house. All in all, for a quick coffee or hunger fix, it's a go.

A friend of mine got me hooked on Dunkin Donuts when we used to drive to Hess together so I was stoked when I learned of a DD on my way to my other job. I've had a couple of their breakfast items and beverages which are pretty good as well as filling. I definitely recommend the croissants and wake up wraps, but not the burritos. It's tiny compared to the photo ad. I don't know if other DDs make theirs bigger, but I really feel like I was jipped on that meal. Customer service is as expected; they're pretty nice although on my second or third visit the cashier must not have heard me request a meal, not an entree-only. I like the interior, it's nice and clean, open, and with lots of seating. They even have cushioned seats - a plus! Lately I've been using the drive thru since I'm on my way to work most of the trips, and so far I haven't encountered any problems. The staff are quick to take and deliver your order, and that's always a point in my book especially when you're on the go go go!
