I think this Starbucks is perfect in location, great service, efficient, and it is open for 24-hours! Awesome Starbucks!! I have never experience any issues in my visits recently. I would highly recommend this Starbucks for the customer service and it is open all the time. I can't review the inside or at the busy times because I only went through the drive-thru late in the evening.

Getting to is location from the freeway going east is a bit of a bear. The drive thru is a bit tight as well but service was quick and coffee was good.

How can you complain about a Starbucks that's open 24 hrs? We certainly don't have one in my hometown. We went through the drive-thru even though there was a line and the service was pretty fast. Our food and drinks were ready by the time we got to the window. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Starbucks drive-thru on I-4 right around that midpoint between Orlando and Tampa where it all gets super boring. So glad they are there! Drive thru line is always long but staff is friendly.

While I was happy to see a Starbucks on my drive between Tampa and Orlando, I sort of ended up wishing I'd gone to the one Lakeland exit further. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and was unsurprised to see at least 5 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Hey, people need their coffee - every day and at every hour. I was surprised, quite unpleasantly, at how long my visit took. From joining the line to driving away with my coffee was nearly 20 minutes, which is a bit ridiculous. Maybe I am just used to Tampa locations which have this level of business from open to close, but I would expect a wait time closer to 10 minutes for the number of customers. While I have waited 20 minutes at Tampa locations, this was usually first thing in the morning on a weekday and when there were at least 10 cars ahead of me. Even then, 20 minutes is rare. So - thanks for the coffee...but I don't think I'll be back.

You can't help but love a 24-hour Starbucks conveniently placed on a frequently-traveled highway! This little coffee oasis is equidistant from Orlando and Tampa, and has saved me & my companions on many a late-night drive in either direction. If you need a break, the shop is relaxing & quiet with plenty of seating & friendly baristas. If you're just looking for a caffeine boost on your trip, you're in luck: there's a drive-thru! Drinks are always right, and always served in a timely manner. They haven't let me down yet - and isn't that the most important aspect of a rest stop coffee shop? Mmhmm. I thought so.

Not the Starbucks to stop by. Service was slow, and the guys chatting behind the counter who made eye contact with me didn't bother asking if I'd like to get started with an order. They left it all to the poor lady who was at the register while they joked around and had a leisurely conversation. Given one of them was stationed at the drive through (no one on queue), the other two just kept yappin. There were 4 other customers after me and no one was greeted or acknowledged. Too bad customer service isn't a top priority at this location, otherwise I'd stop more often when I go to Tampa One bad experience maybe, but an experience one will never forget. There's another coffee shop down I-4 as well as another sbx.

Worst Starbucks ever. The wait in the store is the worst I have ever seen. Customer service is also the worst. Waited 20 minutes for a cup of iced coffee with one person in front of me. No apology for taking so long, nothing, just paid and moved to the next.
