My husband and I are regulars at Ruby's across the country and this was by far our favorite! Service was excellent, our waitress Courtney was awesome! The food was perfect, she kept drinks filled and we even had staff open the door for used upon entering and leaving! Great job, Ruby's!

And I being generous on giving it 1 star... Look,.... for a long time I have pondered how this restaurant has even stayed open... And the i said to myself " Self , let's go somewhere we haven't been in a while ".... So there we were driving down South Florida Ave. and we decided to stop. Even after we swore we would never return after the last nightmare of a meal we got last time... Surely that after 8 years and they are still open, they must of fixed the problem, Right ? That's what I thought.... then we sit down to what had to be a dinner beautifully prepared by what I can only assume to be the Soup Kitchen chef from Talbot house down in Crackville..... The food was just slopped on the plate. Now I will say that our waitress was very nice and professional , And the drinks stayed full so she will be the only good thing in this whole hellish nightmare .... When the food arrived , my first thought was this plated by Third Graders ??? But still had hopes that it would be at the very least Eatable .... That was quickly short lived... I cut into my Porkchop and took a bite of it only to have the taste of dirt fill my mouth accompanied buy the thoughts of did I just eat some potted meat ?? It was not just my opinion but also that of my family as well , they didn't believe me that it was that bad and actually had to try my food ( I apparently have not raised my kids very well ) idiots.... I will Never , Ever , Ever return to this restaurant .... And my Colon thanks me ... Peace.....

I've been here many times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is prepared consistently and properly. When I order something, I know how it's going to look and taste the same every time. The staff even likes to get to know the names of the people that visit regularly. The management team shows that they care about the experience of their guests by always walking around and checking on each table. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good meal in a friendly atmosphere.

Always friendly staff and thoroughly clean. Salad bar is always fresh and full. Great drink selection and they do seasonal selections. The only bad thing about this place is it has a very limited 'lite' menu that hasn't changed in years. Also new special of shrimp in grits needs to have Low Country removed from title because it is so far off the mark. Otherwise it's a great place for couples, families and small celebrations.

I've been to many Ruby Tuesday's over the years and this one really sticks out in terms of it's incompetence. On one recent visit, a friend of mine asked if one of the menu items contained a particular ingredient. Simple enough. Rather than answering the question, the manager has the waitress bring out a book of items and their ingredients. haha... WOW. My friend asked again if the manager could simply answer the question and the waitress got an attitude. SHOCKER. THEN the manager comes out with a passive aggressive attitude and she FINALLY answers the question. We sincerely apologize for expecting you to do your job.

Family dinner after a long day at legoland. This is our second visit. The first visit were great, second visit .....not a charm. The food was good the service sucks !!! I guess our server was having a bad day. My two little girls even notice it. They say our server is not happy. She never gave us any eye contact or break a little smile. After that it kinda ruined my appetite. I know we won't be back for awhile. Hope she have a better night.

I actually enjoyed my meal here. The salad bar is always amazing, and I love the new veggie trios which includes 3 veggie sides. My favs are the mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and steamed broccoli. I must say all three veggies were cooked to perfection here. Now, the free entertainment (heavy duty southern accents). . .priceless!

They vary from location to location, but I liked this one. Good service and quick seating. Salad bar was just refreshed when I went through and all items great. Nice lunch combo with the salad bar and reasonable prices. Nice lunch and would try for a dinner as well.

Always clean, and food preparation is always consistent. Excellent salad bar is free with most entree's. Fair prices for a good meal.

Dude, Deke. Stay away from salad bars! :-) Ruby Tuesday is okay, but I'm kind of over it. The big-ass pictures of food, many times larger than life, are offensive rather than tantalizing. Generally the decor is okay, the location is not horrible (parking here has always bothered me for some reason), and the staff is friendly. But we've moved on.

I have to say I hadn't been in a Ruby Tuesday for a long time, but I was happily surprised when I visited this one. The restaurant is nicely updated, and for a restaurant of this class ( I mean... it's still Ruby Tuesday), the service was really good. I ordered a nice juicy medium rare steak, and when it turned out to be overcooked (my parents steaks were perfect), the waitress immediately took action and within no time I had a fresh plate of food with the most perfect steak ever! The service was prompt and friendly, the food was good and we left happy. For a Ruby Tuesday I have to say, two thumbs up.

Okay hostessing, okay service, (music waaaay too loud) enticing salad bar (though many of the mixed salads are bland and occasionally the greens are LIMP..... BUT every time I eat there I'm sick immediately following, whether it's an entree or the salad bar. Are they using sulfites? Is their food out of refrigeration too long? Are they using old olive oil? It has made me anti-chain restaurants. Eat at your own risk
