Clean and decent. It took the hostess 8 mins to seat us because she couldn't figure out where to put us because most servers closed their section. Food was great. Had the salmon and coconut shrimp. The server was sweet but never came to refill our drink.

I haven't been to this red lobster in over a year, possibly two because the service had become so atrocious. However we went on a whim a few nights ago and were pleasantly surprised to have amazing service from the waiter (Jeremy) and really good food. We never asked for anything because Jeremy was always one step ahead of us. Ordered the shrimp your way with scampi and popcorn, husband ordered shrimp Alfredo. Both very good. Bread was delicious and hot, also ordered potato soup which really hit the spot. Hopefully this wasn't a fluke.

Short and sweet....after being seated by the host we were completely ignored for 10 minutes. The place smells moldy and it pretty dirty. We walked out.

I had not been to a Red Lobster restaurant in 4 or 5 years. I had developed a dislike for this chain after dining at locations in 4 different states and experiencing similar experiences; Indifferent service and over priced food. However, I had heard that "things had really improved" and it was like a "whole new restaurant". Well, it is not a whole new restaurant, it more like the same old thing. Service was not great; refills were slow on drinks; staff was not very friendly, just a feeling of they didn't really care if we were there or not. The food was average at best; Cold Fries, greasy fish, salad drowning in dressing, over cooked steak, etc. Not a bad meal, but certainly not an $ 83 meal. (No Drinks). Be at least another 4 or 5 year before we try it again.

I dined alone and they did not have any problem sitting me at a table. I was waited on right away and was taken care of the entire time. It wasn't too busy when I went and the waitress was friendly and took time to answer questions I had about the area because I am considering moving here. I ordered steak and crab and it was ok. Not the most amazing food I've ever had, but it is Red lobster, not a steak house. Portion was HUGE! I will go back.

This is probably the best Red Lobster I've visited over the years. It gets very busy on weekends and if they're running any of those seasonal deals like Lobster Fest or All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp. When they run those deals, plan on waiting a long time to get seated. Once you're seated though, the service is pretty good and the food comes out within the expected time frame. The food is what it is. Red Lobster is to seafood what Olive Garden is to Italian. The food isn't great, but it's not bad. I find myself only going to this place if the party of friends I usually dine with every so often wants to go there. Otherwise, I'll just make my own at home because I can do it way better than Red Lobster can. The one gripe I have with them revolves around their BS advertising for Lobster Fest or the Shrimp deal. The lobster they serve you is a far cry from the size of the lobster they advertise. Same thing with the shrimp: they might as well be salad shrimp. Definitely the bait & switch. Anyway, it's a decent place. It is clean, and the people that work there are friendly.

If there was a no star option believe me I'd be putting it! This place sucked, the food was disgusting, the waitress had a complete attitude and didn't care what we kindly asked for, whether it be a side of dressing I ordered in the first place or a refill which everybody was oblivious to noticing. Tried asking for the managers name to put on here for future reference for other possible people who might try this dump. And yet everybody had amnesia and didn't remember his name. Once he finally did show up he only offered a gift card and not a portion taken off our bill! News flash man I don't want to come back! Literally had my girlfriend split my plate because hers was to disgusting to manage! And forget about trying to wash it down with a drink because they won't refill it!

Definitely think this Red Lobster is better than many others I've been to. Got biscuits right away. The Caesar salad was good, not amazing, but good. I got the half portion of the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I wish they had some kind of teriyaki glaze or something, but the fish had a good flavor and wasn't dried out, which can happen easily with salmon. The boy had some fish sandwich and fries and that sandwich was HUGE! He felt really full after eating that and his biscuits. We'll definitely return.

Service was poor and food was served differently then other local chains. Don't recommend this location.

After recent reviews we tried this place for dinner one more time. Service was friendly enough, but we found that food quality was still on the mediocre side. Unfortunately, the timing of our meal wasn't good, either. We didn't receive any biscuits or our salads until just before getting the entrees, for which the waitress explained that she thought we'd eat our salads faster, whatever that meant. Three minutes isn't enough time and I don't see how anyone could look like a fast salad eater. Go figure. The plates for the cheddar biscuits were both dirty, as was some of our silverware, so that led to another short delay. Clearly, timing and quality control could be improved. Our entrees were certainly nothing special, either, definitely not worth the $40 we spent.

Well people... I was exceptionally surprised. Ordered the steak and lob. Fantasitcal! All around the table we were raving. Red lobster really? Was kind of put on the line to. "Pete where should we go out..." well theres a RL. Looks to still be open! As far as big box eatery's go this one varies from place to place. Here. Great. Never mind the low rating.
