Love this place. The Pizza Skins are orgasmic. Best possible appetizer ever. My visit today has been beyond amazing so far as our waitress is new and the bartender John has jumped in to help her out. He brought me my beer and even took our order so we didn't have to wait when he brought it. People like John make visiting a restaurant a pure pleasure and he has to be one of the best bartenders I've ever encountered. Come eat here and seek out John behind the bar. I can guarantee a great time (this is coming from a Bostonian and John is a New Yorker he told us so this is the highest form of flattery humanly possible. The manager and hostess also helped us when we had a big issue with the new server and fixed everything for us. We came back two nights later as they invited us to come back and see them during our trip and when I tell you that John walked all of our drinks in from the bar and Cindy waited on us herself and had her beyond attentive waitstaff making sure we were well taken care of I wouldn't be adequately describing how well we were taken care of. We will come here to eat EVERY time we are in town and suggest you do too.

Once a year we make our pilgrimage to UNOs and we always leave satisfied. The staff this year were particularly friendly. Our waitress, Vivianna, was exceptional in helpfulness and overall service. Deep dish pizza was fantastic! Will be back next year.

This was my first time going to UNO'S Pizza. I found the food to be super tasty. I had the chili it had jalapeños which I totally love. From the moment we walk in we had excellent service. We were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable hostess. We were promptly seated even though we were a party of 7. Our server made helpful suggestions an kept checking in with us. She also never let our drinks go empty. I'm a very hard person to impress with food. I'm definitely looking forward to come back again. And I would also highly recommend anyone who has not been before to give them a try.

Where do I start: we asked for several salads with "dressing on the side" - that didn't happen. Lettuce was old- we didn't finish it. Both pizzas can out soggy- and the waitress.....forget it. We won't be going back to this one.

We came here for lunch on Friday and sat in the bar area. Although the service was a little slow because the bar tender had tables, people eating at the bar and bar service to deal with, it was still a good experience. The broccoli cheddar soup was very good and my friends enjoyed their sliders and salad. I like their 2 for $12 menu section and their very affordable lunch menu.

Stopped in a few weeks ago for a treat. Nice to have this place down here for when we need a taste of home. Service was great, food was the way it always is at any UNO's...great. STop in if you haven't tried it, you won't be disappointed.

Came here at 11:58pm Friday night with a group of 9. Even we came 2 minutes before closing our waiter JAMES took great care of us, he was very attentive and efficient, I also work in the industry and I know when a server is doing a good job, he explained the menu and offered us a pizza upgrade since they ran out of personal pizzas. I got the grilled chicken with rice and vegetables. DELISH!!, my bf didn't like his burger, manager was nice to take it out of his bill. All of us left happy. Only bad thing. The place was very cold!!!!! Bathrooms were clean and everything looked on point. I will be definitely coming back next time I'm in town

We were greeted promptly and with a smile and hello. The variety of food offered is huge. Our server was very friendly, offering suggestions and help with directions. Food was yummy!! I would recommend a visit!

Pizza was great very exceptional the kids menu specially the mac and cheese could be a lot better. Very bland on the kids menu side instead of a bread stick with the mac and cheese I should give you a fruit cup kids need to eat better than eating bread sticks . Our waiter was a little overwhelmed also he was the bartender. So I think that they could hire a few more people to be just a waiter or waitress instead of being bartender and waitress but overall experience was good the pizza was great ...sincerely Chef Ramsay

I'm a pizza fanatic. I love trying pizza everywhere that offers it. Uno has Chicago styled pizza that taste, from what I've been told, exactly like pizza from Chicago. I've never been, but now that I know, I'll definitely go there and compare. I heard there's an Uno restaurant up there as well! They have great deals here. 2 for $12 and you can choose from a variety of salads, pastas and pizzas. They have desserts for $2 and an offer for the curbside take out. From the 2 for $12 special, I always get the Buffalo Chicken Salad minus blue cheese and I put ranch instead (allergies). It's so great, the chicken is spicy, but it doesn't burn your tongue to the point where you can't taste anything after. I always follow that up with an individual pepperoni pizza. Now if you're not a fan of chunky tomatoes, I don't really recommend the pizza here. I, myself, like minimal tomato sauce in my pizza, but here it works well. The crust is out of this world! It's thick and crispy and it definitely adds a nice finishing touch to your slice. Unfortunately I DO NOT recommend their curbside take out. I placed my order online at 3 to pick up at 5:30pm. I was staying at a hotel that wasn't too close, but Uno's was worth the drive. We got there earlier that 5:30pm, around 5:15pm. I didn't expect it to be ready, however I thought it's be finishing up. To my surprise, the order had just gotten through their system. We ordered two 2 for $12. My order was like how I described before: Buffalo Chicken salad, no blue cheese, sub ranch. No gorgonzola and I clearly wrote it was for allergy purposes. I had a pepperoni pizza and my boyfriend had the Chicago Style Pizza (I believe that's the name.. It had a bunch on meat on it) and a salad with no olives. Since our order was not ready my boyfriend reminded them of our special requests on the ticket and that I was very allergic to the items we asked them to remove. They said it wouldn't be a problem and we went on to wait and get some dessert goodies at the Krispy Cream next door. When we got back I told my boyfriend to ask again if they remembered not to put the blue cheese, they assured him that they did and we left to the hotel. I was CRAVING my food and couldn't wait to eat, but when I opened my salad a glob of blue cheese was right on top to greet me. I was furious and I don't normally want to call places to complain, but we did. We were thinking of picking up a new salad, but the drive was long and not worth it anymore. I was so disappointed. Now I know for next time, always eat in and never order out. What a shame...

I really don't like the little tablets they have seems to take away from the customer service experience, pizza was ok but if I am coming to the restaurant of one of the most famous chains for Deep Dish I'd expect more. The frozen "Uno" pizzas you get from Target was better.

Very good Pizza. I had the Artisan Crust pizza. Thin crust, and very delicious. The waiter, and overall service, was very good.

We arrived at 8 pm on a Tuesday. The restaurant was moderately full. The first thing I noticed was an unpleasant odor (sour, and almost like vomit). We stayed because we have noticed a mildew like odor in many places on our visit to Orlando, and blamed it on the high humidity. We placed our order. It took around an hour for us to get our food. The waitress avoided us for most of this time, and finally came at the hour mark and apologized for the delay. My husband ordered a Caesar salad which was forgotten altogether. The deep dish pizza he did get had a very dry crust that tasted like it had sat around the whole hour waiting for the rest of the order to be made. I had the steak and my son had a hamburger, which were just ok. The manager did try to make it right by crediting us for the pizza, but the effort was really too late. It would have made a bigger difference if someone acknowledged the delay much earlier and given us an appetizer or something to tide us over for the wait (maybe my husband's missing salad??). One last comment. They had a neat computer on the table. You could use it to call the waitress, pay your bill or play games. The games helped entertain the kids for the long wait. However, what was not mentioned anywhere, or on the computer, was that it cost money to use. It was nominal ($1 for use), but the cost should have been stated up front and not just on the bill.

Do not believe these people at all. I have emailed them twice now even after they claimed they couldn't find my email. I also screen shot the yelp review and their response so they would have a reference and still no one contacted me back. Keep your pizza, I will NEVER EVER go back here. GIORDANO'S all day long. There isn't even a comparison.

I pulled in to Uno's due to familiarly. It was Kool but I got to keep in mind that pizza outside of New York has a very tough standard to match up to. This is just my bias, not anything against this establishment. I really was just trying to spend some daddy - daughter time with my 7 year old. I was taking her on her first date. Like the lady that did the balloons at the front and the young man that waited on us was a perfect gentlemen. Sadly, I do not recall his name. So.., this is our spot for me and my daughter whenever I am in town

This particular Uno is one of our "go to" restaurants - has been for years. 4/10/15 we ordererd one of their hamburgers which turned out to be excellent - cooked perfectly, and chili and a wedge. The wedge was very good, with a generous amt. of bleu cheese, diced tomato, bacon bits, and, the chili was wonderful, the best I've had in the Orlando area. Thanks.

I liked Unos, but it doesnt replace my passion for thin crust pizza. I had the Uno on regular crust and the Farmers on wheat, both were very good. Deep dish pizza is very filling and noticeable at the waistline the next day. The prices are great if you use the deals on the menu...I had 2 pizzas for 19.99.

    (4)
  • Nina S.

Great location. I am allergic to wheat and once I put my order in with my waiter, the night manager Cindy came over to my table to personally build a meal with me and make sure everything was safe and satisfactory. Great customer service!

We love this UNOs. Before we got Disney passes we would drive up from Tampa a couple times a year just for the pizza skins. Now that we have passes we always make a stop here for lunch or dinner when we are in town. The staff is excellent, very friendly. Management is also very friendly, every time we go the manager on duty stops by our table and had a conversation.

Stay away. I haven't been in an Uno in about 15 years. Unfortunately, it wasn't long enough. Service took forever, the pizza was warm, not piping hot. They took the pizza out of the deep dish and put a rack underneath it, then put it back in the pan. ..for what reason? And the floor in the bathroom was sticky. I was sick about 15 minutes after we left...and I have a cast iron stomach. Never again.

Ate at this place a few days ago and back today. I had the Uno pizza and it was delicious! My wife's meal a grilled cheese and soup was very good. The place is cold as mentioned in other reviews, but what disturbs me is that on my way back from the restroom I noticed an area by the kitchen looked and smelled dirty. My wife also complained that our table felt sticky. The food here is very good and I don't have an Uno in Ft. Lauderdale so I take advantage being here. But when I see dirty work areas in a restaurant, that makes me wonder, what am I not seeing....

  • Ny's Finest ..

Visited this Unos location while vacationing with my family recently, and ended up leaving without ever getting to order. Upon arrival the establishment was nearly empty on a Saturday evening, but that didnt prevent the horrendous service we received. We were seated without menus, in a freezing cold resrurant that had dirty tables with dishes on them that had yet to be recovered from their bus boys (Reminder there was hardly any patrons). We sat at our tables for about 10 minutes before I finally got up and had to ask the host who sat us if we were ever going to get any menu's. He apologized and gave me 4 menus and i returned to my table, where we sat for about another 15 minutes without ever being greeted by a waiter/waitress, (reminder there was hardly anyone here!). At rhis point I told my family if no one comes to our table within the next 5 minutes we are leavining, which is ultimately what happened. Upon exiting i told the gentleman who was in a shirt and tie at the welcome podium we were leaving and why and his reply was, "oh, ok." Never returning to this location of unos. As mentioned, very dirty, hortible service and poor management. If you are in the area, visit their location at the Cross roads shopping center on 535. Very clean, upto date with their decor amd great service!

My family loves UNOs pizza. When we're in the Orlando area we usually eat here or take the "take and bake" pizzas home to Tampa to bake. Fortunately for us, we typically do not have to wait long for a table. Crust and fresh ingredients "make" the pizza. We like the "Chicago classic" the best - fennel in the slightly sweet sauce is a nice touch.

So happy to know that I can get chicago style pizza somewhere in FL. Since I have moved from Chicago, it's been quite a challenge. I have always ordered the same thing here, that is a deep dish bbq chicken pizza. They have it listed as thin crust but I ask for it deep dish. I love everything about it from the citrusy bbq sauce to the crust to the toppings. The service was excellent. We pre-ordered it by calling them, and by the time we got there, it was all done. No problems. This is one of those easy going, no problem kind of places with the yummiest pizza in the area. So happy they are there, and so happy to be a part of their emails so they send me coupons all the itme.

Was very pleased w wings and appetizers.... Pizza was just ok. Service started good but ended just so so as well. I have Been vacationing here in Orlando for 16yrs and have drove right past there many times, this time we decided to stop. Wasn't an overall flop as I said the appetizer sampler was good and the pretzel appetizer was good just wasn't Impressed w the pizza. 2.5 stars at the most.

I love Uno. I went for the first time in a long time with my boyfriend on our mini vacation to Orlando. I had to do some convincing to get him to go with me (he had never been) but once I did, he soon discovered why I was being so pushy. We had an amazing stuffed mushroom appetizer and a Chicago Classic deep dish that didn't let us down. We had finished our appetizers so fast that the server came back to ask us how it was, she stopped mid-sentence with an "Oh God!" because there was nothing left. And to top it all off, they have a nifty new system in place that I had never seen anywhere. I was in a trance the whole time by this "Ziosk" system. These bad boys are little touch screens at each table where you can order appetizers, reorder drinks, call the server, play games, and even PAY FOR YOUR BILL with a receipt and everything. As someone who has worked as a server in a restaurant, this was amazing to me. Without this system, I feel like I wouldn't have been as happy with the service at this location.

I'm from Chicago, so I chose this restaurant because my kids were tired from traveling, and wanted something familiar: pizza. The restaurant wasn't crowded when we arrived. My husband immediately ordered a small pizza for the kids, chips& salsa, and drinks. The appetizer didn't come out until after the sandwiches we ordered, & the kids' pizza didn't come out until after the appetizer. The manager eventually had to come over to straighten things out. He did take care of the kids' pizza because of the mix up. The server wasn't terribly attentive before or after and didn't seem slammed, so it wasn't clear why they mixed up the order of things, but lots of people around us seemed to be having issues with their orders. Maybe this isn't Chicago, but I thought the chain would be safe; sadly, things have changed since I've been here. There are little computers in the tables, which seem to cheapen the dining experience although perhaps it saves something for the restaurant...

Well, I am not an UNO fan, however, this restaurant has friendly waitresses. And the food is okay for me.

    (3)

The kitchen dropped our pizza and had to make it all over again. Due to the long wait, we got a free appetizer, free salad and half off of our pizza. They definitely put the customer first that night!

So Ike Sewell invented deep dish at a time where everyone was emulating the Italian pizza and making it thin, he decided this wasn't a 'mans meal' and made it thick and juicy and opened UNO with what is now typical Chicago style deep dish pizza. Anyone who knows me knows that I adore my Chicago style pizza and make it a point to frequent Uno's on I-Drive when in town. Since we were staying across the street, after the 13.1 Princess Marathon my hubby treated me to my favorite dish to congratulate me on my race. The service was good but nothing to write home about, now I can't complain, there was nothing wrong with it but nothing that stuck out either. The pizza was good but it does vary from restaurant to restaurant and I have to say I much prefer the I-Drive location. However, if you are right next to this one, it ain't a bad choice either.

We don't live in Chicago anymore, and that's fine....but there is nothing wrong with always looking for a fix that will somehow remind us of the great times we have had in the Windy City. Deep dish pizza was invented in Chicago ...by UNO - now, I know it is not the same thing, and even though they strive to recreate the same experience somehow it falls a bit short. Nothing against the staff here, I mean the service is perfectly fine and the pizza was quite enjoyable...chased with a cold Guinness beer, it is very good ! We will no doubt return and more good Chicago style pizza will be consumed.

Stopped by here on vacation last month late one night on December 15th. Right before we went in, there was a power outage on the whole block. Power was however restored a minute or so later. Regardless, we went in and my friend and I ordered a pizza and the server told us that due to the power outage, the ovens had to be reset and our order might not work out. They still tried to put it through and about 15-20 min later, the server came back and told us that the pizza came out half cooked and any menu items that use the oven weren't possible for the remainder of the night. Then the manager spoke to us, explained the situation, sincerely apologised and said they would be able to accommodate any other entrees we wanted free of charge. We gladly accepted, placed another order that didn't require the oven to prepare, and then they swiftly brought our food out. It was also my friend's birthday that night and they gave us free dessert. I don't remember the server or manager's names that were on shift that night but we were extremely pleased with the way they had politely and professionally handled the situation, and were very grateful for them offering the food for free. The food tasted great, the service was excellent, and even if that power mishap didn't occur, I'm sure it would've been just as awesome of a night. Thank you for taking care of us!

Never tried before, but I am very glad I did! I loved it. Our server Tara M. was great! She was very attentive, gave prompt service and remembered by last minute modifications without writing that down. Our food was served quickly and was very good. I had the classic cobb salad. One of my friends had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the other had buffalo chicken quesadillas, I believe. We all enjoyed our meals. The decor was pretty typical of a chain restaurant, but wasn't tacky, messy, or dirty. I don't think we have one of these in Tampa, but I would go again if I came across a location.

This happen when I went on a 2 weeks vacation with my family. As a major Fan of Uno's for over 15 years from NYC. I have to start with No Sorry! this Uno location was very disappointed with the overall experience here, as I was driving into the parking lot, I was wondering and telling my wife "why is the parking lot so empty? especially on a busy tourist location!? We went in thinking maybe we're too early?, but no it was 3pm here, I mean we were the 4th group in the entire restaurant, yet the staff were taking their sweet time as if they were very busy!? finally when the waiter comes over we order some appetizer and up font fries for the kids until pizza comes, the kids are like fries are cold, I tell the waiter uhm... fries are cold? so he apologize and goes to get "fresh fries" for the kids but we get same fries, this time hot as if he just threw it in the microwave! my kids didn't bother to touched it, so as we wait for the appetizer and entree and it's taking a bit long with only 4 groups of customers!!!?? the kids are hungry and acting up, finally the appetizer arrives and it taste horrible like it was pre-heated, the Uno pizza for the kids was half way cooked! the Caesar Salad was warm and the dressing tasted weird, I was very disappointed! I asked for the bill right after tasting it, we didn't want the entree! I guess the positive rating are from customers that don't have a clue what Uno Pizzeria & Grill food service should really be like.....Trust me this was way off, way off nasty. Never again here!!!

If you are looking for a great deep dish pizza this is the place. The crust is delicious. I was impressed with the adult lemonade drink. They offer a great pizza deal where you can take one home with you to put in the freezer.

Pizza so good, you will slap your momma twice! I live in Chicago and i never had a deep dish this good. We ordered one cheese deep dish and a meat deep dish. Oh my god, the meat deep dish was wonderful. The crust was amazingly buttery. I have never had a Chicago Deep dish pizza so good, as the pizza I had from this UNOs pizza joint.

The food was great. Our waitress was great. We didn't have to wait to be seated on a Saturday night. We didn't have to ask for our drinks to be refilled. The wings are to die for and the burgers are excellent as well.

After an awesome day at Universal, my friend and I were exhausted, so we decided to find a place nearby on 192. We saw Uno from across the street and figured we could split one of the individual pizzas. Our server was Matt, and he was SO friendly. Even though our check was going to be quite small, he was very attentive and sweet. My friend and I loved the individual deep dish pizza - it was the perfect amount of food for us, and it was delicious. On our way out, the manager asked how our meal was, and we told her it was great. Then she offered us some oranges if we wanted any. This place had some of the best service I've had at any restaurant in the Orlando area. I would make a point to come back here, because it was such a great experience.

Ok so where do I start... I had previously visited the international drive location and absolutely loved it.. So when I saw this location I knew I would be having dinner there. What a disappointment!!! The first impression I had at this establishment was the manager being rude to her own employee.. Left a terrible taste in my mouth. We were seated and the moment I touched the table, I felt the stickiness and was immediately grossed out. I cleaned the table with a wet one but that table needed to be cleaned w Clorox to be clean. The floors also seemed dirty. I wanted to leave but seeing the time of day, I decided to stay. They had computers on each table to show items of the menu, which of course did not work. Our server Asia was the best part of the experience as she made an effort to correct the upcoming disaster of dinner. I ordered avocado egg rolls which was supposed to be mixture of avocados and other vegetables and what I received was eggs rolls with mashed avocados (no vegetables, seasoning .. Nada!!!) the best part was the picture of this item was in the menu and what I received looked NOTHING like the picture. I also ordered a Caesar salad. How can you get this wrong as well??? The lettuce was old and it was the worst Caesar dressing ever. The hospital where I work at has a better caesar salad than this place. Asia apologized and offered to exchange it but I politely declined. She also said the manager would be passing by.. And of course she never came. The only thing that made my night was being with my two favorite people. This place was just awful.. Don't waste your time.. Do yourself a favor.. Take the drive to international drive

Never before have I experienced such a welcoming, familial atmosphere at a restaurant. The crew here is OUTSTANDING. Consistently excellent service experience, great food, warm, gracious hospitality.

Great meal! I started off with the chili, which was quite tasty. It was the perfect consistency and was topped with cheese, onions, and jalapenos with tortilla chips for dipping. My main course was the chopped honey citrus chicken salad. It was fantastic! And the bread that was served with it just melts in your mouth. Good stuff. This was a five star meal. The only reason I didn't rate it at five is that it IS a pizza joint. So until I try the pizza, I'll have to leave it at 4.

The kids "make your own pizza" at the table kept the kids happy! Service was good, but... Many of us had stomach aches that night. Hmmm.

Didn't get the deep dish they're famous for but got some other good choices. The calamari was good, with banana peppers worked. I had a small bowl of shrimp and white beans that was really good. Wife and daughter split a pepperoni sausage and mushroom thin crust. Good sauce and the sausage had a nice fennel and pepper kick. I went with a half Mediterranean pizza... Pesto, spinach, feta, it was really tasty. Overall a really good experience.. Waitress was really good and spot on refills, important, food came out quick but timed right, not one course on top of another. One of the best little dinners I've had on a while. Definitely worth going to again

Came here twice on our Kissimmee visit, once for late night drinks (The "OPEN TIL MIDNIGHT" sign helped) and then we planned to return for SuperBowl Sunday based on the chill workers. Superbowl was fun- had yummy boneless wings, wings, and quesadillas, with Sunday specials $3.50 domestics (20 oz) and decent $5 margaritas. Bruce, Debbie, and Josean the manager were all very attentive and welcoming. Uno gets five stars. Pete Carroll's final call gets zero stars.

Delicious. We had the shrimp and dip appetizer. This was so good and huge. This dip came Ina plate surrounded by a load of toasted bread. With each bite I could just here angels sing. Then we had the grilled cheese stix, they weren't bad and they weren't great. Kind off just middle of the road. Last to our little feast we had the steak and cheese deep dish pizza. Very good. It contained plenty of fixens. It's been about 10 years since I stepped into an UNOs and it didn't disappoint.

If I reviewed this solely on our meal it would have gotten a two or three. I ordered a beer before the meal. Dogfish head 60 minute IPA. I've drank this hundreds of times and know the flavor very well. What was brought was some sort of brown ale. I don't know if there was a mistake or they loaded the wrong keg but I'm easy going so I drank it. I ordered a bowl of french onion soup and though the soup was tasty the cheese was bland you can see in the picture it was not your typical crusty bubbly cheesey topped soup. My wife ordered the shrimp alfredo and wasn't terribly impressed. You're probably reading this asking why I gave it 4 stars. Well Uno is first and foremost a pizza place. I ordered a deep dish pizza with sausage, pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. It was fantastic! So had we been smart diners and gone in ordered a pizza and a water... Bam! 5 stars so take that for what its worth. Great Pizza everything else... Meh.

Only one star as no stars is not an option! When will restaurants in Kissimmee realize that local customers will return if treated better. You can't live on tourists alone. Just walked out of this place and went somewhere else! Seated upon entering and had a sticky floor walk to our table. We even joked with the seater about it. At our table (in the bar) we were greeted and placed our order quickly, but that was pretty much the last we saw of our server/bartender. She did bring us our salads, but the pizza never arrived. Another server came to check on us, asked if we had our salads (which we had) and then he disappeared too. After 45 more minutes, we finally left $10 on the table for the salads and a cup of tea and walked out. Would have asked to speak to a manager, but none was in sight. Really a shame as my father was reminiscing about going to college in Chicago and wanted to relive some of that at UNOs. Won't make that mistake again.

I decided to try this place out because I saw some positive reviews about the place on both Yelp and other sites. My favorite foods are wings and pizza so I was excited to give it a try. The visit didn't start great when the hostess automatically sat me at a booth in the bar area. I assume this was because I was a single guy. Ordinarily this wouldn't matter but it placed me right in between two full tables. To top it off, one TV was on a baseball playoff game from a couple of weeks ago and another TV was on graveyard garage (Hint: Nobody wants to watch a garage show at a sports bar let alone on mute). The other two TVs were on Rutgers vs Wisconsin In a rout and then changed to NASCAR Nationwide series. 4 of 5 TVs were not worth watching. Had I asked, I assume a change would be made but the selection is what separates a good establishment from a great establishment. Now let's talk food. The wings were much better than I expected. It was a very fresh tasting chicken flavor with buffalo sauce and an excellent blue cheese. We were off to a great start! I would wholeheartedly recommend the wings! I ordered a flatbread pizza (which will make all you Chicago style lovers go crazy) and it didn't hit the mark. Somehow it managed to be slightly undercooked. It would have benefitted by another four minutes or so in the oven. If I come back I think I would try the Bacon Cheddar burger. The people at the next table were raving about the Pie they had. So if you are a lover of deep dish and the traditional Chicago style with lots of sauce, I think you should give it a go. The service was above average and the managerial staff appeared to have the power to make things right. One table didn't like the steak and the manager made another selection ordered to go. However if I was just going for an overall pizza experience, I'd go down the road to Flippers Pizzeria.

I am SO glad we chose to come here for the two for $19.99 deal! The 9-grain crust is so incredible I would eat it naked (without toppings, not me naked). The waitress was very patient and sweet; she got as excited about my "fancy" pizza as I did (chicken, caramelized onion and spinach). I still have one piece left, which makes this leftover lover smile even though it will be eaten on day three. It held up very well in the fridge. Did I mention the whole grain crust should be sold as bread sticks or something?

Everything was Ok. Good for a quick bite to eat with my teenagers. I thought it was a bit pricey for 3 of us $78.00. We did get an appetizer and dessert though.

The dish pizza is wonderful! Our friends from Brazil loved and I loved the promotion for the second pizza for 5 bucks :-)

I felt the food wasn't as good as their International Drive Location, but the service is simply out of this world.

Very friendly staff and yummerific food. I had chopped honey chicken salad and half a sandwich. Nothing special but a nice stop for lunch.

After having visited Uno on a previous trip to Orlando (a different location), we remembered having a pretty good experience there and so decided to try it out again for a late dinner, after being on the road all day. This visit's food of choice, the deep dish pizza - specifically, the restaurant specialty "Numero Uno". Verdict - it was a darn good deep dish pizza! I've never been to Chicago, so I haven't had an authentic Chicago-style deep dish pizza; and the only deep dish'ers around the hometown (Birmingham, AL) are the chain "deep dish" offerings, which basically translate to "a thicker, greasier crust", so definitely take my thoughts with a grain of salt. But, I do know crappy food, and this was not it. My wife and I shared a medium and, even though I can be a real *oinker* when it comes to pizza, it was more than enough to fill us both up - we even had a slice left that we sadly had to abandon (no fridge in the hotel). Prior to ordering we were anticipating dessert but, after combating the pizza, it was seriously not going to happen (and they probably would have been complementary too - that's restraint, people). The restaurant itself was pretty clean, and our waiter was attentive so we didn't go very long without being checked up on. It was a bit dead at the time we visited, but that could be for a number of reasons - it was past 10pm, it was on a Tuesday, I'd imagine the amusement parks and walking around with kids all day would affect dining places' throughput, etc. Regardless of the empty appearance though, we had a good experience (pretty memorable actually, since the waiter accidentally spilled lemonade all over my lap - lol; he was repeatedly apologetic, hence the potentially-free desserts mentioned above) and will most likely go back next time we're in Orlando. (Think a casual consideration rather than an aggressive ambush.) I'd definitely recommend trying it if you're a fan or frequenter of chain restaurants like this (TGI Fridays, Chili's, etc.), or if you're looking for a good pizza at a decent price, and a good mom-and-pop joint is out of reach.

Stopped in on our way out from Vacation city USA, I would imagine many of their patrons visit because of situations similar to ours; Hungry and ready to go home. We ordered the Chi-Town tasting plate as the first batter up, does not disappoint. Gives you a sampling of each of the most popular menu items. Don't skip on the avocado roll because it sounds strange, it was actually the best part of the dish. MY main course was the Four Cheese thin crust pizza, it was satisfying and delicious. Everyone was eyeing it but I only shared a few slices, its a thin crust so it is not filling at all. Hubs had the traditional deep dish, it was satisfying enough for him. And HE is hard to please. Service was top notch! Such a friendly hostess, waitress, all around great girl! We'd go here again if we were in the area, nothing we would go out of our way to get to though.

Everytime I am in the Orlando area I have to eat here at least once. For some reason they have disappeared from South Florida, but happily found in Central Florida. Their deep dish pizza is a must, especially if it is your first trip here. On Sundays, eat in the bar area where most appetizers are amazingly cheap, you are able to sample quite a few things and not break the bank. I've been to this location twice now and both times the bartender was happy and on the ball. The only negative is the price for a pizza. Almost $12 for an individual size is a bit steep.

This place sucks! I was not impressed at all - this by no means compares to Chicago style pizza. The crust was way too hard - it was like eating a cracker with stuff on it. I had high expectations of this place going in but I will not be back.....

We called in our order on our way to Disneyworld. The competent server who is also the bar tender (I think), had it ready and was very pleasant to chat with. The pizzas are sooo good. Would definitely frequent this if they had them in California.

Nice waitress, food was tasty, however it came out a little at a time so we could watch others in our party eat. We were a party of 8 were not surprised by a mandatory tip but added on TOP of the total after sales tax.. get real. We will not return. Totally average except for the price.
