I reviewed the yelps in the parking lot as I was waiting for my order. I had high hopes. Small shop , go to the back to place the order. Waited in line. You could see them making the pizza behind the counter. Had 1980's music playing, but the good vibe feelings were not there. Counter service : alright - too the point - not happy ( I long for at least a happy greeting )-nothing to brag about Wait time : 15-20 minutes - we checked out the cute lil shops around the store ( Cupcakes, Beauty supply , Aquariums...) Food : Quantity and not quality was how I would describe it. They have some combo's and I chose the XL Pizza with 1 topping, 6 garlic knots and 10 wings for $19.99 . Nice that they included sauce for both the garlic knots and the wings. The pizza was hard and dry on the bottom , no flavor to the crust, except for cardboard tasting. Decent amount of cheese. It really was not good. Truly an XL size , we got to take some home and eat off of it 2 more times. The wings were anemic looking and dry . They were supposed to be mild with a side of hot sauce. They were "naked" and needing a good flavor bath! They were sitting in some grease . I am sad to say I was about to dip it in the grease on the bottom of the container - but I didn't want the stomach ache. Thank God for sauce on the side ! The garlic rolls were big and fluffy and flavorful. I was surprised. They were the best part of the meal. Maybe it was an "off order, an off day."....whatever. No plans to return. So sad.

The pizza was really good. My children are really picky and they ate it up. The staff was awesome as well. Would definitely return and recommend this place.

I don't live too far from this place. They don't deliver and that's ok. Anyhow, we order an XL pizza with large stromboli and 20 wings. They had some special for that what I was going to order. Anyhow, I'm orginally from the Tristate area, this place is good. For claiming to be the real NY pizza, it's awfully doughy, not thin like REAL NY pizza. The sauce that came with the stromboli was AMAZING! The stromboli was good, that was more for my boyfriend. The sauce is what made it. Anyhow, the wings were overdone and dry, not much hot sauce. I was really looking forward to the wings and I was really disappointed... 3.5

Great pizza, big slices, nice staff. This is my go to pizza shop for lunch when I am at work. It is always a treat. The sauce is good, the crust is thin and slightly crispy. They have a nice lunch special menu. I always get a #1 which is two cheese slices and a fountain drink for $3.99. not a bad deal and they never disappoint

Aye what do you want? A slice of pizza bigger than you head! Then head here. I normally grab the lunch deal. I make my order simple 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and a coca cola. Sometimes I can only eat one slice. This place is not gourmet, it's that little greasy NYC Slice of Pie. You fold it in half and as you eat it you get a little drippy drip running down your arm or onto the plate if your not as messy as me. I'm not always a food snob I treasure moments like this sometimes. Great for a bite, kids love it. inexpensive. Busy at lunch if you can't find a seat you can carry out.

Delicious pies and tasty gyros. Even the fries were perfectly golden and crisp - great to dip in homemade marinara sauce. Alex and the staff were friendly as can be with travel tips and friendly conversation - do yourself a favor and stop by for a real slice of NY right here in Florida.

Super bland, acidic sauce. Garlic knots tasted like stale old dry bread. This place use to be really good. Consistency is key! Will never go back.

Pizza was really good but the place is a filth box. Extremely dirty. Not sure I would eat there again.

NY style pizza isn't my favorite because I don't like thin crust, but this did the trick in satisfying my pizza craving. They have nicely priced lunch specials. 2 pepperoni slices + a drink for $5. The slices are HUGE. I thought I would have to share. We also ordered tiramisu for dessert. Unfortunately, they had just taken it out to thaw when we ordered, so by the time we were ready for it, it hadn't fully thawed out. I would say it would have tasted much better had it been ready. The place itself is really small. Less than 10 tables line the walls. Seems like we were lucky to score a table after waiting around for a bit.

I have been coming to New York Pizza since they opened, the place has always served me great food (I don't know New York style pizza I just know it is good and you get your honest money's worth) the staff is always courteous and seems to be the same since I have been coming here. Every once in a while the place is so busy you wait for food, but, the owners attitude always makes it worth while.

One of the better pizzas I've had in a while. I only get the cheese pizza from here because I don't like new York style pizza with toppings. Never tried anything else from here so I cant give a detailed review of the menu. But if you like your pizzas with just cheese, they make it pretty good here. The crust actually has a nice crunch on the outside and soft inside. Cheese melted perfectly. They also provide chili flakes, oregano, and Parmesan if you like to customize your pizzas. For lunch, it's 2 large slices of pizza and a drink for 3.99.

This is fast food pizza you grab so you don't have to shell out big bucks for lunch as soon as you enter Disney property. It's lunchtime/dinner time, and the kids won't wait. There are sandwiches and salads, too. Not the best we've had, but it will do, and the price is right.

When NY Pizza Company first opened it was fantastic, the pizza had a great taste. But as time has gone by the gravy (sauce) has lost it's unique taste. They have stopped serving Veal which was one of my favorite dishes. The Eggplant parm is served with ricotta chesse, up North it has never been served like that. So bottom line is, it's loosing that great taste it started with.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
