Ginormous location, this may be the biggest Starbucks I've ever encountered. Stopped in here early evening on a weekday and it was really busy but the staff was all over it. It was good to see that the quality didn't suffer and our order was delivered quick and accurate. What a great representation of the brand definitely my choice when I'm back in the area.

Yet another review for a SBUX... and a 5 star review too! The location couldn't be better, it's close to Disney and it's open 24 hours. We usually stay at a hotel on Hwy 192 just down the street from this location and it's perfect. I can grab my fix both on the way to Disney and at 1 or 2am when we are coming back from Disney. This is a very large location. A plethora of seating both indoors and outdoors. There is a large covered patio outdoors complete with ceiling fans. Even when it's busy, you still shouldn't have trouble finding a comfortable place to sit. Of course, there's free Wifi. I'm always in and out, so I haven't used the seating, but it's nice to know it's there if I ever do need it. My order has always been correct and I've never had a long wait to get my drink. The baristas are fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. There are always plenty of fresh food choices available even in the middle of the night. There's no drive-thru, but there's plenty of parking available. Love this SBUX! Wish there was one near my home open 24 hours. Then again, maybe it's a good thing there isn't! :D

I know... The only person that goes to Starbucks for an iced green tea. Ha! The only con about this place is that there is always a ridiculous line! But the 24 hrs is what earns the extra star!!

We already love Starbucks but our ladies Starbucks Coffee Master, Candace and Vanessa are the bomb! They take such good care if us and really know how deliver tasty drinks with incredible service!!!

Seriously. I love this place. I go so much that most of them know me and they're just truly amazing people. They make my order consistently delicious every time and it just makes me happy to know I can always count on them! I know some people might be like, "Its coffee..calm down." And you're right it's just coffee but it's the service that comes with it that I love and is what makes this starbucks special..at least to me :)

The customer service at this starbucks was Phenomenal! We were having issues with our Starbucks app and Liam jumped right in and helped my husband and was super nice and understanding. My son got a pack of chocolate covered almonds and proceeded to spill them everywhere. Liam again was so professional and nice. He offered a swap and we didn't have to purchase an extra pack. Thank you so much Liam for making our visit pleasant when it could have been so horrible due to the app issue and the mess we made with the almonds!!

I love this starbucks and hate it at the same time! I love it because it is a very convenient 24 hour location and when you work third shift at Disney culinary it is awesome to stop on my way to work to get a frappuccinno for a extra pick me up. That and the fact that during the evening shifts there are a group of girls that have come to recognize me as the bakery chef girl and they actually acknowledge and remember me which is always nice to be remembered especially in a place that is as busy and in a tourist section of town as this location. Which brings me to the bad parts of this location, the people may remember me but of late they have seemed to constantly get my order wrong and have to be corrected majority of the time which since being pregnant what I normally get is the passion fruit tea lemonade with NO sweetner, and they always add the sweet syrup stuff which makes me nauseous! Also it doesn't really seem to matter what time of day but this location can become very packed easily due to the fact that it is a 24 hr location in a tourist area right on the cusp of Disney property, and a lot of the time you will find massive tour groups in line who don't speak English and seem to take 10 min per a group of three people who don't know what to order or can't read English and stand their holding up the line staring at a board filled with words they don't understand and it gets very time consuming and annoying to wait 45 min in line just to get a simple tea. The parking lot is another thing I am not much a fan of because it is small and a lot of the time people aren't paying attention as they are pulling in out or driving in the parking lot so drive at your own risk because people have come close to hitting us a few times at the starbucks. The out door seating is nice and the location is convenient, but this Starbucks is more struggle than it is worth.

  • Jim C.

Probably the slowest and most inefficient Starbucks anywhere. Took me 15 minutes just to get a simple iced tea with 1 people ahead of me in line. The barista in the back was either new, retarded, or both as she was just so slow in fixing my drink and the drink for the guy in front of me. Bottom line: I would give them 1 star but was so glad to find Starbucks despite their slow service.

This is a really great Starbucks. It is located in a much more of a tourist area so as expected it's much bigger than the other coffee shops. It's right at the entrance of Celebration, across the street from Publix and next to a CVS, so you know that you can come here, get your morning coffee and continue doing your morning errands without a problem. When you walk in, you're gonna be very impressed with the size of the place, it's really big and comfortable. The tables are very evenly spread out and not in the way of those walking in. Outside, you have a patio with comfortable couches and a it's under a roof which makes it even more convenient. So if you're coming for a study group or a meeting or whatever, it's super nice and really comfortable. The staff here is really nice and they want to make sure that they give you the best service they can. They'll ask you questions, they'll answer questions, they'll start small talk with you before, during and after you order and they get your drinks right. This is really a great Starbucks!! If you're in the area, make sure you stop by! :)

I stop at this particular location 1-2x per week as it's right down the street from my office. It's a 24 hour location since it's right in the heart of the touristy area of 192. It is crazy busy most of the time but the baristas there are seasoned vets who breeze right through the line of coffee loving freaks like us. There are a few of them who recognize me and say hello by my first name before I scan my app which is a nice personal touch. I've been using the beta mobile ordering function on my app and I think there is an opportunity to improve the process - maybe have a little section by the counter where you can just pick up and go. I guess there may be some concern of stealing lattes? They do this at other locations and it just make the process quicker and I don't have to interrupt the barista to ask for it. This location is fairly large and has a nice outdoor patio which the Wifi works great from if you want to sit outside on a nice day. It's situated next to a Walgreens which is definitely convenient for quick shopping purposes.

This is a great Starbucks located right outside of Celebration next to AT&T and CVS. I just found out that they were open 24 hours..Score! The baristas are very nice and the location is nice and open. There is also an outdoor seating area, which is very convenient. The only thing missing is a drive thru!

    (4)
  • Adam R.

Slowest. Starbucks. Ever. If you're not in a hurry, no problem - but don't stop here if you are in a hurry to get to work. No urgency on the part of the staff WHATSOEVER.

Great staff and good space inside. Wifi was very good. Inspite of huge lines in mornings they served customers at a good pace. I got my regular caramel Frappucino and it was good.

I am a Starbucks addict. I was so excited to see one near my hotel while staying in Orlando. Then, as my husband went inside to get our drinks and I stayed in the car and read the Yelp reviews, I got a little scared. Well, I should have been. Stay away from this location!!! My husband was in the store for what seemed like an eternity. I couldn't figure out why, because I could see him through the window, and no one else was in the store. Then, as he walked out, I could spot from a mile away that my order was WRONG!!!! Avoid this Starbucks and got to the Dunkin' Donuts down the road. Trust me.

  • D S.

This location is always busy, busy, busy. Located at a major intersection on 1-92, it's especially busy in the mornings... everyone trying to get in their morning caffeine prior to the daily "grind" starting. If you have a little time to spare, sitting on the patio area is a nice relaxing way to start the day. Occasionally the cigarette smoke can be a bit much. Although the line can be long, it moves along at a steady pace and you can be out the door fairly quickly. I've only had 1 or 2 bad coffees here over the past few years, and the baristas have always been gracious about remaking them. The front parking can look like a nightmare, but if you drive in between Starbucks and Golden Corral, there is a parking lot in back to your left.

    (4)
  • Shannon B.

Good Starbucks. Love the online ordering even if my drink has sat there because I was held up and got cold or warm (depending on the drink) they offer to remake it. Once had a rude person wait on me and mess up my order twice but after notifying Starbucks they refunded my purchase and were very kind and apologetic which was very helpful. That was a rare occurrence tho! Outside seating area is really nice I wish I took advantage of it more often. Tons of couches and tables off to the side to relax at. Nice little escape if you don't have your own yard or porch!

  • Lauren C.

I usually avoid this Starbucks, even though it's the closest one to my house, due to the fact that the line is always a mile long, and I feel their service is the slowest on earth. I really attribute that to Poor staffing. But on this morning when I really needed some coffee they came through for me! The service is always friendly, that's never really a problem but today they were super friendly, and this was the fastest I've ever gotten my coffee. Will still most likely avoid this Starbucks, but it was a very pleasant surprise.

  • Sergio F.

This place is located conveniently in front of my apartment complex, so that means I can have Starbucks coffee whenever I want! The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. As your placing your order the barista next to the register is listening to what you are saying and gets started on your drinks before you even pay. By the time you finish paying, she is already 3/4 of the way done making your coffee. I will definitely get her name the next time I go in because she definitely deserves the praise. One of the reasons I didn't give this place 5 stars is because of how congested this area gets. They could definitely use a drive thru to control the lines of cars that take place in front of their store. There are too many people that crowd up the roadway which makes getting to this Starbucks feel like your playing bumper cars. I'm sure that eventually the county will work on expanding the roadways around this place making it easier to park.

They make a great product with a lot of their team members showing team work. There is a core group there who always take the time to talk to their Guests. Knowing who they are.

Wow! This is one of the best Starbucks locations I have seen in a while. They have a killer outdoor patio area that is terrific! Large space with plenty of chairs, couches, and tables. It's semi-enclosed with a roof overhead and ceiling fans. Free wifi and open 24 hours! Inside is spacious if a bit odd of a layout, clean, more seating and nice service too. As with the others it carries the basic menu of normal coffee products and snack items. Satisfied my iced coffee craving.

First off I love Starbucks and I travel frequently for work so I've been to plenty. This starbucks stood out more than most for their great customer service and for going above and beyond to put a smile on my face. I was in the area on business and had gone to this location twice. Both times the baristas were extremely friendly to all of the customers and referred to many of them by name. I was happy to wait in the long line listening to all the cheery morning banter. My drinks and meals were made correctly. On my second visit I lost my Fitbit bracelet and my receipt which I need to fill out my work credit card report . I called a few times asking if anyone turned in my bracelet and each time I spoke to either Brittany or Amanda. Both ladies were very patient with me, checking the lost and found and trying to figure out a way to help me. After a few days of calling I now needed something else, the receipt , and they just took care of my breakfast bill and really helped me out way out of their normal duties . Thank you Brittany and Amanda and your wonderful crew. Keep it up !

There are 2 Starbucks equidistant from me and I go to this one everyday. They are super friendly and when I have the time the outdoor seating area is great. Only thing I wish is that I didn't have to wait for a simple black Iced coffee with everyone else who gets the fancy blended, steamed, salted, etc. Drinks. A lot of Starbucks will do the "out of order" and I get it really fast!

Well...I can only rate his based on my current experience. 11am on a Sunday. The line stretched for nearly ever, but the staff kept it moving and continued smiling. There is a great seating area, with what look like comfy chairs, that require you to fight your way through the line to get to. Awesome outdoor seating area though. The wifi is garbage. I'm in the front of the seating area and have limited connection and slow speeds. I just may try back on a week night and see how it goes.

This is pretty good for a bar without whiskey. I like the scented-candles and the overall ambiance, minus their extreme usage of baking soda on the mattresses. If you order the egg salad, make sure you tell them not to include the Swiss cheese (in my opinion, it makes me pass the 'ol foofoo dragons, if you know what I mean.) If you come on Wednesdays, they have superb T-Shirts with wolfs howling at the darkest side of the moon (free of purchase, of course.) The gardening section of Starbucks has SPECTACULAR floral pottery and beautiful koala-printed bandaids for purchase. I advise you check this place out if you're a fan of Swahili-speaking dancers and Samoan panda shaped lunch boxes that you can stack to the ceiling !

A 24 hour Starbuck!!! There is a heaven on earth lol. AT 1am we ran in to get our coffee fix after drinking at señor frog. Not only was it open it was well stocked with everything available to purchase to eat and drink. Free wifi had the place packed. There was no line everyone on their tablets and laptops already purchased their fix. The coffee was made to perfection. They even warmed up my ole fashion glazed donut omg it melted in my mouth. The pace was actually clean and trust me I looked lol. I didn't visit the bathroom :( but the outside was very clean. The two girls working behind the counter was nice and held a conversation with us while making out drinks. It was a great experience at 1am! :) kudos to this Starbucks!

24 hrs! are you kidding me! This place is wonderful! I wish we had more shops around Chicago that are 24 hours. I think Orlando can petition to be the new "city that never sleeps" or sleeps very little thanks to Starbucks. Thanks to this place, I was able to avoid the $8/day slow in-room wi-fi at my resort. I know I spend a lot more than $8/day at Starbucks but I got so much more in return. The partners (employees) are so friendly and I just wish I could remember their names especially the one who helped me find my new favorite drink. Yes, you can ask a Starbucks partner for an idea of a drink. Let me have a "tall, nonfat, no whip, skinny cinnamon dolce white mocha latte with half the pumps"! thank you very much! It's got a beautiful outdoor garden area with outlets for you do plug and play. The outside space faces a parking lot so that kind of sucks but if you sit facing in on one of the comfy couches, you don't really see the parking lot!

Great location! Fun, and always friendly service! OPEN 24 HOURS! Although not advertised it is open 24/7. No drive through but who cares. I recommend iced caramel machiato with whipped cream!

    (4)
  • Mariana M.

This is a great Starbucks! Huge covered outdoor seating and open 24 hours! I would agree with other reviewers on here that between 7 and 9 there is always a wait because of the flow from people going to work at the Disney offices. Any other time, however, it's a good place to be.

  • Eric P.

Celebration, Florida, is not where one might expect to find a 24-hour Starbucks, and yet here one sits. (They have a Kissimmee address, sure, but they're across the street from the Celebration "water tower" sign, and they're in the stretch of US 192 where the lamp posts and signs switch from "Beauti-Vacation" purple to Celebration green.) Oddly built in a former hotel lobby (the hotel having been demolished years before), they used the old porte-cochere to create an outdoor patio, which I find usable in the three months that aren't summer in Florida. Your tolerance for humidity may vary. It has easy enough access to and from I-4, and sits at a point where all the tourists at 192 hotels can get on the expressway to the airport, so they apparently have enough business to stay open 'round the clock. Of course, the downside of all that tourist traffic are the large numbers of morning visitors who apparently have never been to a Starbucks before. The staff sure try to keep up, but there's only so much they can do when a busload of conventioneers drops in, or when mom and dad are trying to elicit breakfast choices from little Johnny and Suzie by reading all the options. Twice. At the register. At least a few times a year I pull up to find the line more than 30 people deep, stretching to the front door. It's mornings like this that I really, really wish they'd built a drive-through here instead of a covered patio. Did I mention it's a 24-hour location, like in bigger (much bigger!) cities? Well, it comes with another big-city characteristic: this location apparently has its own homeless resident. He's there, just off the patio on warmer days, indoors at a table on the colder ones, just about every time I visit. I guess so long as he doesn't bother folks, it's no big deal -- and in Florida, one does occasionally need heat (on rare days) and cool air (most of the time). And coffee.

  • Jay N.

Super convenient location right on 192. Fast friendly staff, and despite being in the middle of tourist ville, it is not usually packed. They get your order fast, and in twenty plus visits have never screwed it up. Parking is a bit tight. They have a great outdoor seating area. The free wifi is fast and has always been working. Bathrooms are clean. My only complaint would be that there is no drive through.

    (4)
  • Sean M.

I don't understand how Starbucks locations in NYC that are twice as busy have lines half as long. The employees were nice. OK two of them may have been retarded as I had to repeat my order twice, to each of them, for a total of four. Our drinks were good when we finally got them. If it were NYC and there was another Starbucks a block away I'd go to that one instead.

    (2)
  • Marci M.

This is a great Starbucks location because it has a huge outdoor patio! I really enjoyed working from there a recent afternoon. It was quite and peaceful, even though it is on a major road.

I love the service and love their outdoor seatings. Very inviting outdoor furniture and beautiful set up.

  • Sarah H.

Extremely busy and they made many drinks wrong. They were short with someone who, in my opinion needed her drink shoved somewhere not so nice, however I still think their customer service couldve been better. I think the customer wasnt sure what she ordered (as it was for her daughter) so ultimately it was complete misunderstanding. If they can't handle the pressure of being busy, hire more people or find a new job...just saying

    (2)
  • Robyn B.

This place is really great at 6:00 in the morning. Otherwise, there is always a line that stretches pretty far back. The staff is really great at getting through the constant busy-ness, though! There's a really cute patio area outside that's very comfortable for doing work or reading a book. It's a very nice location and super convenient when I have to work early hours!

All I have to say is OPEN 24 HOURS!!!!! We arrived at Orlando a little past midnight and I was definitely craving some Starbucks (something you can't do here in Miami because they all close at about 10:30-11)!!!!! It wasn't crazy busy, but they did have a few people there. There seemed to be a lot of students maybe studying or doing homework. I fell in love with their outdoor seating area. It was so big & beautiful with nice tables and comfy couches (again nothing like the ones I've been to here in Miami lol) now I know where I can get Starbucks at anytime of the day when I min Orlando :)

  • Jackie C.

So of course everyone loves their coffee but this morning I got a breakfast sandwhich and it was so good and filling! Also I can't eat cheese and they fixed my sandwhich without chese. Their ham was to die for

I came to redeem my free drink offer here and I was recommended by my friend to get the Peppermint Mocha and it wasn't even mixed properly! I was highly disappointed and didn't find out until after I got home.

  • Michael G.

I feel like it's difficult to rate Starbucks based on product, because they practically offer the same product everywhere. So I'll base my review in overall experience. This location is adequate in terms of getting your coffee fix, but there are time you will be waiting 20min in line to order. It's very convenient that they are open for 24 hours, so locals can grab coffee all hours of the day. This also draws quite a large tourist crowd, especially at certain hours. Being my local Starbucks, I will definitely be returning here.

    (3)
  • Brian W.

Felt like almost any other Starbucks but waa kinda quiet. They let me edit my drink order when I was nearly done with my latte. Seemed very clean yet under staffed.

24 hours? Yes. Tasty Starbucks, prompt service, easy location, lots of space for lounging, patio seating with couches. What's not to love?

    (5)
  • Susie R.

Handy location, very spacious indoors and the patio seating outside is large, covered, with lots of comfy seating. If there isn't enough parking in front just go to the back lot. Some reviewers have complained about the service but it was great the day I was there. I saw five folks working behind the counter, all working full-bore, Starbucks-style. This was at 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. on a Thursday morning, pouring down rain and very busy. I enjoyed a pleasant cappuccino in a china cup on the patio before leaving Orlando. I usually prefer a local coffee shop to a chain but they're pretty difficult to find when traveling. I agree whole-heartedly with Bruce R. - I just can't give 5 stars to anything but a local coffee shop. This Starbucks comes darned close.

    (4)
  • Bruce R.

Okay, confession time -- I just can't give any St. Arbuck's five stars because my 5th star is always reserved for indie/loca vibe. That said, this is a pretty awesome store: Open 24 hours and a uber-comfy patio area. There are plenty of tables inside and a fair number of power outlets. Convenient location, helpful staff and clean.

  • Sabrina B.

This is my Favorite Starbucks location located in the Kissimmee 192 strip area, directly across from the entrance to Celebration. This location does not have a drive-thru, but does have a wonderful large outdoor covered patio complete with ceiling fans. It has 4 groupings of outdoor sofas and a few tables w chairs. So outdoor seating for 30 plus...in the shade :-) There is also indoor seating if you prefer. The service has always been good and the iced coffee (my fav) is also prepared well. There is usually a line, but service is pretty quick. Good Service, Predictable Product, Covered outdoor seating...a favorite afternoon stop.

    (4)
  • TamEra M.

The staff is friendly, but the service is suuuuper slow! I've been to a Starbucks that's way busier than them like in Georgia, South Carolina and New York and of course my hometown and they keep it moving. Here it's slow and u would think being in touristville that it would be faster. Just have patience w this Starbucks because u will need it!

First of all, I LOVE STARBUCKS! Second of all, yesterday was FREE PASTRY DAY! Third of all, my super good friend is now a supervisor here! That aside, I still had a wonderful experience there. So I've been trying to cut down on my Starbucks fix but I cannot turn down free...The only catch with "FREE PASTRY" was that you needed to purchase a beverage, which I would have gotten anyway going into Starbucks. Maybe I was lucky that I got there 20 minutes before the free pastry promo was done but there were so many people working I don't know how they got around each other. The baristas all worked together very well but they screwed up my drink order...I got a Grande instead of the Tall that I ordered. Not that I complained, It was a screw up in my favor. I ordered my norm, Craramel Frappacchino (did I spell that right?) and my free pastry I got a cinnamon crumb cake. I proceeded to run into a friend so we sat at the little bar and just watched people work. It was such a neat experience because I never stop to just watch what goes on behind the counter. I give all those ladies and gentlemen props for getting orders out so quick. I also noticed the amount of folks that just leave the counter and don't pay attention to their orders when they are ready. After enjoying about an hour with said friend chit chatting, I had to get moving. On my way out to say good-bye to my friend who works here she was telling me how no one got a cupcake after she built a dozen cupcake boxes. I don't think people realized you COULD get a cupcake with the free pastry promotion. I ended up getting a vanilla bean to go which I am currently shoving in my face. I highly recommend the Starbucks cupcakes; they are so good! The icing is perfectly sweet and even overnight, my cupcake isn't dried out. It's not quite as moist as cupcakes I would make but they are still yummy! I had a great experience yesterday and look forward to some more!

Even though there's a line to the door, I am in and out in no time at all. This location is always fast and clean, with friendly service. The out door seating area is spacious and always clean when I go there. Conveniently located just outside my apartment complex, so I get to go as often as I want without having to drive around to find it. Open 24 hours a day so I can feed my addiction when ever the urge hits. My favorite mid day or mid night pick me up spot. I loved their latest item: Vanilla spice latte. It's kind of Turkish coffee and cream. Coming for March is Caramel or Hazelnut macchiato, hot or iced.
