I wouldn't give this place any stars if I had the choice. I have never been to a Vietnamese restaurant before, so this was my first time. My family is in LOVE with this food, so we decided to check this place out. This way I could try this AWESOME food, right? Well, the food was okay. I had the beef pho and some summer rolls. I think I would have enjoyed the food more if the service wasn't so horrible. Our waiter was a man who told us he had a "rough night" the night before which was supposed to explain why he was messing up everything we asked for. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant and it still took more than 10 minutes for him to take our order for drinks. He took our order for food and then came back a minute later to RETAKE the order! I asked for napkins and that went over his head because he had to be reminded. He was easily frustrated when we requested anything. The owner came by to check on us, but it just felt weird because she just stood there and stared at us while we ate... Like, right next to us. Towards the end, we asked him to separate our checks and that was a whole other problem in itself. We were being EXTREMELY patient and he still got frustrated with us. Another waitress came by to help him out while I was trying to settle wrong charges on my bill and he took the receipt, slammed it, and said to the waitress "Here, do YOU wanna just do this?!" and then rolled his eyes. She had to politely tell him to calm down. It was an uncomfortable and hostile environment. I understand people have bad days. We all do. My complaint here is there was no friendliness or any sort of customer service. There were no apologies for his mistakes. He did not even say goodbye to us as we were walking out RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. In spite of all this, we all all remained patient. I will not be going back as I'm sure there are better Vietnamese places around. I would not recommend going to this restaurant unless you're going for take-out. How bad can they be at handing you a bag of food, right? I won't be taking my chances either way! By the way, I believe his name was Joe.

Ordered to go: First time ordering from this place.... We ordered 2 orders of summer rolls, SG FLOWER, Beef pho, and fried rice combo. The Saigon flower did not come in a wonton shell or with scallops like the menu stated.... It Just came with chicken, beef, shrimp, vegetable, & white rice?!?! And for the price of $19.95.... Ummmm over priced for no scallops or wontons ... Either they messed up our order or their "chef special" is not special at all!!! The fried rice combo, beef pho, and summer rolls on the other hand.... Were pretty good. I believe in second chances... I'll give this place one more shot.... Then give my final verdict.

Ok pho. They give you very little greens, but the chicken and noodles are good quality. The atmosphere is very nice and staff is friendly.

I decided to check this place out hoping it would be a hit since it's closer to where I live. The place was a little difficult to find since I'm not too familiar with downtown Kissimmee. Food was okay, but I did enjoy their banh xeo.

After trying to give this place another shot, I found two long blacks hairs in my PHO take out. It was Missing bean sprouts and the the portions were very small, but I sure did have hair. Soo disappointed I tired to give this place a try. They lost a few customers now, unless they make drastic changes.

This review is only for the pho beef and summer roll. I took out,.. so I can't attest to the table service. Take out service was excellent! Let me start out by saying....I LOVE pho... love it. Mills / 50 area with all its great Vietnamese places is a favorite place of mine to visit. After reading the not so good reviews my expectations were low for this lonely island of Vietnamese sequestered across Broadway from the happening restaurant / bar scene on Dakin. And the drum roll please,..... The pho was yummy with all the normal accoutrements one would normally find associated with pho. The summer roll was almost perfection,..... summer rolls are another LOVE of mine... it was on the smaller side,.. but still large enough! The price was higher than what you would find on Mills for the pho, but there isn't any competition in Kissimmee for pho so... Thumbs up from me :).

I was so happy to see a Vietnamese restaurant finally open up in Kissimmee! This place is a gem among the many Spanish eateries in this area . Not only do they serve Vietnamese food, they serve crawfish and oysters too! This is definitely a paradise for a seafood and Vietnamese food lover like me. My 8 year old daughter was happy with her grilled pork and rice . She is a grilled pork and rice expert because that's the only thing she orders at any Vietnamese restaurant. There were a few other restaurants pork and rice that she refuses to eat ! And if she liked their pork and rice, then this restaurant is a keeper ! I had the Vietnamese sandwich, the banh mi . It was delicious and tasted really home made The food was made fresh and the service came with a friendly smile. I will definitely come back .

I buy spring rolls when ever I see a Vietnamese rest. but this time I decided to try the chicken Pho. I don't have anything to compare to but I did like my the soup overall. It was a little watery I guess but I don't like to much salt anyway. And the chicken was a little dry. The noodles and vegetables (not plenty) were fresh. The spring rolls were excellent, better than ones I've had from restaurants in Flushing. Definitely going back to try a different Pho.

My family and I were staying in the area for about a week for vacation. My parents were craving pho and wanted to try out any remote places that served vietnamese food, so when I looked up vietnamese restaurants in Kissimmee, Florida, this particular place showed up first and I saw a good number of good reviews, so we wanted to give this place a try. The location is in downtown Kissimmee, and it's nearly a hole in the wall place, so if you don't look carefully you could easily miss it. Coming inside the restaurant, the place was extremely vast and roomy and gave a sort of club/bar atmosphere. First walking in, there is a huge bar, and then there is a huge dining area. Finding out that they had only opened a few months ago, it didn't seem like they had busy nights often, considering that we walked in on a Sunday night. Honestly, the food wasn't as great as we were hoping for it to be. Starting off with the drinks, I had ordered a Thai Tea while my sister ordered a Honeydew bubble tea with tapioca, and the drinks were not bad at all, in fact they were pretty tasty. As for the food, I had ordered their Saigon Noodles (Pad Thai) while the rest of my family had ordered Pho. As for the noodles, they were pretty decent, not bad. Their Pad Thai flavoring was a little bit different compared to other Pad Thai's that I've had, but it was something that I was able to eat and enjoy for a bit. As for the pho, it seems as if the soup had gone a little old/bad, and their meat was old and almost went bad as well. They were a little overpriced, about $10-11 for a bowl of pho and my parents didn't think the price was worth it for the quality of the pho. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed with the food. As for their service, the employees were all extremely nice and courteous, they tended to our every need and gave us everything that we asked for, as well as checked up on us. It seems like this place is a family owned restaurant. Overall, we received great service but I wish I could say the same thing about the food.

When you find good Pho that's a wonderful thing. We were visiting from out of town for Disney and after a long day in the parks wanted...needed authentic Vietnamese. Found this gem on yelp and decided to give it a go. Was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. My wife and I had Pho and it was as good as we used to get back in Oakland and our son had the Vietnamese Grilled Pork sandwich, which was also very delicious. I'm excited to go back one more time at least before we go home.

Excellent place for daytime and late meal. Not sure why the low reviews by some. This is traditional restaurant run by very friendly people. I travel a lot and finding good places to eat is difficult but I was truly happy finding Saigon Harbor (very easy to find)

From out of town and happened to be hungry while in the area. I looked up Pho places and this popped up... Had Pho tai-gan. Broth was sweet and yummy. Iced coffee was refreshing. Will go again if in the area.

First timers on a Friday night with a Groupon for a bucket of oysters and 2 beers. Have to say oysters were huge and our waiter Jakob was very attentive. Had a few cocktails from the bar and they were a generous pour. Enjoyed ourselves, will go back again. Would have given 5 * but appetizer (sampler) we ordered wasn't very good.

OK, so I am grateful this place decided to open up in kissimmee FL. we need more culture in this area. The good things are....The waitress was super friendly and very attentive. The food was traditional vietnamese dishes but lacked flavor. I invited my friends to join me for dinner here. They had never eaten vietnamese food and this was the closest place we could find with ok reviews. We arrived and were the only people in the restaurant. Full bar which is great, but the waitress knew nothing about mixed drinks. I ordered the summer rolls with peanut dipping sauce and the sauce was good but the pork in the rolls was tasteless and the lettuce was not fresh. My friend ordered the pineapple rice which was very tasty. I ordered the vermicelli noodles and fried pork but in a huge bowl, it was mostly noodles hardly no pork. The noodles had no flavor. Then ordered a bubble tea as I was leaving and the flavor was good but the boba was stale and old. I really wanted to like this place and believe they have potential. They just need fresher food and more flavor. I have been to many vietnamese restaurants so I am familiar with the cuisine. It is good when it is cooked right with fresh ingredients.

Abba while on the stereo that was skipping on a Saturday night. Ordered summer rolls and spring rolls to start. Summer rolls that were tiny arrived 15 minutes after the spring rolls. Only beef or chicken in Pho with no other traditional meats arrived with small portion, little plate of lime/sprouts/basil and not even warm soup. Sure seemed microwaved with no taste. By the way if you like MSG you'll love this place. Does this place really need a 20 stool bar with 2 taps on draft and no liquor shown? Decor is umm ummm interesting not in a good way. If you like Abba and Luke warm Pho then you'll love this place.

The reviews on here seem to be old and outdated. The service was quite exceptional. Our waitress and the ladies were really nice to us. She checked on us regularly to make sure we were ok. The pho was alright but the bo luc lac was amazingly delicious. I might just be pretty bias on the pho because im vietnamese and come from northern Virginia where pho is a staple dish almost everywhere. It definitely wasn't bad though because we had waaaaaaaay worse. Other than that I would recommend this place and if I was visiting longer I would come by more often to try all the other dishes. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive from our hotel! Will be returning whenever we find ourselves in the area.

Food was delicious. Had Pho and oysters. Be advised though, the check in offer for a free spring roll and the $19 for $25 deal are kind of scams! I checked in and showed the free offer. The spring rolls were good. It wasn't until the check that the scam was revealed. The spring roll offer was "1 free spring roll". I guess they sell them by 2's. so I was charged for 1! ridiculous. Also we saw and ordered the Oyster special which was $19.99. Once again the oysters were yummy, but then the check came. Long story short, the manager had to come over and explain that she could not give me the special price for the oysters because I was utilizing the $19 for $25 deal. So the $6 I saved on the deal was erased by the oyster deal I was not allowed to have. The food was good, but the management and service was extremely subpar.

Not worth it, unless you want to come here to get sick. $9 for a small bowl of pho with minuscule amounts of meat. The fat in the flank was yellowing. The basil was goon bad. We were brought out 2 slices of jalapeño for 2 bowls of pho. ( so one slice each??? ) Thai tea and thai iced coffee were 95% ice, couldn't even stir it to get the milk to distribute. Pho broth was diluted, not fragrant or flavorful at all. Drive up to Goldenrod instead, this place isn't worth it. Sad since it's the only Pho place remotely in the area.

Love the Bucket of Oysters deal here. The Oysters have always been fresh and tasty. Most of the time they are even a great size. You cant beat this deal if you are an oyster lover. The Papaya Salad is also great but I have them substitute the squid for pork and shrimp.
