The food was excellent! Very good taste and super healthy! But wish the staff would be more watchful of the beverages, they ran out of iced tea, although I told an employee, 20 minutes later there was still no iced tea...

I had the worse experience in this panera bread store. I placed an order online, since it was a big order I had to wait 1 hour to pick it up, once I arrive there to pick up my order the cashier said that it was not there so she called the Manager. The manager was so rude to me and started making excuses for why the food was not ready and that she cannot give me a refund because her system won't let her. She basically forced me into buying food worth of $84 dollars, and I had to wait for it. The whole point of me ordering and paying online was so I don't have to wait but I had to wait for the food to be prepared for about 20 minutes add to that the whole hour that I waited at home and the 15 minutes that she was making excuses. I wasted almost 2 hours and she didn't even offer me any thing for free neither a sincere apology. I am so disappointed that I am never going back to Panara.

While all Paneras are pretty much the same (though the one on Lake Eola in downtown Orlando has a charming outdoor dining area), one thing can certainly be said about their food - delicious. For those who haven't been, don't expect anything fancy, but do be prepared for some well prepared sandwiches and soups. Speaking of soups... do try the broccoli and cheese and the clam chowder. You can get both in bowl size OR if you want to load up on carbs, order the soup in a bread bowl. Either way you will be delighted. I have tried a number of the sandwiches and wraps and have yet to be disappointed. As sandwich places go, this one is a tad bit pricey, but the 1/2 sandwich/wrap and soup combos won't break the bank if you visit a couple of times a month. Another plus - free wifi.

Had a pleasant lunch with my wife. The staff is always very attentive and as always the food is fresh and delicious. Loved Thai chicken salad, and my wife can never get enough of the creamy tomato soup... Good eats!

Love this location. Customer service is always great, and my order is always right and delicious. They have a new smoothie called the Passion Power smoothie and it is amazing. It has passion fruit, peaches, pineapple, mango and spinach. Definitely my go to place when I want something light and healthy.

Never had an issue at this Panera. You know the food is good, the food is fresh, and the coffee is always hot. Good place with good employees.

I seriously cut this place some slack back then, it seemed. When you compare this Panera to other Paneras it completely pales in comparison. One of my main qualms with this place is how stupidly small it is. I understand you are inside the Loop, but could the planner or designer not have figured, "Hmm... maybe this place might get crazy busy around lunch time."? Seriously, it's way too small. It's hard to even find a table sometimes, and one without the prior customer's food crumbs on it. The service is indeed fast, but I've recently experienced some missteps in the preparation. I've once gotten a regular bowl when I asked for a bread bowl and another time I got a completely different sandwich. Like, what's up? Also, there used to be a time where Panera had absolutely delicious chicken noodle soup. However, they changed their formula for it some time ago and now it tastes like it comes directly out of a Campbell's can. The food is good enough, the service is touchy, and it's way too small for how busy it gets. (This Panera deserves a 2.5, though. But we can blame that one on Yelp.) If you want Panera then go to the one next to the Turnpike on Osceola, it's better.

I like this Panera. It's located in the Loop in Kissimmee. I've gone here many times for a quick bite. They have indoor seating and an outdoor covered patio. Food is good but pretty much the same as all Panera's across the board.

We all know about Panera Bread. It's when you cana't deal with another Big Mac and you haven't got time for a really nice restaurant. It's food as fuel. The food is good and the people are nice. This is good if you're in a hurry.

This location is by far the worst Panera location I've ever been to. Have tried it half a dozen times but I'm done wasting my money. Drive a couple miles up the road and visit the location on Osceola Parkway for much better quality food. It's like their not even the same brand!

This restaurant is located in the outer ring of The Loop shopping center. This is probably my second favorite Panera Bread in the Orlando area. It would be my first if it wasn't for the insane drivers and parking situation at the Loop. The service is always fast and friendly and even though it is usually crowded at any time of the day, we can usually score a table. Their soups, salads and sandwiches are all great. I am a big fan of the soup and sandwich deal. The bakery selection at the location is always fresh and plentiful. Sab loves the Hibiscus teas. The prices seem a bit steep for fast food, but then again, Is this really fast food? Bottom line: Great Staff Great Food OK prices You may die trying to get from your car to the door. - take a chance!

Love this place! Their are so many options, I suggest you try any of the power salads, pasta dishes, broccoli cheddar soup, and iced green tea! Yummy, all my favorites!:)

Chicken chipotle was yummy. Panera's usually consistent where ever you go. Enjoyed the free-wifi.

I love Panera, specially this one that's in The Loop! Excellent fast service, always very clean. I like how the employees all greet customers!

This is a standard Panera but it does have very nice and attentive staff. There is a choice of inside air conditioned and outside shaded patio seating. The wifi coverage is good in both areas. Naturally it gets busy during the lunchtime rush but the food is up to the usual high Panera standard. They could use more power outlets to drive my plethora of electronics but if I am patient and move quickly I can usually find a table close to one of the outlets. The location right in the middle of the Loop East is very convenient.

I love their salmon ceasar salad. I came today for their herbal tea but once I'm off this diet, Im looking forward to enjoying it again :-) this branch has very fast and friendly customer service and the manager is always present and active in ensuring everyone has a good experience.

I can't get enough of Panera's sweet lovin!! I have tried every salad, soup, and most of their sandwiches. I love their Thai salad and their Cuban sandwich best.

You can't really complain about Panera. You know you'e going to get good food (sandwiches, soups & salads) at a fair price. As a previous "Yelp"-er said, they are getting pricier by adding more and more "Signature" items that cost more than they need to. Their soups are delicious as well. Try the Chicken & Wild Rice soup if they have it when you go. Always a favorite is the "You Pick Two". You get a 1/2 sandwich plus soup or salad. The funny thing is, I went recently with a friend, and his salad on his "You Pick Two" was the same size as mine, and he got a 1/2 sandwich with his (for nearly the same price). I have to remember that for next time! :-)

If you've been to a Panera, you know what to expect from this location. Good sandwiches, soups and salads, as well as bakery. They do keep introducing pricier "signature" items, but when I stand in line to order and get a pager to go pick up my food from another counter, I find $9 steep for a salad.

Ordered ham n swiss on a bagel. Looked good. Dropped it on the floor. Took it to fiarella at the counter, who replaced it immediately and without question. Thanks for the good service.
