I'm gonna start my review with my one goofy complaint... Every time I order here, I ask for extra pickle spears. I love pickles. Every order I get...... 0 pickle spears. If I go through drivethru, I don't check the entire bag until I'm back on my journey. I've never been impressed with Panera and I find the prices aren't equal to the quality of the meal, except the mac 'n cheese. Half of my experiences would be a 2 star rating and sometimes they'd be a 4 star rating. Tonight was almost a 2 star rating, but the drivethru attendant Kayla was great. Her friendly demeanor, warm smile, and confident eye contact earned Panera an extra star. My advise for someone who has never eaten at Panera would be to go inside and eat. Panera doesn't have that "to-go" type meal experience you get from the burger joints.

The food has been better lately. When they first opened up I had a huge crack in my bowl and then the second time I found a hair in my sandwich (not appetizing at all.) While the food is good, the staff hasn't been as friendly lately. I haven't been through the drive thru, so I'm not sure if it's the same staff for both, but yeah, it's alright. Normally Panera is one of the first restaurants I'll suggest if we don't want a heavy meal, but I don't feel any want to go here to often. Updated to say that review still stands. I feel las though every time I've gone in something happens - they don't have items listed on menu, MyPanera system is down and they can't redeem a reward any other way.

After a long day at Magic Kingdom all we wanted to do was get food to go and chill at the resort. So went through the drive through to get my husband his Veggie Sandwich. The sandwich was fresh and tasty. Drive through was quick and pleasant.

Great place to start out the day. Always fresh coffee and pastries. Clean and tidy, friendly staff and busy.

Fellow Yelpers, With this location being in the heart of tourist country 3 miles from Disney World you would think the management would know how to prepare enough breakfast items for the customers instead of turning them away. With a line full of people trying to order soufflés at 9 am and management yelling at the cashiers to " they don't have any now" I asked how many do they make at a time and I was told 4 to 6. Without being able to pre order them. This Panera gives off the " I don't really care attitude " and people were very able to tell that. With many other places to chose from we walked out like a lot of there un happy patrons. And 2.50 for a pumpkin decorated sugar cookie? Really ? Your menu items are not even priced adequately for costs. Which is something I normally look past till received a horrible experience at this location. Let me know when management changes maybe I'll try again as for now I'll toss my rewards card in the garbage. Kinda how like I felt when I walked away from this establishment.

We were visiting from LA and PB is our favorite hang out location. The staffs here are so friendly and I would like to extend my appreciation exclusively to 'Marilyn' who did few things extraordinary to help us enjoying more our dinner. Thank you all PB personnels for ur warm hospitality.

Panera is always a great quick stop, and this location has a drive thru if you are really needing a grab and go. I would recommend that over dining in - it is difficult to find a clean table. Multiple tables may be empty, but are not clean. This location is just OK - service is spotty and your orders may or may not come out correctly. Either that, or the quality of the food is just inconsistent. Sometimes your chocolate chip cookie is baked perfectly and chewy and melty, and sometimes it is crispy. Sometimes you order chips and it is printed on the receipt, and you might still get the baguette. Or you might order no cheese, and there's still cheese on your sandwich. Despite all that, we still go pretty regularly as it is in a very convenient location for us in the Rolling Oaks Plaza.

Five stars for the staff, they're always smiling, and are very helpful with the menu. The food, however just misses the mark. There have been a few items that I have ordered at this location that come out much, much better at other locations. The tomato mozzarella panini in particular has been excellent at other locations, but just mediocre here. Yesterday we went for dinner, and I ordered the steak and cheddar sandwich, and the steak was extremely tough, and the caramelized onions were barely cooked. I haven't been disappointed enough though to not go back, but I know they can do better.

We went here almost every morning for breakfast before heading to the Disney parks. They were always very friendly and helpful. Food, like all Paneras, was delicious. One great interaction we had was when my son left his plastic sword he got from one of the parks. We realized a number of hours later. I, unlike my girlfriend, am ever the optimist. So we went up there in hopes we could find it. The manager was very helpful and we searched high and low where we sat. Nothing. We walked out to our car and prepared to leave. Then... the manager came running out with it. After we walked out she decided to look around in the back and found it. Going above and beyond.

As much as I'd love to give this place more accolades, it simply does not warrant any more, or less praise that I am about to give. Panera isn't necessarily known as a pantheon of health food, despite what you may have read in recent press. However, they do provide tasty, not complete garbage food and drink for a reasonable price, along with a comfy seat to call home for a few hours while you study or read a book. The free wifi and vast menu make this place a hard temptation to stay away from, especially in the absence of any really great coffee lounges nearby. I've frequented this location several times in the last few months doing just that and there a few things I would like to point out Positive: - Food selection and quality are top notch, even if they are stuffed with GMO's - Staff are pretty friendly, and attentive to what my order is, even if it's a bit complex - General cleanliness of the facility is also on point, especially given how much traffic they get Negative- - I have gotten the med breakfast sandwich more times than I can count in the last several months, and not once has it looked the same twice. Most times it's not an issue, but in-store consistency is a big deal to me, and furthermore in-company consistency. This tells me there is a huge lack in training somewhere along the line. - The coffee IS literal garbage: Don't expect anything other than it is: overpriced tasteless, and watery. Overall, I'd say go and continue to go if all you want is a study hall with decent snacks, otherwise it's not worth your time.

Called the manager and advised of my issues and to please re-train their girl that worked at the drive thru. She gave me the steak sandwich when I asked for the Asiago turkey. He apologized (didn't sound very sincere). His tone of voice sounded like I was just wasting his time. :/

Food is sloppy compared to other locations and counter staff is inattentive. Made my order but left in on a back counter as I waited. Location is clean.

I went in at 10 am this morning. They already has the soufflés gone and two trays off cookies up. I ended up getting oatmeal. When they buzzed me they hadn't even started making my food. I sat and watched them finish the order in front of me then start mine. The manager was telling the girls that they had turned the line over to quick. They had already set lunch and they were still offering breakfast. They told the manager that he needed to hook up with some girl. He walked away to get out of the conversation but they kept talking about booty calls and how great they are. Great morning conversation. But the food is good.

This was the first time I have tried the drive thru at Panera and was not impressed. I think the guy in front of me ordered a ton of food because it took quite a while. They have a small menu board right before the big board with a few featured things I didn't care about. They should just have two full menu boards because they have a lot of options and you can't see the full menu unless you are right at the box to order and then you don't have any time to look at it. I couldn't even see where they had a list of their bagels. Next time I'll just stick with going inside.

Here's a review of their Drive-thru! Not a long wait at all; only one car ahead! Menu board was easy to read and a computer to tell you what you had ordered. A little annoying the soups aren't listed, so you have to ask or hope your favorite soup is available. Order was taken promptly and a few minutes later, my Panera goodness was in my car! Order was 100% accurate and cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend their drive-thru as it's conveniently located next to the Super Target. Get all your shopping done AND score dinner all in one drive!

Wow, couldn't believe the other reviews on this restaurant. I LOVE Panera Bread and was happy to see this one for lunch today. Went with my husband and 2 friends. The store was not clean and the staff was very distracted, to put it nicely. Our order was correct but the portions weren't half of what we usually receive at other Panera Bread Restaurants. Bread wasn't served with salad, we had to go ask. My 1/2 sandwich was more like a 1/4. We were disappointed and will not go back here but we will try another Panera Bread.

The menu just keeps improving and this location is very spacious, which means that it is comfortable. Along with the room is the efficiency of the crew. They are quick to respond and the food is worth it in quality and presentation.

This is the nicest Panera my husband and I have been to. The service was awesome and our food came out within 5 minutes! They even have the pagers to let you know when your food is ready. My husband always orders the chipotle chicken panini and he said this location got it perfect. Everyone working there was very friendly and it is SO clean! They also have a drive through which I've never seen before at a panera.

I usually am a big fan of Panera. In my last couple visits I have been very disappointed. The staff is rude and they have run out of breakfast items. I went in to order the egg soufflé and they were all gone at 9:30 in the morning with a full restaurant and full drive thru. They said they were making more and would be ready in 15 minutes. I was going to order a bagel and danish and wait for a soufflé. When I asked if I could order a soufflé so when they were done cooking I could have one. The girl told me no because they might burn them. My boyfriend and I decided to leave and when he asked another employee how many soufflés they make at a time they said 4. Really a breakfast place advertising new soufflés only makes four at a time?? I left a not happy customer and gave my business to someone else.

Great staff, very friendly. Tables are aggressively cleared and turn over is fairly fast. Smaller than I expected which causes the line to build very fast. In todays connected age I am surprised they do not have outlets at or close to every seating area. Nothing is cheap but when you are building why not put in the plugs for the convience of patrons. The drive in window seems busy and probably accounts for the smaller interior. Outside seating is fine. Always appreciate the quiet atmosphere of Panera. I have been on factory floors that were not as noisy as the average Starbucks so it is nice to hear quiet music that still allows adult conversation. The surronding area is building quickly to form easy shopping. Always a fan of Panera.
