Boyfriend and I are here on vacation. Decided to go to outback. Had Josh as our waiter. He was awesome. Upbeat, crazy energy but not over the top where u feel smoothed. He was patient. Boyfriend thinks its just southern hospitality, either way it was appreciated. We had the four course meal for $15. Added an appetizer of chicken and spinach appetizer. Got wedge salads. We both did. Awesome. Bacon was well done, dressing wasn't over welcoming. Then we had loaded baked potato soup. Had cheese, bacon and chives. Yeah bacon!! Got our entree I had the outback classic, medium rare, with garlic mash. Yum. He had the Victorian steak medium well with steamed broccoli. So healthy..he liked it. For dessert which I could only manage to get one bite from cause I was so full. It was cheesecake with raspberry and chocolate sauce. He had the cheesecake with just chocolate sauce...so tasty...Uggh so full so good.

I've been to this location 2 seperate times now - last October and this past weekend. Both times the staff have been really nice, we get seated quickly, and the food is always good.

We went to this Outback on a recent Orlando vacation and it was fabulous. If you like sports you must request Paul as your server as he's a very cool guy - he's also a walking encyclopaedia and a big Steelers fan. The food is awesome as well, oh, and we love the 32 oz beers!

This place was nearby our hotel and also opened late. We ate dinner around 10pm and surprisingly there were quite a few people in the restaurant. Food is the same as the other Outback Steakhouse restaurants. We ordered the really oily onion rings and several fish dishes. I would not recommend the fish dishes as the fish was overcooked and really salty. Ironically, no one in our party ordered meat even though we were at a steakhouse. Service was okay. Our waitress was missing half of the time.

I haven't eaten at an Outback in years. It will be decades (or likely never) before I return again. The service was alright. I wish I knew what I wanted sooner ,because those few more minutes to look at the menu had us waiting for the waitress for another 10-15 minutes. I am glad we ordered drinks and the app early on. I got the Aussie Rum Punch - horrible. You could only taste the sprite in it . Nothing punchy about it. I am not one to complain (seriously) but when she asked how it was , I told her the truth. ( I was surprised to see 15% taken off the bill- she didn't even say anything about that ). Glad it only cost $4. I just looked at the menu - no where should it have had Sprite in it - they didn't mix it right. The food left alot to be desired. Kids Meal Mac and Cheese - large bowl of processed cheese with corkscrew pasta - the 2 year old enjoyed it Hamburger with Blooming Onions - it was enjoyed by my friend - was a decent size with some fries on the side Chicken Tenders Meal - large tenders - fried - nothing special Chicken on the Barbie (my meal) with fries - a chicken breast with black pepper and salt on top. I ate about a quarter of it and gave the rest to the baby. I meant to take the left overs home- but I guess I left it on the table. No loss. The highlight of the meal were the CHICKEN WINGS. Very nicely seasoned = pricey though at $9.99 We should have gone to Bahama Breeze or Chilis, my bad.

The night started off well enough. I was part of a large group and the service was actually really good. I've eaten at Outback before so I knew what to expect. I got the outback special which is a sirloin and is usually very good. The steak was cooked like I wanted it medium rare however it was really tough. The sweet potato and the fries were really good. Just wish the steak was better. I will still go to outback but I was just a little disappointed in this one

Mediocre experience. We were seated immediately but the service was extremely slow. My party ordered a blooming onion but complained about how hard and dried out it was. The manager was nice enough to remove it from our tab. I had a margarita that was very bitter. I couldn't even finish it. I had the pasta with shrimp and chicken: BLAND and greasy. Right now they are offering $4 drinks and appetizers. Still hungry when I left. Better experiences at other Outbacks.

They had immediate service. And best thing they made me the bushman's mushrooms( which are no longer on the menu) nice staff had no problems getting in and seating down. I would recommend the outback special with broccoli. It is delicious, or as good as you can get for a steak while dining out. I will be back if ever in the area again.

I will start by saying that my husband and I are very picky. We have been to several Outback locations. Venice, FL has been our favorite. However, I would say the service we received from this location was THE best by far. Daryl was an exceptional waiter. He exhibited a high level of customer service...we could not have asked for any better. I hope he is a trainer! Food was amazing - cesar salads, coconut shrimp and prime rib. Cleanliness and atmosphere are all an A+ (despite it being in a strip mall off a very busy road). We WILL be going back and recommending it to our friends!

Service was great! Nice sweet older lady. One problem I encountered was with the double burger. The patties were overcooked. The patties were very crisp and not juicy at all. What's crazy is that I wasn't going to send it back but the server insisted. The next double burger that came out was way undercooked. Oh we'll. maybe next time. My girlfriends steak was pretty good. I just think maybe the cooks aren't trained well. I have eaten at other out backs and this is by far the worst food quality.

I want to say this was a pretty bad experience. I came here with a group of guys from work since we are in Orlando for a work conference in the city. We were seated and I hate to sound mean or unfair but our waiter looked like she had a lot going on. I mean she really wasn't all there. You know when someone composes them selves in a certain manner by speech or mannerism that isn't all there. Well yea Bingo! Went with the following in my table: Potato Soup: It was loaded version if the soup with cheese, bacon and sour cream along with pieces of potato chunks inside. However, the soup was ice cold. I assume It sat at the servers table for quite some time and the server simply forgot about it or decided take out other food first. Toasted Coconut Shrimp: This wasn't bad I would say it was above average. The shrimp itself was jumbo and were a decent size. It's fried in batter and coconut flakes. You can taste the coconut in your bite and it's paired with a pineapple/jalapeño sauce which was actually decent. The oil used appeared to be fresh since the food wasn't dark brown, it had a nice golden color. Chicken Quesadilla: Honestly, if you blind folded me and told me this was from Taco Bell I would believe it. No distinctive flavor and there was more cheese than chicken, it was served with a cheesy honey mustard sauce for dipping purposes which I can do with out. Honestly, I'd prefer the Taco Bell one. Trio Platter: This platter brings a small rack of ribs along with a chicken filet, bacon wrapped shrimp and fries. I decided and specifically said I wanted melted cheese sauce on the fries not shredded cheese melted in top of the fries. Well I got what I didn't asked for. The fries were greasy beyond being edible. I didn't even bother eating them. In addition, I didn't get the sauce. The ribs were actually not bad they were tender and the BBQ wasn't over powering either. The shrimp was ok the bacon was crisp yet tender but the shrimp was a little dry for my liking. The chicken was average filet. Nothing fancy. The second server was quite helpful but the original server still looked as confused as a dog turning it's head to the side wondering what's going on. I was quite disappointed and expected a lot better. I believe the quality of the food was below average to average and the customer service and hospitality was the same. If back in town I would go with a different alternative.

Not too crowded. The service was good but they messed up our order twice and the chicken wings still had some chicken feathers like on it. The employees and the managers were very nice about it though. They took both steaks and chicken wings off the check and gave us a soup to eat in the meantime while they remade the steaks.

Never in my life have I experienced such bad service. Came by myself to the bar . Took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. After ordering my beer, I asked for menu and waited another 10 minutes. When trying to order my food the bartender kept walking away when trying to order. Very rude. Needless to say the food came out wrong but he didn't seem to care. Got ripped off bad at this location .

A wonderful dinner experience and excellent service by Kaylee who was very attentive and anticipated our needs without asking . Ease of reservations and quick seating was great . We are frequent diners at Outbacks wherever we travel and at home . We can say this was the absolute best service by Kaylee we have ever experienced . The order was prepared exactly as requested and was served hot and fresh !! Great service with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor . A very clean and noise free environment to enjoy dinner conversation A delightfully pleasant dining experience ! Kudos Kaylee and the staff/ management at this location. Need you in Boca Raton , Florida desperately !!!

We have been in Orlando 5 days and this is the best service and meal we have had yet. Disney is put to shame! Jerry was an outstanding server! You should ask for him! He made the night so enjoyable.

I ordered a half order of an appetizer and soup, out of my group I was the last one served (after the waiter went back to the kitchen to correct other people's orders) and my soup never came. When my soup finally did arrive it had mushrooms which is not what is stated on the menu (I am very allergic). The cherry on top was my boyfriend waking up with food poisoning.

How is it possible that this Outback location gets such a high rating bewilders me! From the moment we sat down, our waiter was so overwhelmed that he didn't stop by the table for a good while. When he did, he was so unfamiliar with the menu. Then we get stale bread, reheated in the microwave, and the list goes on! Thank God for the manager who saved the day! He was very amicable, taking care of everything to rectify the situation. Clearly not the best location I've been to...

We have always felt that we haven't had a bad meal at Outback, mom matter where we go....and we were right again. We had one of the special 3-course meals for &12.99. We both chose the 6oz sirloin medium rare....and it was perfectly cooked...a salad and a side. Dinner also came with desert, which we took "to go". We had a sweet waitress, Carly. It was a busy night and service and wait times were slow. Luckily I love my company, so my hubby and I just had great conversation. When Carly said she'd be right back, we'll that was one of those good conversation times.

Well...we walked up to the host desk and were ignored. A guy was talking into his headset and paid no mind to us at all. He ignored us. Another family came in behind us about a minute later. A young black girl walked up to them and greeted them, then promptly sat them at a table. The guy at the desk then walked away. Totally snubbing us. I will never go back there again. We walked across the street and had a great meal at Red Lobster

I know I'm bucking the trend here somewhat, but I simply do not think this Outback is exceptional by any means. I've been visiting the area for years and stopped going to this Outback 4 or 5 years ago after it seemed to go downhill. Today I thought I'd give it a fresh chance, hoping it had improved. Sadly not the case. Whilst there was nothing I can single out as being massively wrong with my order, the quality of the food is just not there for the price - at least in my book. I can drive 1 mile west and have dinner at The Longhorn for the same money, and have a totally superior experience. This evening I ordered the Ribs & Chicken on the Barbie. The ribs were good but the chicken was dry and absent of flavour. It's worth noting that the chicken sandwich I had at the Perkins not too far away the other day was a good deal tastier. I'm sure Outback would consider themselves in a different league to diner food, but this is the reality of things - at least for me. If I could award 2.5 stars for "decidedly average" then I would.

Ive lived in Orlando area for 8 years now and this was one of the greatest experiences I have had since coming here. The bartenders are incredibly attentive, and were on top of everything. A couple of items came out overcooked, which happens, but the service team took care of us better than I could have asked for. I help run restaurants and I want my team to work like this team was. I was really stunned. Amazing flavors, great team from the servers to the managers, and great atmosphere. I couldnt ask for more from a location. They have gained a few regular patrons.

I always sit at the bar & I have never had any issues. The happy hour specials starting at 9-c are legit. My only complaint is that the lights were too bright over the bar & I wish they were dim.

I have never eaten at an Outback before, but I might go back again. The offerings were surprisingly healthy (if you look through the entire menu), and it is possible to eat a good meal and not end up stuffed, although you could also go w-a-y overboard, too! Our server, Paul, was excellent, and we wish we could have him at every restaurant. This is a loud, crowded family place, with a good menu and we eat here again.

Let most outback's the food and service were great! Every member of the staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. If we asked for something it was at our table right away. The sirloin, medium, was done to perfection. I hardly ever go wrong with outback, but even for outback's this place stood out!

i was here on opening day. i am just not sure if I can do any more rootin' tootin' loud ass steak houses that sing and clap every hour on the hour and have another birthday every 5 min that needs to be SCREAMED through the place. I think this will be a lunch spot on Social Security pay day.

My family and I have been coming to this outback for years. Even before we lived in the area we would frequent it when visiting. The servers are good and the usually get you seated pretty quickly even when it's mobbed. The food comes quick and delicious and they do a great job being extra personable! I really enjoy this outback! Love the petit Victoria filet as well as the 2 lobster tail meal grilled. It's a bit of a mix up but it's a unique meal you can't often get anywhere else!
