Typical ihop food. An excellent greasy breakfast. What more could you ask for. I stopped here at 2 in the morning when I arrived in Florida. I one of their really good breakfasts that had everything. Ham, bacon, sausage, two eggs and pancakes. Delicious. My server Wasserstein very friendly and and excellent waiter. However, there were three big parties that came in and I had to wait forever after I finished my meal and for additional service. The place was understaffed. They also were very slow to seat. I stood at the counter a good 15 minutes before anyone showed up. They were all in the back. Same thing getting out of the place. Took forever for someone to help me with checkout. But, delicious breakfast fare of you are up for lots of cholesterol and taste.

Stay AWAY! This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The food was horrible and sloppy, my mother in law received her pancakes had a half cooked piece of bacon in between the two. The waitress brought back a small plate with many pieces of bacon, some overcooked some looked edible, I didn't try them. We told the waitress we did not order the bacon and to bring pancakes, we never received the fresh order of pancakes. I ordered a T-bone and eggs, the eggs were scrambled, but undercooked the T-bone was cooked with absolutely no seasoning. My son ordered a spinach mushroom omelet which looked good, but came out at least 5 minutes after the rest of the party was served, the waitress blamed the delay on too many cooks in the kitchen, really, that is the excuse she gave us. My son was in the bathroom as soon as we entered Disney Hollywood, for some reason this dish did not agree with his stomach, I am not too surprised. Funny thing is, my wife asked if they mainly serve tourist, I thought it was silly to ask that in a place next to Disney, but the answer was quite telling, the waitress let us know that locals do not come to eat at the restaurant - again not too surprised.

On holiday in Orlando with my family. Thought we'd try IHOP for breakfast. Food was OK. The experience was absolutely ruined by the General Manager. He could be heard SCREAMING at his staff the entire hour we were there. Not once or twice. The entire hour. Nonstop. Running a tight ship is one thing. Intimidation and screaming is rude and unprofessional. As a diner, it made the entire meal uncomfortable and unpleasant. I complained twice but he kept going. Third time I hollered from outside the kitchen as loud as he was that he can be heard from every corner of the restaurant. He kept right on going. His staff was nervous and I believe made mistakes because if his incessant barking. All that nervous energy does make it's way into the food and all the diners. Until he either changes his style or they can him, do yourselves a favor and stay clear. You don't spend your hard earned vacation time to hear rude and unprofessional screaming.

Shockingly, this was one of the best meals we had on our Florida vacation. Pancakes were perfectly sized and fluffy, eggs were farm fresh, and the service was phenomenal. All of the staff was friendly to us and worked together as a team. The best pancake experience we have had in a long time. As incredibly crowded as it was, they were very fast with making our food. A must have for a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal.

The WORST IHOP I have ever been. I gave ZERO star. We came here at around 8: 30 pm. It was a little busy but rush hour was definitely passed. Waited for a while, a waitress came to order but forgot her pen. Not prepared. We offered the pen to her. 40 minutes passed, soup and salad for the combo were served on the fist table. However, not until we told the waitress did she realize she did not give us any forks, knives and napkins. Still, nothing was brought to the second table. 50 minutes passed, the waitress brought soup and salad to second table. We asked if we could get the food fast as we were staving. " We have full house and you have to wait." Responded without any apologies. At the time, it was only 2/3 fulled. if you do not have the ability to manage the full house., then SHUT DOWN! 60 minutes, I told the host if they did not serve in 10 minutes, we would leave after we saw the next table left after a long wait. IHOP is suppose to be a FAST food restaurant! The host said" OK." Two simple words responded to my complaint. Food finally came in after 140 minutes. We finished it in less than 10 minutes. That was not because it tasted supper good but H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!! Do not order salad. - Tasteless and terrible presentation. Do not order sirloin - Did not come with mushroom and meat was over cooked. Do not order shrimp - Too bad to find a word to describe. What else you can get? Honestly, I do not know.

I ate here while on vacation. The food was good and our waitress was excellent. My sister loved the peaches and cream french toast.

Lets start by saying I am not a breakfast person. The service was exceptional on the day we went and it was very busy so I was impressed. The food was very good, they actually have a selection of "healthier" stuff so I was happy. For how busy this location always is, it was nice to get great service, food was fast and hot, and overall it was very good.

Ok I don't think you can go wrong with IHOP. This one was within walkin distance of our hotel. Food was good and the coffee even better. I believe you know what you are going to get at IHOP. Service was fast, food good, coffee warm , that I all I need to get my day started

Our server Tonia greeted us with the brightest smile and never stopped smiling. So refreshing. We didn't make it on time for the kids to eat free but it's ihop, not pricey at all. The "Simple & Fit" options are under 600 calories and yet come with hearty foods that will leave you satisfied. I picked-my-pancake and ordered a Harvest Grain Nut & blueberry pancakes (yum) and they were accompanied with 2 eggs, turkey bacon (rubbery) & hash browns.

I've been coming here for a few years now & I have always thought this place was great for what it is. The servers are attentive for the most of the time, the food taste great, place is clean, & I have never had to wait to be seated. I mostly dine here late in the evenings for when I am working late night shifts. Sometimes some servers are slow, not very attentive, and the food may took long to receive. It is usually due to large groups that comes in. Overall, I think this place is great for a quick small late night meal or a hangout place with friends. There are a lot of options to choose from and there is something for everyone. I would suggest this restaurant. I think this IHOP can use some improvements with the servers though.

Came here for a late night snack. Open 24 hours and it was conveniently located near the hotel I was staying at. Ordered the breakfast sampler. 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 pieces of ham, 2 sausages, and 2 pancakes with hash browns. It was a so-so dish. Bacon was a bit overcooked and the ham was undercooked. Service was quite slow. The host told us to wait a few minutes, so someone could take us to our table. There was hardly anyone there. We could have walked over ourselves. It was also tough to get refills for water because our waiter was no where to be found. When I asked for change for the bill, the waiter asked another waiter for change which came out of his wallet. What happen using the cash register. We did not come back here after that.

We stopped in last Sunday because someone had a craving for cheesecake pancakes. There was a ton of people waiting to get in. We were told there was a 10-15 minute wait. Seriously? That's it? I didn't believe it, but we waited. Sure enough, they were right. The place is huge! Because they were so busy, we were seated in an extra side room. It was huge, packed, loud, and smelled old and musty. I was turned off by that. Our server was very nice, but not at all attentive. Being that packed, I'm sure she was busy. She was never around to refill drinks or see if we needed anything. Our food took a bit to come out and didn't look all that great. But the funny thing was that it did taste good. I've had some bad IHOP experiences in my life. So I was expecting the food to taste bad, too. My country fried steak really needed more gravy and some actual butter for our dry as can be toast would have been nice. But again, our server wasn't around to ask. Considering we paid close to $40 with the tip for 3 people to eat breakfast, I would expect more.

We dined in on a Wednesday night at 8:00pm. The server was both the hostess & server. Overall she did a great job managing both plus a bunch of tables! However, the wait times for refills & our bill were more than normal because of the lack of staff. This is no means her fault but management of iHop at this location! The cleanliness is that to be expected of an iHop and/or Denny's... Food was warm, good & tasted fresh.

Not going to lie this place is crowded some days especially on the weekends. But, you don't wait long and you get your food fast and it's good. So that's why I gave 5 stars. They are suppose to open one closer to my house so excited.

Amazing meal including tax for just $12.07 great price for Disney area, also included their famous Endless pot of coffee. I couldn't of asked for a better breakfast or professional service from Teresa who was prompt and still smiling despite the crowds. My fajita omelete was fantastic. Other IHOPs could learn a lot from this location. They get slammed with buses and people going to Disney, but somehow manage to maintain a cool attitude and try to keep their standards up. Place is impressively clean considering the amount of people they serve. Touche' Kissimmee..be proud!!

This place deserves more than 3 stars. I am not an ihop fan and don't go to places like this ever, but went here w friends from Brazil visiting Orlando who love chain restaurants. I got the pumpkin pancakes and the crepe breakfast w egg whites and turkey bacon. I wanted to be healthy and certainly could have achieved that, but sometimes I have an overwhelming weakness for pancakes, but I digress. I just would like to say that everything about the dining experience was perfect. From the hostess' ability to quickly manage the large crowds waiting to our waitress' enthusiasm and flawless timing, and the perfectly cooked pancakes and eggs. The pumpkin pancakes were amazing. I brought my own real maple syrup bc I can't stand the fake stuff, and they were just divine. Not too sweet on their own, so the syrup provided the perfect balance to the well seasoned pumpkin taste. Cinnamon and nutmeg notes were prominent yet balanced. The Swedish crepes were cooked to perfection as well. They were excellent. I was also impressed by the egg whites as they were obviously from eggs and not a carton. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Great. I won't bother w the turkey bacon bc it is what it is. The coffee was also smooth and not bitter at all. Most importantly, the waitstaff there is impressive. The average person can remember about 7 different items using working memory, but our waitress remembered at least 10 per person in our party without writing anything down. That's really really impressive, esp when I'm a customer bc I was breaking my order up with questions and special requests. I'd like to know what memory technique she uses. Anyway, she was super friendly but not obsequious. This was Sunday morning and the place was packed, but it only took 10-15 min for our food and my single pancake came out first when it was ready so I got it hot. The food was nice and hot and just excellent. Overall it was a superb experience when I was thinking it would be a long wait and subpar food. Granted I'm more of a four seasons breakfast person, but I was highly impressed by the perfectly cooked and timed food, and the excellent waitress. This was a way better experience than Epcot!! I had much more fun and enjoyed the food 100x more. Thanks ihop! This location Sunday morning service is a well-oiled machine!

The staff at this IHOP are great and seem to enjoy their jobs and each other. Such a friendly environment and they manage to handle the really large crowds rather well. We were here for Labor Day and it was VERY packed to say the least. They managed to seat my group of 10 at one table in under 30 minutes. We ordered our meals, they came out within 10-15 minutes, everyone was happy with the service and our AWESOME server! We ended up eating here twice during our stay in Orlando.

Decided to take my son for some strawberry cheesecake pancakes. For a Black Friday is was packed! I must admit it was chaotic, loud and I smell kiddy pee lol. But thank god the food was worth the long wait! I had sunny side up eggs with sirloin tips, red potatoes and buttered toast although my toast had no butter I think they forgot! I was pleasantly surprised that my food was still hot and was very good. My sons strawberry cheesecake pancakes were also very good! I paid about $36 for 3 of us to eat but I'm just happy the food was worth it. Not so much the wait.. I was also disappointed because we never got a refill... The service was a C+.

Our trip to Orlando landed us here for brunch. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from our hotel or a 2 minute drive so it's really convenient for people staying at the hotels nearby. First off, I want to say if you come during breakfast-lunch time, it's probably when you'll get the best food. It's a no brainer. A International House of Pancake is typically related to BREAKFAST, that's probably the best time to come. When we came, we had to wait 20 minutes for a table of 4 but it's a given since we came around 10am. Once we were given a table, the waiter was attentive despite the place being packed. Our food came out so fast, I was actually shocked and worried that the food would taste bad because it raises some red flags to me. What was I thinking? The food was delicious! Pumpkin cheesecake pancakes are a must. They were absolutely heaven.

Went here to try the double dipped French toast and the toast was great but the strawberries on top were obviously frozen. Other than that the toast itself tasted very good.

The food was as expected and inexpensive. It was incredibly slow and fairly empty in there but then again, it's not breakfast time. We were served by Tammy, super nice lady and very accommodating.

This place was super duper crowded. The service was really good. The wait wasn't too bad. However, the portions they served were much smaller than what I am used to at an I HOP.

I would give zero stars but Yelp doesn't let me. Came in before the morning rush... Worst breakfast ever!! My husband's eggs and pancakes were cold. I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and they brought me sunny side up eggs with shredded eggs on top. My bacon was burnt. Once our meal was brought out, our waitress never came by to check up on us. She only did once we called her. Never returning to this IHOP again!

Very unhappy with the service. The food was good, although the service was awful. Parts of the order we're missing and. Sides arrived after we all finished eating and some of the staff were rude. I'd give them 4 star for the food And 2 star for service

We ate at this IHOP twice for breakfast during our Thanksgiving trip to Orlando with the family. The service was good the first time, so we came back two dates later and it was great the second time as well. We just ate the basics, the food here is what you would usually expect from IHOP. Not the best, not the worst. Service was five stars. Food was three stars, so I give this IHOP four stars.

For IHOP definitely great service! This is better than most ihops I have been to. Place was packed when walked in but they took care of us right away . The waitress we had was really good nice fast wit service and on point. Got our order of 4 right the 1st time and was prompt and attentive. Will go back again if ever in area again.

If you like your food hot and hair free don't eat here! All of our food was cold. There was hair in my eggs. And it was an all around disgusting place to be let alone eat.

6:08pm: Walked in. Clean appearance. Waitress attended within a minute. Drink orders taken. 6:13 drinks arrived..no mistakes. Wife asked for flavored coffee cream & waitress said they have flavored syrup. She brought mocha flavor syrup right away. We Ordered food. Waitress memorized order as she took no notes. 6:23pm. Food arrived. No mistakes nice presentation and hot. 6:37pm. We were starving & grubbed down our food fast. Melissa was our waitress. Happy with service.

I was a little nervous when we pulled up to this IHOP location. The outside leaves a little more to be desired. Inside however was actually pretty nice and it was very clean. The employees were friendly and the food was delicious as always. It was a pretty standard IHOP but a nice meal off Disney property if your tired of eating at the hotel. I had the peaches and cream brioche. It was delicious.

Stopped by for breakfast and had a wonderful omelette. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Great value food and although sometimes basic it fills a hole! Definitely go back again during our stay here in Kissimmee/Orlando.

We sat down and when our drinks came out the waiter brought one of our guest a water because she didn't hear what they asked for, and she told the waiter a sweet tea not till about 5-10 minutes the waiter coming back she brought a refill for one of guest and we had to remind her about the tea, other then that the food was great

Ah, IHOP! Busy, popular, and still able to make terrific eggs, bacon, waffles and pancakes. Friendly wait staff despite the crowds, and quick, hot and very fresh food. Not like a chain at all, and a welcome oasis in the crazy buffets along route 192.

First time I ate here was about 10 years ago and it was pretty good. Came here again on this trip yesterday and my breakfast was great! Our waitress was nice and very helpful (when we asked for nearby things or places to go to). They offered us complimentary orange juice. It's a huge IHOP with seating areas in front and back of this location.
