Getting ready to head to the airport and have been wanting chinese so we stopped by. We arrived right after they opened 1130am and everything is clean and tastes very good. Good selection. Friendly people. I read previous reviews and was a little scared but I'm thinking the earlier the better which is kind of my rule of thumb with any buffet.

Even on labour day the place was almost empty which should have been a warning. Very poor selection and everything tasted flat. The desserts were ridiculous. Worst Asian buffet we have ever been.

If it were possible to give NO stars that would be too many for this restaurant. Total tourist trap! Advertised price as $7.99 buffet after eating the price was $12.99 per person. The two 12 year old boys I was with couldn't even eat the food. Don't spend your money to leave hungry here!

I'd give it no stars if it was possible, my 6 yr old enjoyed the food, but hubby and I were horrified. Everything tasted like dirty dish water, I can't explain it any better. It's disgusting. I spit out lo mein, hubby spit out some kind of fried sushi roll.their selection was also a total of maybe 20 things, very limited, though I can't imagine it ever mattering considering the quality of food.

After leaving a near by resort we decided to try this buffet. $12.99 per "adult", kids are priced from ages 3-9. With that said... I just spent $70 on the worst Chinese food that I have ever eaten. I'm not sure what others see in this place when they rate it 4 or 5 stars. In my opinion there are many other places in the area that you will spend less money for much better quality of food. I will not be back

I knew this place wasn't going to be good but since everyone was starving and Golden China was right next to our hotel, my mom and the rest of our group wanted to try it out since it was buffet style and only $12.99 for dinner (drinks not included). For $3.99 more you can also have crab legs, it's not separate from the buffet and the only thing "stopping" you was the sign they posted above the crab legs. Crab legs were gone most of the time though as they came out pretty slowly from the kitchen. Everything was just mediocre. There's a salad bar, DO NOT try the ranch. It's horrible and I totally regretted it after I had a taste. The usual orange chicken was there. They also had broccoli and chicken, five spice chicken and others. The eggplant was actually good. They also have breadsticks and chicken nuggets which all seemed like prepackaged foods that they bought from the market. Overall, disappointing.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Everything about this restaurant was filthy - down to the salt shakers. All the food containers were empty. The waitstaff was pleasant. Over priced and nasty.

Dinner buffet is $12.99 without beverage. The buffet is limited in selection but if you focus on what is being brought out fresh it's much better than what has been sitting too long. The peel and eat shrimp was very good and the shrimp were decent in size. The sushi rolls as stated in another post were falling apart when you picked them up. I think the rice was not sticky enough to stay together but the flavor was fine. The crab legs are $3.99 extra but did not look appetizing sitting in water. Service was excellent and prompt.

It's a Chinese buffet so, it is what it is, but this place was way to expensive for what it is. Family of 5 for $60. It's Florida and its a tourist area so you are gonna pay, but ouch!

Not worth the money. $81 for 6 of us (2 kids). We were starving so we opted for this place. Should have checked Yelp first. The food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend.

Waitstaff is plentiful and nice. Food is decent and place seems to be kept tidy. Not a spot that I would hurry back to.

STAY FAR AWAY! An overall horrid experience. When a fly dropped down my roommates shirt going into the restaurant, we should have left. We were sat at a table that was literally in the buffet area. I could reach out and get a scoop of pudding from my chair...too close! The food looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. Nothing was fresh and the meats had a weird texture. After 15 minutes, we were wondering if we should go to Taco Bell across the street afterwards. I would NOT recommend this restaurant under and circumstances.

We decided to eat here after a day at Magic Kingdom, since we could not find anything there decent to eat being vegetarians (Shame on you Disney). This place was close the resort we were staying at, plus, we had a coupon from the resort's coupon book, so we gave it a chance. I don't see why people have to give this place bad reviews, because the place may not look enticing, but the food was decent and the service was good - That is the why I am giving it 3 stars. They have a buffet and a order menu, so there is something for everyone. Would I eat here again? Probably not, but I would say that if you are staying in the area, want Chinese and don't want to drive too far out of your way, then go ahead and give them a try.

Horrible food! Awful selection that looked aged and was outraged when I saw the bill. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY! Server was attentive, but she got busy with other tables, so when we went to go pay, she walked by the cashier to mention we were her table, the cashier screeched what appear to be an obscene comment to that poor waitress. Awful food, overpriced, and treats employees poorly. NO THANKS!

Listen first off I'm all about local business over big box. But this place was just terrible. The food was tasteless , eggrolls not homemade and tasted horrible, the wont ton soup was the worst I have ever tried. The service was ok and the floors were clean for an older establishment (why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) I should have yelped this place before my family of 8 spent $120 here where a gratuity was automatically added with 4 adults and 4 small children all under 5. So we had to tip $15 for a round of soda and water. Pathetic. Steer clear of this place.

The most disgusting food I have ever eaten. My father actually spit the food out. That has only happened that one time and while it created a great memory we still had to pay for that disgusting food.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
