Gut busting, you may want to wear your elastic pants here so you have room. I'm not sure what it is about 5 guys that makes me not want to eat for 24 hours after consuming their burger and fries, but it happens. I enjoy this greasy burger in the most inappropriate way. It's almost like I'm soliciting a prostitute, you know it's wrong, and not good for your health but you do it anyway. and then afterwards you cry, and you're sad, and you jump into the shower trying to scrub off all that burger grease but you never feel clean. I'm really just saying all of this because what else can I say. "You'll get acne from all those fries in that bag!" Why don't we know who these five guys really are? Why are they trying to be so anonymous. Pizza guys like their names, we got Papa John and Hungry Howie, and who ever the Eff is Cici. We know who Colonel Sanders is even though he won't give up the secret spices. There is the father / daughter team Dave and Wendy, Mr. Mcdonald and Krusty the Clown all making burgers. So why are these 5 guys so crazy about keeping their identities a secret? I need to get a private investigator on this case. Where is investigator Skacey when you need him. Check list Burgers greasy but decent enough Fries in a bag share these with a group or you'll have acne within 24 hours You will not eat for 20 to 24 hours after ingesting this food. This message will self destruct in 5 seconds.

Okay, so as you would expect there isn't really much for a vegan to eat here, so this is going to be a very limited review of the place. I'm sure if you eat everything that's on the menu you may have a much better experience. When I walked in here I didn't expect to have an AMAZING meal, in fact, I didn't think I would be eating anything. However, they do offer a "veggie sandwich" and fries. That's pretty much all you can eat here, which is not uncommon for most fast food places. What is uncommon is what they consider a sandwich here. What I got was nothing more than just some old, wilted lettuce with some soggy vegetables and mustard on sandwich buns. Soooo disappointed and very sad that that's the best they can do. On the bright side and the only reason this place is getting 2 stars from me, is because of the fries. The fries are super good. They're freshly cut and fried (in peanut oil, so be careful if you have allergies) and they made my taste buds super happy. On top of them being really good, they're super generous with the amount of fries they give you. So that makes up for the sad, sad, sandwich. So if I'm ever stuck at a Five Guys again (hoping not) I know that I can order just fries and I'll be okay.

I visited this outlet on a recent trip to Orlando to enjoy my first Five Guys experience. I've been holding back from going in London as I'm sure the hike in prices in the UK is not justified. Five Guys on Osceola Parkway is in an unassuming location of Kissimmee, near the Loop, in between Bank of America and a Verizon Wireless store (similar to the Carphone Warehouse in the UK). On entering the first things that struck me, was how bright the lighting was, and the place seemed spotlessly clean. Once I had adjusted to the white and red stark décor (and grabbing a carton of free peanuts) I worked my way around the menu choices to decide what to have. The basic menu choices are Burgers, Dogs, Sandwiches and fries. It's the abundant choice of combinations available that are available that overwhelmed me. I went for a Bacon Burger, which was $6.89. All the topping are free, and you can have as many as you want. If you ask for 'Everything or All the Way' you will get Mayo, Lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup and mustard in your bun. In addition you can also have relish, onions, jalapeno peppers, green peppers, A1 steak sauce, BBQ sauce and hot sauce. I just went for lettuce and tomatoes. You can either choose Five Guys style fries or Cajun style fries. I went for regular Cajun fries which I shared at $3.59. The portion was large and even two much for two people to finish. This was washed down with a regular coke. I have to say, I loved the burger enormously. The fries were really tasty too. It was probably the best fast food burger I've experienced in a long time. I will definitely come back again! Why no 5 stars? Purely down to the fact that in the UK we are paying about twice the rate that I paid here. I would love to use Five Guys in the UK, but perhaps I'm too stubborn and principled. This won't stop, me rushing back to Five Guys next time I'm stateside.

Best burger ever! And they gave us a huge bag of fries! The store was super clean and the service was really great! No desserts so make other plans if you want something sweet!

If you have never been to Five Guys you don't know what a burger should taste like. Always fresh and always good. Five Guys is a must have. This one is a very beautiful free stander with the typical Five Guys look. Love it!

This is truly the best burger I have ever had. The small fries is large enough to share. Really expensive but worth every cent. A really guilty pleasure and one I suggest you indulge today!

Abso-frakin-lutely amazing. Love these burgers. Relaxed atmosphere too. I got the little cheeseburger (just one pattie). I'm glad they offer the little fries now. The regular are enough for 2 people.

I really love the Five Guys experience - from the boxes of peanuts to munch on to the simple, but super customizable menu! I always warn my friends (unless they're INCREDIBLY hungry) that if they want a burger and fries, that they should order the 'little' cheeseburger and suggest we split the fries...because it is SO MUCH food! It is so fun to be able to order just exactly what you want...perfect for picky eaters.

I'm glad this place is not too close to my apartment or else I'd be three times my size. I first discovered Five Guys when they brought it to my university campus and it was my go-to hangover food the next day because it is pretty darn greasy but so darn good. Like every other location the potato bags are lined up next to the queue and there's peanuts for your enjoyment. I would say their customer service could be a little better. The girl that rang in my order today didn't even smile, she looked more annoyed than anything. You will wait more than 5 min for your order because they thrown down the patties on the grill a couple of seconds after you order them. So if you're not willing to wait those extra minutes go to McDonalds down the street where burgers are being hot held until someone orders it. The quality of the burger is amazing. Don't let the brown bag and foil wrap fool you. The cheese "oozes" out of the burger, just like that YouTube reviewer said from CT. What I also like about this burger place is that you can put on as many topping as you like when it comes to condiments and veggies so you're not forced to pick off items you don't want to bite into on your burger. Highly recommend this place!

The burgers are spot on. This is my first time here, and I was quite pleased. However I have been to a better one but its not close or in my route to and from home. The worse thing about this location is the parking, and getting TO the parking spot and getting out to get to the road to leave. This is also well hidden mixed with other restaurants in the area. Otherwise much like myself it was worth it getting to the burger you wanted.

One of my faves. I love the double cheeseburger. I get the little fries for just me and I swear the fries pour over to into the bag. One thing i gotta say is sometimes the fries are burnt but for the most part everything is good.

I honestly can not figure out what all the hype is I've been hearing about this chain for years now. Average okay hamburgers and fries. Service was terrible the day I went. Yeah they have fresh cut fries. But so do tons of better locally owned places. Really nothing special.

Simple greasy goodness. Get the large fries and share because there are plenty. Burgers are huge and messy - the best kind. If you are up for something lighter, the grilled cheese ain't half bad. This isn't health food folks, but if you are looking for some good comfort chow then this is some of the best. Happy nom noms!

Awesome burgers and fries with a great location for travelers entering or leaving the Walt Disney World area. You only need to order small fries as they serve so much more that it overflows the container and is enough for two people.

Mmm... Eating some fries right now and they are some of the best ever... The hamburgers look good and the hot dogs taste great! Definitely deserves 10/5 stars!!!

Friendly but dirty place with garbage over flowing inside. Amazing how these places freeze you out with AC because staff is a little warm in the kitchen

Burgers were great! French fries were made fresh and delicious as well. The store looks pretty clean and sanitary. Customer service though was bad. The cashier didn't even smile at us. She stared at us with a hurry the crap us face. Over all good place.

Like Kevin said, this place is definitely not for those wanting healthy food, but it sure is a great place for a good burger and fries every now and then. Everything is made fresh and to order and the burgers are great. They're even good with some dietary restrictions-- one of my friends is gluten intolerant and was able to happily eat here with no hassle from the staff. If you're severely allergic to peanuts (we're talking anaphylactic shock with even the most minor non-eating exposure), I would be a little leery-- there are boxes of roasted peanuts for customers to snack on while they wait inside, and exposure may set you off if you're especially sensitive.

John F. is right - it's about the closest to In-n-Out you're gonna find around here. Not quite as fresh as In-n-Out or with quite the same speed or exact distinct flavor, but the quality of the beef is pretty close. I was encouraged when I found out they make their fries fresh, but have been disappointed consistently because they come out soggy & greasy, so when I go, I don't order the fries anymore. In-n-Out has better fries, has "special sauce", & offers protein burgers (your burger is wrapped in a sheet of iceberg lettuce instead of a bun). 5 Guys has bacon & pickles, In-n-Out does not. As with In-n-Out, they have grilled cheese on the menu (which is good if you have a vegetarian friend you'd like to bring along; fyi - they can add tomato, pickles, or anything else available on a burger to it). Here's a rundown: the Kissimmee location does not have a drive-thru (I don't know if other locations have them or not), you can scoop yourself up some peanuts (available in bulk boxes sitting atop the trash cans) while you peruse the menu over the cash registers or while you are waiting for your order, employees are very friendly, there is no kids menu, thus no toys to keep kids occupied while you finish your meal, the portions are a bit large, so even if you order the small burger, children may have difficulty finishing the entire thing so I suggest splitting a burger for smaller children, they have malt vinegar in bottles you can take to your table to use with your fries, the ketchup pumps & fountain drinks are self-serve, the prices are reasonable & the portions very generous, they have indoor & outdoor seating, no table service, all orders are packed in paper bags (even if you are dining in - no trays), you bus your own table, & you can expect to listen to slightly loud classic rock every time. To sum it up, a good experience. All in all, good value, very casual atmosphere, good burgers (fries, not so much), the closest to In-n-Out you're going to find East of the Mississippi. A couple unorthodox practices (like putting food on top of trash cans), but when I want a fast-food burger with great flavor, this where I will continue to go.

In my continual quest to find an east coast version of the In-n-Out burger, I was told to try Five Guys Burgers & Fries. Have to say it was a good decision. Not as quick or tasty as In-n-Out, but just as fresh. I've visited this particular location 4 times around dinner and each time there has only been a short wait. I think this is due to it not being near a major commerce center. But your experience at lunch may differ. I only had one bad experience when they sent me home with take out and left the meat off the bun. Imagine my disappointment after building up for a burger taste and arriving home with merely grilled cheese. Called up the manager and she said to come back anytime for a free meal. I came back the next week and they comped me the burger, fries, and a drink. Good recovery.

Although there is a Five Guys right in my home town of Philadelphia which I have passed by many times without so much as a second thought, I had to go all the way to Kissimmee, Florida to actually try it. I am glad I did. Five Guys is clearly a place where they focus on doing one thing very very well, and that thing is making delicious hamburgers. I ordered a regular cheeseburger with a cornucopia of condiments and toppings. It was cooked fast, but just right. And while you wait, they have free peanuts so dig in! I also ordered some fries on the side. They gave me a full containers worth, as well as another containers worth poured on top. I'm glad I had people to split it with, because there was way too much for me to finish on my own. And that was just a regular(there's a large!). The menu is short but to the point. If you're eating for your health, stay away. If you aren't in the mood for a burger, maybe a different night. But if you are, step right up because this is as good as it gets.

I really like a good burger,... did not find one here. I don't eat them very often because #1 I really have to be in the mood and craving one and #2 I really can grill a truly wonderful lick your fingers, even better the day after burger at home. I am the only one of my family and friends that does not like their burgers,... everyone I know LOVES this place. I am thinking maybe because they are wooed by the "Je ne sais quoi" of the Americana atmosphere. Trust me I am too that is why it received a 2 instead of a 1! It is a fun place to go and experience and their fries are pretty damn good. My burger was greasy and the bun was totally sopped with juices. Now if this excited you GO! But you won't see me eating another burger there.

Great burger and fry spot. The best fries in the area. Very good burgers and decent value.

The burgers are great and the selection of toppings is amazing. The fries are fresh, crisp and plentiful. Probably the only place in the world where if I could only have one food item, this beef lover would have difficulty choosing between burger or fries. I would go five stars except for the price. The prices are a bit more than I like to pay for a burger but hey, you do get what you pay for. I see several comparisons to In-N-Out Burger from the west. I tried In-N-Out Burger in Yuma Arizona and they were quite good. However, finding the burgers very close in comparison, I'd say that if In-N-Out and Five Guys were next door neighbors, the fries and selection of toppings for the burgers would pull me into Five Guys. The only thing I wish Five Guys would do different is offer sliced rather that those annoying diced onions.
