The customer service was great!!!! The cheesecake with pecans was goof as always. The ice cream is never freezer burned. Tried pecan wit salted caramel. It was way too much salt. The store is clean and the seating outside is great for a day like this

A nice tidy store with more indoor and outdoor seating than I've seen at other Cold Stone locations. There's plenty of parking because this store is located in a complex with a Publix and lots of other shops. It can be a wee bit tricky to find if you haven't been here before- the store is nestled between a bike shop and a dry cleaner in a building seperate from the Publix (closer to Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy). Can't go wrong with the Cake Batter ice cream :) Tip: Costco sometimes carries discounted Cold Stone gift cards

It's a pretty decent product, the creativity of the brand is well known. However, the service to the Guest is something they have always struggled with. It's very transactionally based.

Yum. Sweet cream ice cream. Cookie dough chocolate chip concoction! Sugar overdose. The BEETUS! After pigging out at Joe's Crab Shack my mom wanted some dessert and she loves ice cream. I noticed this Stone Cold location right across the parking lot. It's set in a location that makes it a bit hard to find, and was totally empty when we walked in. The counter staff was friendly and had no problem letting us sample a bunch of flavors. A bit pricey but it's a rare treat and the quality is worth it. Bright and clean with only a few tables inside, and a few on an outside patio area that we sat at since it was great weather out. My mom was happy. I need an insulin shot.
Generally I am a big fan of cold stone ice cream it has always been my favorite since discovering it back in Houston years ago. So to find one so close to my house in Celebration was a very happy thing for me. My favorite flavors of course are seasonal, I love the pumpkin during the fall and then the peppermint dark chocolate during the winter season. I am still a fan of their ice cream, I am just not a fan of this particular location due to the fact that I think this location plays inappropriate music for the kids that come into the shop, and also the staff when we have been the past few times are not very friendly. Also on our most recent visit within the past few weeks I found it strange to hear a dog running behind the counter and barking which I think is a food code violation so being in the culinary field as my profession it does not impress upon me a great opinion that that the ladies behind the counter had a yapping dog along with the blaring music with inappropriate lyrics for the little boys that were in there i was not as impressed as I have been by other cold stone locations.

This is a good chain, but with all the new frozen yogurt places opening up, they are going to have to try and stand out. I really like Cold Stone, and the ice cream is consistent since it is a chain. The downside to this particular one is the location. i don't go that often because of the price, but not bad for a special treat.

I personally love Cold Stone, haven't had it in a few years. My fiancé had never been so we decided to take the little one for ice cream. I ordered the All the lovin' with out the oven or something and it was very good. I always end up ordering the Birthday cake remix flavor. He ordered the Chocolate Devotion and it was awesome. Such a cool experience for ice cream, always a very polite work staff as well.
