03/11/2012- on vacation in Florida for a friends birthday. The only place open late (until 2 am) on a Sunday night near Reunion Resort and Club ( where we were staying). We walked in and sat down at the bar section, place was pretty empty, maybe 10-15 customers total in the main dining area and bar. The male waiter approached us right away and helped us and that's where everything went downhill. we all ordered a beer and my wife ordered 2 shots. It took about 15 minutes just to get our 5 beers and 30 minutes and asking again to get the two shots. We ordered food that took over 45 minutes to come out to us. My wife ordered fried pickles that never came out to us as well. I asked another waiter to get a manager for me, because our waiter was no where to be found, and kept disappearing to who knows where. The waiter i asked to get a manager, made a fake effort at trying to retrieve the pickles my wife had ordered an hour before, then disappeared for awhile as well. It took 10 minutes for a manager to approach our table. His word for word opening line to me was " It took them awhile to find me, because i was walking around doing stuff." He blatantly lied to all of our faces, as we had seen him walking around our table within arms reach for the past 10 minutes he claimed to be hard to find. Our receipts the original waiter brought us were separated wrong, then showed to the manager and he then messed them up and separated them wrong as well. The solution to their unacceptable under any circumstance service, was to remove the 2 shots and give each check a 10% percent discount. The meals at any rate should have been comped and we should have been given something for our next visit. The manager didn't even apologize to us and was very rude, and the waiter the attempted to service our table all night kept using the excuse he had a rough night. I will never occupy this BWW ever again. I have had poor service at restaurants before, but this was by far the worst I have ever had anywhere.

I have been to this location multiple times and never had a problem. Today we went in and sat for 10 minutes in the bar area. A server came over and asked if we'd been helped. Told her no, then she said ok, hold on a minute. (then walked away) We sat an additional 5 minutes with no one coming. We left to a different location. The restaurant had 5-6 servers with only about 8 tables in the whole place. I'm a server and normally don't complain much, but this was ridiculous!!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings! The food here is delicious! They got some of the best chicken wings with like 10 (maybe more) sauces to choose from so everyone can find something they like. The chicken wings are cooked perfectly with the right amount of crisp so that when coated with sauce it isn't soggy. The drinks here are good too. The prices are decent especially if you catch them during happy hour. Great service, food, and atmosphere.

Do not go here..this place is unsanitary. We thought it would be worth checking out as it was new. When our drinks came they were so dirty that lip marks were still visible. We ended up leaving as the staff were very unhelpul and kinda rude.

The bf and I came here to watch the Heats v. Bulls game while we were on our Disneyworld vacay. Loved all the big screens; perfect for watching ANY games. The waiter was awesome! He was very attentive and even changed the main TV in front of us to the bball game for us. The food was great compared to the food in DisneyWorld. We ordered bout 36 wings [half with Asian Zing and half with Mango Hab (FAB!)] and fries. So delish that we finished it all.

Great place to watch any game anytime... plus $5 pitchers... need I say more

This place is great during the day or late nights for some tasty wings. They have a nice outdoor patio with a large bar and good prices. My only complaint would be some of the bartenders outside. They can be a little rude and it takes a while to get a drink sometimes.

Terrible customer service! Terrible staffing! Terrible wait times! Unorganized staff! Unorganized restaurant! Unorganized and dirty bathrooms-- Food sucked and was cold-- Do not go here! Beware! It took 10 minutes before we could even talk to the hostess--not because she was busy but because she was on her cell phone!

Great place to be! Need to make sure all game are on designated T.V. before start of game!!! Missed kickoff of my team!

The service has always been crap and sadly anymore it's not even worth it for us to go, even for the wings. No matter how slow or busy the place is the food seems to take a while to come out and lately it's tasted mediocre at best. Can't really say I've ever seen a manager going around talking to people or anything like that. After writing this review, I'm 99.999% sure we'll never go back.

I really can't figure this company out. The concept is incredible. Huge screen TV's. And by far the best place to watch a game. I almost feel like the corporate office consists of a bunch of middle schoolers sitting around playing video games not realizing what's actually going on in their restaurants. The place would be fantastic, "IF" FOOD WAS BETTER: SERVICE WAS BETTER: The food. So so. Something things are ok. I really think all the sauces taste fake/imitation flavored. You can totally tell they come directly out of a bottle that is shipped and pre made in a factory somewhere. Definitely a bit over powering on the flavors. Nothing on the menu, at least to me screams "pick me pick me!!" Or for that matter makes you want to come back and order it again. The service. I think it's pretty clear to see that Buffalo Wild Wings in actually know for poor service. But why? It's not necessary. Someone needs to come into this franchise and straighten everything out. Get a better name for themselves. You will wait a long, you will have to ask for things more then 5 times before you get them. On a good note. They have happy hour specials. Which some appetizers for 3.00 is decent. I can see paying 3.00 for them. But not the regular 7-10 prices they normally charge. Recently they switched to Pepsi products to save money. That to me is the worst thing a restaurant can do. Watch a game and have a drink. Don't expect much when you come here and you won't be as disappointed. As for corporate. They need to get on top of their franchisees and see where they have taken their business plan.

Good luck. Usually we won't write such a bad review but I have made an exception. The young woman that took our order also took her time. When she did arrive she was very little help. She was clueless and manner less. No clue to what drinks they offered. She got the drink and the food wrong. Long story short. Food wasn't too bad but service made up for it. Sorry but our overall left us with a bad taste.

Food was good.. Waiter lied about the wait so we ordered as soon as we were sat.. My husbands order was completely wrong and didn't take anything off the bill. Instead he offered free dessert for the both of us which we didn't want and came back and threw them at us and walked away.. Needless to say for the first time my husband tipped 12%....

Great service here no matter how late you get there. Came at 11 with my father and our waiter Omi was great. They had good priced well drinks. The pork sliders were actually really good. The fries are yummmmy. The parm garlic flatbread was to die for. The honey mustard traditional wings were pretty good considering I dot like any type of mustard at all. Thumbs up!!

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. You go here for pitchers, wings, and sports. They have some so-so burgers and chicken sandwiches. That being said, if you enjoy watching sports they have a good sports package and a TON of tv's and screens so you can watch just about anything there. Service has usually been good here, even when packed. We went here during the Super Bowl and got our food/beer quickly. For beer selection you have your usual macrobrews, with a few good choices mixed in. If you have children, don't be scared by all my focus on beer. No one is getting obnoxious here and it is a kid friendly place. There are games for them to play and kids menus for them to enjoy.

After a decade of refusing to go to Buffalo Wild Wings , our daughter convinced us to give it try. We had a very bad experience our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Fargo, ND about 10 years ago and vowed never to return. We were dubious about returning, but it was getting late, we needed to feed the kids and we needed a beer after long day at a theme park. We were impressed with the quality of wings and the selection of sauces and spice rubs. We went ahead and ordered the fifty wings and also an order of the ribs. Both were very good. In fact, we were so pleased with our experience, we returned the following evening after another day at the parks. Both nights the service was very good.

The food was ok and the service was terrible. My boo and I went New Years Day in 2012 during the evening. It was pretty crowded but the vibe wasn't so great! Our server must have had a bad day or she was the only one in the "zone" we were in because she was terribly taking a long time coming to our table. We finally ordered after waiting between 20-30 minutes. My boo had a chicken wrap and I decided to try their wings so I got the Honey wings. The Honey Wings, was not impressed at all. It was missing some type of kick, flavor. It was not memorable. My boo's Chicken Wrap was just ok, nothing to scream about. All in all after leaving the joint, we did not get any since of good vibes there. Since that experience we are not sure if we are going to try the ones down here.

Am a frequent flier at the BWW near my home in Lee County. This one however blows mine out of the water. The staff was wonderful, restaurant was super clean and the food even seemed better. I figured this one would be packed since it is near Disney but was pleasantly surprised. Def will go back!

We are visiting from Canada and went for a family dinner. Got there about 5:30 and we're seated right away. The hostess explained the menu and specials in depth as well as getting a kids tablet for my 4 year old. The appetizers came quicker than the beer but we weren't rushed in any way. The food was good if not spectacular but we had no complaints. It was a good experience and we will visit again.

Ok, it's a buffalo wild wings. If you haven't been, it's a sports bar with mediocre food at best but a great place to watch the games because they have so many tv's the game you want to see is bound to be on one and if it isnt, they'll put it on. If you have been to a BWW (aka B-Dubs), than you already know what to expect. They're all virtually the same with the only difference being the level of customer service. With that being said, after my first couple of trips here I almost didn't come back. Have had some extremely bad service here, however Ally is a sweetheart. I'd come back for her alone, yes she's that good. She knows how to work a bar and you don't have to start a fire and send up smoke screens to get her attention. She'll see you and take care of you, even during the busiest of times. I did order wings one time and got a wings with so many feathers still left on it, it made me sick thinking about the couple of wings I had already ate. When it was brought to the manager's attention, the manager handled it adequately in my opinion. She took the wings off my bill and replaced it with complimentary pretzels and queso (one of my faves). I had this message saved as a draft for two months. I changed it from a 3 star review to a one. Wouldn't be surprised if some stores started closing. They used to have Karaoke at this and the Clermont BWW. Key words, used to. Heard corporate bought back the franchises. Got rid of Karaoke and oh yeah - happy hour specials are gone as well. Prices went up, business has gone down. Maybe they'll still get the tourist traffic for and attendance for Sundays, but they won't get my business.

I don't think I've ever given a 2 star review. Having experience in the biz, I'm usually really understanding and not overly nit picky when it comes to my reviews, but WOW! Our whole experience here was a joke. The restaurant was an absolute disaster which was a terrible first impression. And not like "sports bar dirty" but like, "no one has cleaned anything this entire shift dirty". There were a ton of dirty tables and even though we were one of maybe 10 tables in the whole place, our waitress had to clean a table for us to be able to sit down. The whole area was sticky and gross but we were hungry and tired and figured we would just eat and get out of there. A server came to our table after we had been sitting for over 5 minutes and told us she wasn't our server but that she would take our drink order. We ordered soft drinks and my sister in law ordered a beer. The same girl brought us the soft drinks but there was no beer to be found. A few minutes later our actual server came to the table. She was really confused about what was and was not on happy hour and said, on numerous occasions, "can you show me where that is? I'm not familiar with the menu". We wound up ordering 2 orders of wings, a burger and chips and dip... No modifications, completely straightforward. The server came back to the table twice to confirm details of the order, which was really frustrating because there was nothing special about what we were ordering. Remember that beer? Yea, it came to the table 10 minutes later warm and with no head left on it because "it was at the outside bar and she didn't know she had to get it out there!" It baffles my mind why you wouldn't just have the bartender serve another one. Most of our experience went along this same way. Our wings and burger took over 20 minutes to come out and all in all, our "quick" meal wound up taking over 2 hours! Not because they were busy, not because we were talking, just because of sheer inefficiency. The food was unremarkable and definitely not worth all the fuss. Go to Taco Bell across the street for a better late night meal.

While out on vacation, my wife & I were in the mood for some good ol' buffalo wings and I was already leary of the local restaurants within the Orlando area. So we decided to head into Buffalo Wild Wing down the street. We went in & were seated within 5 mins. directly in front of a huge projector screen. After ordering my Jamican Jerk Wings & my wife's chicken wrap, I asked the waitress if she could turn the Cavs game on the big screen and replied "I'll ask for you." (But She Never Did...) so I asked another employee & he changed it immediately! Long story short, both our food orders ended up being great and our stomachs Agreed the next morning! (In other words, This Location is Safe to Eat at!)

Barbara got our waters to us in 60 seconds, helped us with menu graciously. No delay on beer. Food came quickly. Fries were the best. Chicken sandwich moist and yummy. Wings great. Barbara checked by often, but not too often. Place was 95% full. She got a 25% tip. Food was under $10 a person, beer added to check, total $40 for three diners including two beers. Got on WiFi in seconds.

The food is ok. The service is less than good. They use to have a waiter (who had another job as a teacher) and he was awesome. I haven't seen him in a long time and I think the service went downhill from there. Now the servers are all in their young 20s and seem to "disappear" on you. They love to call people "boss" and "boss lady" and all I think of was when I worked in the prison system and that's what inmates called the COs- makes me wonder what their arrest history is. Their happy hour food is great and at a great price. The food is what keeps me going back. Now with that being said, no one writes down what you want to order so if you have a special order, it gets messed up each time. They would get more stars if the service was better. I've been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and they don't seem to have the service issues at this location.

65 minutes into a 10 wing and 2 salad order. Place is half empty waitress no where in site. Serious service issues. Ugh!

Extremely slow service. It should not take 1 hour to get your order to the table. Lots of servers. 2/3's of the restaurant empty And still took an hour to get the food out What's going on with the management at this location? How do you screw up a Buffalo Wild Wings?

Sadly... Not even worth 1 Star. Me & my wife are from Las Vegas, NV. But let's put that aside. We sat at the bar outside (which had only 10 people) and waited 12 minutes to be acknowledged! Almost left!!! What stopped us from leaving, it was 12:15am and all places seem to close @ 2am. We were starving!!! So we stayed. Ordered appetizers - and NO napkins were given/offered to us. My wife had to get up from her seat to grab cocktail napkins off the bar. Got our dinner, half way through, we got napkins!!! And he only puts it on my side! Doesn't give the wife one?? Doesn't ask "how is everything" or "is there anything you guys need"??? The food is nothing to be proud of!!! Even through all this, I continue to say "thank you"... After I had to ask for my shit!!! Never once did he say "your welcome".... NEVER had I ever stayed for 1 beer somewhere. We were there for 50 minutes, then left. Oh wait!!! My favorite!!! Was the waiter smoking swisher sweets outside with it in his mouth, while delivering food to his tables!!!! No bullshit!!' Lol. Spoke to the manger(s), and it's obvious that the customer service, reflects management. They didn't really care that we were so dissatisfied and had no response to our complaints and pretty much stood there with their mouth hung open. I recommend going to Millers Ale House down the street! Me and my wife were there (just her & I) for 6 hours! Service was great - very deserving of the big tip we left.

It's been a couple years since I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was rather hesitant to go this evening due to poor service in the past. However, my parents were craving wings for dinner. When we walked in we were greeted with friendly service and sat right away. Our waiter, Matt was amazing! My father LOVES his Buffalo wings, but couldn't decide which sauce to get. Matt was patient and brought out a few of the sauces and rubs for my dad to try. Once we ordered, the food only took about 15 minutes to come out. Oh boy was it tasty! The wings weren't over done, and there was plenty of meat on them. They're not stingy with the sauce either! We also ordered a side of the potato wedges to share. They're delicious and seasoned just right. It was a nice compliment to the wings. I was impressed with our visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. It's a great place to go and catch a game with friends, and the prices are fairly reasonable. I hope they keep up the great service.

Gluten free wings!!! Just be sure to order the sauce on the side. Also, they were nice enough to cook my buffalo chips in the same dedicated wing fryer so those were gluten free too! The manager and staff were super friendly and accommodating. To top it off, they even had a person that made fun shaped balloons for the kids! Overall, this was a great experience for everyone in the family!

The food os always consistent. The service is not. As with most Buffalo Wild Wings, the inside is quite loud. I usually opt for the outside bar amd patio although can be Smokey at times. I have noticed that the staff turns over on a regular basis.

  • Jared Z.

Went in late night after a tiring theme park day. Sat in the "outside patio" area. Server was great, even when one in my party asked for a "fruity drink, pick something for me." Drinks and food were both on point and timely. Would definitely visit again, considering the BWW in my home area has horrible service.

I go to this location because it's brand new and out of the way of some of the hustle and bustle of the Crossroads and I-Drive versions. In my several visits, I have never had anything better than reasonably acceptable service, so temper your expectations prior to a visit. I still think that Bdubs is one of the best places to catch a game and there bar food is very good as far as bar food goes. If the game is one, this is a solid choice. 3 stars.

I absolutely cannot believe anyone was rating this place 4 or 5 stars!!!! UGH!!!! Please do NOT go here for the food. I suppose it could be adequate for beer and/or watching sports. This was - no lie - the worst meal I have ever paid for! The chicken salad ($8-$10) is less appetizing than one from McDonalds. Loads of iceberg lettuce and not much else. Seriously about 2 oz of rubber chicken on top, some croutons and cheese. Everything else was equally horrible. Completely cold fries, mediocre wings and the slowest kitchen service ever. I felt sorry for our server - he tried hard but the absolutely horrific food could not be salvaged by any amount of customer service. Pass

  • Lilygaga G.

Overpriced wings with no substance. The wings are so small. They reminded me of the wings that can be purchased frozen in walmart. They must have been rationing the celery that came with the wings. We ordered sandwiches. Once again prices for sandwiches were high and the sandwiches were nothing to rave about The restaurant is loud with big screen televisions hanging on the walls. Drinks are over priced. I am drinking a draft not the entire keg!!!!!!!! This is a restaurant that preys on the unsuspecting tourist. This restaurant should take a cooking lesson from chickie and Petes located in Philadelphia. Their wings rock!!!

    (2)

Absolutely horrible. Waitress was indifferent to us, and it took over 30 minutes to come out. Also, it took a solid 20 minutes for drinks. Do not go!!

Bad Service, Bad Food, Bad Music...a real disappointment. This is a fairly new and large location. It has a very large outdoor patio bar. We have been here multiple times in the past year and it is definitely going downhill. The table service outside was very slow...so we went to the bar to order a pre-dinner drink. The bartender did not know the price for a glass of wine...really... Went back to the table and finally got menus. Then took about 20 minutes to order an appetizer...and no...they were not very busy...just a few people at outdoor tables. The music was blaring bad hip-hop...so loud the server could not understand our order...you had to yell to be heard above the hideous music. When the food came it was sad indeed...limp, greasy fries...chicken quesadilla had almost nothing in it...flat bread that was burned. The table beside us had multiple styles of wings to share between 6 people...they complained about the level of doneness but they were not replaced. They left piles of wings on their table and left. We could stand the intolerable music no longer and paid $1 a song to play something else. After the first song, someone mysteriously turned down the music, so that we could not even hear the songs we paid for. We finally got refills of drinks, paid the bill and just left. It is such a shame, because this is a nice location with outdoor seating that is not right on the street, so it could be a great hang out to watch sports or just enjoy a relaxing florida evening...but with the current problems, it is anything but relaxing and with music louder than a dance club...there is no way to enjoy the sports on the many tv sets that surround you.

  • Aman N.

By far the worst bdubs I've been to!! Orders kept getting messed up. They had the audacity to charge for every drink refill because "this is a tourist city". They are taking advantage of customers who aren't accustomed to the cheapness of this bdubs, especially those who are vacationing here in Orlando. Too bad there isn't an option to give zero stars.

Came here at 11:30pm on a Tuesday night for their 50 cent wing night. What a steal! We ordered a dozen and a half to start to try different sauces. We really liked all the sauces we ordered (Mango Habanero, Blazing, Spicy Garlic, and Medium). The waiter was really nice even though there weren't that many people at the restaurant and he was doing clean up duties as well. Delicious. Will hit up the one near home now!

  • John C.

Let's start by saying that it took 30 mins for our takeout order to come out. We ordered 5 items. How the eff does 2 people who ordered behind us get their food first? Answer: the start of some disappointing service. They have many huge screens to watch sports, which is the one of 2 positives. The other is that their wings do taste pretty good with their choice over about half dozen sauces. Their chicken burger and quesadilla were good as well. They only had one girl work the cashier for takeout at around 9pm and their were tons of people pouring in for orders. This place needs a major re0training program for their staff.

having been to the one they had in Amherst before it closed. I was craving some BWWs. So when I saw they had many in FL. had to add it tot he list of places to eat while there. This location was close to our hotel, about a 5 min drive. The food is how I remembered and it definately hit the spot, but sadly our waiter was not that great. If you have been to a BWW, you know that the atmosphere is noisy, we could not hear our waiter at all. and it was frustrating because he had to keep repeating things and to make matters worse, he had a accent that made it even more difficult. we ordered wings as appetizers to share before our meals came, but he obvisouly didnt hear that because we sat there waiting, starving and nothing. then all the food came out at once. we inhaled our meals and didnt have room for our wings. so we took it back to the hotel. all in all it was ok. I guess I'm being a bit generous with 3 stars.

Nothing annoys me more than a waiter/waitress with a bad attitude! And from my experience at this venue and reading other reviews, it seems like this Buffalo Wild Wings has some major service issues. For one, the waitress had no idea what the drink specials were. Secondly, she gave us our meals, but no silverware and didn't check back. Had to just flag someone down for some utensils. Given, these are no biggies and items I could let fly. But the real kicker is not being able to split a pitcher of beer! You do not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to split $6 between two people. I am not asking for your first born, just for you to push 3 extra buttons. So what does said waitress do? She gives a condescending huff to our request, then walks away with the credit cards. After 25 minutes of her punching buttons, she finally returns with the checks, drops them, then darts away with no explination of the bill. She never bought an itemized copy of the check, but just the final total to sign. Even mixed up the receipts with the wrong credit cards. We leave and what do ya know, the $6 beer shows up on my friend's credit card as a separate charge later that night! It's not that we are hard up on $3, it's the principal of the matter. Don't just tack it on to a credit card and not tell the customers what you're doing. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again as I'm afraid what other shenanigans they might do.

  • Teresa D.

Although BWWs is one of my favorite restaurants, this location is HORRIBLE. We've given them several chances, each time the service was ridiculously slow and the quality of the food not as good as other locations. The last straw was when we got a take-out order for 24 boneless wings. We got the wings home, got set up and ready to chow down only to find out that the chicken was still raw! Raw chicken is dangerous and just inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and visit the BWW on 27 in Clermont or the one on 535 in Lake Buena Vista. Both of those locations have always been excellent.

I decided to give this place a chance, even after having horrible experiences in the past with BWW. Decided to stop in for a couple drinks and to watch the late NFL games. The patio bar was half filled, and immediately encountered a man yelling obscenities at the game. This was loud enough to hear clear across the parking lot, let alone the restaurant. I thought the staff would probably be throwing the guy out at any time... I was wrong. After about ten minutes the bartender finally appeared and served me. I don't know why bartenders at BWW leave the bar so much, but it is very common. I then tried to watch the games, but was very annoyed at the drunken cursing screaming man. I saw many customers try to ask the guy to calm down... But the employees did nothing. A group of guys he was yelling at had enough and began to talk back to him, this quickly escalated into an almost physical altercation and they had to be separated. Still no one kicked him out, instead they served him another drink. I believe a manager may have eventually come out and talked to him, but the guy continued on anyway. He got into another altercation with a different person, and CUSTOMERS had to intervene! Much of the staff was seated outside at this point, doing nothing...but no one did a thing. The people around me were in shock at what was being allowed to go on. Finally a manager (Alayna?) came out for some other reason, and the men next to me asked why no one was handling this volatile situation. She, with an attitude, told them "she was doing paperwork all day and it's not her job" and "there are three other managers, they should be out here taking care of it, she has too much to do". No apology, no offer to resolve this immediately, nothing. We all just stared dumbfounded at each other. Needless to say, I will never be back to this or any other BWW because they seem to all be the same. Terrible management which results in terrible service, and the food is average at best. This is obviously not a family friendly establishment if they allow the worst obscenities to be yelled for hours and think that it's fine.

First impression? THIS IS HUGE!!!!!!! I had never been to one before so when my friend suggested it for a lunch spot i was all in with bells on. The menu is simple and easy to understand and there are other option other then wings but who cares, you come to eat wings! I don't drink beer, so they made me an okay mojito, that ended up being $9. yowser! Wings are cheap and plentiful and lots of spice variety to chose from so no matter how many times you come you wont get bored. This is awesome if you are a sports fan, i can't even begin to tell you how many inches those tvs on the walls are but they are HUGE! At lunch no one was there, we were one of maybe 4 tables sat and so we had all the attention we needed, which was fine by me. I'm sure at night it's a mad house, especially on a game night.

This is the place to get WINGS. Enormous TV's, inside & out patio area service, full bars. It's great for groups, descent price & fun ambiance.
