More of 3.5 stars than a 3. Came here after a day at Universal Studios. This place isnt cheap so definitely come in here HUNGRY! I love lobster and this place is definitely the place to go if you are up for that. - Lobster here was good but not great, my sister didnt enjoy it as much as I did. I think it was overcooked. I went to another Boston Lobster Feast in orlando and that one I recall was a lot better. We went in September, so they might be more in season. - Raw oysters were fantastic, ate so much of it, great with the cocktail sauce and lime. - Beef stew also tastes great, had my fill with it - The Ribs were not great, couldnt eat it - Ice Cream was good, many flavors - Fruit was cut up but they tasted fresh Wish they had some sashimi selection, but none of that at all. Sushi selection also non-existent as well.

I applaud the idea of all you can eat lobster buffet but there is a reason that no one else does it. This place might have seen better days many moons ago but in June 2015 it was grimy and left me feeling overdressed ( in a sun dress and wedges) The seafood buffet was pretty on par with your average mediocre asian food buffet except triple the cost. The salad bar was a big tub of iceberg and maybe 3 or 4 toppings to select from. Dessert bar was a tiny end cap with maybe half a dozen ( if that many) bite sized items ( nothing extraordinary- mostly brownies, pecan pie type items.) The lobster were very overcooked and had one to no claws - "culled" lobster they said. This apparently means reject lobster that couldn't be sold to mainstream establishments because they are missing bits, that would have been fine had they not been reheated so many times that they basically had turned to rubber. Waitress was very nice and attentive, as was the buffet staff. Had to be done just to see how many lobsters I could eat ( only 4 in the end) but if your splashing out $50 per person on date night or something special add a few more dollars and go to a place that will serve you one quality lobster for the same price instead of 3 that taste microwaved 6 times before making it to your plate.

Boston Lobster Feast is not good, folks. Three of us paid $160 with tip for the buffet feast and it was a sad experience. The lobsters only have one (1) claw - some of them are dry and rubbery, if you get them fresh out of the steamer they were a bit better, but still not very good. All the sides and extras pretty much sucked - low grade buffet style food you'll never think about again. Atmosphere was 70s cheapie kitsch. I was disappointed. I took a huge risk on this place after reading the reviews - gave them benefit of doubt - and I wished I would have eaten somewhere else at a fraction of the cost. Simply not worth it. Too Orlando glutinous for me. Pass!

Good food. Good selection of seafood dishes, salad, sides, peel and eat shrimp, crab legs brought out fresh every few minutes. They have some bbq and chicken dishes for kids along with deserts and ice cream!

Im still sitting in this restaurant and i had to do a review before I left so i can save someone a trip Walking in The horrible over head lighting and the fishy smell are a bad omen from the get go. Every piece of seafood i put in my mouth was horrible and i tried everything to make sure i wasnt jumping yo any conclusions. The tuna the grouper the ridiculously salty smoked salmon all dry and over cooked. The lobster ravioli tasted like cardboard the seagood au gratin which sounds like a horrible idea in the abstract was worse in reality. And they should probably not say they have an array of sushi because their array consists of 10 pieces of indistinguishable sushi. The blue crabs were light and the lobster which should be their crowning achievement was over cooked. They had meatballs and fried.fish and chicken. How do u mess up fried.chicken?? Well this place found a way tasteless dry unpalatable. I could go on an on but everything on my plate was gross. The ambiance is the worst. The food is the worst. I feel bad for the waiters there because its not their fault. But that $47 a person price was not warranted. I felt like i was owed money for a waste of my time. Me and my boyfriend are currently looking for other.food options because we couldn't sit there anymore and stomach anything that was being offered NEVER EAT HERE NEVER EVER EAT HERE

Never been here and as I walk in the hostess was not welcoming. It did made me rethink if I wanted to dine here or not. I had a question about a web coupon I printed and she immediately said, " just give it to your server." She sat me and I began to think perhaps I should leave. My server came over and she was a delight. Very helpful and kind. As a result of asking me questions I ended up buying a specialty drink and using my coupon for a free soft drink as well. The food was good over all, but like all buffet restaurants some foods were too dry. The lobster was delicious and succulent. The lobster brisk -- buttery goodness. I have not eaten like this ... Well ever. This place would be awesome with a change in decor and music not from the 80's. Thank you service person!

Oh man...this was heaven on earth for me. I definitely enjoyed myself here. I couldnt believe there was really unlimited lobster until I got there. The neverending lobster and crablegs were what did it for me...nevermind the peel em shrimp, fried shrimp, mussels, clams, steak, garlic crabs etc etc. Our server was spectacular, he made sure he replaced our bowls, drinks and mentioned that we could order baked potato, french fries, and hush puppies. He came around our table many times to make sure we were good. I am definitely coming back when visiting Florida.

We went in knowing that as transplants from New England the food might not be up to our standards but my wife enjoyed the lobster and the stuffed crabs. If this buffet was priced much more reasonably we would have been more pleased. With just one adult beverage and one soda the total for two was over 100.00. That being said the service was remarkably friendly! I think I'll try another option before I'd return.

The food was all good. Lots of flavor, friendly waitstaff. I was pleased with the variety of food. Yumm!

This place has all you can eat lobster, crabs, and all sorts of seafood for $37.95 per person. it's a good deal. come on an empty stomach. I thought the quality of the food was ok. The lobster was a bit chewy and stuck to your teeth as if it had been sitting in water for a bit too long. The staff seem very concerned about ensuring guests have a good experience and assist in de shelling the lobsters if needed (while wearing gloves). I'm a huge water guzzler anytime I go out to eat (average 4 refills per meal) and our waiter (s/o to Nick) kept up with all of my refill needs to kudos to him! I liked the variety of foods offered. Smoked salmon was great. Crab legs were great. They offered yummy asparagus, and steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. The pasta salads were delish. I recommend the crab legs, lobster ravioli, asparagus, and the clam cheese melt.

This place rocks!! My server Cecilia pampered us with everything we need. The lobsters are great! The raw oysters are fresh! Love it. The manager, was checking around to see how we doing! I'm glad we tried this place!

I would give 3 stars for this restaurant. Great service but the food was just average. I know that people come here for lobsters so I gave it a try ( I love eating lobsters). Maybe I expected a little too much after I read some good reviews here but I was totally disappointed after my first bite of lobster meat. "The meat was so DRY and it had strong smell that I couldn't stand" I ended up eating "1 Lobster" I know :( ... But I really loved their Clam Chowder and Blue Crabs. They also have really good desserts. I wouldn't pay 40 dollars ( Early Bird Price) again to eat just Blue Crabs and Clam Chowder. They have other seafood dishes but they didn't really Wow me. My mom and my husband thought Lobster meat was dry and had strong smell too but they at least ate 3 each.

Fantastic! Even though it's a buffet the food is fresh and delicious. We ate lobster, snow crab legs, oysters on the half shell (I ate at least a dozen!) shrimp, lox, tuna, salmon, clams, mussels and even the London broil was excellent! Lastly, the strawberry cheesecake is amazing, I think they hand make it on site. Thanks to the staff for making our anniversary memorable!

OMG what a treat, 4th visit in many years n I still love it. All I can comment on is lobster n crabs cause that's all I would allow myself.. Didn't want to fill up on anything else n have to say wise decision. Of the Lobster n crab I'll say the crab were the best soooo sweet. Both were very ez to Crack open. We decided to make it a yearly outing from Tampa.

The snow crab legs were fresh and sweet. This was a nice surprise. The big let down was the lobster. Two out of the three lobsters I tried were rubbery and old.

It had been a few years since my last visit, but I knew exactly what kind of place this was going in...nevertheless, I still found it disappointing. There are essentially three rooms to the place...now I can't be sure if my memory is betraying me, but I seem to remember that the entire center section used to be dedicated to the food stations...now, they were pushed into one of the dining areas. I remember there used to be a large selection of salads and desserts...all of them could fit on one dining table now. Overall, the selection was about 1/3 to 1/4 as much as a typical Asian buffet. The food was nothing to write home about either...now, I'm not suggesting it used to be great, but I do remember eating a little something else besides lobster. Now, I would say the food verged on the inedible. Giant head-on scampi looked great but were so overdone I might as well have chewed on my daughter's teething ring. Steamers also looked appealing...however, they had so much sand that I quickly gave up on them. Of course, you don't come here for anything other than the lobsters...they were small and overcooked and stringy. However, there is just something so satisfying to me about the CONCEPT of all-you-can-eat lobster, that I did not care. Quality be damned, I polished off three of them and would have had more if not for my fussy toddler. It's not cheap for the poor quality of the food...however, I knew enough to visit the website beforehand to download $5 per person coupons. The service was surprisingly friendly and good. I might return, if only to satiate my lobster cravings.

My family vacation was great until we visited this place for the all you can eat lobsters. A word from the wise, if someone who lives there and they tell you not to go there, take heed to that, I intend not to believe everything somebody else says, I always rely on my on experiences, this one I Should have listened... 1. Lobsters (ratings) 0 stars, Comments: Over cooked, the size of a chicken leg filled with a cup of water in every shell. 2. Crab Legs (rating) 0 stars, Comments: Over cooked... 3. Buffet (ratings) 0 stars, Comments: Taste like left overs... 4. Dessert (rating) 0 stars, Comments: So small, I really couldn't tell what I was eating 5. Cost (ratings) 0 stars, Comments: Highly Over Priced!!!!! THE DECOR WAS OUT OF DATED AND DINGY, NEED TO BE UPDATED AND A NEW COOK... ****** TOURIST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ******* You are only allowed 1 Lobster Per plate At a time, you have eat that one before you are allowed another Lobster per plate..

We travel to Orlando, Fl on several trips and always go for All You Can Eat Lobster...If the lobster is in season, it is muah delicious, however if it's not then the lobster sucks. We been here maybe 2x and from my experiences it was alright. If you want lobster, this is it..Other than that, no need to go here and spend that kind of money. Service is ok..

Omg I love this place been here many times and always have loved it. The full lobsters all you can eat is great. I enjoy the London broil and all the other goodies. The service is great, our server Paul was really great. He kept coming back asking if we needed anything else. Oh the lobster bisque was very good. If you don't mind getting splashed while breaking your lobster come and eat here. I highly recommend this place. Price is very reasonable for what you get.

  • TJ T.

Can you eat 65 lobsters in one sitting? Well, that's the current record here. I tried. I really did try but all I could squeeze in were 4 lobsters. Pathetic, eh? With so many other delicious dishes to choose from (fish, clams, soups, steak, veggies, etc), it was hard to only eat lobsters. One of my faves is the clams. They're just steamed, nothing fancy, but they are so good dipped in butter. The lobsters here are smaller in size than the average ones from non-buffet restaurants, but they are unlimited, so size doesn't matter. If I recall correctly, you're allowed just one each time you go up there. You can subscribe to their website to get a coupon for a free soda. I'd go all the time had the price been a bit lower.

Lobster is excellent, and the unlimited quantity was really awesome. Now for the bad - this place smells very bad with a mixture of old dirty carpet smell, the table wasn't clean, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Under the circumstances I just ate the "steamed" lobster 12 of them to be exact. I was afraid to eat anything else off the buffet because I was conserved if the dining room cleanliness level is was it was, I can only dream of what sanitizing levels are used in areas where customers aren't allowed. So seeing that lobsters were handled just steamed so I figured the lobsters are the cleanest thing in the restaurant. This would be a great place if they cleaned it up, replaced the flooring, and did better sanitization. Even if they needed to charge $5 more per guest it would be worth it.

We went here on a recommendation and we are glad we did. Atmosphere was lacking but the food was good and plentiful. All you can eat lobster, crab, clams, oyster, smoked salmon, prime rib and deserts to mention a few. Pricey but how often do you get a true all you can eat for $40. Paul was our waiter and very friendly and helpful.

This place was an exception to the rule as far as Buffet's are concerned. All you can eat seafood, lobster, shrimp, scallops, desert and some foo, foo drinks. The service was great but could see it being hit or miss. The manager Sue was Great and big Steelers fan. I would definitely go back for Lobster, Crab Legs and too shoot the shit with Sue!

I went here with my family, and we ignored most of the bad reviews and focused on the good reviews because of how much we love seafood. The buffet was 37 a person before 6. My cousins ate a ton of lobsters, but they weren't amazing. They were just plain lobsters that weren't too big in size. But lobster is lobster I guess. I don't care for lobster too much so I can't focus on that. What I did love were the endless king crab claws. Oh man. Those were fresh, constantly replenished. I pretty much just ate that. The other items on the buffet, which aren't much, aren't that great. The steak that's made to order is absolutely disgusting. Gross. The mean has no char, no grill lines, the inside was completely cold. It was just truly disgusting. It had an odd gray color as well. Which is weird because there was sliced steak on the buffet which tasted better. I learned my lesson going to this kind of buffet. I wouldn't go again.

Just left Boston Lobster Feast in Kissimmee. It was the second worst experience we've had a Boston Lobster Feast. The first being the I-Drive location where we walked out after our first plate at the buffet (a few months ago). We had heard the Kissimmee location was better. Not true. The property is even more run down than the I-Drive location and the food is equally bad. We've been eating at BLF for many years, but they have declined so badly that we will not be returning to either location.

  • Irene F.

Ok....so the only 3 noteworthy items on the menu were the desserts, the hushpuppies, and the lobster. The lobster is TINY - and FILLED with eggs. So ask them for a large bowl of hot water to rinse it off if you don't eat that stuff like me. All the other food on the buffet was totally not worth eating. And the crab bisque was ice cold- even after they re-heated it a 2nd time- it got to luke warm. I ate 6 lobsters- for the amount of money I spent- I could have had 3 bigger, fresher, and tastier lobsters - which I would have enjoyed more. I won't be back.

Typical beach all you can eat buffet. The lobster and crab legs are obviously the main attractions, and they should be! I'm not a crab leg or lobster connoisseur but they all tasted great to me. The other fish was all a bit over cooked, seemed like it had sat under the light for a long while. Some of the sides were good including the lobster ravioli and the crab cakes. Definitely try this place out if you are looking for a buffet in the Orlando area.

We went for a birthday celebration and had the best service. First, the food was delicious. It seem that they've added some tasty items. The basil creamed scallops, fried haddock, tilapia and the london broil were all very good. I was told the crab legs were delicious and we ate about 8 lobsters each, delicious. I had the sushi, the crab cakes, raw clams and oysters all were great! The mashed potatoes, broccoli and all the desserts were terrific. Secondly, the waitress, Teresa was so attentive and extremely friendly and helpful, we tipped more than the usual 20%. If you think the staff doesn't deserve at least 20%, think about all the trips to your table refilling drinks, bringing soups, clean bowls and picking up all the dishes from the several trips to the buffet. The price has increased 38% to $39.95 for the early birds in the past few years since we first came and most of the lobsters had only 1 claw or I would've given this place 5 stars. We love getting a bib and leaving clean, too.

Ok, let me start by saying I was recommended to this place by a friend who had been here a few years ago. Rhe thought of having all you can eat lobster is almost irresistible! (Even though I'm not a huge fan of lobster). But I must say the food is subpar. The lobsters were okay (for buffet can't really complain), the crab legs were soft, it all was just blah. The only thing I can say I really enjoyed was the steamed shrimp. I definitely won't go back, I wouldn't waste your time going.

    (2)
  • Freida J.

Personal is very friendly the hostess greeted us with a smile and the manager followed up with any questions. There is a wide assortment of raw oysters but none fried. the spiced shrimp was great. There were also choices that came directly from the kitchen (baked potatoes & steak ) just don't forget to ask your waitress for them. All in all it was good.

Have to say this place is the worst of the worst...the most disgusting meal I have ever had.. Please and I mean please do not waste your hard earned money on this disgusting awful place. I wish I could give it zero stars..awful..awful..awful... Do not even know where to begin on this place...oh and it is $43.00 a person for pure awful food..

Lobster is ok at best. Keep in mind this is a buffet and not a restaurant so if you want quality lobster go elsewhere. Crab legs are good but that's about it. Place looks run down and dated

It was horrible! Soup had a strange taste, Lindon broil was chewy, salad bar was very disappointing, and overall it just wasn't worth the crazy price. Waitress was extremely pleasant.

Excellent food and service had a great time. We had a group of nine and we sat down right away. The lobsters were awesome. More food than you can imagine, we would recommend this to anyone.

  • Brianna E.

I absolutely love this place and I don't understand why the ratings are so low minus the price is a bit high- BUT if you eat as much as I do (pretty much my body weight in lobster) ITS WORTH IT. The lobster is mouthwatering and the rest of the food is wonderful! If you're around Kissimmee you DEFINITELY need to go here if you love seafood! It's quite clean, too. Family friendly, and not too loud (depending on what time you go).

  • A. F.

I can only speak for the things I tried and nothing else. Here is the list of what I tried and what I thought of it: Blackened salmon - flavorful and juicy. London broil - tender and tasty. Seafood au gratin - not good. Salmon with dill sauce - too dry. Steamers - good. Fried coconut shrimp - bland and dry. Fried potato wedges - surprisingly tasty. Steamed, culled, lobsters - very good and cooked perfectly. (Note: they are best when brought fresh right out of the kitchen steam pot.) Snow crab legs - good, and very sweet. (See note above.) Butter - real butter. Desserts - just ok. Wait service - excellent. (Our server Suzette was really great. She's the reason for the fourth star!) Decor - reminded me of an old Chinese buffet. Don't expect upscale. Value - It's totally worth the price if you are simply there to eat your money's worth of fresh lobster and crabs.

Walked out without ordering anything. Whole place was gross, staff was rude, tables, floors, buffet, everything was dirty.

    (1)
  • A H.

The very definition of a tourist trap. We thought we were visiting an upscale seafood buffet. What we got was a cheap chinese buffet type atmosphere. The chairs were filthy, the dining room depressing, the carpets stained. The food was nasty dried out and inedible. The lobsters were okay that was really the only thing that wasnt completely horrible. The prices are INSANE for what they serve. The server, however, was very nice. They also say they have mac and cheese and lobster bisque (which tasted like it was just cambells tomato soup with lobster chunks) but you have to request them from the server. Anything being made behind closed doors at a place like this makes me pretty weary.

  • Steve S.

2 adults, 1 child, $110 check, and a very disappointing meal. Lobster was very tough and not enjoyable at all. The rest of the buffet line was either empty or looked like it had been there for awhile. I would suggest going somewhere else.

  • D Y.

OMG! This has to be the worst buffet for $40.00 The food looks all dried out, definitely not fresh and the featured lobsters must be frozen lobsters not to mention that it should be illegal to catch lobsters that small. They must be using frozen Canadian lobsters and they're dried out and like someone had posted, they tasted like cardboard. I tried the prime rib which also looked dried out even though it was cooked on the rare side. The server was nice enough to carve out paper thin slices of this prime rib. In hind sight I should have thanked him because I had a hell of a time cutting it and forget about chewing it. Did I mention it was paper thin to begin with. I don't think what I ate was worth $10.00. Good thing my daughter was asleep thru the whole dinner, there's nothing there I'd felt safe for her to eat. The frequent diners there have no idea what a real seafood buffet should be like. They all have to come up to RI and experience a real all you can eat lobster feast. The Nordic Lodge in Charlestown RI is a true Viking buffet bar none! All the rest is not worth the money you're throwing away and leaving unsatisfied.

I must say that I really enjoyed my first visit to this place. We are visiting from VA on vacation and my parents recommended that we come with them to eat. It was Sunday evening and the restaurant was very busy. We ended up with an amazing server, and she treated us like we were the most important table in the place. She never showed frustration and even took the time out to show our table a lobster demonstration. The food was perfect temperature and the seasoning on the shrimp and crab legs was just right. I will admit that I was a bit hesitant when I heard the price, but I will say it was well worth it. My husband got out money's with because he ate about 5 lobsters. If you're visiting Orlando, this is definitely a place with visiting if you love seafood!!

Me and my husband were honeymooning at Disney world in Florida and we were looking for a great place to eat. This place was literally 5 minutes away from our timeshare and had passed it on the road many times. I laughed every time I saw the lobster mobiles, so we had to try this place!! OMG OMG, OMG.......for $40 per person this is what you get. ohh, did I forget to tell it was ALL YOU CAN EAT?!?!!?!?!!?!!? Whole Lobster Thermador Crab Legs Mussels Clams Shrimp Oysters on the half shell on ice Salmon with cream/caper sauce Salad Bar Soup Carved prime rib Grilled to order steak My husband ate 3 whole lobsters! Probably would have eaten more if i would have let him! I loved the salmon and went back 3 times for more helpings, Crab legs were great too. Clams & Mussels were cooked perfectly with a great broth. The salad bar was nice and fresh, soup looked good, but didn't get any. Our waiter Steeve was great! We learned that he was from France & we talked to him for a few minutes. Actually the service we got everywhere was phenomenal!! Dessert bar was a little weak, small lemon bars, brownies, lemon bars, etc. in no way did it ruin the meal......we were so stuffed, we could only get down 1 lemon tart! I hate the fact that we don't have one of these restaurants in Washington State, but probably a good thing. I would balloon to 300 pounds since I would eat there constantly!

This was my second visit, and it was better this time than last. The quality was remarkably good for an all-you-can-eat place. The cherrystone clams on the half shell were petit and tender and tasted very fresh. The steamed little neck clams were as good as any I had ever had in New Jersey. The peppered smoked salmon was to die for. The lobster tail and claws were perfectly cooked very tender and not stringy. My one disappointment was the Oysters Rockefeller which had been on the steam table too long. But that was probably because most people ignored them. The flavor had just a hint of nutmeg which was not overbearing, just very subtle. If only I had gotten to them when they were first put out. The service was attentive, probably because the managers were right on the floor helping not just strutting. They always had something in their hands - grabbing a shell bowl or an empty plate and making sure everything was right. Very impressive. And to think, this is primarily a tourist place. The treated everyone like they were regular customers and going to come back next week! I wish I could.

Don't bother with this place! Waaay overpriced, overcooked, boiled, salty lobster. The fish filets are covered with dried up sauce and look like they've been in the steam table for hours. The crab legs were thin and small with mushy meat. The salad bar consisted of wilted romaine lettuce and tomatoes. We love lobster so thought it was worth a try. Plus the hotel gave us a 5$ off coupon. Well they require you to buy an overpriced drink to get the 5$ off. So you pay 10+ for a drink to get 5 off. I left there feeling sooo ripped off. Service is good, but our waiter didn't bother to tell us that steaks and potatoes were available cooked to order. Best advice if you want decent, reasonably priced lobster is to go to Red Lobster. Food and atmosphere is better and you will definitely spend less even with the dumb coupon.

Should have known better after reading all those negative reviews about this place but since I was in Florida for vacation, why not? I stopped by for dinner at this place and was sat down after a minute. No wait time whatsoever even though it was packed. The buffet area isn't that big and there aren't that many choices to choose from. Lobster was the main item my boyfriend and I were looking for and was somewhat disappointed after the first lobster. Each lobster that I had was overcooked and all the other items at the buffet weren't that great either. The best thing I had there was the mussels in marinara sauce. Even the desserts were a little off. Ice cream was alright. Also it took our waitress a while to realize we had no silverware on the table. Price: $40.95 per person on weekend. Plus tax and tip, $50 a person.

Holy lobster overload, batman! So after a long day at Universal, we had a large calorie deficit to fill. A friend recommended this place, and it also happened to be across the street from our hotel. Win. Had 45 min to eat. Here's the damage between 3 people: 7 lobsters 4 dungeness crabs 3ish lbs crab legs 20ish mussels 15ish oysters 10ish oysters rockefeller 3 slices of london broil + sides + sides + dessert bites + ice cream scoops. And that's w/ one of us who didn't eat any crab or lobster. The server here was super nice. When I went up to the lobster guy and he told me they were being steamed and that it would be a few minutes, he found me when they were done and dropped off 2 more lobsters to our table. Like people have said, it's definitely not the best lobster I've ever had, but it also wasn't the worst either. The dungeness crabs were so perfectly seasoned, they were as good as the ones I had last time I was in Baltimore (which were really awesome). My only complaint was the totally blah-decor. And not in the kitchy sort of divey-by-the-sea seafood place kind of way. That would have been expected. More like a Denny's in the hood. For $40, it's really not that bad of a deal. Luckily the hotel was across the street, cause we definitely had to roll ourselves home.

Came here the last time we came to Disney, and definitely wanted to return. Place looks mostly unchanged from the last visit 4 years ago, but just a little run down since then. Food was still excellent, even my non-seafood eating son found a lot of choices on the buffet. I primarily had lobster and crab and crawfish, all of which were excellent. Service was excellent, Alaina took very good care of us, refilling drinks, taking away full shell bowls, plates, etc. Even brought my daughter mac and cheese, and my son a steak which was properly cooked as asked. Sign up for their email club, and get a coupon, it's good for 2 weeks after you sign up so don't sign up until you go to Florida.

We were looking for an all-you-can eat crab leg restaurant. We drove an hour from we're we are currently staying, and now wish we would have gone to Clear Water. By the reviews on yelp, we were expecting a nicer, cleaner establishment. For 40.00pp, I would have expected a larger selection of items. I was expecting it to be comparable to Captain George's Seafood restaurant, not a lower version of Golden Corral. Don't waste your time or money here.

I don't usually eat lobster, normally due to price, but when I come across an all you can eat lobster place. I go all out. The decor is rather bland, lighting is a bit dark, buffet lines could use a remodeling.....but i don't care, i'm here for the lobster! I'm not a lobster expert or connoisseur anything. But I enjoyed every one of the 9 lobsters I ate, including the miscellaneous filler items. Like the steak and Mr. Lobsters sea friends. Its an novelty experience to me that I enjoyed, but i'd eat there more often if i was local.

This place is run down and seriously needs an update, looks worst then any buffet I ever been to. The lobster was cooked horrifically for the price. Also just waiting in long lines for each lobster was hectic. Some were over cooked dry & some had a foul smell to it. The service was good, it's just a one time thing for me to try out in Orlando.

The most expensive worst meal ever. Scruffy-looking place, filthy restrooms, and an abundance of bland food. The tastiest thing was the cold mushrooms which were meant to be hot.

Not worth the money stay away. ...41 dollars a person before drinks. Food is over cooked and low quality. I am not a picky person but would never come back.

Horrible over priced seafood, the fried scallops and shrimp were imitation. The lobsters are small and young. Didn't have a chance to grow and so much of the lobster is wasted. If you're environmentally concerned this is not the restaurant for you.

This place is so bad. Not worth $40. The lobsters are so tough. Other foods are mediocre. The staff is friendly. That's y they still get one star.

We recently ate at the Boston lobster feast. The service was ok, however the price for drinks and food ia crazy high. We love seafood, but this was by far worse than any seafood we have eaten out. The lobster was very tough and the salad bar was limited. Keep looking... dont settle

Seafood buffet can be hit or miss....this is a hit. The food was delicious and the sangria was too. The price was right and worth it when I looked at the selection. I would certainly go back and you can't leave without taking a picture with the Lobstermobile.

Stayed open late for us which was a plus. However the food was cold cold cold. We had to ask for hot crab legs. When we did finally get our crab legs they were severely over cooked as well as the lobster. And finally the lobsters were old and mostly green on the inside. I have been eating lobster for most of my life and have never seen so much green inside of a lobster. Would not eat here again not worth the 40.95 we paid.

Lobsters are not cleaned out so guts and eggs are inside :-( Paid 40$ fpr shrimp salad.

Even though the previous reviews are complaining I thought this place was delicious and definitely worth the money. I'm giving 4 stars because I ordered a steak (no charge because it was complimentary with buffet) and asked for medium rare and got SUPER WELL DONE. I told the waitress and she got me a new one which was perfect. And the lobster was not rubbery like most have said. It was juicy and amazing. Same with the crab legs. I ate like crazy and was satisfied. I would definitely go again. The Caesar salad and lobster bisque were superb. Everything I ate was delicious and I wish I could have eaten more after my 5 plates ha ha.

I'm a huge fan of lobster and when I heard from my cousin that this place was a buffet, my ears just perked up! However, if you're not a lobster fan, this place has plenty of other food for the choosing like their amazing london broil steak and prime ribs. It was about $40 for buffet which wasn't too bad considering how many lobsters we ate. The lobsters were a bit small IMO but then again, I was only able to finish 2 1/2 and was more than stuffed. Also it's good to go up asking for the male lobsters and not be surprised with finding eggs in the female. =P The lobsters were moist and dipped in butter just add great flavor to them. Usually after a buffet, I like to hit the dessert table, but unfortunately this place didn't have a great selection of dessert for the choosing. That still didn't stop me from enjoying the most out of this place. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stop by. =)

Obviously from the review's, I expected something good. Its now obvious they all like quantity without any quality.

Decent meal. I've been to better seafood buffets. When we arrive we're a bit put off by the atmosphere which is not exactly high class. The food itself was hit or miss. I wouldn't touch that sushi with a 10 foot pole. The salmon and tuna rolls looked like try had been sitting there for days. OTOH, the peel and eat shrimp was some of the best in terms of seasoning that I have ever had. The lobsters were small and kind of tough (overdone). But they were plentiful. The prime rib was good but not great. All in all for $40 everyone can find something to eat here and come out satisfied.

I'll keep this short. This place has terrible food, and the standard price is $37 for adults! I could go into detail about the different stuff we tried and how bad it all was, but I feel like I've already wasted too much of my life on this place. I do want to quickly mention that our server was really nice, but unfortunately, who cares when the food is garbage? PS. It doesn't take much to impress me when it comes to food. I liked those shrimp tacos Taco Bell had out for a while. In any case, if you are looking for a buffet, go to Cici's or Golden Corral. Please.

If you like seafood, lobster, shrimp, and crabs then this is the place for you. It's nothing fancy but great seafood and buffet. I paid my $39.99 - $5 off coupon you can find in most travel magazines. We spent the whole day at Epcot, we were ready to chow down. The staff was nice and helpful and kept bringing more drinks and napkins. This place is good for family and small groups, Enjoy

We were looking for a great all-you-can-eat lobster and seafood buffet and that's exactly what we got!!! I myself probably ate over 3 lbs of snow crab legs and half a dozen raw oysters on a half shell, my dad ate about a dozen and half raw oysters and 10 lobster tails! We also ordered a couple bottles of wine that were on special and just had a great time. Highly recommended and would definitely come back!!!

A small person can eat five lobsters here :-) The buffet was awesome. There is all kinds of great seafood and other hot foods. The dessert bar has a wide variety of delicious and enticing sugary delights. I love variety and this buffet has been around quite some time because they do a good job for the most part. This is the first time in the Kissimmee location and its good. I have been to the Idrive and the one near the Florida mall. They also have a discount email coupon newsletter you can sign up for.

We weren't sure about going after reading some of the reviews but we went anyway and we are SO glad we did! The first lobster I had was a bit tough but tasted great. The crab legs were wonderful and the seafood au gratin was out of this world! The deviled crab were great as well. My husband had the flank steak and prime rib and said it was very, very, good! We loved everything they had, even the desserts were wonderful, and I love that they cut them in small pieces so you could try one of each!

  • B T.

Mediocre at best. From the feces perfumed bathrooms to the rubber like fish/lobster. Not at all worth the money. Save your money and go somewhere else that serves fresh seafood. I do NOT have high standards, but this place was just ratchet. I should have listened to the negative reviews because they were 100% true. Gross!!!!!!!

    (1)
  • Benny.mimi M.

Fantastic! Service is awesome! This buffet place may not have a whole lot of varieties but the seafood is fresh! The lobsters are hot and deeeeeelicious! Would come here again if ever in town!

Horrible food. I'm not picky at all but you difinately do not get your money's worth. The food quality was poor. The food selection minimal. The ribs and meat was cold. For the money anything is better. My server was lovely but I will never come back here. Ended up ordering a pizza for the kids after spending 180.00 at a restaurant. Again selection is poor!

    (1)
  • Kim P.

The smell was nauseating, I think that the carpet either needs to be replaced or cleaned. The prime rib was dry and tough. The lobster was good. The women's restroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels. They add 18% gratuity for a large party.

    (2)
  • Paige V.

Good for the price. Had 3.5 lobsters and neglected most of the other items as my goal was to eat as many lobsters as a gal could. But..(sigh)..I could not hold a candle to the other patrons at the restaurant who had 2 lobsters each trip. Owner stopped by a few times and asked how we were. What I appreciate more than anything, is to have an owner or manager come up to your table and listen if you have concerns. Our server was amazing, could not ask for a more attentive & charming waiter, Kevin. Will definitely go back again if I'm in the area.

    (4)
  • Brian T.

Stumbled on this place looking to feed the family. Not a bad deal at all, mostly because kids under two were free, and the kids buffet was only $9 if they didn't eat the lobster or crab. Food was good, server was great. Big tip: order what sides you want early because they may take some time to get there. We would definitely come back to this place

  • Jaime P.

If you love seafood and are hungry this is definitely the place to go. While I didn't have any of the meat items (prime rib, chicken, other standard buffet items) I did however thoroughly enjoy the endless lobster, shrimp, clams, mussels, and snow crab. Everything tasted fresh, and well prepared. The service was also outstanding, the servers were polite and very attentive. And one of the best parts of the meal was dessert. All the desserts tasted fresh and homemade...the peanut butter brownies, and key lime pie were excellent. All in all, if you enjoy seafood I'd definitely give them a try.

  • Roger B.

Walked in...turned around and left. The place was filthy outside and inside. It could have been the best food in the world but they lost me at the employee smoking outside the front door!

I was on vacation in Disney World area and decided to give this place a try. The lobster was pretty tasty, good sized. The snow crab legs were really good too. They had some very good london broil and also clam chowder was good. The rest of the food I would skip. By the way, there ice cream is the best. I also had very friendly and great service from the waiters/waitresses. Some cute help too. ;)

This place scares me because it is a food sanitation nightmare. They put new food onto older food in the buffet pans--huge no-no! Lobsters look more like baby lobsters, fried seafood selections safer I guess; salads and desert selections are lacking. The hostess had a bad attitude when we asked to be seated away from the bathrooms but our server Shanna however was excellent. The manager was also friendly and came by to ask how all was. Too bad they can't improve the food and its handling.

    (2)
  • Stevie V.

Two stars for SERVICE ONLY! Disgusting is the word that comes to mind when I think about this place. Lobsters were gross, someone sprinkled them with sand. I tried almost everything else and it was crap, except for the Clam Chowder. I've had lobster in Boston and there is no comparison.

Took friends from England who had never been and, boy, were they impressed with the selection and the price. We all enjoyed freshly steamed medium sized lobsters, many oysters and mussels (both raw and baked), salads, delicious lobster bisque (which has to be ordered separately). We went at 5 so the selections were all fresh and appetizing. Our server, Suzette, could not have been nicer or more efficient. Our friends can't wait to go back when they return to FL in a few months.

On a trip from nj my boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch. Bonus points for having an early bird price...a very nice surprise. Lobsters were good...some a bit over done but better over then under. To be honest the rest of the buffet was mediocre nothing memorable. The desserts were fresh but limited. Our server Jennifer was lovely and very attentive. I'd say to look online for a coupon...we found one for 10% off entire bill. With the discount and our seafood craving sufficed we left happy.

  • Marie J.

I was visiting Kissimmee and on a seafood kick. Recommended by the hotel clerk. For the price, It was as expected and the lobsters were really good. The seafood selection was good for both hot and cold entrees and appetizers. Desserts did not look very appetizing, but they had various flavors of ice cream. Best value is getting in before 6 pm where the price is $35.00. Eat two lobsters and it becomes a real good value. Additionally, we ordered a petit filet and a lobster bisque. Both were well-prepared and flavorful. Bathrooms were clean but I had to re-clean the silverware- real spotty. Service was very good and attentive.

This is gonna be a hard review to write because I need to differentiate between the awkward circumstances that led me to dinner here, the surprisingly high bill and the food which wasn't all that great but greasy enough to provide that beautiful twilight feeling we all love called the 'itis'. First off, my coworker conned our whole office into going here with her ex-lover and co. so that she wouldn't brave it alone. Thanks, douche. Second, we were told that we qualified for the $5 coupon but later learned that ordering any other drink than water completely cancels out the savings. The wait staff is attentive, I would be too if everyone gets charged $50 for dinner, and the guy walking around dropping lobsters on your plate was pretty entertaining but I would not go back under my own volition.

The atmosphere is good , staff friendly , our server Janet was amazing very friendly i will recomend her. NOW lets talk about the food BLEND i took a veriety on the buffet not good the lobster was overcook like rubber no taste what so ever didnt even finish it but the crab legs was good so i eat lots of those since i was paying that much money. I like the flan that they had there. Overall i would Not come back bc of the food - no taste

This is an all-you-can-eat Lobster Buffet. You come here to stuff your face with LOBSTER. If you are smart and do just that, you will have absolutely no problem here. My BF and I dined here during our recent trip to Orlando. I read him the reviews on this place and Angel's and we decided to come here because he'd already been to Angel's several years ago... I'm not sure what all the bad reviews were about because we had a VERY kickass and attentive waiter. He was quick to refill drinks and even showed us how to quickly and cleanly remove the lobster tail with a fork. Obviously they serve a lot of other food that is probably shitty, but, uhhhh why would you even bother looking at it, much less eating it? IT IS ALL ABOUT THE FREAKING LOBSTER. That is all.

    (4)
  • Mrs. R.

In 2009 when we went here during our trip to Orlando - no compliants awesome buffet. Seafood cooked to perfection. In our recent trip this year to Orlando the lobster was rubbery, still had blue rsident on the meat, the crabs had barely any meat in them, and the crab legs were overcooked. In addition, to the horrible food the price went up $10!! We probably will never eat here again.

    (3)
  • Lindsay W.

first off service was great...Liz was our server and she was just so nice and prompt with everything, the food left a little something to be desired, the crab legs at first were cold but after a refill on the buffet they improved, the lobster was pretty good and the London broil was good and flavorful as well, my mom tried the prime rib and she said that was really good ....some of the things were hit and miss...I recommend going before six the price is $37.95 instead of $40 and if you sign up on the website for emails before you go they send you a 10% off coupon you can use as well... I would go again when I want to stuff myself silly on seafood

Nasty food. Lobster was dry & chewy. Prime rib tasted weird. Crab was dried out w/no meat inside. Many different seafood dishes had been too long under warmers. Inside was shabby. And the best news is a few hours later I became violently ill. I plan to notify the County Health Dept.

  • Jerry J.

Went here while on vacation recently. Food was good and service was good as well. I gave it 4 stars because they didn't see on top of their game with keeping the buffet maintained and several things I wanted were not replenished for a long period of time.

    (4)
  • Bob K.

It was sad as the whole thing was outdated and the quality were not up to the standard. Expect to pay $40 for an unsatisfying meal. Even the lobsters were failed. (way too salty, while the restaurant claimed no salt was added by them) Crab legs didn't look good. Prime ribs were dry. Our server spilled the dirty plate on me and just ignored. No one in our group was satisfied with their food and service, and they charged us 18% gratuity.

Shanna was an incredible server. Very attentive and always on top of our needs. We loved it.

Can we get some negative stars? OK yes I know buffet food isn't supposed to be fine dining. BUT I do expect it to be edible. The food at BLF was NOT. Also while standing in line for a plate, a little girl came barreling out of the bathroom stating she could not even go because the smell was so bad. I did order a steak and it was suprisingly edible, almost earning 2 stars! The star of the show should have been the lobster and the rest of the seafood....and OH it was, unfortunately it was the negative stars I mentioned earlier. The lobster and shrimp were like rubber. The mahi mahi was as dry as croutons. Actually it would have made better croutons on the salad then the soggy ones I had. I have never complained at a restaurant but I felt compelled to tell the manager how bad the food was. I told him I would pay as I was not complaining for free food. I only asked for a comment card....well he gave us 10% off and promised a comment card. I also let the manager know I have eaten better food at my place of employment. I work at a prison....Inmates make the food! OH and the comment card never showed. Basically, save yourself $32.95 (Per person!!!) and STAY AWAY! Eat at the Golden Corral next door because their food would be like fine dining next to this place.

Usually go to Angel's every year when we come to Florida. Their all you can eat buffet has a limit on lobster and crab tho now so we decided to try Boston Lobster. The lobster was way better than Angel's. Cooked perfectly. Our waitresses Barbara was excellent. If you want to eat all the lobster and crab you can eat this is the place to go. Well worth the price if you love seafood.

    1) The Service is 5 Stars. The staff is all American, very friendly, very fast, very attentive. 2) The interior is 3 Stars. Low budget tables, chairs, and carpeting. 3) The food is 4 Stars. The food isn't prepared perfectly but USDA Choice Prime Rib and NY Strip along with 60 other high quality items shine through the lack of cooking expertise. 4) The value is 4 Stars. $37.99 for all the lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops (each prepared in a half dozen ways) AND Prime Rib and NY Strip, AND about 55 other items?? That's a great value!

Service was great!!! Food was good, not great but good. Lobsters are very small but what the hell you can eat as many as you want so who cares how big they are right..... Prime rib was really really really undercooked or overcooked nowhere near perfect cause it was well on one side and raw on the other but cooked to order strip steak was awesome. i would def. recommend it to anyone looking for seafood in the kissimmee area. We got there right at 6 so we got the 5$ cheaper price for "early bird" which was 32.95 instead of 37.95

I really wish I could give this place negative stars like some of the other reviewers stated. When we found out we were going here for dinner I found myself super excited and looking forward to enjoying a great Lobster Buffet extravaganza unfortunately these expectations were dashed and set on fire basically. I had already looked at the website and knew what would be available on the buffet and just couldn't wait to have some of my favorites. I'll also give a disclaimer that I have been to multiple different Lobster Buffets before which were typically cheaper in price than this one. The place was busy but not packed when we arrived. The location was basically full of different varieties of international tourists as their main customer base so they pretty much are just turning and burning customers and never expecting to see these people again. If it would have been up to me then after looking over the buffet I would have just left and went somewhere else. Unfortunately we had obligated ourselves to this choice so we still had high hopes to make the best of it and those hopes were also dashed. On my first trip up I found about 75 to 90% of the items being completely empty. I was "OK" with that though thinking "I'll just get some raw items... steamers... and a Lobster and maybe a piece of prime rib". The raw clams were very concerning because most of the shells were empty just like someone had scooped the clams out and left the shells? I did manage to find one or 2 that still had clams in it and tried them however I wished I hadn't. The Steamed clams were also so overcooked that they were dry and rubbery and completely inedible. I also love just about any type of clam and can easily eat 3 dozen by myself! I ended up eating 4 clams total, 1 raw, 2 cherry stone and 1 long neck that made me hurl (literally). The first calamari, fried clams, and other items on the buffet were right out of a frozen food bag and were absolutely nothing special. The gravalax and smoked salmon also tasted somewhat old and gross, I wouldn't even look at the "Sushi" since it was even repulsing to view. Regardless of all this I figured I'd still get my value on the Lobster.. unfortunately I was sadly mistaken. The lobster's all had only 1 claw which was odd to me. They were old and overcooked and so tough that it was basically inedible. I could only get thru one lousy lobster and that was even a challenge. The only really tasty thing on the buffet was the Manhattan Clam Chowder but the ladle for the soup was too short and you ended up half dipping your hand in the tub just to scoop it. Also did I mention how old and dirty this place is? The restrooms were worse than a 3rd world country. Even this one little kid complained about the gross smell and didn't want to use it. There wasn't soap, paper towels or TP and it was horrible. The tables were also filthy and had old gross bottles of wine with nasty greasy fingerprints all over them. Just looking at our table made me loose my appetite. The point is if you want to blow $100.00 bucks a couple then go to Texas De Brazil or some other place of quality instead of this inedible crap.

A truly sad affair to see a man's greed reach its cold hand into a man's wallet, pluck a hundred dollar bill he can ill afford to spend, and lay it down on the alter of Boston Lobster Feast. Spindly lobsters served up, one at a time only, thank you, to the saddo clientele of Boston Lobster Feast.

I'm not sure who is rating this place higher than 2 stars (max) because this place was pretty expensive considering the (low) quality of the food. As soon as we entered the place, we were overcome by the strong smell of fish... that's not a good thing. We were seated with our group and the waitress explained the buffet. They also had an ala carte menu if you'd prefer that option. As for the kids, they can choose from a kids ala carte menu as well as from 2 buffet menus (1 that does not include crab legs and lobster for about $9 and one that does for about $15). We felt like we were at a used-car lot because at various imtevals throughout the meal, our waitress would come back offering "add on's" (like a baked potato or additional vegetables) for additional $. So, for the food. Some of it wasn't bad. There was coconut shrimp that was pretty good as well as the steamers (which were ok... not fabulous, but OK). The lobster, however, was the absolute worst I have ever tasted. They were all "chicken" lobsters (small) which is understandable at an all you can eat place. But I've had better lobster from the supermarket than what they were offering. They had a weird taste (especially the taste on the the claw -- yes, one claw per lobster; they tore the other claw off). The tails were very hard to extract from the shell and all of the lobsters were filled with "eggs" (red "balls" that had a gross texture). These were definitely not "today's" catch; and I'm not even sure they were as recent as "yesterday's" catch for that matter. Note that diners are only allowed one lobster per buffet visit. Not a big deal because you can just go back up to the buffet and request another. The wait staff did a great job at keeping your table clean and offering additional napkins and wet-wipes. Now for the price. We were with a group but we were able to get separate checks without complaint from the waitress. For me, it was me, my husband, and our 7-year old daughter. My husband added on a baked potato and my daughter got the buffet that included the crab legs and lobster. For the 3 of us the bill was $90 -- without tip! We've gone to Legal Seafood (WAY better than this hole) and have spent that or less. I would not recommend this place to anyone... Ever. It's too bad, really, because the idea of a seafood buffet is great. Hopefully the next time we're in the Orlando area we can find something better.

We went here after a day at Disney and loved it. The food was amazing for the price. All you can eat and as many trips as you would like. Prime rib was great and the lobster we done just right. I would highly recomend this place to anyone. They also offer coupons online for $5.00 off the price of the meal. They also have steaks and different potatoes that are not out at the buffett but they will specially make for you at no extra charge if wanted. The service was great and the employees were very nice and offered more than we needed. I highly recomend this place.

I'm giving this place four stars, because I have to take into consideration that it's a buffet...and buffet food is, well, buffet food. On the whole, the food is decent. I mean, all you can eat lobster and crab is good in my book anyway. The keylime pie was good, and my daughter loved the choco chip cookies. Our service was IMPECCABLE. Our waiter was Aziz, so if you go there, try to sit in his section. He's amazing :) Oh, and if you choose this location over the one on International Drive, it's a few bucks cheaper per person ($37.95 for dinner).
