Came here for dinner with my family last week. The staff was very friendly but kept messing up our drink orders. How hard is it to remember who ordered regular and who ordered decaf? And the eggs in my omelette were a tad dry as well. Other than that it wasn't crowded so we were seated and served promptly.

we ate here twice on our disney vacation . it was close to the parks. next door to our hotel. Friday morning 9am, and sunday morning 7am they were able to seat us right away. they had us at 2 tables which was fine , we didnt need tables pushed together. both times they didnt grat us. ( this is huge for me, i like to tip more, and i HATE to have gratuity included because service is usually crappy) both times we had breakfast, 9 meals and drinks under 100 - yes please! waitresses , were nice ( we had melissa friday) - waitresses kept on top of drinks. all meals were under 10 bucks. i had steak and eggs came with biscuits and home fries was 9.99

We love Bob Evans, however, this was not a good experience. Glasses were dirty, long wait with loads of empty tables, potatoes not fully cooked, hot cocoa ordered, but never received and then charged for, hash browns tasted like dirty grease. Very disappointed.

Since a friend and I were having conversations about the various merits of country sausage gravy, she decided that I needed to try the very best that there is... and she maintains that it comes from Bob Evans. Not surprising, since Bob Evans is so well-known for their sausage! I have limited exposure and experience with this gravy (as a Yankee), so we decided to go for taste testing. We started by getting biscuits and gravy, and testing her theory right off...and she was right. The Bob Evans Sausage gravy is outstanding...the only thing that I could wish would be that it was served on some sort of electrified hot plate, so that every bite was as steamy as the first! the biscuits were very good, too...I think...they're more of a gravy-delivery system in this case! We also shared a bounty of other goodies, such as the Cinnamon Supreme Sweet & Stacked Hotcakes (sweet cinnamon chips inside the hotcakes and then top the stack with a cinnamon chip garnish, cream cheese icing, whipped topping and powdered sugar), which were basically dessert for breakfast...and I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT! :) We also tested the Slow Roasted Pot Roast (slow-roasted beef atop mashed potatoes with glazed fresh baby carrots and grilled onions, smothered with pan-roasted beef gravy), which was good, but isn't my favorite dish no matter where it's served. We also tried a Cinnamon Blossom, which is what I think you'd get if a muffin and monkey bread had a love child. It was fine, but nothing to write home about. Our servers (we were there through shift-changing) were attentive without hovering, and didn't mind that we were there not only for food, but friendship catching-up as well!

After a long day, popped into this Bob Evans which was right next to my hotel and had the Turkey dinner meal and the loaded baked potato soup. It was actually very good. The soup was very cheesy and flavorful, while the dinner was exactly what I needed before a good night's sleep. The one thing I really didn't care for was the mashed potatoes that came as a side. They seemed VERY much like instant mashed potatoes. It would have been so much better if they were made from scratch. Over all though, very good. The restaurant was nice and clean with very friendly staff.

Stopped here for two reasons - it was across the street from our hotel and there were 8 of us so we were looking for an inexpensive meal. Definition of the two star rating: 1. Location 2. Price The staff were nice enough - we had a large party (8 and a baby). They couldn't accommodate us all at one table but put us near each other which was okay. I asked for a coke with lemon. Received a coke about 10 minutes later, no lemon. Ordered my meal - turkey bacon melt. Asked for a side of Mac and cheese and BBQ sauce for my fries. Received the meal after what seemed like eternity - no Mac and cheese OR BBQ sauce. What's the point of asking for things?? I wanted dessert but the waitress brought out our checks without even asking. Welp. I understand this location was understaffed and it seemed as though many of the employees were frazzled. Working as a retail manager, I can understand but from what other reviewers have said, maybe management should intervene and make better business decisions.

Between the seven of us, we tried a good variety of their breakfast and lunch dishes. Everyone loved it so we are bookmarking this place for our next visit. I wanted to opt for a healthier option (since I knew I wanted to save room for dessert later at Downtown Disney) so I ordered the veggie omelet with egg whites instead. The plate came with fruit and whole wheat toast on the side. I was very happy when the server brought brown sugar for my coffee, at my request, which isn't something I'm used to at the diners I've visited before. Also tried the banana and walnut whole wheat pancakes..loved it! Evan's is definitely at the top of my diner list.

Let me start by saying that my family was very excited to see a Bob Evans by our resort. Unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing. First off we were seated right away, at about 2pm on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was about 30% full. We had a very nice waitress, she was the bright spot in our visit. We got our drinks right away. After that it all went downhill. We waited about 30 minutes for our meals. We were a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. We all ordered breakfast, nothing that takes a long time to prepare. It was basically eggs, pancakes, hash browns etc. The food was pretty good, not great. Definitely not worth waiting 30 minutes. I will say again that our waitress was very nice and she gave us a take home gift of baked goods because we waited so long.

No, no, no!!!! Cold breakfast, slow service and a table by the bathrooms. My first and LAST trip to Bob Evans! Hubby's grits were equivalent to soup, pancakes tasted disgusting and all was barley lukewarm! Go to CRACKER BARREL!!!!!

For family brunch we order the Farmers Classic which was a choice of fruit crepe , pancakes, waffles, 2eggs, hash brown, fried potatoes, or grits, choice of Bob Evans sasuage patties , links or bacon for $8.99 NOT BAD FOR BREAKFAST MEAL..coffee watet and or juice....The resturant was very clean and also as choice of bread we were served banana nut bread while we waited for our food with our beverage. They also had a full service baked goods and coffee counter to go. I highly recommend this for done in and take out if you are ever in Florida.

This Bob Evans Is conveniently located right off the Irlo Bronson Hwy and is in a decent location. Right off the bat, you are either seated or wait at the most, 15 minutes on a busy weekend. The service is excellent, everyone always has a smile or in a good mood. The food, phenomenal. Granted, I've only had breakfast. They have some of the best biscuits for breakfast, perfectly moist and soft. Decent prices as well, and unlimited coffee. We always come here when on vacation.

This place does not even deserve a star! We were seated by the "busboy" cause everyone was too damn busy bitching about who's going home. And after we were seated the busboy came by with our drinks (he's not our problem he did good) then 2 other families came in after us and got served there salads and drinks and got there order taken. 2 waitresses physical looked right at us and walked the other direction and still didn't serve us. Manager could care less if we were happy or not. We walked out after the other couple who walked in 15 mins after got there order taken......WORST PLACE EVER DON'T GO!!!!!!!

Bob Evan's has gotta be the best diner in the world.I went to Bob Evan's with my friend because I was working in ORLANDO for the day and I realized on how nice the place looked it was way fancier than Denny's and IHOP.I ordered pancakes with Scrambled Eggs and bacon with Chicken Fingers and Onion Rings and they were really delicious. Our waitress was nice our service was fast great place to eat at.

First time for me in a Bob Evans and I am a fan. They have a nice 3 course dinner for $9.99, which included salad, entree and dessert. It was delicious, and the service was excellent. I went with a large party and they couldn't move the tables together quick enough, they were just so willing to help us get seated and to make sure we were comfortable. I had the turkey with all the fixings, it felt like Thanksgiving. The only thing I didn't like was they gave you cranberry sauce in the shape of a dime. This girl needed more cranberry sauce. But I was so happy eating the rest of the meal I forgot to ask for more. Then for dessert I had coconut pie. Yum, the people from two other tables saw my dessert coming and when I left the restaurant they asked what kind of pie I had, because it looked so yummy when the waitress brought it to me. I shared it with everyone at my table and it was yummy. Good job Bob Evans, I'm going to have to find out if there is one by where I live as we were on vacation when we found you.

Typical. But my sister asked for a water and 10mins later she came back with it. It was sort of busy at the time but all of our food was hot (myself and 5others) and it tasted good. I've had better. Nothing to go write home to mom about but it was alright. Took a really long time tho to get your check payed for. If your a Denny's fan and have never had this place- go to Denny's.

I hadnt been to a Bob Evans since I was a kid in Ohio in the mid 80's. So while on vacation in Florida I figured it would be fun to have breakfast here one morning for nostalgias sake. whoa. not the worst experience but very underwhelming. It started out promising as we were greeted at the door by a sweet older lady who seated us. We recieved our drinks in a timely manner. Than it took forever to place our order and then get our food. The place wasnt busy at all and I counted at least 5 servers, so i didnt understand the lag in service. Than when our food did arrive it was very bland and lukewarm. Not trying to be harsh but Bob Evans seems to be a glorified Dennys. At least this one was..

Warning: Yelp's map gets the address right but the location slightly wrong -- Bob Evans is a block WEST of VIneland Rd (SR 535), not a few blocks east. By the time we figured it out and made a U-turn, we had a mile of tourist traffic to get through. Your experience will quite likely be better than ours, and ours turned out well in the end. We got a new server who tried hard to get everything right, and somewhere along the way there were a few mistakes. Green onions in the salad "with no onions", grilled cheese "on rye" served on regular bread... no big deal, really, and the fact that the manager offered a new salad to go was very sweet of him. Even the little details took a bit of working out -- a bathroom in need of the spare toilet paper stored on a 7-8ft ledge, a couple of cash registers that were being counted just as we approached them -- but it was all fine in the end, and we'd be happy to come back another time.

I know I know how many breakfast places can there possibly be on 192...but this is one of my favs... I go so often the people here know me by name. I have tried pretty much evrything on the breakfast menu and a few of my favorites are the grits and the fruit crepes with blueberry topping. They also offer a endless soup and salad for lunch (6.99) and dinner (8.99), and it comes with thier yummy rolls, biscuits or bread. Super friendly staff and clean establishment.

A friend and I ate here for breakfast three times during our visit to Disney World. I came for the biscuits the first time, but returned the next two times due to the stellar service by our wonderful server, Jason. We came in on a packed Sunday and luckily landed in Jason's section. He was simply a delight - cordial, friendly, great service - the most you could ask for in a human being. The owner should double whatever Jason is being paid - if I lived around there, I would be in as often as possible. Yes, the biscuits were great, but Jason was such a wonderful way to start the day...he put a smile on our faces and if you find yourself in Kissimmee, please stop by and ask to be seated in Jason's section - you will be quite happy you did.

Southern, home cooking done chain-restauarant style. I've rarely had anything but breakfast here, though their dinners are decent. They have a good variety of options at breakfast, though, and more reasonably-priced options on the menu than Perkins down the street. Seasonal items are tasty, like pumpkin bread, fresh berries or seasonal coffee drinks.

I live in California now but used to live in Ohio so Bob Evans holds a special place in my heart. I love the potato soup and the potato crusted tilapia. The previous poster who had the salmon shouldn't be so hard on them. I think his problem lays in the fact that he wasn't expecting a chain restaurant Regardless, no one orders salmon from Bob Evans expecting gourmet preparation. They are better known for their breakfast menu. This restaurant is up-to-par with other Bobs I have frequented in the past. Also, like any Bob Evans, the customer is ALWAYS right. If you don't like your meal just let them know and they will make it better, make you something else, remove it from your bill or sometimes negate your entire bill given the right circumstances. I look forward to visiting one of the 7 or 8 states that have Bobs. Out in California all we have is their sister restaurant; Mimi's Cafe and, well, Mimi's just isn't the same.

I visited this Bob Evans at 2:30pm on Sunday, Sept 15th. As usual, most of the food was great. However, our salads had no tomatoes, and when asked if Bob Evans had quit adding tomatoes to their salads, the waitress replied that they have stopped for the time being because their tomato supplier could not deliver the "high quality" tomatoes demanded by Bob Evans. Hmmmm..... Worse, the service was excruciatingly slow. It took almost 15 minutes after we were seated before a waitress showed up.....and the restaurant was almost empty! We did hear the staff in and near the kitchen laughing it up and trying to make some kind of laughing sound they described as being heard on a television show called The Nanny (I have never heard of it). After ordering, it took another 10 minutes for the salads to come. Then another 10 minutes for the rolls to arrive (they were hot). Finally, after having been seated for almost 50 minutes we were served our entrees. The waitress apologized for the long delay by saying that the cook(s) were working on many "to-go" orders. I guess the to-go orders have a much higher precedence than those seated within the restaurant. Bottom line...the food has always been good each and every time I have been to Bob Evans. The service I have received during prior visits was a bit slow at times, but nothing compared to this visit. Because of the very, very slow service this go-round I will not go back again. There are too many other restaurants with food just as good AND reasonable service times.

This restaurant is located on 192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy} just west of the intersection with 535 (Vineland Rd). I have eaten here on several occasions and have never really been blown away. though sometimes the food has been better than others. The menu is good old American comfort foods with a lot of "farm fresh" options. Their breakfast foods are probably my favorite as it is served all day. For lunch and dinner they have salads, burgers, wraps, and a lot of good dinners. I love trying great new foods and places that knock my socks off, but there is something to be said for good old fashion comfort food. Call me crazy but sometimes I just crave chicken fried steak, meatloaf, or some crispy fried chicken. Pot roast or chicken pot pie? I could make it a long list, but you get the idea. There is not much fancy or fusion here but you do know what to expect. The food is always good and served hot. Their soups are also quite tasty. Bean Soup, Beef Vegetable, Cheddar Potato, Tomato. Nothing out of the ordinary but good soup for a good price. We have had issues with the service here. It seems a bit backwards. During peak times we have never had a problem and service has been spot on. It seems like during their slow periods they operate on far to few staff. We have waited 10 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant as a waitress texted behind the counter and no hostess was to be found. On an evening before closing we had poor service and once we finally got our check, waited 10 minutes at the cashier stand to pay while the telephone on the wall rang and rang. Bottom line: Always clean and the staff is always friendly though not always attentive. Prices are decent and portions are good. You could pay a lot more and do better, but you could pay the same and do much worse. Kids eat free on Tuesdays

Well, need I say more, this is a chain. Now coming from California, I wasn't aware this was a chain, but it was essentially a diner. The salmon was a bit dry and tasteless. With the humid weather and the thunderstorms outside, gloomy weather, the overall ambiance was not good at all. The food did not help.

No lag in service. Food was served in a timely manner and with a smile. Perfect brunch stop before heading to Disney. Ask for Melissa.
