  • Wonderful home cooked food, a warm welcome always waits for you when you visit Bob Evans. The open faced beef sandwich is highly recommended with melt in the mouth beef served on hot bread with gravey and mash on the side. Excellent value for money

Great place to come and eat breakfast to get you energized for the long day at the parks. Food was good here and came out fast. It was also right by our hotel so we didnt even need to drive far, could have walked actually if I knew if was that close. Coffee was good, not watered down. Service was good and friendly. They constantly checked up on us to see if we needed a coffee refill or anything else. Food tasted great, we all enjoyed our breakfast and were on our way.

I grew up in Ohio, where Bob Evans originates, which means this place tastes like weekend mornings growing up. Service was excellent, from the host to our server. We were well-taken care of and our special tweaks to our orders were handled appropriately. Food was good and served quickly. It was a nice distance from the hotel where we were staying, which was a perk. We wanted to escape some of the tourist trap/resort hell, and this was the perfect antidote to that.

So it's a Bob Evans chain restaurant. I know- a bit boring for an Orlando vacation. The good- my son said, "This is just like our Bob Evans back home." As a chain, that means success. Brand uniformity in menu, decor, and quality of food. Second, kids eat free on Tuesday. After paying theme park prices, that is also welcome. As for the overall experience, my water glass and coffee cup were empty more than I would have liked. One of the two kids breakfasts did not come out with the rest of the meal, and they didn't bring jelly or honey for the biscuits. It wasn't terribly crowded that Tuesday night, so I kind of expected better. But the lower wallet pain, and low crowd level was a welcome change from the hurry up and wait of the theme park jungle. So not bad, not the best, but the kids were happy. So that counts for a lot.

Horrible service! I've never received service like I did tonight. First it started with the waitress "Mundy J", spilling a little lemonade on my phone because she was passing it across the table. It wasn't a lot, but it's a phone, you would think she would show some emotion by spilling fluid on someone's phone. My son ordered his food with grits, but this breakfast restaurant stops serving grits at 11am. I order the homemade chips, nacho style, and asked to omit the red onions. She brought them out as just chips with cheese sauce on top. When I asked about the jalapeños she shrugged her shoulders and said "yep we don't have them." I sent this back and didn't eat them. I also ordered soup and asked if they still had some. She never mentioned my soup nor brought it out. I basically ate my other son kids meal. We asked for the check and tell her to make sure the soup isn't on it, she again says "nonchalantly", "oh we don't have enough soup either. We don't have nothing tonight". We get the check and the soup was still on it. I've never experienced this kind of service at this restaurant in any state. Not to mention "Mindy J" was in the bathroom with my daughter and I and walked out without washing her hands. If you go there, please make sure she isn't your server.

Very slow service and the food is just not very good. We don't have any Bob Evans in AZ and we won't miss it. We usually eat here when we come to Orlando, but we don't need to again. Even the ice water tastes bad.

Had steak and eggs which looked amazing but my eggs were ice cold and they burnt my toast the server was nice he brought me more eggs but they were scrambledand my toast came when I was finished eating lol but the manager came by and handled it well by taking my order off the check

This is probably one of the better chain restaurant breakfasts you can get in this area. The place is very clean and their biscuits and gravy are really really good! They also have an awesome bakery area where you can take home breads, pastries and cookies. Since Fall is coming up soon, they have lots of pumpkin flavored stuff, which my wife and I love! Their pumpkin bread was $5 for a whole loaf and really really delicious. My wife and I both had the sunshine skillet, which is an open faced omelet. It was good, not great, but good. The service was a bit slow especially since there were only a few people in the restaurant, but the server was friendly. This is a decent choice for a hearty breakfast before the theme parks.

Ew! I should have hunted down a Denny or Cracker Barrel My eggs were burnt, the english muffins were drowned in "butter". As the 2 star ratings says "Meh, I've experienced better"

Food was great, Asst. GM was great but, the service was VERY slow. Apparently, a cook had quit. I will go back and try again b/c once we got our food it was awesome.

I give this restaurant three stars because the service is so bad. On our first visit, one of the coffee cups on our table was dirty so naturally, we wanted it replaced. Our waitress examined the cup and began to challenge us on the cleanliness of the cup. Really. You got to be kidding me! Because the food was reasonably good we decided to pick up muffins and coffee to go on a second day. The same waitress/trainer was at the cash register. She told us that the muffins were very good heated. So naturally, we asked her to warm them up. Her reply "don't you have a microwave"?

Great, nice little breakfast joint. Nothing extravagant, but definitely a few steps up from a Denny's or IHOP. Excellent, fast service! All around good breakfast! If you like a little spice, I recommend the Border Scramble!

Bob Evans is technically one of the best restaurants for breakfast and brunch.First off Bob Evan's have delicious pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon and their chicken fingers with fries are amazing I'm still eating brunch right now even though it's still 9:00 AM in the morning. The staff is very friendly and always care and our waitress was super nice I'm always delighted to come back

Breakfast on 3/24. Great service and even better food. Think a bit more upscale than ihop. Not terribly busy either. Ordered the farmers choice breakfast with an additional side of biscuits and sausage gravy. This isn't a bad thing, but it was a lot of food. Sausage gravy and biscuits were awesome. Wish I had a Bob Evans near my home.

Well there is so much you can messed at a breakfast place. Service sucks big time! A little tip to the waiter: LISTEN before you answer something you were NOt asked for. First and last! There is plenty of places to in Orlando.

Bob Evans breakfast is good. I recommend ordering The Rise and Shine with sausage gravy on the side for the biscuits. A good place to eat before heading to the theme parks.

Food is good. Service is SLOW. Went for dinner about 8:30 and it was 10:15 when we left. We are not SLOW eaters and there were only 6 other families there. No reason for it. Have done breakfast before, although much busier, the service was a little better.

Awful service and the wait staff is rude and unfriendly. The hostess threw our kids crayons and papers on the table.

They make on Yelp open at 6:00! But Open at 7:00 We came on 6:00 and wait until 7:00. Them know we were cold outside, why they can not let us in just give us some water?

This is my first time coming to this Bob Evans location and just because it is closer to my hotel, I was not impressed. It's fairly newer than any other Bob Evans i've ever gone to, and will probably not return. The service was extremely slow, and the waitress kept forgetting our items.

Had the pot roast hash with 2 eggs over easy. The meat was fall off the bone tender, the eggs were perfect. Service was fine, the establishment was very clean.

When we come to Orlando, we go to Bob Evans for breakfast. The staff here is really nice and helpful and the food is yummy. Good hearty breakfast.

I have eaten at this particular Bob Evans for breakfast over 10+ years when we come do the Disney adventure, and I have to say it is one of my favorites over IHOP, Denny's and yes even the Waffle House for breakfast. If you love biscuits and gravy, their is a must! Sorry that I can not review their lunch or dinner since I have not experienced them. The breakfast service is fast, and our server was friendly during our most recent visit on December 23, 2013. The restaurant is also clean and well maintained. And I don't ever recall having to wait for a table or this restaurant being particularly packed during breakfast.

Breakfast here was better than IHOP or Denny's. Josh the waiter was beyond exceptional; not too peppy for 7am and more than competent to take our order. Mahalo!

  • Rico Z.

The place had 4 other tables with guests. Waited for 15 minutes no one came to even get a drink order. We just walked out. Have no idea if the food was good but we went to a 24 breakfast place right down the road it was packed. So I guess by the lack of people at the Bob Evans the food is as bad as the service.

Came here for breakfast one morning prior to yet another Disney adventure. Can't come here without having their homemade biscuits with sausage gravy, and it was great. Got their chicken tenders/fries to go for about $2.99, which is $6 cheaper than at Disney. Win-win baby....

My husband raved about this being a great breakfast spot for a long time, but I never had the chance to visit one until now! Bob Evans, where have you been all my life?! First of all, I was expecting a "Denny's/IHOP" feel. Boy was I wrong. Bob Evans was NOTHING in comparison to these commonly known "dirty diners." Bob Evans smelled like grandma's kitchen from the moment I stepped inside. (This was the first sign to a great breakfast) Thanks for smelling like a breakfast place should smell. (Like butter and home cooked goodness) I had fresh orange juice and the "Rise & Shine" (Two eggs, Bob Evans Sausage or natural hardwood-smoked bacon and hash browns, home fries or grits and two biscuits) and my husband had the "Farmer's choice breakfast" (Your choice of one fruit crepe, two hotcakes or two slices of French toast served with two eggs, Bob Evans Sausage or bacon and hash browns, home fries or grits.) AND for all you Organic yelpers, they do use "farm fresh" eggs! Bless their heart for that! Overall, everything we had was great! Plus the service was great!!!

My middle school teacher always used to mention Bob Evans and I have never seen one in person until my recent trip down to Florida. Bob Evans' specialty is sausage and they restaurant style is very similar to IHOP except better. This location was across the street from our hotel so we made several trips for breakfast during our week stay. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. I did not eat any of the lunch/dinner selections but the breakfast offerings were great. You can also get "sidecakes" (pancakes) with any entree. I also recommend the fresh strawberry smoothie. Delicious! Overall, this is a great family place. It is not too fancy and prices are very fair. Service is great and highly recommended as a breakfast location.

Slow service. Almost half an hour for food to come out. Subpar food. Allows solicitors to come into the restaurant to sell balloon animals and make a racket. Would not recommend a return trip.

Grits. Grits. Grits. Can't get em up north so I come to this place (or waffle house) everytime I am down south. White gravy was excellent on the biscuits. eggs done exactly as ordered. they give you so many options it seems like ordering takes longer than eating. Grits were great and buttery with just a hint of salt. nice southern accents all around. Nothing truly spectacular about breakfast foods in general but this was a great meal.

  • This is how UK Little Chefs should be. Excellent quality of US type fare, burgers in particular fantastic for the money. My kids love this place and we eat here every time we have been to the Orlando area. Service is spot on, you usually get discount coupons for repeat visits too. Much better than Denny's or anything similar in the neighborhood. Plenty of parking though the entrance is a little confusing the first time you visit. When you are fed up of the many buffet breakfasts that are offered in the area come here, it's slightly more expensive but the quality is way better. I'll be back real soon !
