Best cheeseburger! I get the loop n cheddar and it's the best anywhere around. Steak fries are great and the shakes are the best too. They have become my baseline for deciding if another place has good shakes! Nothing compares. The pizza is great too but a couple of times we have gotten pizza with a lot of extra sooty black stuff on the bottom. I'm not sure if it's from the oven/grill not being swept/cleaned/maintained between orders. I have no idea but I usually brush the bottom off with a napkin. The ranch dressing is the best too.

You can't go wrong with The Loop. The most notable menu items include: tomato bisque, bleu cheese chips, and milkshakes. Tomato bisque is great to get when you're not in the mood for a big meal, but still want something great. Bleu cheese chips are a must every visit to the loop. Whether you purchase them as an appetizer or a side, the chips always satisfy. The milkshakes are great, and they even give you an extra portion to share with someone, or drink yourself.

This is one of those good solid lunch places that you can always find something to enjoy. The concept is a fast casual hybrid because instead of the focus on disposable dishes like Chipotle and the like they have more of a restaurant feel with actual plates and silverware and a traditional kitchen set-up. I am a fan of the food. It's not special necessarily but it's solid and consistent. The burgers are well seasoned and the Chinese Chicken Salad is really flavorful. As far as I'm concerned this is a solid place to go on a lunch break during work and it would be a fine place to stop in for something on a weekend if you want to eat something with friends/family and not go home. The best part about this place is that it's quick and it's easy to get in and out of. The restaurant is clean and the staff have always been great to me too.

I haven't been here since last year but I really wanted a cheeseburger! And it was delicious! And I also tried something different by getting my burger medium well and it wasn't bad at all. The milkshake was awesome and definitely worth the money because you really get a lot! I will definitely be coming back just maybe a different location.

This is the biggest one ive ever been to so i was in amazement. The atmosphere was very laid back. I got a burger and it was so juicy. The fries were so-so and the soda machine was busted but the chocolate shake more than made up for that!

One of the best burgers in Jacksonville! Somehow five guys has one all of these awards. A flatop does no justice to a burger when you press the life out of it. The counter staff was extremely welcoming and helpful with assisting me with my order. This was not the first time in here but with the new renovations it looks great. I ordered a great American Cheese burger medium with no tomatoes. The burger was on point with the temperature and seasoned perfectly. I love the fire grilled taste even though I think it's time for a bun upgrade. I recommend trying any of their burgers you will not be let down.

Now I remember eating here 10-11 years ago when we built a gas station across the street. This place hasn't changed one bit. I mean everything is like it was bolted down when they opened it. The tables are in the same place the fountain machine is in the same place. Even the flavors are in the same place. The food is also the same. I can get some pizzas and burgers and salads. The place was clean and nice inside. The young lady at the counter was nice and took my order and here's your number see ya. I went to go sit and wait for my food. It came out and my burger was pretty descent in all. It had everything I wanted and more. A little longer on the grill. Imagine that just for me they turned my med rare burger and made it well done. Yea just what I didn't want. So now the search continues to find a good lunch spot in Julington Creek.

Not really changing my mind about this place. I don't mind going to the counter and placing my order, but there is no need for us to get pagers when they're not so busy to pick up our order at the counter. They give you these large waiter-sized trays and ask you if you need anything else. This is my Third and final time. This isn't a buffet. This isn't quick service. This is pure laziness! I keep adding. The food is just ok. I don't think they actually make anything. The buns for the burgers and chicken sandwich are sad. They are sad, sad buns that are cheap and lifeless and don't add anything but take away from the overall taste. The floors are disgustingly dirty, filthy things that when I move my foot I thought something was on the bottom of my shoe. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Went to lunch mid-week with spouse. Restaurant in plaza and parking is easy. The staff was friendly and greeted us promptly. You order at counter and are given a pager to go up and get food. (Staff brought our food to table when ready.) We ordered a BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger with onion rings and the veggie melt ciabatta with fries. Fries were "steak fries" and tasted great. Onion Rings were "real" onion rings and tasted great. Asked for burger to not have onions on it but when received they were there. Didn't complain just took them off. Burger tasted great and was well portioned. The veggie ciabatta was served open faced and was tasty. Interior is nice and current. The condiment and soda stations were clean and well stocked. There were T.V.s on the walls with sport channels playing. They also have music playing in the background that was enjoyable. We enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. We will be going back to this particular Loop in the future. Great Experience.

Great food and wonderfl service describe our favorite Julington Creek Restaurant! We eat here at least once a week and are greeted by name. The Loop Burger is my favorite, but my husband lovs the grilled chicken sandwich is at the top of his list. My daughter loves the pizza so everyone is happy! Its also nice that there are always coupons available for the restaurant. In this economy it sure does help. Thanks to Jared, the outstanding manager, as well as his awesome staff for always taking such great care of us. We really like the new owner as well. He is doing a great job :)
