In a tucked away city office building off hogan street. I walked from my new office located three blocks away. The place is modestly busy but the order line moves quick. They have a good selection of coffee, tea, drinks, breakfast, and lunch. There is seating in the front of the cafe. Good prices as well! I got a breakfast BLT sandwich with egg added and it was about $4 and yummy! Try it for breakfast or lunch!

The good: I had a delicious caramel mocha. It was the perfect respite from an extremely brisk day! As a former barista, I can appreciate a well-proportioned latte. This was no exception. Also, this shop is very close to the courthouse if you work there! My latte was ready in under 2 minutes, though the store was packed. The caveats: Really quickly. There is no parking available nearby which was kind of sad. I also couldn't find the shop as it is in a larger building. Additionally, the shop itself is pretty small. Since this place is good, it gets pretty jam packed. The BEST: Ask what flavor scones they have available. Seriously. I tried the raspberry white chocolate scone on a whim and will never look back. So. Good. Overall, I absolutely loved everything I tried! I'm so excited to try all of the notorious coffee shops in Jax. Visit The Brick! :)

This is a great lunch spot in downtown Jacksonville! The food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable and the service is fairly quick. Not much seating, but most people take their food to-go. This will definitely be a regular pit stop for me when I travel through JAX.

The Brick is a great downtown addition and local addiction for me. I don't drink coffee (shocking, I know), but it's my go to place for hot chocolate, chai lattes and smoothies. If you are a coffee person, they have a full Seattle's Best coffee bar and can make you whatever non fat-full sugar-extra hot-mochachino-with crack syrup you'd like. For breakfast, my top picks are the Glorious Morning muffin and sausage/cheese croissant. There is also an assortment of donuts, scones, breads, fruit, yogurt/granola, drinks, snacks, etc. I've never had lunch there, but they use Boarshead lunch meat and my friends have assured me the sandwiches are good. The owner, Diane, is a nice lady and remembers her regulars. She even baked two dozen cookies to order for me when I needed snacks for a meeting. They convinced me to try a chai latte with pumpkin syrup - it was delicious so I'm now working my way through all the syrup flavors. If you're in the downtown area, stop by The Brick. It's worth it.

Great little coffee shop tucked in a downtown office building. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but when I have a craving, it's nice to know that this place is here. The prices are very reasonable, the coffee is good, and the staff is super friendly. I haven't tried much of their food, although I once had an apple fritter that was pretty delightful. Would recommend this spot if you're looking for coffee downtown.

Tucked away in the Ed Ball Building, this coffee house is a gem.Serving Seattle's best, they offer espressos, cappuccinos and my favorite Lattes. For the busy lunch crowd you can grab a handmade sandwich from choices like Chicken Salad to a Garden Boca Burger or try any one of their Boars Head selections. This place is a downtown good find!

Good coffee and the staff can whip up a nice coffee drink if you don't know what you are in the mood for. I like that!

Very good. The atmosphere was really nice. Even for brunch. The gris are insane. I would definitely go back. It was said there is a live band there on weekends. Very quaint and a very good location. Can't wait to get back there to try more menu items.

Great coffee. Not expensive. They had some pastries in there as well which looked good.
