They easily have the friendliest staff in the mall. Never feel like anyone is hard selling you anything. Passed by and someone offered me a trial of their tea. I've been getting overly stressed and hitting coffee pretty hard to the point that I was getting jittery. So I was more then willing to find a good alternative- especially with this menopausal weather Florida has been giving us. Talking with a staffer I felt like I was walking into a relaxing consultation. He easily had me purchasing their black tea, raspberry lemon, coconutty chai (Dosha), and the tea maker that I keep in my desk at work. Can't remember his name but his recommendation were on the dot. For the holidays I kept checking out one of the variety sets but for some reason I didn't purchase it. If you see something you like - buy it immediately. I come back the next day and it's gone. No worries mom's tea set is already gift wrapped and ready for her bday. Their items are of good quality, completely adorable, and their staff is just too cool. And always stop for a taste when they are giving samples - best way to keep up to their new stock.

The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable. We have bought two tea sets, rock sugar, multiple teas and other accessories. This place has a great variety of teas and I think the prices are reasonable. If you drink tea often, the Countour Tumbler will keep the temperature if your tea for many hours. I love it!

Desperate to find a glass teapot with an infuser, my search brought me to Teavana. In fact, it seems no store in Jax has them but here. I saw only one left and it was the display. A staff member checked in their display cabinets to see if they have any more in store and they didn't. My heart dropped, I kept thinking, "Please don't make me go to the St. Johns Town Center". But she suggested that she would check the "offsite" location and asked if I'd mind waiting like 5 mins, which I said I didn't. In that time I walked around the store sampling teas and checking out there wide variety of tea sets. I was looking really hard at the cast iron teapots and I almost bought one. She came back in about that time and she had one. Thank god. I paid for it along with a teapot warmer. I hope the person who's receiving this enjoys it. Thanks Teavana!

I was shocked to learn (after is already been in and bought tea many times) that you can get a cup (hot or cold) of tea at Teavana! The associates are always very helpful and there is usually someone giving samples out at the front of the store, too. The prices are steep but you get what you pay for.

This place has a really great staff, really good at helping match products to customers. The store itself is pretty cool. If you haven't tried loose leaf tea then this place is worth checking out. It's a lot of fun.

Had a very educational experience here at Teavana today! John was the guy that helped me and my roomate out and he was exceptional with his customer service. We tried different teas and he listened to what we liked and then narrowed down our choices. We ended up getting a small Perfect Tea Maker, a teaspoon, and 2 different teas that you can mix or drink seperately: Pineapple Kona Pop and Blueberry Bliss :) If you're looking into becoming a tea drinker or already are one, give this place a chance! Some of it is pricey, but completely worth the price. Everything is herbal and can stay fresh for a year with the right container. Need presents for a tea drinker? There are iron cast teapots, tea makers, cups, CDs, etc. Head on in and enjoy the experience!

What a cool store! ! I just casually walked in here today while strolling the mall. ...I love tea and have been in before and bought some loose tea, which is really delicious, but a lil pricey. When I walked in today the two girls working in there were really nice and helpful, they were not pushy at all which is nice. They had allot of taster stations set up with different teas so I walked around trying them. .. wow everything was so good! Full of flavor, nicely sweetened. .I was surprised how delish everything was, they had their seasonal crazy flavors too, like gingerbread, and white chocolate peppermint, which I didn't think would work in tea, but I was pleasantly surprised so good! I had read from previous reviews that you can buy glasses of tea so I ended up getting a white chocolate peppermint tea mixed with monkey (?) Tea $5. .. and enjoyed it while walking around the mall! I'll be back to pick up some gift sets for Christmas gifts! :)

I got sucked I'm to buying a tea kit here this weekend...but so far I'm still happy with my purchase! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and lots of tea samples and choices to purchase. Will def be coming back!

I just started drinking loose tea and the employee here directed me to some of the best tea I've tried, they have a lot of samples and it's set up pretty nice. If you like tea I would def stop by here
