The staff here is the best in Jacksonville. I am not sure of their names, but in the morning they are the best at being quick, accurate and always smiling wishing you a good morning. I pass 6 Starbucks on my way to work, yet I always stop here, mainly because of the reasons stated above. This morning the line was long but (Shantel?) had my coffee ready so when I paid I was on my way. Lindsay, wow I hope I spelled it correctly, in particular stands out. She wore a great Halloween costume this year, I thought she looked great. She's always cheery bright and full of smiles. The whole team rocks! These guys make me want to have a good morning. Keep it up.

We left The Grotto after having dinner and drinks with some good friends, and I decided to pop in here and grab an iced coffee since we had parked directly in front of the store. Upon entering, I immediately loved the layout of this particular SBUX. It's nice and open with plenty of seating and outlets. Very clean. It was a little after 9pm, so they weren't very busy. Only two employees were working. One was stocking some stuff and the other was taking orders and making the coffee. There were only a couple of people in front of me with no other orders pending, and the girl behind the counter was so incredibly slow. She also wasn't very friendly; no talking... not even a smile. Seemed like this was the last place in the world she wanted to be. Finally got my iced coffee and there was something off about it. I'm not sure how exactly she managed to screw it up (never had that happen before) because the way I order my iced coffee is not difficult. I also know SBUX will remake your drink if you aren't happy with it, but I was tired and can drink coffee black if there's no cream and sugar available, so I didn't worry about saying anything. This is a nice SBUX with some outstanding Yelp reviews from other local Yeeps whom I know and trust. I'm thinking maybe this one particular barista was just having an off night. Personally, I can't give it more than three stars, but this review is from only one experience here. If I return again and have a better experience, I'll make sure to write an update. The location of this SBUX in San Marco is great, but there is no drive-thru and it can be difficult to find a parking space since there is no private lot (only street parking). If you're looking for a SBUX you can run into quickly, this may not be the one for you.

One of my favorite's in Jacksonville. It's a Starbucks, but it's not like every other one. They really took care with the design of this one and made it assimilate well into the surrounding San Marco neighborhood. The baristas were definitely more cheerful than your average shot puller and made me smile on the rather dreary day. Had no problems with the Wifi and the computer seating with plenty of plugs was perfect for this 'on the go' yelper.

One of the best Starbucks in town. The location is in a busy are with lots of cute shops, restaurants and a movie theater. The employees are friendly, courteous and very kind. Their is plenty of seating, great lighting to read or work by, and the music is very mellow. A very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere after a busy day, or great to stop in and grab a beverage when you are out and about. I highly recommend a visit, experience it for yourself and you may find it even worth traveling out of your way to stop in and visit in the future. I know I will keep it high on my list of locations to frequent, and once I bring my frienfs, they are sure to do the same. Try the Bananas Foster Frappuccino, a Barista- recommended drink, if you are looking for something different!

Nice Starbucks with ample seating indoors and out. The employees are very nice and quick with making your order. They definitely keep it clean and it smells so damn good in the store. This was my first time at this location so the more I go, the better I will review!
