Nothing remarkably wrong at all. It's a consistent comfy Starbucks just half a mile off the highway. I prefer non chains but hey. Not a problem here.

I received a hot chocolate with sour/spoiled whipped cream. I told the staff and I received no apology or any response at all. The worker just took my hot chocolate, dumped it out and re-made the drink. I felt that the customer service is lacking and I miss my old Starbucks on the other side of town in the Riverside area on Route 17. They make the best hot chocolate and are kind with excellent customer service. I won't be going back to this starbucks again.

I had a good experience here and a bad experience here. I guess it just depends on who is working when you go in. My advice is to take a sip of your drink before you walk out so that you can ask to have it corrected if need be.

This Starbucks is attached to a Applebee's. It's kinda small, but looks new. It is near the Baptist Medical Center.

Just a regular neighborhood Starbucks near the Baptist Medical Center. It has a nice seating area outside with ample parking it shares with Applebee's. The inside looks small and has different types of seats, somewhat old and strangely placed that look in a desperate need for an upgrade. The friendly baristas get job done well, and all is well in the end.

I've been coming to this location since I moved here in '10. It's close to home and they consistently make good drinks. My wife loves Starbucks so we come here regularly. Sebastian is a barista there and he is such a cool guy. Funny, smart and darned good at his job. The problem with many Starbucks locations is that they can be insanely busy and full of jerky customers. I haven't found that here and that's refreshing.

I really don't know what great service some reviews are referring to. Since 2014 I've visited on average 1-2 times a week but they still don't know my name and have Never had even a brief friendly conversation with me-even when it's not busy. I've heard that the crew they used to have was better but I believe the barista is the same. And he has never been nice. He usually doesn't even say "you're welcome." But I've seen him have friendly conversations with some other customers. Once the order taker marked my drink hot instead of iced (even though I always order the same exact thing) and I wasn't rude, even though I had to wait longer amd had to get to work. There was no apology for the confusion, only an exasperated look from the barista like it was MY fault. I only go to this location because it's the only Starbucks on my way to work. Another review mentioned Ameretti's and while I love their desserts I personally didn't care for their coffee. But I do stick with iced coffee drinks and its hard to come by a place that can do those right.

Every time I come to this Starbucks, I begin to dislike it even more and more. Service is becoming subpar and the manager is meh. Mobile ordering is nice for a grab and go, but there's no point using it at this location. I waited 10 mins at the pick up counter, and was not acknowledged since they were sooo busy making drinks so I went to the cashier to advise them I had a mobile order. I was sent back to the pick up counter and waited another 10 minutes while the manager was chit chatting with an employee. I finally had to interrupt and ask about my pick up order. Manager looked at her employee and said, "That's all you buddy." No apology from anybody. They need to take a few pointers from the store out in Fleming off of 220.

Fast clean and friendly. Layout is nice. Plenty of seating indoor. Didn't see any outdoor seating. Convenient location near Baptist South hospital (could walk if needed).

This is still my most favorite Starbucks crew in Jax. They remember who you are, and the drinks are always spot on. The store is clean. I still come here often. I like that they remodeled the store recently.
