Not even sure why I'm giving it two stars! Other than the older employees(so sweet) that work here I despise going here for the fact of the attitude problems the other employees(blonde chick & others) seem to present. Also, my drink is always made wrong when it's just a simple order OR I've stood waiting for my order when it has failed to even be made...Today I received half a cup of foam rather than an actual latte!

This Starbucks is not bad or good. The staff is inconsistent with their customer service. Sometimes I get the friendliest person and sometimes I get someone who is disgruntled. They do serve good drinks and usually do not mess up orders. It's right by my house which is why I go.

Place is clean but a little small. The staff is sometimes knowledgable but often times doesn't listen when orders are being placed. Asked for a mocha/Carmel frapp and the attendant made vanilla. I never make a big deal about but when they said that's what I ordered I just took my item and said I won't come back during these hours again.

I feel like some of the people working there hate their jobs and it makes for an uncomfortable experience. I guess that's at a lot of places but here in particular. I still go for the white chocolate mocha. Starbucks aka Fourbucks

Great service great coffee. Please get your coffee fix here. Looks like my review is too short, so i will say the coffee is great. Jeanine is awesome!

They rarely have the ingredients I need. Whenever I go there they're always out of something !! So I choose to go to other Starbucks locations and avoid this one.

Really, what is the use of rating a company location like Starbucks, that will stay in business, and make an obscene profit, while treating the customer like day old trash? The answer is, I have a few minutes to kill so what the hell. So I get in line with bag of espresso and want a cup of joe as well. Numb nuts employee knows the person behind me, starts talking to her, describing what a crappy day he is having and starts to fix, her usual. What am I, chopped liver? Apparently so. When he finishes her coffee and chit chatting he seems surprised to see me and says, 12.95 for the espresso. Could I get a grande misto, or do you want to wait on another person in line behind me said I? Well, I know her said he. Wow... What the hell! One day I want to have a business that is wildly successful where I can treat the customers like crap, and only be nice to those special people that I know.

Customer service tonight was terrible. Two young blond girls were working and didn't seem to think I was important after waiting in line. I asked for a rubber band before ordering a drink. Both of them replied with we probably have one but don't have time to look for one. We explained it was for an injured shorebird found outside and we were trying to secure it safely before taking it to a rehab. Again, they said they were too busy to look. There was one customer in line behind me. Eventually my fiancé talked them into giving us a paper bag. This is my Starbucks and I usually get the morning crew that is on it. Just a bummer, not everyone cares about wildlife I suppose.
