Best Starbucks I've found in jax so far. Drinks always taste great. Usually pretty quick service and almost all the baristas are friendly. I like creating my own drinks as I use to be a manager of a coffee place and they r always good about being not annoyed w me. Lol

Friendly staff. Like uber friendly and even though I only came to this Starbucks for about a week, they remembered me and my order. That's crazy cool. I don't know about the inside as I only used the drive-thru. They were prompt, polite and somehow able to offer varying items from their menu without seeming pushy. More like, southern charm-- "You sure you don't want something to eat this morning?" LOVE it!!

My visit this evening with a friend showed some real improvement in customer service at this location, though it seemed to take a bit longer than usual to get my drink, which was a surprise. But my drink was made correctly and tasted delicious, which is certainly the most important thing!

I've visited this location many times while in town for work or as my go-to pit stop when travelling and although it has the convenience factor I have to say this is the slowest starbucks drive-thru I've ever visited. The staff is friendly enough, the drinks are made right but my recommendation is to absolutely avoid the drive thru to save yourself some time.

On days when you cannot sit outside the tables inside fill up quickly -- I am waiting for my favorite -- a Frappuccino with chocolate whipped cream.

Their drive-thru is very friendly, accurate, and fast (even when they're slammed)... you can't ask for more than that! Inside, they keep the temperature pretty cool (some places keep it freezing, which I hate) and everyone I've spoken to has been friendly. Very young crew.

The quality of the coffees served here is good, this is another Starbucks that does not smell like burned coffee and its very clean. I would have given it one more star but I was there on a Friday night and they were busy and extremely disorganized. Starbucks is supposed to write your name on your cup, these people were too busy to do so, so if you weren't standing immediately next to the delivery station, someone who arrived later than you would snatch up your order. Seriously, such an easy fix, so why not?

I don't always go to Jacksonville but when I do I prefer Starbucks (Dos Equis anyone?) This place has been consistent with their coffee and their service. The drive thru is always slow but going inside is always fast. So for quick reference Outside = slow, Inside = fast! If iced coffee didn't have a grip on my heart like Obama-care on my wallet I could probably afford that health insure, drink up!

Friendly service. Employees serve you with enthusiasm. Only complaint is that you can forget about indoor seating during the mornings (when I normally come in) as they seem to be all filled up.

Nice to have a location outside of the airport as to avoid the airport 'upcharge'. They got our orders right, so that's one for the 'plus' column. Would be nice if it had a little more in regards to seating options available inside. Staff was friendly but you can tell they might not get as many customers with 'custom' drinks as a Sbux with more traffic does.

I'm here nearly every morning on my way to work. Well at least three times a week. I know my morning barista by name and she knows me. Coffee has never been bad here, never over roasted, never too sweet - just right. Clean and comfortable.
