Typical Starbucks. Consistent service and quality. That's why I keep going back.

Only Starbucks where I've had someone remember my order on their own.

I've only been through the Drive-Thru and everyone I've dealt with has been super friendly and helpful.

i am not sure if the barista was having a rotten day, but that is my guess! i was hoping to have my bad day shattered with goodness!, but there was no cheerful greeting, fake or not, so my duldrums were perpetuated. the coffee was as expected, and the wifi worked, so i was winning 2/5ths of the battle of my morning... the 3rd fifth of the stars is easy to find and the typical reasons for Starbucks.

This is my go- to Starbucks because it is very close to me and the staff is always very fast and friendly. Today I felt that a staff member could have went above and beyond to help me but they did NOT. While in the drive thru my card fell out of the staff member's hand (DAN) and on to the concrete. He walked off like it was no big deal. I tried to open my door to reach it and HIT my door on the side of Starbuck's. I noticed the card was in fromt of my car and at this point I could not reach it. I asked Dan if he seen it and once again he acted like he could have cared less. I thought, as a man, he could have walked out there and retreived it for me, or for a MUCH more simple approach he could have said "I'm sorry" and acted like he gave a damn. My drink was very tasteful as usual thankfully.

Like the Chick-Fil-A across the street, we hit this Starbucks at the crack of down on Saturday mornings when we are heading down to Orlando for the day. I guess it's the best time to hit Starbucks because we never have more than a couple of cars in front of us and I don't think I've ever seen anyone inside that early on a Saturday morning (other than the employees, that is). The line moves quickly, our drinks are made correctly, and whoever greets us at the window is always smiling and happy. We've been hitting this Starbucks that early on Saturday morning for probably about 7 years now and both drinks and service have always been consistent. Yay!

In all of the time I have spent in Starbucks and been a regular customer and rewards club member, I have never been to one that had such rude, ill-mannered, uncaring employees. It was 8:30 pm Tuesday, 8/19/2014, there was one employee working at the drive thru window, two behind the pastry case, one stocking and one standing, and one in the back area. Out of 4 employees, not one spoke, made any type of attempt to recognize that we had walked in, not even a nod. I looked directly at two of them and they said nothing. It wasn't until I turned to my friend and said we were leaving that anyone even moved a muscle. I have previously visited their drive thru and had no difficulty, so apparently this is a store that needs to be made drive thru only. Abandon hope if you enter here, poor soul.

If I can bottle the way I was treated and sell it, I'd be a millionaire. Keep up the good work, y'all!

Love these guys. They remember what I like. I always get the same thing and know how I like it. Very nice and friendly.

I love going into a SB with chatty, happy baristas! It shows they enjoy the job and each others company, two very important things for a good business. Clean and didn't smell like burnt bread!! My only hit is the location, the view is of a cement plant.

This Starbucks is closest to where I live but in the opposite direction of my office so I rarely make it there during the week. I tend to find myself stopping in on weekend mornings. I much prefer the drive thru (as I do most places) and the service is always fast and super friendly. My typical Starbucks order is a little obnoxious (I used to work at the location they have on campus at UNF) and some stores can never seem to get it right but I have yet to have an issue at this store.

Hit-or-miss. That's all I can say. I use the drive thru pretty much daily during the week for my usual Grande Redeye. Now, maybe this is my overly-entitled attitude, but I assume that when I pay $2.94 for a cup-o-joe-add-two-equals-one-sugar-and-cream, the least my 'barista' can do is not fill my cup so full that I pay twice as much for dry cleaning. Apparently, that's a little too much to ask at this location. As I said, I'm a regular, and at least 3 times a week, my coffee is so full that it spills all over the place on my way into work. Very inconvenient. Other than that, the line is generally long at peak morning hours, so if you have to be somewhere and stop at this location, make sure plan on sitting there for a minimum of 10 minutes. Obviously none of these factors could deter me from my daily caffiene dose. I have needs, you know.
