This past weekend their registers went down and instead of shutting down they decided to hand out free drinks. Even though some people took advantage of this...it definitely demonstrated putting the Customers First!!!

Conveniently located near Sephora (my favorite store at the town center) and across from Maggiano's restaurant. Parking may be a little difficult if your soul purpose for parking is the go to Starbucks. They also do not have a drive thru. This used to be my stop for coffee and restroom but sometimes they have the restroom blocked off due to non paying customers abusing the privilege. My drinks are always prepared the way I like but there is always a line. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. The selection of mugs, coffee, and thermos are limited but I have seen items at this location that I haven't seen at other locations. They have inside and outside seating but the seats are usually taken so I end up sitting at a bench a little way away (basking in the sun, haha) or taking my coffee to go. Overall, I prefer this store as a grab my coffee to go place, not so much to sit back and relax. (the atmosphere for relaxation here is lacking) but it is all about preference.

Yep, I'm one of those people that just have to have my Starbucks while I'm walking around the Town Centre and this is the place to go to get it. As others have mentioned it is generally very crowded here, but I've yet to encounter an employee without a smile on their face and I'm sure that's difficult to do considering they are probably at their max stress capacity pretty much the entire time they are at work. Once I manage to work my way to the front of the line and it's my time to order, it doesn't take them very long to have Caramel Frap ready for me and I'm thankful for that. Not much seating inside this small store, but that doesn't bother me since I'm always just grabbing my drink and then hitting the stores again. No time to sit when there's shopping that must be done! =)

Do not have a special order. The morning barista is less then pleasant. She might even be the manager, but she is a complete bitch. I'm a barista myself...I know how I like my drink made...smile & say "yes ma'am!!" and make the damn drink as ordered...THAT is what you are paid to do!!

Super busy Starbucks. I'd skip this one and just go to the one in Barnes and Noble. I ordered a simple drink, soy coffee with 2 shots. The whole time the barista was making it he complained to the manager about how difficult it was to make. The manager said "If she asks you to make it again just say we are out of coffee". What? that's ridiculous. 1. I have never asked for my drink to be re-made. 2. How would Starbucks be out of coffee? Needless to say my drink was made wrong. I ended up going to the Barnes and Noble location and bought a whole new coffee, which by the way had no wait and was perfect. Terrible customer service at this location.

When I worked at the town center this was my go to Starbucks. They'd make recommendations based on things I'd had in the past. They would even make me some type of tea when they noticed I was sick! Even when the line is out the door they are quick to serve and have good attitudes. Grande china green tips with two pumps classic and cold soy is so good!

I'm convinced there's crack in Starbucks! You stop in more then three times a week and you probably have shaky hands. But as long as it remains legal you can't pull people away. This location, like most others, seems to always have busy but quick friendly service. Nice outside seating. After a day of shopping, its nice to just people watch as you sip on a smoothie or it if you dare an espresso. The green tea frappe is the best version of undercover crack. You think green tea - that's not bad then you add whip cream. I hate to see people complaining about baristas spelling their name wrong - if the order is right., just go with it. Might as well as completely enjoy yourself and spell out a silly name ...Yapinchme.

I love this location even though many of the regulars have moved on. It so great coming in and knowing that they know exactly what you want. The only thing missing is a drive through and the convenience that brings, however, for a walking and shopping location, it's perfect!

This is one of the busier SBUX locations I've seen, but when you're at an outdoor mall on a hot day, I wouldn't expect anything less. The staff is super friendly and does their best to get you through the line as quickly as possible. For the small footprint of a store, they have a fair amount of seating inside and have added a lot of seating outside to accommodate the crowd. I don't always stop in, but when I do I'm rarely disappointed.

This is a pretty busy Starbucks, but the staff keeps a good flow so you won't be waiting for long!! They know my usual drink and I really like that! They are also pretty knowledgeable about the other drinks that I might like because of my usual drink!! Sometimes it's fun to branch out and try something new!

They need a bigger Starbucks! Seriously!!!! Super crowded and long lines. Starbucks is a little pricey for me yet I like their veggie juice. Super Green is my fave! I am afraid that I might have to skip Starbucks next time I come to Town Center.

Maybe Im a little biases because im associated with the company because i work at Teavana. I love Starbucks, hate me or call me a hipster if ya want to. I can't hate greatness. Good service and Love all my Baristas. Except this on Lady she knows we work next door and purposely acts like she forgot to give me my discount every time. and she always gets my drink order wrong on her... umm
