OK... it's Starbucks, so you know what to expect when it comes to the drinks and this store is right on point. The knock on this location is that the atmosphere/experience (what Starbucks would consider a major component of its business) is a little sketchy. I can't think of one time I've been here that the place wasn't overrun with jobless, eastern European men screaming while sitting across the table from one another. Try to grab a seat outside and there's more of 'em chain smoking and playing board games. Grab your coffee to go.

Went for coffee to meet an old friend and this place was jumping at 9:00 am. What I really like about this Starbucks is that they have a great outdoor area that faces the University/San Jose intersection. The outdoor area is also partially covered so you can get away from the elements. Nice staff, lots of space indoors. Certainly is one of the better Starbucks I have been to lately. There is NO drive-through at this location. Just so others looking for a quick cup are aware.

This is a top rated Starbucks location in my opinion walking up I didn't know what to expect but once you cross over Wow what a classy place. From its beautiful and roomy layout to the excellent custom service this one has it all. This may be one of the most organized and cleanest Starbucks I've ever been in. My order was made up quick and was perfect. The staff was super friendly, great job guys!

I've been frequenting this Starbucks for the past six months, buying a morning cup of hot coffee before a hectic day at the office. The service here remains consistent and excellent... Not to mention the brew! If you want your old favorites, or something new, these baristas make it right! Don't like it, they'll re-make it for you. Sure it's Starbucks. But the people here make it worth it. I buy coffee here that I know is going to be delicious every time. Whether you are just stopping in for a quick cup, or staying to sip and type away, this is a Starbucks that delivers excellence every time.
