Update: Well I have seen it all. They are only open for friends apparently. Yeah not coming back. I love starbucks and when this store is open it friendly and fast. Problem is it is always closed. How can you be in business and always be closed. You are a multimillion dollar company. If you have a franchise that is never open either shut it down or sell it to people who know how to run a business. Of all the days to be closed on your closed on a Saturday!

Came here for the first time today. Not my normal Starbucks, had a business meeting. Sweet staff, quick service. I see lots of people talking about them being closed due to computer issues which is kind of funny because I overheard a barista talking about how their computers are always down. Must happen often, I feel kinda bad for the staff.

I've been coming to this Starbucks since we moved back from Orlando 2 years and some odd months ago. Sometimes it's just easier to stop here and grab my coffee rather than try and get to the Starbucks located amongst all the shops within The Town Centre itself. I have always had wonderful service here from the baristas and my orders are always made quickly and correctly. It was at this Starbucks that I one day strayed from my usual frap and discovered iced coffee. Shannon, one of the amazing and sweet baristas here and also the manager, took the time to ask me my likes and dislikes. She thought I would like an iced coffee with cream and caramel. She had me taste it and kept adding pumps of caramel until she got it to my desired taste. I really appreciate she took the time to do that. And when she initially suggested the drink, she said if I didn't like it she'd start over and make me something else. Now that's service, people! =) This location is still located at the Town Centre, so it does get a lot of traffic, but again, they are quick even when they are busy. You'll never have to wait long for your drink. I saw in another review someone mentioned they don't have free Wifi here. Yes, they do. I have sat using my MacBook at this location on their free Wifi. I do agree with another reviewer about the tables and chairs being like something you'd find inside of an ice cream parlor. Not the most comfortable in the world. But, this is a smaller location, so there really isn't room to put in lounge type chairs. There are plenty of outlets though if you are going to sit for a while on your laptop. There are also tables with umbrellas and chairs outside. The friendliness of the baristas is what makes me gives this Starbucks 4 stars. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars from me is the chair/table situation.

Where are the chairs??? This place is set up like an ice cream parlor with tall marble-topped tables and industrial-style stools. There is nowhere comfortable to sit down. It would make sense in a high-traffic location like the one inside Town Center, but this one is next to the Publix and caters to neighborhood people instead of busy shoppers. Please Starbucks company, invest in this store and add some comfortable chairs! No problems with the service.

Of the two locations at the St Johns Town Center (neither of which has a drive thru) this is the location I prefer. It's small inside but there is some outdoor seating. I stop on the way to work in the mornings so the size and lack of seating hasn't been an issue for me. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the establishment is always clean and organized.

I don't make it to this Starbucks very often, but when I do, they never fail to impress me. While I always favored the Deerwood location because of it's proximity to my office, one of my colleagues always went to this location. I have to admit, they are faster. I don't think the baristas are any faster, but this location just isn't as busy as the one near Tinseltown. I was on my way to an appointment and decided to stop in, knowing that I might have to turn right back around and get back in my car since it was prime morning time for coffee runs. I walked right in, placed my order and a few minutes later I was on my way with my 2-pump White Chocolate Americano. It's a cute little shop with ample outdoor seating. While the people watching isn't as entertaining as the Town Center can be, it is fun to guess what people are going to buy when they go into Total Wine.

This Starbucks is closed a lot for some reason! They have a sign on the door saying the system is down. When I have had coffee it's good but if I can't get in it doesn't matter!

I used to go here all the time, but in the last month they've posted a handwritten sign on the door saying "We're closed...Computers Down." And when I tried to talk to an employee, she gave me a snarky response. I tried to like you.

This is another typical starbucks. It's funny how you can get free wifi from "Nail time". The baristas are very friendly here. That makes the coffee buying experience that much better:)
