Right off the bat...It helps trying a new restaurant when you have a server as awesomely cool as Nancy S, but this restaurant didn't need help, everything was perfectOmoondo!! Wednesday 1/21/15 @ 3:45 pm. No trouble parking in the spotless lot. Went in and waited for the hostess but she was doing something else, so I got our menus and chose our own booth, (thats how I roll), then the highlight of our dining experience arrived in the form of a lovely lady named Nancy, she wasn't snobby, stuck up or bored...you see, me and the wife like to go eat in our lounging attire, (t-shirts, shorts, flip-flops), because we aren't out to impress anybody, but mostly, because we like to see if we will be treated like people that cant afford to tip, and we weren't. I started off with an EXTRA LARGE beer and an Ultimate Patrón Margarita, the beer was ice cold and although the margarita was served in a tall thin glass, it was still excellent and didn't taste like tangy margarita mix with a splash of Tequila, you could tell that it was actually prepared by a mixologist and not some under-qualified waiter. We had the 4-way sampler appetizer and everything was delicious, the hot wings weren't too spicy, the southern style chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and thai spring rolls tasted...fancy, lol, like we were at a 4-star eatery instead of a chain restaurant. For entree's, I had the ribeye with double fries, nothing crazy, but the steak was perfectly cooked and mouth watering and the fries were crispy and delicious...the wife had the crab cake dinner, baked mac&cheese and salad bar. I almost absconded with her crab cakes after she said I ABSOLUTELY HAD to taste it until she looked as if she was gonna call 911, so I was forced to give it back, lol, the baked mac&cheese was truly incredible and even the salad bar was better than any salad bar I have ever tried. The 25% tip was not what I would have tipped, but I wasn't paying...but next time, and there WILL be PLENTY of "next times" there, a 40% tip will be a no-brainer, we absolutely loved the place, the service, (except the missing hostess), the food, the drinks, everything. A special thanks to Nancy, who treated us peasant-looking folks like royalty...I wont forget that, and we WILL be back, and soon.

I came into the Jacksonville area for scoping out relocation to the area. I was very pleased with my service by Will the entire night. I felt like I was treated as a king, even though it was later at night, I felt very special. While I was on diet restrictions, he helped me find things which would satisfy them and still filled me up. Outstanding atmosphere and great staff!

Ruby Tuesdays is consistent, yet feature seasonal or new items fairly regularly. With one of the best salad bars of any restaurant chain, & excellent soups, it is a great place for lunch or other meals. Try the chicken tortilla soup. Salad bar features fresh peas, edamame, several kinds of salad greens, choice of at least 6 dressings, even chopped hard boiled egg, & crumbled real bacon. Bar drinks are exceptional as well.

I will start off by saying super quick service had no time to get a table A nice quiet dinner with the family a good place. They have everything from checking to seafood to salad bar to burgers I think a little high on the cost. It's your typical American restaurant like Applebees Fridays Chili's anyways on with my food my chicken was cook nice and we'll. Super juicy. A good al around place to go. Open late the mashed potatoes were a little bit too salty for my liking but overall 4 stars

Great neighborhood restaurant with a menu that has enough to offer everyone. Service is excellent, manager visited each table to ensure customer satisfaction. Will definitely be back for the bacon cheddar pretzel burger.

This is our go to lunch spot when we have time, super fresh ingredients on the salad bar make for a quick healthy lunch. I love the pasta salad and the fresh greens w/balsamic vinaigrette dressing w/ dark bread croutons. Yumminess without killing the diet. Frequent stop for us busy nurses. Always a good meal here. The salad bar is one of the best around. Interesting cocktails and a regularly changing menu makes it a good place to be a regular. Try a steak always cooked to your taste and I like it rare. Which is hard to get right!

The food was really good but the service will have me coming back. The bartenders introduced themselves and made me feel like it was my neighborhood hang out. They were attentive without being irritating. Very helpful with menu items. Top notch staff all the way around. Great job.

Last four times I was there the food was horrible! Salad bar was fine but not one of our meals were even okay. This place went down the tube over a year ago and it is not coming back. This place will soon be closed at this rate.

Today was the second time I had food here and the tiramisu my wife got was frozen and had so much alcohol it was like taking a shot; and i got a bacon cheeseburger plain because of a sensitive stomach and it had something that looked like mayonnaise but tasted like something else. I dont know if it was a one time thing or not, but the first time I went back in june it wasn't bad.

I have to say that I am a fan of this location primarily because of the service and thesalad bar. Although they no longer have chicken carabonara on the menu, the manager authorized them to make it for me. When I got my food, there was no garlic bread when I asked about this, since I swear it normally comes with the meal, they said it didn't come with the meal. They still made some garlic bread for me, with no huff's and puffs norrolling of the eyes, as far as I could see. Way to go!!! In this day and ageit is hard to find good customer service. Companies have forgotten about building a strong loyal customer base. Most companies, now, treat customers like they are doing thematic cavorted by providing the service. If you try this location, you must try the red velvet cheesecakes. It was absolutely devine!! The red velvet was moist and the cheesecakes was not overly sweet nor waxy. A must for dessert.

Ruby Tuesdays of Jacksonville is the most awesome place for dinner and/or social gatherings. Their broad menu enable the whole family to enjoy something new but classic; and their drink specials aren't that bad either... When i go, I'm always enticed to get Bacon Cheeseburger With applewood smoked bacon and American cheese, a side order of fries, and a Mango Mojito to top it all off. Although I want to try something different... its just so good! Ruby Tuesdays has good food, great drinks, for practically a steal of a price... why not try it out!
