    We thought it would be better. Service was friendly but very slow even for 11:30AM on a Saturday. We had quite a wait for everything. Surf and turf was marginal. Rock Lobster overdone and steak was frozen and flavorless and unseasoned. I had the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake was better albeit super oily with chewy tough lobster as well.. You might be getting traffic right off 95 and never see people again ever but we live in the are would take a lot to get us back....and it did. I got a little proactive after reading the other review and seeing that it was that close to the day we went. I emailed the address on the website as well as did the survey on the charge receipt. The company replied that they would work on the problem. Also got a call from the regional manager who was really great. We talked for some time about our experience and the quality of the food. I also told her about what yelp was and why bad and good reviews here might be important. She recognized that there really were problems with the food and service and comped us 20 dollars toward a a follow- up visit to use with the card when get it. The card arrived and was worth 50 dollars. I made the point to the regional manager that the card was not enough to cover the cost of our lunch, sodas and appetizer that day. We returned for our second visit today (Saturday) at the same time. Hard to say if we might have been treated differently had we not identified ourselves to the restaurant manager to identify that we had another 20 dollars registered to us on credit the moment we came in. We had excellent service. We ordered the same meals and it was was cooked properly no complaints this time. The the lobster was cooked properly That being said the card and the additional 20 dollars just coved the cost of the shared appetizer, sodas and entrees. Long and short of it. You can do far better at Carrabba's or Olive Garden on a 25 dollar entree. The regional manager Rita and the manager on at the restaurant did a great job making up for a bad meal and marginal service on the the first trip. We just co

    If I could give negative stars I would. From start to finish it was terrible. The Hostess was rude. Our waitress was VERY slow and unprofessional. My garlic shrimp was under cooked and I received one tablespoon full of rice as my side dish, which was also cold. When we asked for the check it took about 15 minutes. When it finally came there were two additional items that we did not order listed. It took about another 10 minutes for it be corrected. I have been to many Red Lobster restaurants and have never had this type of service. This particular one is located in a new shopping center right next to about 7 other restaurants. I would have expected more from them considering there is such competition. It was not like it was a very busy Thursday night.

    I have a totally different experience at this restaurant than the other reviewers. We have been here several times and each one was good. On Saturday night, 6:00 we did have a super long wait (but there were several large groups that were "enjoying time chatting after their meals"). The people with only 2 or 4 were seated pretty quickly, our group of 6 had to wait for the other large groups to leave. This restaurant is small for a Red Lobster. When we did get to our table, we were greeted by a very polite and professional waitress. She served us very good the entire time while we were her customers. My son does not like lettuce in his salad, and she over heard that and brought him a bowl of chopped tomatoes --- that was very nice, and went over very well with all of us! She even brought my daughter (who ordered off the kids' menu and did not order a salad) a small bowl of tomatoes and lettuce too. My husband had the surf & turf and complimented the steak being grilled perfectly. I loved my lobster, crab and shrimp scampi, they were both hot and creamy and very tasty. My aunt ordered the bacon wrapped grilled shrimp, and she was struggling a little to get the shrimp off the skewers, and our waitress offered to help, and quickly had them off for her. Another star for our waitress. She kept our glasses filled with water, or tea and brought the check at a good time. We had a delightful meal. We will return when we have that "Red Lobster taste on our minds". I wish I could remember our waitress' name, she deserves credit for her outstanding job!

    Delicious! We were there for crabmeat and I had a lb and a half of crab! It was amazing we had the lobster and seafood dip as an appetizer and it was also amazing! Very prompt and courteous service.

    Never really been a Red Lobster fan. But decided to try something different. Service was slow. Took 20 minutes to get drink. Longer to get just a bowl of clam chowder. But, come to find out it was our waiters first day at this location. Still not an excuse, but can sway my review a little. Once we talked to manager who is extremely accommodating and waiter explained that this was his first day at that location. The mood and outing got better. All and all I'll return and give them another try.

    The food was good. Serivce needs a little bit of help. Hostess was put out when we asked for a table and not booth. Father is 80 and has oxygen tank. The kitchen staff need to pay attention to the little details. Asked for dressing and sour cream in side both came on the items. Must say manager did his best to accommodate us. Took some money off the bill. I would say for what we paid l should not have to worry about the details.

    I remember Red Lobster as a kid, when I thought it was an expensive reataraunt that only my Grandfather could afford. Today, I know it for what it is: a seafood chain restaraunt, maybe a bit pricey, but steady. But I still like it and visiting is a treat. The rolls are probably not to good for me, but sinfully good. I recommend the pick two, pick two shrimp scampi's. And for the querky review award, the bench seats are comfortable for bad backs/tailbone.

    My wife and I had dinner here on Saturday night, August 24, 2013. Our waitress was good and as you know by now if you've read my other reviews, I judge service by how well the wait staff keeps my beverages full. She did a great job. We hadn't eaten in a Red Lobster in probably 8-10 years because we live in Florida and seafood restaurants are everywhere. For a large chain, Red Lobster gets a lot of things right. The cheddar biscuits were as good as I remembered and the food was pretty average, but also good.

    I really like red lobster..the Rock Lobster tail is one my favorites, any where! My husband really likes the raw oysters too. My only complaints are the shrimp are farm raised & just flavorless..this location has friendly staff and is usually pretty quick.

    Gotta say my second trip here was a better one. Had the all you can eat shrimp. And it was good. Desert was better.( upside down pineapple cake.).
