Been here several times food is always good. This is the first time my order wasn't correct but was corrected quickly. I like the wide variety of choices to change up my meals.

Worst Panera ever. Bathrooms were filthy, hair in sinks and waste in/on toilets Waited for food to be delivered, runner was no where to be found and food was on counter for 5+min. Sandwich was slapped together with bad tomatoes on it Sons yogurt had dried green colored stuff dried onto where you would rip it open and eat it. Go somewhere else.

I always forget that this Panera is here. It is a convenient place to pick up an afternoon snack, coffee or some baked goods to take home without being fancy. The last time I came here, I just had to use the restroom and the parking in and out was surprisingly easy. Thank goodness. Decent food & beverages, quiet place to chill, and clean facilities with no silly key for those who really have to go.

I stop in and pick up bagels and that's about it. I've eaten at a few of the other Paneras in town, but not at this one. The bagels are always very good and very fresh. The only complaint I have about them is the fact they are often out of certain ones I would like. I've never had to wait long to be helped. There have never been more than one or two people in front of me. Like I said, I haven't sat down to eat here, but from what I can tell the tables and dining area are kept clean. Another reason for the 3 stars is because of customer service. No one has ever been rude here, but they haven't been friendly either. The employees I've dealt with have just always been very "ho-hum" and when I'm thinking and trying to make bagel choices b/c they happen to be out of something I already had in mind I get kind of a "would you hurry up" attitude.

I've been to a lot of Panera's an this one needs leadership I was in there a week ago an it was busy around lunchtime the cashier that helped me complained about the serving gloves she has to wear while getting a customer food because she had a hard time using the cash register ( I guess you press the item type ) but she was having a hard time with it after taking them off from the previous order, how about I ordered two muffins and she didn't put any gloves on to get my muffins mind you I'm not one to get into conflict with a person handling my food so I just took them an left. So I called back an talked with the manager who seem to have a very bad attitude and after reading some of the reviews it's clear to me that this particular store needs LEADERSHIP!!!!!!!!

I tried to call and place my order due to the app malfunctioning and was told that I could not call my order in. Then when I went inside to order the cashier was so busy flirting with the guy in the next line that I had to repeat my order at least 3 times. An not to mention the French baguettes were over cooked when we got our order. Needless to say very disappointed in customer service.

I've been to plenty of Panera and have never really had an issue until this one. Of the last four times that I've gone there and order food to go they have screwed up my order three times. The mistakes have ranged from not getting any salad dressing or meat on my salad to disregarding any special instructions I asked for (ie no cheese or tomatoes on my food). Always check your order before leaving.

Best mac-n-cheese ever. Plus i love the black bean.soup. the summer corn chowder is amazing. You cant beat the cinnamon crunch bagels.

I agree with the first reviewer that the "You Pick Two" combo is a great deal, no matter what you order. Stopping in to grab some bagels for breakfast or bread for dinner is a great idea too. The food is always delish here. My issue is with the staff. I had lunch with a few friends and everything was great until my friend didn't receive her soup when we were all served our food. She waited and kept asking for it, but none of the waitresses knew anything. It turned out that her soup had been sitting on the counter waiting to be served. We aren't sure how long it had been sitting there, but it was definitely cold when she had her first spoonful. Upon asking the waitress to reheat her soup, my friend was given nothing but an attitude and forced to wait even longer. This is unacceptable and makes me wary of entering this establishment.

You can't go wrong with a You Pick 2 combo! That gets a 5 out of 5 stars. Cleanliness: 2 out of 5 stars. Floors and tables were dirty, but there was hardly anyone eating when we got there. We sat for approximately 40 minutes. Not a single staff member came around to sweep or pick up trash or wash down the tables. Where was management? It wasn't lunchtime yet, but who would want to eat here? This place has an outdoor patio. Those tables were dirty also. Oh! Found the staff....there were 4 staff members sitting at one table outside, smoking. That didn't impress me much. My overall rating of 2 out of 5 stars and I will not go to this Panera again.

Great place to eat and relax and enjoy a book, which is usually what I do. Whenever I'm on this side of town, I usually stop in here for lunch/dinner... and of course, do some reading!

While the food is very tasty and the prices are fair, this Panera location has gone down a notch or two in cleanliness and customer service. The other day, the young lady who took our order had almost waist-length hair, which she count NOT stop playing with the whole time she took our order and rang it up. Then, she handed us our beverage cups with the same hands that had been running through her locks. Ick. The ice machine was empty, and when we asked for some assistance, the food prep people and servers literally pointed at each other, saying "I can't help you. He's supposed to do that." It took three or four minutes for someone to replenish the ice machine. When our food arrived, was almost tossed onto the table. There's just not much eye contact or helpfulness or appreciation on display, and the interior is getting worn and tired looking, if not dirty. I've also had (and heard of) issues with orders being incomplete or wrong, so I've learned to check my order carefully if I'm getting take-out. That said, Panera's baked goods, sandwiches, soups and salads are unique and consistently tasty, so we'll go back. I just wish they would spruce up this location and its employees.

Just read the last (and only) review from a year ago and felt the need to update you. I came in to study. The Starbucks across the parking lot is one of my least favorites. When I walked up to the counter the cashiers were friendly and welcoming. I used my rewards card and received $1 off a beverage. My soufflé was perfect, exactly as I expected. Super friendly staff (it's worth a second mention). And the cafe was clean, as was the restroom. Come back, DY; It's worth another try!
