I have been here a handful of times to eat a quick lunch and to study. Based on my experience so far, the service is very fast (within 5 minutes of ordering), staff was friendly enough (I did use the touch screen to order a few times), and the food tasted great. Today I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseeds & Chicken Salad + Vegetarian Creamy Tomato Soup. The salad was delicious, but I didn't really liked the tomato soup. The coffee was okay, but there's free refills so I can't complain. The free WIFI worked great, and I like the ambiance of this restaurant. If you plan on studying here, then make sure you bring some headphones because it could get quite loud during busy hours.

I love Panera bagels for breakfast. I love getting the bagel with ham, egg and cheese adding avocado. I'm not a fan of their coffee. I really enjoy their power bowls. They are healthy and delicious. I like all of their pastas. I just don't like how if you get a pick two for lunch it ends up being $10.

a heads up Panera - waiting for the customer to tell you that your coffee dispenser is empty is not a sufficient process. I experience this 3 out of 5 visits. Enough already... figure it out - you're a bakery/deli with a coffee bar. no complaints with quality, taste and accuracy of food. Staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Now I remember why I dont go to Panera anymore. Nothing like paying $1.25 for 2 ounces of cream cheese when there was no price labeled on the menu! ;)

4 stars for being what I expect of Panera: fast, friendly service with good food. 5th star goes to MARYAH. She likely has the worst job at this location: distributing "for here" orders and bussing tables. Regardless, her personality is outstanding, and she is clearly the hardest working person in the establishment. I found myself behind a brat at the drink fountain complaining that there weren't any straws. Maryah dropped what she was doing and stated, "Let me go wash my hands and I'll be back to get more straws." This young woman deserves a promotion.

Always good food. Never a line. Employees are always very friendly. Love there Acai Iced tea! I sometimes go there just for the tea. Portion size is perfect. Love the outside patio on a nice day for lunch. Would definently recommend to my friends.

What a great place with quick service! I called in my order for my co-workers and I (4 of us total) and the lady I was on the phone with said it would be ready in 15min, AWESOME! I was only about 3-4miles away so about 5min after I arrived the food was ready. (BTW, they also have 4 DIFFERENT OPTIONS to order online, here's the link: delivery.panerabread.com… ) The restaurant itself was very clean and vibrant; it made me WANT to be in there. Everything was clean and smelling delicious as usual and their bakery displays were amazing and I was almost drooling just looking at it! All the staff I came into contact with was VERY helpful in getting my huge order together in a bag and gave me a hold for my 3 drinks without me having to ask, which is nice since some people don't know the extend of customer service sometimes. I would give this place 4 Stars BUT they mixed up one of the orders with another customer. We ended up getting Broccoli & Cheese soup instead of Chicken Noodle, which wouldn't have been a big deal EXCEPT for the fact that my coworker who ordered it had the stomach bug and needed something light. I gave them a call letting them know the issue and the gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and I could tell he meant it. For my part of this huge order, I decided to go with my usual You Pick 2, BUT I strayed away from my norm of having grilled cheese and tomato soup. This time I went for the Thai Chicken Salad and the Asiago Steak Sandwich. OMG BOTH WERE SO AMAZING. I even had some leftover, so I stored it in the fridge at work and it was STILL DELICIOUS THE NEXT DAY!!! Yup, if Yelp would give me the choice of a 4.5 Stars, I'd definitely give it. Tummy AND wallet both satisfied.

I always know what to expect when I walk into Panera. I popped into this location for some breakfast. The staff was super nice and efficient.

Went today to pick up a quick dinner. Ordered the chicken soba soup and wanted the flatbread with it. According to the menu board, it's an extra $2.99. The cashier said they don't have that option. So, I went with the soup, chips and drink. Took more than 10 minutes for the soup to be ready. It wasn't even edible. It had a ton of dark salty broth, some noodles. dry chicken, a single mushroom slice (not sure if was supposed to be there or was there supposed to be more?) and some green something. Maybe spinach? No flavor. You really have to work to make bad soup. Giving it 2 stars as the staff was friendly but seemed embarrassed to be there.

I've lived in this area for 15 years and been patronizing this Panera location since it opened. Actually I go there infrequently now because of the bad slow service. I love the food, but continually this location does not have help to give quality service. In comparison to the Town Center (which is vastly busier), this location needs more training. I don't mind waiting, but I have difficulty in understanding their concern when 7-10 customers are in line with only 1 register open. You watch workers meander around with no concern to open another register and this happens every time I go to this location. At Town Center my order is taken with 2 minutes at the most and I may have to wait on food. But registers are open because they care about serving their customers. Also, greatly disappointing, when you write corporate you get a response such as "We're sorry you didn't have good visit with us. Maybe next time".

It's really hard to get super excited about bread and I don't frequent a lot of bread spots so I don't have much by way of providing a review in context. The 3 stars are more a comparison of Panera's with equal parts other stuff. Here's my best shot. Ok. My three menu favorites are the soufflé (any flavor), the Sacchetini, and the candy cookie! The soufflés are so rich, flaky, and a bit tiny. Maybe I'm greedy but the only two things wrong with them is that they are a bit small (I'm not trying to be stuffed but want to be satisfied) and you run a 50/50 chance of catching them in the store. No matter where I go, they are often out of the soufflé. This is truly a concept I don't understand. Supply should match demand, right? Whatever. The Sacchetini dish is a pasta dish of goodness. I really can't describe it well cause it's tiny stuffed pasta in green herbs and oil. Doesn't sound so hot, does it? It's good. Now to the candy cookie. There are always so many decadent sweets on display I often have to top my meal off with something. For me, it's the candy cookie. It's simply a big chocolate chip looking cookie that has generic m&m's instead of chocolate chips. It's not too sweet and not to bland. A good mix, a great ending. Nutshell: if you're carb friendly, you can go carb crazy!

Well, where to start? ...I've been coming to this Panera since it opened. The food isn't stellar in general but it is close to my house and convenient so I frequent it. And I frequently have messed up orders. I'd say one out of every 3 orders I place is messed up in some sort of way. It's all sorts of random stuff. Forgetting bags of chips I paid for. Putting the wrong flavor cream cheeses in the bag. I even received not one but two incorrect soups in an order a couple months back. I complained to the manager on duty one afternoon and she just gave me a lot of attitude and made excuses for why her staff is so clearly sub par. I don't know what to say. I travel a lot for work and frequent Paneras all over the country. This is literally ONE OF THE WORST IN THE COUNTRY! I guess they've worked hard for that much deserved title. If your in the area go elsewhere or just skip it.

This location is consistently off base. They've got their hands full with the new table service procedure. Seems like it's time for a more customer focused approach , and please don't give our bagels and soufflés to the next family in line just because our cashier order taker isn't doing his job. Sounds like a training aka management issue. This is my first post about this but not the first below standard experience here both before and after they remodeled. And it's echoed.

Generally pretty good. The place can become a bit busy, but it seems so quiet inside. There actually is very little to say about this place, other than that you might want to check your bag when doing take-out.

After coming to this location for several years I finally have had it with their horrible service. This is by far the worst Panera I have ever encountered. The food is decent in the "I live 10 minutes away and my former employer of 2 years was in walking distance kind of way". So of course I ate here often. Throughout the years I have noticed a trend in the employees. They are constantly inconsistent. From lack of self awareness (literally said to a girl behind the counter " you should go to the back-room to talk crap about customers since it's not as loud in here as you think" apparently she wanted to complain because I came later than expected for my rapid pick up. Which sucks btw) or the fact they don't pay attention either the wrong bread for sandwiches, no salad dressing, missing chips, or missing food. My favorite is when I get grinds in my coffee or I ordered a coffee and I'm standing there for 15 minutes then someone tells me they are going to make some... I really shouldn't have to go behind someone to make sure they did their job. DO IT RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! I have called and complained multiple times to an assistant manager who states constantly that these issues will be addressed. Obviously nothing is being done. I'm not sure if it's the actual General Manager or the lower Management in the physical store either way there is a huge problematic issue with this store. Read the other reviews, obviously people are having issues with this location. This store needs to be reevaluated immediately.

"order online for rapid pick up" um no. we ordered online to have our order picked up at 1:45, we arrived at 1:50 and did not leave UNTIL 2:30 with our food. when asking several employees what was going on with the wait, we received answers such as "I don't know", "it's not my fault" and "there's nothing I can do about it" I personally love the Panera Bread menu but was not at all impressed with the customer service/ "rapid" online ordering system. Although several employees had an attitude, Justin was very courteous and tried to make our 45 minute wait a little more manageable... that one star is for him.

I went there for a carryout order. Tuna on a croissant. I have gotten this before at other Panera locations. This one however shorted me on the tuna. I instead had a bread sandwich with lettuce. Very unhappy. If you order carryout make sure to check your order before leaving! Shameful....

Panera, I'm addicted to your breakfast egg souffle's. They only last until 10:30am. But they are such a treat that I rush over. Yes, I am pwn3d.... I love the FREE wi-fi, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and inviting atmosphere. It's great that I have a rewards card, so I get the hook up from time to time (holler if you hear me, uhhhh). Now the lack of the star is because you close before McCalisters... Why???

I really like Panera's sandwiches and soups, but the tea is awful.
